I went to look for furniture for my new home i purchased! Gens Nunez was the sale person on the floor at the time. He was very helpful, super knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I did not feel pressured at all! It was a great experience, and the furniture is reasonably priced. I will be returning soon. Thank you, Gens Nunez, for your awesome Customer Service!

I got a nice mattress and box spring for cheap, so their prices are great! However, I had to return the box spring as it turns out I didnt need it. Its been two weeks since I first called and they still havent taken the box spring!!! They keep telling me we will come tomorrow, coming soon, will call you etc. but they never do any of that. Really poor service!!!

They have good prices and were helpful finding a good mattress, but weve been trying to return and get a refund for the box spring that came with the mattress and theyve been unhelpful and dodgy.
