My experience today at Mattress Firm in New Rochelle, NY was outstanding. The customer service was excellent. The sales representative Erik walked me through the showroom. He thoroughly explained the difference of each mattress I was interested in trying out. He assisted in helping me choose the correct mattress and the correct adjustable base. I appreciate his professionalism, his honesty and his customer service. Hes a very pleasant person. It meant a lot. I walked away one happy customer and Im so excited about my purchase. Cant wait for my new bed to arrive. Thank you!!!! Today 7/4/22 was my second time purchasing a mattress with Erik. The transaction was easy and quick. He walked me through several options while explaining the difference and quality of each mattress. It was more exciting to learn my mattress, box spring and pillow will be arriving in a couple of days this Wednesday 7/6/22. Yes!!! Im Happy. Thats what I call Excellent Customer Service. Thank You.
Eric helped us out getting a mattress for our son’s new bed, with no hassle or hard selling, which is always a huge plus! He listened to what we needed and recommended options that best suited us.
Very happy with my purchase. The metal bed frame is perfect and you don’t need a box spring Just unfold it and snap it together. Also the customer service through text and in person was great. The staff was very helpful especially Eric. I would highly recommend this store.

They did not honor a lower price found online. they told me the price was not accurate and it could not be done. i took my business elsewhere.
Unprofessional they are not honest and lied about the time frame that my refund would be given. Dishonest about pick up for unwanted purchased merchandise. Did not want to price match from online.
I have purchased a mattress a couple days ago and Yember was very helpful. The mattress was delivered very quickly but I realized that I ordered the wrong size. I came back to the store and the store manager Kobby, who was very understanding and helpful scheduled another day to swap the mattresses.I’m very happy with the service they both provided.

Shopping around for a comfortable, and not so pricey mattress is daunting these days where everyone wants to sell you one. We made the decision to go to Mattress Firm because we its a mattress store. The experience was satisfying. Our sales representative Eric was very knowledgeable about all the brands even threw in his expert opinion with present mattress he had with the different brands he had purchased in his lifetime and very courteous . The price was right for us. I recommend Mattress Firm in New Rochelle, Ny.
They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I told them what I was interested in, they showed it to my son, who loved it. They had it in stock, apparently mattresses are sold rolled up in boxes now; it fit in my trunk and my son is sleeping peacefully on it tonight. I could not be happier.

The sales representative Eric was one of a kind. He took us through various types of mattresses and explained fully the pros and cons of each. I did my own research going in so I had a few question and he answered it and give us better insight to making the right decision for us.So on the day of delivery I only receive the mattress and the two pillows, I was supposed to get a free adjustable base, never came. I call the representative and was told that the was an issue with the truck not having it and it was noted before they left the warehouse. So the delivery f the free base is now set for 9/3 and that was fine waiting two more days is not a big deal. So come the day of the new delivery 9/3, I called back because I didnt receive a confirmation call like I did for the first delivery. Only to find out that the delivery was scheduled for 9/5 smh. Now this date is now an inconvenience to me because I wont be available to receive the item until Monday 9/7 smh.So now we paid for was they call a Gold Service but definitely did not receive it. To me it would have been better they told me the delivery wont come until we have all the items and make one delivery even Amazon gives that option.I was pleased at the beginning of the process but as it went on the actions of the team changed my opinion. I will not be recommending shopping here to anyone.
The salesman Eric was very kind and patient. I told him what my main needs were and he focused the sale on that. He really helped me choose the best bed for me. I have serios back issues so I needed a good bed for my back.Eric did not try to sell me something I didnt want. He is a very good salesman.

Eric helped us today and he was awesome. He allowed me a full 5 minutes to explain my wife’s and my history with mattresses and why we were there today. We were shown 5 beds and narrowed it down to two fairly quickly. All in all the process was painless and pleasant and I plan to send whoever I know that needs a new mattress to this store.
I walked into New Rochelle’s Mattress Firm and was warmly greeted by Roxy. I let her know what I was looking for and she quickly showed me exactly what could work for me, in a reasonable price range and she even worked in a discount and mattress cover! I’m pleased with my purchase and can’t wait until it arrives and completes my new bedroom set 🙂
Jake was very helpful from the first phone call before I even step foot into the store. He took his time to explain my options. This was my visit 2nd visit to a location after being unsuccessful at the first - I was unaware of the many options. His knowledge of products made me feel confident with my purchase.

As far as customer service is concerned, this location only, should receive 5 stars. I lowered my rating because of the negative experience that I had with the condition of the mattresses that I received. I did not start my mattress shopping journey at this particular location but I am fortunate to have ended my journey with the professionals at this store. Thomas is amazing at his job. When he said he would make things right for a customer he did exactly that for my situation. I definitely had a worst-case scenario shopping experience but with the best-case scenario associate guiding me through this trying process. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured or that I was an inconvenience to Thomas. Whenever I hit a wall in my warranty claim process, Thomas assured me that he would do whatever he could to make it right. The quality of the mattresses (yes mattresses) that I received were less than desirable. Thomas assured me that with his help I would find my forever mattress. I received a very defected and very expensive bed. Fortunately, as a consumer, the return/inspection/warranty process allowed my to submit evidence showing that my mattresses (yes mattresses) were in fact defected. I would caution other customers to do their research on the trial period, return policy, and warranty claims process. Eric and Jake pitched in as well and helped me finalize my last return. Although I was working directly with Thomas during this process, these associates lent a helping hand as well. Today I can honestly say, because of Thomas and the other professionals at this location that I do have my forever mattress.

Purchased mattress on Monday 7/19. Was told that one was in stock and delivery scheduled for Thursday 7/22. On Wednesday 7/21, received call that mattress was not in stock and would have to wait two weeks. Terrible inventory management.

My husband and I came into the store after he was convinced that we would get the best deal compared to anywhere else. Hans, the manager, greeted us and introduced us to Andre, the salesman on site. After we told him our budget, he found us an amazing deal on clearance for a mattress we otherwise would not have been able to afford. Be careful with delivery and handling charges. I was thrown for a loop when I purchased what I had originally thought was a decent mattress for a decent price with some discounts. When I got home, I realized I was charged about $250 for delivery and white glove service that was nothing special/very simple delivery to an empty room in a new house. I feel like the discount we got was erased by the exorbitant delivery fees and it was done in a very sneaky way. Personally, I would never buy from them again.

Once we came in we were helped by Odell and he showed us what time of bed mattress we liked either firm, medium, or soft, then he should us what beds were in our prize zone, he was really nice and pulled out mattresses for us to try them and gave us pillows and made us feel comfortable and really try the bed made us nice. Very friendly and kind. Would def recommend him to Someone else.
I took my family to Mattress Firm (Sleepys) in New Rochelle for the Memorial Day Sale Weekend. I am pleased with my mattress and the price. Very pleased with Store Manager Hans. Will visit next time definitely.
I ordered a mattress set in September I was told that it would be here in a couple of days its now the 2nd week of October and nothing each time I call each representative says they will call me back and never do. As of now I still have no idea where my mattress set is and havent heard from anyone by phone or email. I will not recommend this store to anyone
David was very accommodating ! I bought a pillow a week before and was unsatified with the high desire being that I’m a stomach sleeper. I ordered a mattress that was in stock in a nearby store. They said it would be on the truck the next day. 6pm the next day I call to make sure it is there. They say yes it is. I show up and it is not there. Employee had no facemask either. I dont normally leave reviews but Mattress Firm sent me a text asking for one so hear it is.

DEAR SleepysAlmost 3 months trying to solve my problem and no one knows how to handle my case.Store Manager is either inexistent or unreachable, and has no idea of what’s going on. Sales people can’t do much since they follow protocol.My Mattress is still on the 10 year warrant and my option is limited to either buy another one or throw mine in the garbageI’m Extremely frustrated with the way they are dealing with my problem.We recognize a good service when they are able to handle situations out of their comfort zone and clearly this Store can’t do that and for that I’m giving it ZERO stars!As of today 5.4.18 I’m sleeping with a “broken” mattress ⚠️When I call them to try to find a solution for the 50th time their answer was “there’s nothing we can do since there’s a stain on the mattress and that voids the warrant” - excuse me, the stain was there the day they delivered my mattress ( 2016) and I didn’t even notice since I had the mattress cover also installed in the same day and time of delivery -Well I’m not an average costumer since I’m dealing with major issue that don’t happen often and I feel I should get a different kind of treatment or at least priority service from them at this point. Beyond frustrated with this Store

Would give zero stars but it won’t let you. Think twice before giving your money to the store in New Rochelle.

Hans and Davis were the worst possible employees. The pillows we bought were horrible. I will never come back to this store in new Rochelle The employees here are a bit rude, unprofessional and need to be properly trained.

2022-04-14I ordered via chat a frame, mattress with gold delivery and haul away. The day of delivery only the frame and mattress cover was delivered. Deliverers said they didn’t have an order for a mattress, despite me showing them my copy of the order. I asked them if they would haul away the old mattress since it was on my copy, they said since it was not on their copy they couldn’t but would do it if I paid them; I told them why would I pay you if it’s something already on my bill. I later saw that a second shipment was on its way between 7:50 and 8:20 pm. At 8:00 I got nervous it wasn’t coming(I was expecting guests the next day) I went on a chat with mattress firm and basically they could only offer a review of the case. I called the nearest Mattress Firm and they had the mattress I needed Sleepy Snug and I went to pick it up at 8:50pm.. I had to pay again for the mattresses which was now $100.00 more than what I previously paid for. When I asked the. chat about the haul away since now I was stuck with the old mattresses I was told by the chat person to call the manager from where I picked up the mattress to have him schedule a haul away. The store manager said no it wasn’t his responsibility to do that and that the online should take care of it. I asked for a refund of the mattress that was never delivered plus a refund of the extra $100 I had to pay for the new mattress I personally had to pick up
