Billy and his team at Masters at the best. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Professional, knowledgeable, and they treat you like theyve known you all their life. And Evelyn at the front desk is best!!
Just above and beyond excellent service, Billy is awesome and brings a warm welcome to when you walk in. This is my 2nd timing using them and i would recommend anyone to use their service
This place does it all from the quality results of your vehicle to the customer service. I was referred to this place and since I first walked in , I knew they would be accommodating and knowledgeable. When any issues were raised with the insurance , Billy and his staff put my worries at ease. I highly recommend this business without any doubt.
Billy and his team at Masters at the best. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Professional, knowledgeable, and they treat you like theyve known you all their life. They deal with everything from soup to nuts when it came to my collision and my SUV came out beautiful, as if I never got in an accident in he first place.

I was involved in a small accident and needed my rear bumper to be fixed. I was recommended by my aunt to go to masters as she had a pleasant time. I consulted with Billy and explained the situation. This being my first accident, he throughly answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process step by step. They were professional and timely. When I picked up my car, it was impeccable. Not only did the new bumper look great, they took the time to wash, vacuum, and polish the car. Highly recommend Masters Auto Collision.
These people are amazing and run a great business!! Took my car here on a Friday night right before they was closing due to my car making these terrible sounds. Billy and his team took the time to see what was actually wrong with my car instead of shooing me away and telling me to come back tomorrow like any other car business would do. I really respected him for that I left my car at the shop Friday night and picked up on Tuesday they fixed my car so quick and did a great job on it as well. They give great prices even on foreign cars which I have and they really try to help you out. Billy and his team actually care about there customers and not most businesses show that. I Highly recommended them!!
I had a great experience at Master collision. Bill is the best. He helped me so much and always goes the extra mile. He really cares about the customers. He took care of everything, helping me deal with the insurance company and arranging for the car rental. You really dont need to be worry when Bill is handling things. This is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. Everyone here is nice and very caring.I got in an accident and I had never been through the claims process before; however, Billy assured me that everything would be taken care of. I could immediately tell that he was someone I could trust. He made me feel comfortable in a time of panic. Not only did I get my car back in better shape than it was BEFORE the accident, I didnt have to do anything. Between the paperwork, the insurance, and the car rental everything was taken care of. Any time I called I got someone on the phone with quick updates and they helped me with any questions I had about the insurance.The people at Masters go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Even though I no longer live close by anymore, I am still going to drive the distance to have all my service done here. Their honesty and reasonableness is invaluable and hard to find in this business.
Amazing service. I went in a day before my birthday because someone broke my window and stole my things. I went in expecting the worse but Evelyn and everyone at Master was amazing and very caring. One of the guys went with me to my car and asked someone to take my son’s car seat and vacuum the glass out. The amazing service they provided actually was a relief. Just picked up my car from Masters Auto Collision and they did an amazing job! I had to get my bumper and sideview mirror replaced. My car looks brand new. They pay such good attention to detail. Billy is really nice and takes care of everything. I highly recommend this place!
Came in to do some body work to my car these guys treated me like a king. Everything was done on time, how it was expected and explained to me. Billy, Javier and, Chris. They all treated me awesome and even went as far as detailing my car inside and out!!
The best experience Ive ever had at a repair shop. I was a little skepitcal at first because repair shops typically like to take advantage of their customers and charge them through the roof. But, it was the complete opposite at this shop. Dean and his guys took care of everything at a reasonable rate. I had a problem with the suspension, I needed new tires & there was a dent in my car. They fixed everything in a timely fashion and even detailed my car. My car looks brand new! This is the only shop I will bring my car to because they are trustworthy and will do an excellent job! Any time my car needs body work I come here. Billy and Dean are professionals and the folks at the front desk are awesome. My car always comes back looking brand new on the inside and outside. Would 100% recommend these guys
When I was hit by another car I was towed to Masters Collision and I was impressed by their professionalism and service. My car was declared total loss by the insurance and under the advice of Bill I was able to get almost $1800 more than what they originally offer even though he already knew that and he wouldnt serve my car he still was on my side all along making the whole experience more bearable and guided me thru the whole time looking out for my best interest. I would take my car there anytime I would need it because I felt they care about their clients honestly and their service is impressive. Thank you Bill and everyone at Masters Collision.
Its hard to find people like Billy these days. I recently bought a preowned car and thought I had structural issues it (I dont). Billy spent 45 minutes with me after 5pm on a weekday, after the store closed, went for a ride with me and thoroughly examined the car and found no issues. He wouldnt even take money from me for the time spent. Its hard to find businesses like this these days. I cant say enough good things about Billy and Masters. Thank you very much for putting my mind at ease and spending the time with me.
Would give more stars if I could. The staff at Masters Collision at the East Meadow location was very professional and personable. They were available when I called every time, and truly did an exceptional job on the car. They also worked out all of the (many) kinks with the insurance for me. I must say- Billy goes above and beyond to get the job done and deliver an excellent final product. Hes a customer advocate every single step of the way, gives it his 110%, and treats every customer as if they were his only customer. Kim is very attentive to customer needs and a real expert in dealing with the insurance transactions, she was warm and kind from the get go, and very thorough in explaining the whole process. Edgar was always available to answer additional questions and was very courteous as well. Masters Collision at East Meadow has an incredible team that really impressed me with their service from start to finish! Thank you!!!
Billy did an excellent job with my 2015 Lexus GS350, he and everyone at Masters Auto Collision in East Meadow handled everything from start to finish. From dealing with my insurance company to helping me with a rental so I wouldnt be without a car, To getting my car back to me before Christmas. When youd expect there to be delays during the Holidays, they worked hard so I was able to get me car back in a timely fashion.

Got into and accident and needless to say I was very upset. My sister used Masters before and told.me.to go see then, luckily I worked across the street. They were very polite, Andrea is a sweetheart. Bill , took care of everything, including my own insurance company that was not working for my best interests. Long story short, they helped with the rental car process and my car looks like it just came off the lot!
I finally have My car again and it is the best feeling in the world! I was without it due to an accident that seemed to have totaled it, but now, thanks to Dean with Masters Collision of East Meadow and Seaford, They rebuilt it and performed what seems to be magic on My Subaru Forester, bringing it back to showroom condition! It’s beautiful! And it looks a bit ruff and tuff with a roof rack and hitch that They installed, and with a perfect paint job done; she looks better than it did when I first bought it.$>~

Had some work done on my wifes car. The color is white diamond and I hear its tough to match so I did my homework before picking a repair shop. Car came out great and had a good experience overall.Would recommend to friends and family.
2mo after the bumper was painted by them, the paint was peeling off. This is after I was reassured that the job would be done properly but they take shortcuts and charge the same. Dont go here, they dont care about customers and all the positive reviews are from friends and family.
Everyone was so professional and friendly. Every time I called or came in, I was greeted like family. Bill is like the uncle that wont let anyone mess with you. I came in because I was rear-ended, and now my car looks so much better than before. Its unrecognizable, and it looks like a brand new car! Thank you :)

These people will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. They dont care about anything but making money and ripping you off. If you get in to an accident do yourself a favor and pay the $150 to tow your car to a different body shop. ESPECIALLY if you know youre insurance wont cover the damage.
I am Dean Poupis Jr., the owner of Masters Collision. I do not understand how Google can allow these recent posts about my business. A little over a year and a half ago, one of my managers left to start his own business in the same industry. In the interim, he and his partner have done many unethical things. For example, they took my client list and solicited my customers, in addition to writing fictional posts about my business on the internet. Masters Collision was started in 1971 and I took over the family business from my father in 2004. We have a long standing reputation for quality work where we put our customers first. We take pride in our work and guarantee all of our repairs for the life of the vehicle. I would appreciate if Google would put up stricter filters to ensure that their reviews are not coming from similar emails, IP addresses, etc. It is very obvious that the same people have been posting these reviews, and the fact that the dates these posts are created are all in a small time frame is also very suspicious. The best place to fix any wreck of your car and go through the insurance and deal with adjustor’s work sheet pricing, bargains or those awful problem when you have a hit! If I have a problem - which I hope I don’t 😅 - definitely they are my choice

2022-06-05I could not be any happier with my entire experience. I walked in panicked my car would be totaled fearing frame damage. Bill immediately reassured me everything would be okay and taken care of and took a great deal of time showing me what the extent of the damage was and told me exactly what to do next so I wouldnt be paying out of pocket for getting rear ended. There was excellent communication the entire process and I was kept informed of the status of the repairs the entire time.As for the repairs I could not have asked for better. My car looks 100 times better than even before the accident. You could really tell the team went above and beyond to get this thing looking the way it does. I really cant put into words how fantastic the work they did was. Looking at the before and after photo I am still shocked. Thank you!

2022-07-03The best auto body repair shop. Had my other auto repaired previously and the workmanship was excellent and professional. They took care of everything and end result was exceptional. My current vehicle had been damaged while parked. I remembered the work they did previously and came back second time around, and again was pleased with the service and professional results I received. I would recommend this Auto body shop, the staff Bill and David are the best to deal with and handle everything from start to finish.

You can tell he really wants to help and he cares so much about his customers and the experience they have when they walk into his shop. It was my first time working with a body shop and getting my car fixed, and Billy walked me through everything (and even offered to talk to my insurance company with me) and put my mind at ease. My car looks brand new and Billy even called a few days after I picked it up to ask what I thought of it! Billy and David are both awesome - you wont regret working with Masters. Highly recommend.

2022-04-02Over the years, I have brought a few cars to this shops as a result of fender benders . This shop has something that is rarely seen today...honesty and good reliable service. Each time I have dealt with Billy. He has always been honest and upfront with me. They made getting my cars repaired seemless. They handled everything including but not limiter to dealing with the insurance adjuster, rental agency, etc. In addition, the quality of their work has always been outstanding. I will always bring my cars to them and I will recommend them to anyone who would listen. Great shop!

2021-12-04I went to get a scratch fixed. After getting estimates from two other places for approximately $500.00, the adjuster took one look, felt the scratches and announced that it only needed buffing. The scratch was gone after a quick buffing job that took 5 minutes. He stated that he believes in being honest to his customers. He invited us back to have our car detailed. We WILL be back. Highly recommended!!

2022-04-12My car was in very bad shape and needed all sorts of help. I have no knowledge about cars so I brought it to masters collision in east meadow. When I got there I spoke to an incredibly nice man named billy he had an incredible amount knowledge about cars. Him and his crew took a look and man they fixed ALL the problems oil change, tires, cracked bumper and dented side door. If it wasn’t for them I would of had to buy an entire new door. Masters collision is the spot to bring your car!!!

NOT PRESSURED TO FILE INSURANCE CLAIM.After calling and visiting over a dozen shops across the Queens/LI area including high-end places such as Detail Dynamics, I found a real gem of a place and my new one stop shop for everything.My biggest concern was having the repainted surfaces MATCH the rest of car as if it came from factory and boy did they exceed all expectations. Especially with how difficult it is to perfect my ceramic silver paint color and sheen level. And at a reasonable & fair price!It started with an inviting phone call from Dean to come in and Billy to review the damage, discuss the work required, and say what they have to work with. We must have chatted for hours and immediately I felt at home. From one car guy to another, Billy guaranteed hed take care of my car like his own and he really kept his word! He hooked me up with a rental the same day I dropped off my car with 0 issues. They nailed the estimated timeline and picked up my car no later! This includes ordering new emblems & edge protectors to replace the existing ones removed from the vehicle at NO charge!Lastly, to my surprise, they detailed the car to the T and I hold very high detailing standards! 2020-09-02I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Nobody wants or likes getting into an accident but if it does happen then I would highly recommend Masters Auto Collision. From the second I brought the car in everything was handled for me quickly and professionally including having a rental car waiting for me. When I picked up the car after repair it looked better than new....amazing work!
