Very professional sales staff listened attentively to our needs and patiently explained the various options and helped us narrow down our choices by testing out several options. These sleep experts took their time and happily encouraged us to try and re-try our favorite mattresses and adjustable bases. Every nuance was covered in depth and we were extremely comfortable with our ultimate purchase. I highly recommend this store.

I spoke to and was treated with great respect and understanding I had spent 6 hours on the internet getting more confused and frustrated Dan Buckley listened to me and answered all my questions and recommended a few different beds to help me I have a broken back asthma heart disease and diabetes after looking up everything I called back he even offered to come drive me to one of your stores I bought my bed sight unseen due to his knowledge kindness and professionalism He is truly an asset to your company I am 80 years of and he was very respectful and I never felt pressured Excellent person you are fortunate to have him

My boyfriend and I bought a mattress with the store manager, Marsha, and she was absolutely amazing! She sold us a perfect king sized bed that fit both our needs and gave us a fantastic deal. Marsha was kind, smart, professional and not pushy. Rather then selling us any old bed, she gave us an education on proper sleeping techniques and showed us multiple types of beds. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If you need to get a new mattress I 100% recommend Marsha!

Marcia was very nice. I had went to a different store to begin with, wasn’t to happy with the other store. I called Huntington and spoke with Sam and he suggested I come in and he would explain the difference with all the bed. I ended up going in a few days later, Marcia suggested a better bed for a better price than the other store. Can’t wait to get my new Curve Bed.

He went above and beyond the call of duty to secure for me the best mattress for me at the best price and with the fastest delivery possible.The automated delivery updating system kept my apprised of the time right up to the minute the guys arrived with my mattress. They were in and out in minutes and I could not be happier.If you need a new mattress and/or box springs and you do not come to this store in Huntington, you are doing yourself a major disservice!!
Very helpful staff here who dont pressure you into buying a mattress. Since the store is on the small side, you may not find the matress you want to test.
Marcia was amazing. She did not rush us, but took her time and let us take ours. She has the patience of a saint and I cant thank her enough for her help. I bought a mattress a week before I needed it delivered, which he said would be no problem. The day before delivery I got a call it would not arrive, but it could be there 4 days later. (I was moving into a new apartment so this was not ideal). I asked if it will definitely be there 4 days later and he would not give me a straight answer so I cancelled the order. Dont recommend
I have to say, my wife and I went to many stores looking for Mattresses and this store was the best. No pressure in buying and a great customer service experience overall. The knowledge and deal on the package of buying a mattress, adjustable frame, mattress cover, and pillows was superb. Danial Buckley the sales man was fantastic. He was sincere and genuine in listening to us and showing us all the best options for our needs. We had a slight issue with delivery dates, and he was willing to help at literally 6pm the night before delivery to make sure our order was not delivered due to us having to be out of town. I would highly recommend this store and Danial as your next stop for a mattress and more.
I did not purchase from this location but the Huntington station location through Tom who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to reschedule my delivery due to our bed being delivered late. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact the Huntington Station store due to the massive power outage on Lo Island. Marsha helped me immediately and was so friendly! She informed me that the delivery was already routed and that she would call the delivery company to reschedule. She assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry at all because deliveries always get messed up. Marsha was a great person to deal with during this crazy time! I’m so happy I was dealing with her, everybody should be as helpful as she was.

Went in to get a pillow and the salesmen couldn’t have been nicer. I told them I was going to have surgery and they showed such concern and care for my well being. I ended up purchasing two pillows. I highly recommend this store.

Went in after I got out of work looking for a new mattress since my current one is well passed its expiration date. Was helped by an amazing man by the name of Philip Morizio. From start to finish he was genuinely a very polite and helpful guy. Did an outstanding job of helping me find a mattress that not only met my needs but also was well within my price range. All around a very positive and inviting experience when I need to get new sheets or pillows I know who Im going to go to for them.

If you want a mattress dont go here. Sleepys said that they would deliver my bed before the change. Needless to say it never came. They took my money in seconds but its been days of trying to get a bed delivered. Ive tried calling Sleepys and Mattress Firm but neither place had been able to help me. My delivery day was canceled and the the new delivery day has been miss managed. Its been weeks and I still dont have by bed. Do your self a favor buy somewhere else. Wish someone told me.

2022-02-27Dan was very helpful with my shopping for a new mattress. He was able to pull up info on my previous purchase from 8 years ago, so I could make comparisons and learn about improvements. He used a computer app to help determine the best mattress for me and observed my sleep positions. I got a real education and feel confident in my selections. He also helped me take advantage of sale promotions and discounts, so I saved quite a bit of money.In summary, excellent and very professional service.

2022-02-17I went to Huntington village Dan the store manager there was more than amazing. It was not just me walking in there to buy a mattress, it was more like total unique experience full of advices and information about how to have a good sleep how to choose the mattress that fits my way of sleeping. It was fascinating I would never thought that just going to buy a mattress can be that much fun ! I can’t thank him enough. I totally recommend everyone to go there as Mattress firm they have very good quality, lots of variations and definitely the best prices !

2022-07-31We went to Mattress Firm at Main Street in Huntington Village searching for a new bed. We had previously searched at other stores such as Raymond & Flanagan, Jennifer Furniture, Showplace Furniture and a few others not too far from this location. After trying out various mattresses and doing price comparisons, this Mattress Firm location was able to get the exact bed we were looking for at a price we could pay in full with no financing. Special Thanks to the store manager on duty Jason who was the only employee working on a Sunday afternoon and made it work for us within our limited budget.We had previously owned a tempurpedic mattress for over 10 years (5 years since we’d been together) that over the last 2 years at least was making my wife’s life miserable. She has a bad back and thought that bed had a quicksand feel and was in search of a firmer stiffer mattress. While my feeling of the tempurpedic wasn’t as disliking, it was certainly worn and I knew our bed was on its last legs for other reasons. Our search started with this under consideration and led us to a few different stores.At the different Bedding stores, we found the best bed to work for my wife was the beauty-rest black L series bed as it had both the firmness and padding to make for a comfortable sleep. It worked extremely well for me and even better for my wife. As my wife’s job was being affected and her overall quality of life had decreased due to our current sleeping arrangements, I saw this mattress was fulfilling her needs in full and we did a hard price comparison between most major mattress suppliers in Western Suffolk County between Towns of Huntington and Babylon to find it at the right store. This location close to our house on the Main Street of Huntington had that mattress at an unbeatable price.The On-Duty Manager Jason at the Huntington Main Street location worked within our initial budget showing us Beds we could afford outright. Jason offered to have Mattress Firm help us finance it but due to credit problems, we did not wish to go this route, something he respectfully acknowledged after this was explained. We found a firm bed in our budget similar to the Beauty-Rest Black L Series that was not an exact match and it appeared to work but before settling on it, we asked if there were any Beauty-Rest Black L Series beds we could order before settling on our final purchase. Much to our luck, there was one left in the warehouse offsite that we were able to obtain a significant discount on that made purchasing it outright a reality. This would not have been possible without Jason’s assistance and he made the deal even better scheduling a delivery for the following weekend. Assuming we recieve the new bed in full on the scheduled delivery date, this review shall stand as a perfect job by Mattress Firm, specifically their manager Jason of the Huntington Village location.

2022-01-12Jason Butler was amazing. We called first about a specific mattress we saw online. They didnt carry that exact one in the store so he suggested we come in an try a comparable one to decide if we wanted to go ahead an do the online order. By the time we got there Jason had done a little more research and was able to help us purchase a mattress. (Turns out it was the one online) after we tested a few. He honored the 120 day exchange policy, placed the order for us with 12 month 0% interest and even helped with discounted add ons. Jason was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely shop there again and especially request Jason Butler. Thanks again Jason!

2021-10-30I came to this location based on the amazing reviews. Anthony greeted my daughter and I with a smile. He asked what I was looking for . I explained the mattress for a guest room and pretty much showed me exactly what I was looking for immediately. There were a ton of brands and displays. There was an amazing promotion going on that threw in a free adjustable base . The whole process was smooth and Anthony was professional, polite and extremely good at his job.I also got to meet Dan who was also very courteous. I left feeling confident that I purchased the perfect mattress for the best price. Thank you Anthony for helping me today. I highly recommend this location.

2021-06-30I just purchased my first brand new, adjustable bed from Daniel/Danny Buckley and I have to say, he was excellent! I was nervous to make the purchase but thankfully, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality for customer service. He answered all my questions and took care to cover each and every one of my needs and wants. Once my new bed arrives and is set up, I will post pics on social media with a glowing recommendation for this gentleman to help anyone get into the perfect bed for them! I cant thank him enough.
