We saw this place this morning on our way to the tire shop we usually go to. We wanted to just get our tires fixed at the other place, but it was too bad so we had to replace them and the tires there were too expensive so we decided we’d give this place a shot. Everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place, great prices, great service. Friendly staff. They even have a place for you to sit.
First thing first, Im always skeptical about tire shops/mechanics because I feel as if theyre charging me random and unreasonable prices. However after my first visit, I knew this was a company I can trust completely with my car.Before entering the shop, I was driving past the neighborhood surrounded by warehouses so I thought to myself this is crazy shady. But when I drove into the shop, it was squeaky clean and very well organized. You see all the prices listed on the wall (no catch).My tires were extremely worn out so I had to change all 4. I drove in on a Thursday around 1PM and the job was done in 30 minutes even when the shop was packed! There was a waiting room for customers and it was filled with candy, snacks, and drinks (so thoughtful).I cant say enough about this business. I know the bare minimum about cars, but the team members took their time to explain to me what I needed to get done. The information provided by Sheng--who is attentive, detail-oriented, and hospitable--was critical to making my final decision.After a week, I took my car back to the shop to get an alignment done and also change the tire sensors. They were fast, friendly, honest, and provided quality service.I have been referring all my friends and family to this shop ever since. They are extremely professional, offering the best prices compared to any other shops. Im floored by the customer service. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Came here for the first time because there was a bubble in my front tire. I didn’t want to pay for a new tire at the moment, so the owner moved the front tire (with the bubble) to the back free of charge. A week later, I decided to get a new tire and he gave me a great price for it! Great service and did the job very efficiently. I highly recommend this tire shop!

Came here one morning for an alignment and a wheel that wasn’t holding air. Immediately was told they wouldn’t be able to fit the alignment guides on my wheels because my car was “too low.” I knew this was BS as most modern machines fit over the lugs or edge of rim. I’ve never had this problem and was never offered a proper explanation. Regarding the wheel they said it was cracked but didn’t offer to service it anyway. I went somewhere else to get a second look and the wheel was not cracked, but bent. It was promptly repaired with the right equipment. I’ve been driving on it for months now without issue. I understand they have the right to turn away services, especially if they don’t have the equipment or expertise, but I wish they went about it differently.

Happened to drive past and decided to stop in and I’m glad I did as this was the best tire repair experience I’ve ever had.Despite being off the beaten path, first impressions is that it’s so clean it didn’t seem like a tire repair shop. I thought it was just a tire store.I stopped in because I had valve caps that became fused (Sidenote: if you use aluminum or metal caps, get rid of them now). Louie gave me an extremely fair price ($15/tire) to fully replace the valves where any other place would’ve definitely tried to charge double and upcharge replacing the TPMS sensors.He was clear in explaining what the fix wasand not once did I feel like they were trying to scam me. Louie and the staff there were very friendly and he was obviously very knowledgeable from years of experience.Although I didn’t purchase any tires, their pricing on the wall chart seemed fair. Since they also are a tire wholesaler with a huge warehouse full of stock, the retail pricing probably isn’t far off.Definitely will come back if I have any tire needs in the future.
Shen was an extreme gentleman. He went out of his way to work with me. He even did an unexpected favor. His workers are friendly professional and know their craft.This is a triple A+ place.Always ask for Shen.

Took my 2018 bmw x5m to them for a road force balance and they told me they couldn’t do it because all 4 rims were bent. I appreciate their honesty and I highly recommend anyone to go their if you wanna deal with honest people! Will be back for their services!

2022-05-23Worst tire shop I have ever seen. Avoid.... First they cant even patch a tire properly. I noticed a leaking issue 30mins after I left the shop. It was like leaking 1psi per 5mins. I am surprised that they didnt check the leakage after they patched it. I had to go back there immediately after I got the first patch. Secondly, they use four individual jacks to jacked up my tesla to do tire rotation which potentially damage the battery of my tesla due to the imbalance force applied to each point of the battery pack. It is ridiculous to see them doing it this way. Anyway....seem very unprofessional handling ev. Will never go back there...

2021-06-04The rim on my new car was bent and they fixed it ASAP! Cant even tell where it was bent before. Very good service, these guys are the best at what they do. But it would be nice if they can hit more jump shots once in a while.

2022-05-26I went there for adjusting adjustable upper control arm. I called them first , and asked if they do such work, and went there as I was told that they can do it. They started the job they dont know how, just in order for them to screw around. They jacked up my car at axel to work on axel....and start deflating my tire..?? I told them to stop as they obviously do not know what they are doing. (This job needs chassis to be jacked) I was told that they do not have the right lift to work with (Not true) after they took my car apart spending an half hour. Another hour later, they finally put back the parts they took apart without doing the job. I just spent 2 hours for nothing and risked my vehicle destroyed. On the way back, I had to stop to re-tighten the bolt they said they put back, and adjust tire pressure myself as they packed over 50PSI on my Off road tire (spec.ed at 25PSI).
