I was in a jam when I locked myself out of my house. It was late at night and I couldnt get a locksmith to come until the next day for big bucks. Locksmiths are usually shady, but this guy was great! He was friendly, honest, punctual, and fast. It hurt my pride to have to call him instead of being
Phoned Eric at 11.00 am and was here in no time to repair the lock on the door. Very professional in his job, and only took 15 minutes to do. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith in the future. Thanks again, Eric.
Locksmith & Security was incredibly helpful, offered several suggestions to make our lock situation even better, worked incredibly hard, and his customer service skills were top-notch! I was rushing out of my apartment the other day when I realized I had locked myself out so annoying. Per the recommendation of a family friend, I called Locksmith. The technician, David was so helpful and took care of getting me back into my apartment ASAP! I would highly recommend him and this company to everyone!
Arrived quickly on a Sunday when my front door lock wouldnt lock, fortunately in the unlocked position. It took about 30 minutes and the repair was explained as it was done. Also, the door itself wasnt seated correctly, causing the locking hooks to catch, so this was also fixed. The mess was cleared away and the mechanism oiled, polite, fast, and helpful. Highly recommended.
I called at almost 3:30 in the morning for a key replacement and they came from Brooklyn all the way uptown! Always very cooperative, understanding, and quick! Super Quick! The service was great, fast, and friendly! I would advise anyone to use these services!

Eric is the best! He removed an old lock that was in this door for 30 years plus, and he put a new lock-in, lined it up right and everything works perfectly. He showed up right on time exactly when we agreed to, he completed the job.

Eric from this company turned up within half an hour of us calling when our front door handle broke when we came back home. He was very professional and sorted the problem extremely quickly and efficiently, and our handle actually seems a lot better now than it did before.
This past time he had to re-key three locks and change 4 padlocks and put them in a lockbox. While I live in Flagstaff Tom and I communicated by cellphone and Tom did everything I asked of him. They are a real professional and would definitely use him again!

2022-07-10Very friendly and professional. I moved to a new house and I wanted to change all the old locks on the completion day, but I didn’t know the exact time I would take the keys. When I got the keys, I only got 1 instead of 4. Eric responded very quickly and managed to be there right after I got the key. He managed to change all locks and he was a very knowledgeable and positive person. I would definitely recommend it.

2022-07-11Locksmith changed my life. My apartment was burglarized and the police advised me to replace all of my locks. I contacted Locksmith and they were able to come over the same day that I called them. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and their services are affordable!
