The sales representative Nick S. was informative and so helpful, all the while being super hilarious. You can tell he really loves his job AND knows his stuff. He catered to our needs and we also picked up some sweet sheets for our new bed. The rest of the staff who helped us with pick-up, were also super friendly, helpful and really sealed the deal for us. Great experience all around. Thanks!

My wife and I stopped in as our first store when looking for a new mattress. Shawn was very friendly and listened to exactly what we would say. After he would show us a mattress, we would give him some feedback and he would take us to another mattress based solely on what we said. There was no “Top Down” selling where you start expensive and work your way down, he showed us what he thought we were looking for, and never once pressured us. We found a mattress we loved at a reasonable price point, but were only hesitant because this was our first stop. We let him know we would probably be back but we wanted to see what else was available. 3 stores and only 45 minutes later, we were back to buy. The salesmen at the competition just didn’t compare, they provided no attention and didn’t try to match us to a mattress, and the mattresses didn’t compare either. I would recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a no-pressure salesman who listens to match you with your mattress, instead of just selling you the most expensive one in the room.

We had a great experience today. Id give 10 stars if i could !! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by nick who was very nice and knowledgeable about mattresses. He was able to quickly negotiate a price that was perfect for us. We will be back again,thanks alot.

If youre honestly looking for a better sleep you need to come to a Syracuse location and speak with Nick. Super pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable. It didnt even feel like a sales transaction. It didnt matter what we were looking to spend. We first figured out the kind of mattress that we wanted, and then talked about price and they offer multiple financing options. And we can exchange by 90 days if were unhappy. I say why not, thanks Mattress Express!

We were very impressed with the sales process. Shawn did a great job listening to us, and not trying to sell his own agenda. We told him we did not want memory foam early on and not once did he even show us memory foam mattresses. When it came to pricing, he did not flinch or try to talk us out of anything we wanted, even as we downgraded. The experience was tailored to exactly what we wanted and there was no judgement and no trying to upsell as we came to a decision. Our only issue came at delivery. We were told our delivery window would be from 4-6 and there would be a call ahead of time to tell us they were on the way. Instead we got a call at 3 from the delivery team saying they were already there. We had to rush home and felt bad we were not ready for them. It was more an minor inconvenience for us as the delivery drivers didnt mind. Overall a very pleasing buying experience and if we ever need a mattress again we will go back.

Recently we had an issue with the frame of our bed and was getting extremely frustrated as we were not getting any help from the warranty company and pretty much washed there hands of the problem. We contacted our salesman who recommended that we call Gina as she is great at solving issues. Well, she went all out for us and resolved the issue and we cannot thank her enough. We are very pleased and would recommend her highly!

Nick was very professional and very thorough he was very patient with us and got us a great deal on the bed we wanted. Ken was very thoughtful and shared his knowledge about the massage chairs and other beds. These two gentlemen really care and they provided excellent customer service. They are truly a asset to Mattress Express Company. We felt at home they are great we saved so much money over $2,000 dollars. They both were very knowledgeable and it was such a pleasure to do business with them. Thank you Ken and Nick we are coming back for those massage chairs.

Mattress Express is fantastic!! I was in the market for a new mattress, and was finally ready to pull the trigger on an adjustable bed. Nick, the salesman, went thru a series of questions to determine which one was going to be the best for my personal needs. Together, we found the perfect mattress at a really great price. Excellent service and exceptional value, I definitely recommend them for your next mattress purchase!
