It seems like nobody leaves feedback/reviews for anything unless they have something negative to say. Sadly I think I fall into that category as well sometimes but, Ive been so happy with this dealership that I feel I have to give credit were its due. Two weeks ago I purchased my second vehicle from Master Motors of Buffalo (at the Transit Road/Lockport location). I cant say enough good things about this dealership and the people that work there. They have a huge selection of quality cars and never came across pushy like other dealerships. Which is why I bought another car from them.I was actually next door to the dealership getting new tires on my car (Tread City - another great place with great customer service!). While I was waiting for my new tires to be put on I strolled over and car I found the perfect car for my son. Buying a car had never been so quick and easy. Their rates were so good I even financed through them. When we picked up the car it was detailed inside and out too!If they dont have the type of vehicle youre looking for on their lot they will find you one. This was the case for me when I bought my first car from them. I told them what I was looking for and 2 days later they had it! Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience with others. Kindly note that this is real feedback from a real customer.
Purchased my Toyota Sienna Minivan from Master Motors and LOVE it! I felt the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest - AND they had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, which was awesome. I would definately recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you value things like quality and honesty when looking for a vehicle.
I bought a 2015 Rav4 from Master Motors after having trouble working with other car dealers. The dealer, Sal, was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Id recommend Master Motors to friends and family when looking for a new car.
I have been dealing with Sal and Chris for 20+ years. I just picked up a LOADED and I mean loaded truck from them for a Great Price. Very fair on my trade in as well. They even fangeled a great rate from local credit union. I highly recommend these guys for a quality used car purchase!
I have been researching for a 2008 Hyundai entourage van. Found one with low miles abd extra clean. The saleswoman Kim went above and beyond, but the service dept was lousy in communicating. Very unprofessional in the service dept. The part that was needed in the overhead console didnt come in and was mailed to us, did not solve the dome light issue, the air bag light stays on as well and the fan blower stays on high. We live out of state and this should all have been taken care of before hand. Whether I or anyone else may have been interested in this vehicle. I am about ready to return this vehicle if it is not fixed within one day if we have to go back up there to service it. Something needs to be done and I hope it gets corrected very soon.However, finally yesterday we were able to get the part that needed fixed with our van. Unfortunately, it did not solve the issues, but we spoke with the Service Dept. that walked us through and here we overlooked a fuse that was slightly tucked away from the rest of the fuses. My fiancee has a tester and he did not see it as well. Fortunately, that was what had caused the malfunctions, but overall everything was fixed! We thank you for your business and glad that they worked with us to straighten out our issues with the van.
Ive known Sal for over 30 years, bought a few cheaper cars in my younger days, but recently after paying off a couple auto loans really early, (Dont do it, it hurts your credit score) I found myself looking for a new family friendly ride, and between the other dealerships shotgunning my credit apps to the tune of almost a 100 point FICO score drop, or trying to wrangle me into brand new $800 to $1000 a month trucks, i was disappointed and angry. driving down Transit after being disappointed yet again by another dealerships offerrings (Who really wants a million mile trailblazer? - for $14.000 bucks no less?) I saw the Master Motors Sign, and having dealt with the Trigilio Family for decades in personal and professional dealings and all being excellent experiences, i decided to stop in. Sal was in, and i explained my circumstances, and he advised give me two hours and ill work something out True to his word, a couple hours later he contacted me, and as they always have hand picked top quality used cars there, i had zero apprehension on picking anything off the lot. Found EXACTLY what i wanted, for less than HALF what the other places were quoting, half the down and half the monthly payment, and 2 year bumper to bumper warranty as well.I can say without hesitation that the vehicles on their lot overall are much cleaner, and well detailed, and seem to be a better quality ive been seeing in most used car lots, and i can say thats the one thing ive noticed thru the years. good quality clean used cars and trucks.Stop in and check the lot, i cant recommend anyone more than the family at Master Motors..

Almost 30 years of buying cars from Master Motors and the Trigilio Family, Always have some of the better HD Trucks, Vans and SUVs in WNY, many from Southern States and always very competitive prices. Went in this time for a Mini Van for family visiting over the summer, within 3o minutes of arriving at Master Motors on Transit Sal Trigilio had me test driving a clean used Family friendly vehicle, and it was signed and FINANCED within the hour. Easiest transaction EVER buying used vehicle. So much so i just went back today and bought a Super Duty HD 350 for the upcoming winter. Took 15 minutes. Kim is a pleasure to deal with since shes on top of the paperwork, and i signed, paid and it went right to the Full Service WNY ACCESORY STORE (also Trigilio family) for inspection, directly across the lot from Master Motors, and got some really nice Wheels / Rims and offroad winter tires. You cant go wrong here. Literally a one stop shop.

This has to have been one of the best experiences buying a vehicle I think I have ever had and I am going to try to get anyone and everyone I know to go at least check these guys out. Sal literally didnt try to push anything on me or try to come at me with crazy high pricing. Most dealers I have ever been to they are all excited and try to tell you this is all we can do take it or leave it. Sal sat down with me to go over everything and helped make sure this is something I was comfortable getting into at least thats how I took it. It was just like having a conversation with a regular guy and not your average salesman which was super awesome. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He got me into a super Clean and great running truck I plan on keeping for quite some time.
My fiancee and I finally received the part and even though it did not fix the problems that were in the van. We talked to the Service Dept. and walked us through here it was a fuse that was tucked away a little more from the rest of the fuses that we overlooked. It all worked out and the van runs great and everything is now fixed! Just a little miscommunication there from time to time, but overall everything was handled accordingly! Thank you!

Bought a 14 explorer from master motors and could not be happier with my experience dealing with them. I got the car (obviously used and didnt expect a brand new car) and noticed a slight humming in the rear which being a mechanic myself knew it was the wheel bearing. I called and told them and they had me take it their shop and it was fixed and back to me in less than 24 hours. They gave me a warranty even though they didnt have to. Which that covered the bearing and the shop. Super great people and they stand behind their cars. I would 10/10 reccomend buying a car here and they have some of the best prices in the area! Thank you sal, kim and roman for the amazing buying experience i couldnt be happier! And glad i picked master motors for my car!!!

2021-07-30This dealer was absolutely amazing. I am in love with my Buick!! I have had such a difficult time searching for a used car with low mileage at an affordable rate. Kim was so wonderful & kind! I didn’t feel hounded or pressured into getting the vehicle that I wanted. I found my Buick on their website, went to take a look on Monday & I had the car by Friday! Kim kept in touch with me daily and helped get me the best rate on my loan! The owner Sal was great as well. He purchased the old vehicle i so desperately needed to get rid of. Told me there was a 90 day warranty & first oil change is free! Thank you both for such a great experience!

2020-11-27Over the summer my father and I were looking for a car for my daughter with low mileage at a fair price for her to have something reliable to get to and from collage and work. Sal had a Pontiac G6 with low mileage at a price that no other dealer could beat.its been a few months now and the car runs beautifully. 2020-06-15Sal took great care of me. Ive been searching for a Ford F250 for a while now and Master Motors had one. He wasnt pushing me into buying the truck and was a pleasure to work with. On top of that his service department has done a phenomenal job making sure my vehicle was in perfect shape. I will be buying another vehicle from this dealer down the road.

2020-05-25Hands down awesome customer service. Sal was absolutely amazing. have been in the market for a Dodge Challenger for three months now. I couldn’t find a good deal on one at all what so ever. But sal had a 2009 srt8 on the lot. I inquired about it and the very next day he contacted me. I didn’t even have to ask for additional pictures as he asked for my email so he could send me them!!! He gave it to me straight didn’t lie like other dealers. The car was exactly as he said. I would recommend buying a car from him! If it’s not on the lot, tell him what you want. He will get it for you. 100% hands down amazing experience. I’m from Reading PA drove 6 hours one way to buy the car from him. Just because I knew he meant business.
