Everyone is friendly and nice, the airport is clean. TSA is quick and friendly. Pilots are nice and friendly.

Everybody was courteous and friendly a TSA agent actually unpacked my Diaper bag and repacked it because it was messy to help me out for my trip. He Really took the time to separate my daughters snacks diapers wipes into separate pouches of the diaper bag. He also folded her clothse that I had shoved in there and put them in nice and neat for me just the help with the trip.

Small airport 15 minutes from the Canadian border at Cornwall. Very quiet and well structured . Pleasant place to fly, direct flights to Boston or DC at this time.

This airline is terrible. They called me an hour before my flight and canceled it! Wouldn’t even help me figure out an alternative to get to my connecting flights which I now will miss. I can’t get a hold of anyone through American Airline which is my main flight. Now I’m stranded and hustling to figure out what to do to get to the west coast. Woot. This flight has been booked since May…

Very fast, no frills airport to Boston. Clean and friendly staff. They check in with you before the flight and will leave early if everyone is there. Great experience, never crowded.

Horrendous customer service. I was running late for my flight. When I arrived there was no one at the ticket counter; I rang the bell twice and then asked the TSA security guard if they knew where he was. They pointed to a back room where he was just sitting around. When he came out I mentioned that I was running late. He started lecturing me about arriving 30 minutes before the flight. Obviously I had meant to arrive earlier, but this is also small regional airport with one flight that morning with only 6 people. I had meant to arrive earlier, but ve also been to some small regional airports where you can arrive shortly before the flight with no issues. He went on to say, you still have to go through security still so you might not make the flight. There was a security checkpoint with absolutely no one in line. I told him that I think Ill be fine and he said, well see. I got through security and they hadnt even started to board yet, or even load luggage for that matter. I would expect a curteous, friendly staff to be working at a small regional airport, people who try to solve issues rather than be part of the problem, unlike the guy working on the morning of 9/4/16. Travelers dont need to be lectured, staff should just issue the boarding pass, if we miss the flight, we miss the flight. I will not fly out of Massena with Cape Air again. Its probably less hassle to drive to Albany or choose a different airport.

I had a nightmare of a time and the young man, Levi, that is manager there, was a life saver. This man went far above and beyond the norm. We are far from home and he helped us tremendously. Even gave us a snack and a coke, for 3 of us. I cant say enough about him. If he ever sees this, thank you so much Levi, you put my faith back in humanity. Massena International Airport is very easy to get to. There is ample parking available. The staff at the airport are very friendly and extremely helpful. Getting through security was very quick, efficient and stress free. The facilities are great and the whole place is clean and tidy.
