Jeanne is great. She’s not there to sell, she’s there to help you find what you want at a fair price. She’s no nonsense and after nearly 20 years with the firm knows all there is to know.
Delivery from mattress firm is notoriously late and the customer service provided is suboptimal. Zero help. Paid, waited all day and delivery no show. Now they can’t come at all.
Attentive and helpful salespeople. I was greeted immediately and provided with excellent customer service.
Jeffery Alenski, the showroom manager was delightful, highly competent, efficient and a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction. In this day and age extremely rare.
My wife and I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Sayville, we dealt with Jeffery A. He greeted us at the door and guided us through our mattress selections. He was understanding of our budget and didnt pressure us to go over it. You would think that picking a new mattress is a mundane experience, but he made it easy and fun! We would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Jeffery A. to all of our family and friends.

I was really in a bind, and needed 3 mattresses urgently. Jeanne at the Bridgehampton/Water Mill office moved mountains to get me good mattresses at a great price and available for pick up the next day! They have a great selection, and the sales people could not have been more helpful.

I have always bought Mattresses from Mattress Firm, and received great customer service, But TODAY was an exceptional experience!!! I had purchased a mattress a couple of months ago that just did not suite my comfort level... and right before the pandemic hit I wanted to exchange it for another, but the showroom was closed :( today I called in and I knew the Mattress I wanted because we have it in a Queen, but I needed another in A King 👑 ( Jennings Plush Black Beauty ) Not only did I get a great sale but they trimmed a little extra off and I got a full refund for my current one, the Manager and the sales guy were so pleasant over the phone, No Hassle Super friendly Great Price ... They made my experience like I said Exceptional!!!!! Thanks Guys

2022-06-29Jeff was very kind, helpful and thorough. He exhibited an abundance of knowledge and helped me select a mattress with confidence. He took the information I gave him, asked the right questions and directed me to the options available based on what I described. He helped the selection process go quickly, and saved me time and confusion by sparing me from trying too many mattresses that wouldn’t be a fit. He also demonstrated the importance of having the right pillow! Thanks for taking so much of the guesswork out and allowing me to narrow the search down to the best options for me!

2022-06-20I had to get a new mattress and box spring and Jeff at Mattress Firm in Bridgehampton was terrific! He gave me a few options based on the criteria I gave him and from there I had to make a choice. Once that was done the rest was simple, quick and easy. Jeff kept me informed as to the delivery information and timing and then followed up to check on how it went afterwards and to make sure we were happy. Very good experience!!

2022-01-25First, the mattress we ordered my daughter she tried for a few months and she never really felt it was the fit for her. I called back Bridgehampton- they ALWAYS, answer the phone and want to help. They picked it up immediately. Then we selected a new mattress on Saturday and it was delivered on Monday! They are so careful with details, cost and hours of delivery and prompt service. This is a very special team at Bridgehampton Mattress firm!! Thank you!

2022-03-02Jeffrey has the patience of a saint and he is the most knowledgable salesperson we’ve met. He took the time to explain the properties of each style Tempur-pedic; understand our medical needs and offered intelligent suggestions. This is out third Tempur-pedic…we weren’t sure if we would purchase another one…but after allowing us to try different models…we were sure. We definitely appreciated his concern and advice…

2021-12-07I ran into MattressFirm on Cyber Monday night late to test the mattress I wanted to buy. I’d been working all weekend and had missed out on Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and didn’t want to miss out completely on the holiday weekend sales. Although it was just an hour before closing, the sales staff greeted me warmly and gave me great service.I was impressed with how the salesperson analyzed how I lie on a bed, having had bilateral hip replacement. She helped me make an informed decision so that I would be investing my money wisely in a product that would meet my needs, and fit my budget.They offered to give me the online price in-store, so I wouldn’t have to run home and revisit the purchase process on the computer.Delivery was on the day as scheduled, which is impressive for the East End of Long Island! :). Good experience, overall!
