When my car broke down on sunrise highway in the middle of the night I called Matteos Towing and spoke to Dave, not only were they immediately on their way, I was also told that I didn’t have to sit in my car alone at night because they would be able to tow my car without my keys. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely professional. The pricing for the tow was a great value because the service was absolutely fantastic. Matteos Towing professionalism and punctuality is far beyond the competitions, I will never use another towing company again after finding Matteos Towing.
My car broke down and I got it towed quickly. He said 15 minutes on the phone and kept his word not like other towing companies. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.

I had a wonderful day out east and finished off with a late lunch in Port Jefferson. Get to car parked on a hill and car wont start!!! Omg. I googled towing by me Matteos popped up and I called. Immediately answered and said he can be headed out to me within an hour. Hear I think my day is ending terrible and I met Dave. So nice, professional and got me home safe. Turned out to still be a great day

Hit a tire driving home that someone carelessly left in the road. He was there in under 30 minutes, very nice person and he even took the time to check underneath the car because I was worried I did some serioua damage.I would definetely reccomend over any other chain towing service.

I wouldn’t get him a chick fil a sandwich so he didn’t drop my car off at the proper location!!! Then makes me go to his house to pick up the paperwork that was supposed to be left in the car!!!! Guy is not human. Worst tow truck in the buisness. I’d stay far away from this company.

2022-07-01Love this towing company! it was like 2 AM and I broke down and he came to me in about 15 min. They are fast, professional and even do private towing to pick up and drop off vehicles. Pricing was up front as well which I really liked

2022-06-08If youre thinking about calling anyone else, dont. Dave went above and beyond for me and my fiancee. We were having a nightmare night and had been stuck for over 4 hours calling other places desperately until we called Matteos. From the first conversation on the phone we felt like this was the one place that would help us. He said 30 mins and arrived in 20. Very nice family guy, very careful with my car. 10/5 would reccomend to everyone.
