My repairs were made fast and absolutely correct. My car was detailed to perfection. The experience was trouble free, my rental was waiting, the staff keep me informed through out with daily updates. I would recommend Master Collision to any and all in need of a trusted and trouble free repair.
I got work done in june of 2020 due to my car being badly vandalized.The Work was done very fast ,clean and beyond expectations. My car was suppose to be completed in a few weeks, but they completed and returned my car within a week time. They were beyond helpful in all aspects of fixing my car. They also offered me a rental in advance due to my insurance being alittle delayed. i would deffinetly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks to the store manager steve.!!!!! Excellent service. I was kept up to date regularly via text with the status of the repairs. I was given a timeframe in advance and they got the job done and my car back to me exactly exactly when promised. They did an excellent job and car looks like it did the day I picked it up at the dealership.I would highly recommend Master Collision.

After someone hit the back of my car Geico recommended I use this shop since it was closer to my house. I am very skeptical on places that I use to fix my vehicles but I gave it a chance instead of taking it to the ones that I know. I don’t regret it for a minute! The guys here were awesome, very nice, professional, and quick. They updated me the same day I left the car on how long it would take, and what they found and had to fix. The work was completed faster than I thought and they were so kind to let me come and pick up the car even when they were closed due to my work schedule. When I picked up my car and inspected it not only did they do a beautiful job fixing it, but I explained to them how the car felt wobbly and that was back to normal as well.I want to add as well that it was spotless inside, and they cleaned it beautifully inside and out. I couldn’t have asked for more!Thank you!!
Be aware if you have any fraudulent charges on your PayPal account and parts being sent to a 1300 Tanglewood Rd which joins up with Lakeview Ave. It is possible they have an employee working in the body shop that is a thief. This person ordered headlights for an Audi A4 (96-99) through my account. I called to discuss this and was quickly dismissed by so called office manager. While there is nothing they can do legally I feel like they could careless. So be on the look out for things being ordered from auto part websites this was Redline360. They also had an Infiniti spoiler in the cart on that site. I have already shut everything off and processed fraud claims. I was not going to write this review until dealing with said manager who could care less. I am sure they do good work on vehicles but be aware.
I used master collision when my 2020 jeep grand cherokee was rear ended. The insurance company gave the shop 23 days to fix. I didnt get my truck back until 30 days after and it still wasnt finished. My rental ran out so I had to pick up And drive the truck without a muffler bc they forgot to order it. They also put my emblems wrong. The side of my Jeep now says cherokee grand. The 4x4 emblem on the tailgate is all the way at the bottom left when its supposed to be evenly opposite of the trailhawk emblem. Since the owner died a year ago this place has gone down the drain.
Nice work on my vehicle and their customer service was on point. Considering getting into an accident is usually a headache in every way, it was a pleasant surprise to have a positive experience with this shop. I can’t speak to how competitive their prices are since the other drivers insurance covered the bill (it was a hefty amount). But nonetheless they were very organized in all aspects.-Rob
Unfortunately, Ive had to use Master Collision 3 times but Fortunately, they are The Best at what they do! Great staff, constant updates on your vehicles repair and they stand behind the repairs that are made. They are so good that I actually drove three hours down from Upstate to make sure they repaired my Truck after hitting a Deer. Highly recommend them!
From start to finish I had a very good experience...they sent me daily text message on the status of my car. My car was done on time. These guys are the real deal. Not only did they do a over the fences job on my vehicle but they treated me with honesty, respect and integrity. Additionally, my car was cleaner than it was when I first bought it to their shop; I wasnt expecting that. I am convinced of the rumors that they have the best paint room in Long Island. No one likes going to the body shop but finally someone got it right. Customer experience first. The staff at Master was a pleasure to deal with. My rental was waiting when I dropped of my car so I spent little time in the office. Every step of the process was communicated via phone, email and text messages.The business also surprised me with their use of technology. Customers are given a online portal to track and comment on the repairs.One more small thing. My Mercedes was repaired Impeccably.

I just picked up my car, it is fairly new less that 5K miles, after having a not very serious accident. Nonetheless, the left door and fender had to be replaced. The craftsmanship is perfect. The car was ready ahead of the time frame that was given to me. They called and kept me abreast of the progress. I could not be more satisfied. In the stressful realm of car collisions, Master Collision was an unexpected treasure - a business that under promises and over delivers. From talking me through the stress of an unscrupulous tow operator in NYC, to the gentle touches of push notifications and texts offering updates on the status of my vehicle repair (a significant body job, plus air bag replacement and installation), the whole team at Master was professional, empathetic and competent. I would give 0 stars if I could. My full story here:I was DISTRESSED after someone side swiped my brand new car and ran... leaving me responsible with the cost of repair. At the referral of my insurance, I made an appointment at Master Collision for 10am to have my car estimated - or so I thought. It was then that I was asked to sign a series of papers that authorized this auto shop to also repair my car. I mustve misunderstood over the phone because I didnt think I would be getting repairs done right away or that I had to commit to this specific shop. I thought I was just coming to get an estimate and then be free to go where I pleased or even forego the insurance claim if it wasnt too much out of pocket. Thus, I only authorized them to do the estimate and nothing more.This is where the customer service NOSEDIVED. I waited 30 minutes in the office for their guy to inspect the damages on my car. After the initial wait, he tells us that hell need another 30 min to complete the estimate, he will email me as soon as its done, and I should go home first. Two hours pass, and still no email. I decide to call them but Im instead told that the guy was with another customer at the moment but he will send the email as soon as hes done. Wow. I find that incredibly rude... He couldnt just finish up with me first? I guess since I wasnt ready to put my money on the table right away, they decided I wasnt worth their time. 4 hours later - still no email. I call again. The woman puts me on hold, and then tells me he has already emailed the estimate to my insurance and will email me once he gets the approval. ...Umm okay? I suppose theres no real problem with that, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. Why couldnt you email us both at the same time and just let me know that the estimate is awaiting approval? When you promise to email someone, you should really follow through with that first. He didnt even mention at the time he would be emailing the insurance either, he only said he would email ME, which he never did.I call my insurance at this point so I can get to the bottom of this. At 3pm, my adjuster tells me that my estimate was approved and went over my options on how to proceed. Mind you, still NO email from Master Collision - even after being promised an email that shouldve been ready ~30 min after I left the auto shop (so ~11am?) and again promised an email after the adjuster approved the claim (which was ~3pm). NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER.I can understand the logic behind not wanting to help me because I didnt want to commit to your shop. In the end, you are running a business so if I dont fork over my money, theres no reason to do the extra work. But in that case, just be HONEST with me. If you guys didnt want to do the car estimate, then you should have just told me to go elsewhere. Instead, I waited ALL DAY for an email that never came when I couldve gone to another auto shop that same day.Whats worse is that they gave my insurance an INCREDIBLY LOW estimate considering the damage to my car. After I got the number, I asked everyone I knew and even several auto shops what they thought, and EVERYONE concurred that this is NOT what it cost to fix my car and that theyll probably use the cheapest parts possible if theyre doing the repairs for this price. That is NOT what I want for my BRAND NEW CAR!!This is the first time Ive ever had to submit a claim and use my insurance, and I know Im fumbling my way through but this is just NOT right. These guys are supposed to be professionals but hardly act like it. Im deeply disappointed being treated this way, especially after having a hit and run happen at all. This is my first ever brand new car and I intend to treat it with the utmost care I can and make sure Im doing things right. This was also my first time ever going to an auto shop so I was really looking forward finding a place I could have used/trusted for life. I thought I would be in good hands here because of all the 5* reviews... But this place is NOT IT. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Master Collision is the biggest rip off auto body business I have ever encountered. The people are beyond rude & nasty. They had my car for over 8 weeks & returned it with half the work NOT DONE, but had no problem cashing the HUGE insurance check they received after claiming there were countless things fixed that NEVER WERE! It is now months later & I am still fighting with them to finish the work on my car. I am now being ignored after leaving three messages. Our experience with this company has been HELL to put it lightly, I would never recommend anyone to take there automobile to this RIP OFF, LYING, SCAM ARTIST who commits insurance fraud!!!
Being involved in an accident can be so stressful but thankfully one thing can be said is I never have to worry about my repairs and the quality of the work. The staff onsite are fantastic and each time their work and attention to every detail is impeccable. Thank you for everything!

They took care of my car rental, claims info, I literally did nothing. What a tremendous team! What a great relief to be in such caring and competent hands. Highly recommend.

2021-07-07One of the worst places Ive gone to about my car. If you want a shop that doesnt follow-up with you even if you leave them messages and have to have your insurance call them to get any info this is the place for you. If that isnt good enough for you, they will even tell you that they will order parts and make you wait a month just to let you know that they didnt order them. Good luck with this shop as I realized all the good reviews were in the past. I shouldve done more research on them.

2021-05-18My vehicle was damaged in a hit and run accident. I took it there on a Wednesday and was told that depending on the availability of parts it would be completed within a week tops. My vehicle was completed and delivered the following Friday. I was very pleased with the entire process. I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs by daily text messages and telephone calls when they realized they would be keeping it longer than the following Wednesday. I would definitely recommend Master Collision to friends and family as the entire staff - from the ladies in the front to the men in the shop, are very courteous, friendly, efficient, helpful and professional.

2020-01-22Master Collision just repaired my vehicle for the second time in the past six months; I will not go anywhere else! They did a fantastic job, and I was treated with courtesy and respect the entire time. The staff was first rate, from them explaining the process and the office staff keeping me informed on a daily basis; they even took care of the insurance paperwork for me, and arranged for a rental car! They EARNED the 5 Star review!

2019-06-25This was my first time using Master Collision. From the beginning (getting an estimate of repairs from a car accident), up until today when I picked up my car, everything was handled with great professionalism and efficiency. They were great about communicating with me and keeping me up to date with what they were working on and what they needed to do. They truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs done to their car.
