Went in for an adjustable base for our queen size bed - great service, Summer was our salesperson and she was amazing and very knowledgeable! We ended up adding in a head board as well, which we needed a new one anyway to actually fit into an adjustable base. She was accurate with the final dollar amount it would cost us in the different scenarios, and gave us plenty of payment and financing options - we ended up paying with cash. The price was great and looking forward to getting the new and get rid of the old and broken! Highly recommend for your bedding and mattress purchases!

I was in the Evans Mills store this week to buy two full size mattresses for our bunk beds . Disappointed they did not have any in stock , but was told they would be delivered on Saturday (today). I was concerned that I had not received a call to set up a delivery time , so I just called and was told there was a problem and there would not be a delivery today .I am very disappointed that I was not notified by the store of the problem and they can not tell me when I will receive them .
Summer is totally awesome! She was very patient and very informative. She helped us get all the possible discounts available to us. Dont go anywhere else to get your bedding. If you do you will absolutely be missing out!
Anthony did a great job helping us pick out a bed and working with us to give us a good price. We didn’t get our “Black Friday” TV like they promised and we still think the beds cost wayyyy too much but the customer service was great.

Garry was a huge help in selecting my new bad. After making my selection he knocked nearly $2000 off the price. Next day delivery was great as well seeing as how the box spring had to come all the way from Syracuse. Excellent service.

Worst experience Ive had with buying something. Time scheduleing is all off. They tell you a certain time your bed will be delivered and they show up at a totally different time outside the time window. Also, say your box spring doesnt fit maneuvering around your house, like with what happened with mine, I didnt even get put on the delivering schedule to have another box spring delivered to me. They just forgot I guess. Even after I spoke to the manager the day it wouldnt fit. If I didnt keep calling I wouldnt ever have had my box spring delivered to me.
Im a strong supporter of small businesses but man this guy is overpriced. They were trying to sell me a king memory foam mattress for $1500.00. Now my last mattress I paid a little over a thousand for but it came with the box springs. This was just the mattress. And the guy was saying he knocked a couple hundred off. Needless to say I went to Sams Club and got a king size plush serta perfect sleeper memory foam for $599. BTW Mr. President of mattress express, your comercials are annoying.

2022-03-02Mattresses here are fairly priced, and there was a good selection to choose from. Jennifer was such a great help with assisting us in finding our new mattress! Shes super friendly and knowledgeable. We didnt feel rushed or pressured at all! She found us discounts that were available and was very prompt in notifying us of any updates! There was a small issue with our mattress being out of stock, but mishaps understandably happen. Even so, Jen was very honest and quick to keep us in the know! Scheduling set up and installation was cake. The installers were also very friendly and considerate about making sure they didnt track mud/dirt into the house!Kudos! Keep these wonderful employees! 👍🏼🙂

2022-05-27Jennifer was great to work with. We purchased a Purple mattress. I brought my two young children with me, and she provided a family friendly environment. My children had a blast. The bed has been delivered and is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location and ask for Jennifer.

2021-12-29Recently purchased a new bed from here! First and foremost the outstanding service we received from Tony was excellent! He took us through several choices and bed options with thorough explanations on the pros/cons of each!Tony didn’t pressure us at anytime! He was very patient/friendly and professional throughout! He had us physically try them all to get a better read on the bed types!We have had the bed now almost 2 weeks and love it! The split king was exactly what we needed and Tony led us to it!Thanks Tony for your guidance on making the right choice! I highly recommend this store and salesman!

There are definitely a good selection of mattresses to choose from and they cover most price points. If you go to this business, I recommend working with Tony as he is very knowledgeable in all of this.

2021-03-09Tony was great! He helped us choose our perfect mattress and paid attention to every detail we gave him, while also informing us on everything bed related. He has great customer service and really cares about your comfort needs. 10/10 ,would buy again from him.Update: Tony is really really great! I was having trouble setting up payments a few days after purchase so I came back to the store, and he helped me and walked me through the process. Even called their financing customer rep for me. Hes really great and I appreciate all the help hes given us!

2021-11-11Wife and I bought a new mattress yesterday. Right from the start, customer service was amazing. There was no attempt to upsell us and although we walked out having paid a scary price we believe it was a necessary price for what we needed. Gone are the days that we can get by with a $500 Sams Club or Furniture Store mattress. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new mattress give this store a look. They will sell you a $400 mattress or a $12,000 set up. Depends on what you are looking for but the sky is the limit when it comes to what they have the offer.

He helped us find a very comfortable mattress for mostly my husband needs. Tony then got us a payment plan that was within our budget. Just waiting on our delivery to enjoy our purchase. TY

2021-04-14Tony !!!This man was soooo good at helping us find our mattress. This is our second time coming here and let me tell y’all, tony is the guy to talk to AND to help you out ! He was so nice and hilarious to chat with ! My husband and I were able to laugh and have a great conversation with Tony. Thanks to him we were able to buy a phantom mattress, 2 pillows, and sheets !!!
