Ace was amazing at making my initial purchase and exchanging that mattress for one that was not as high to accommodate my wifes Parkinson Disease. Everything was done smooth and easy, no conflicts or hiccups. Thank you Ace and and the rest of the staff who spoke patiently with me on a few phone calls.

My daughter and I walked in to the Flatbush location looking to purchase a bed for my sister who has Alzheimer’s. She is going into assisted living in Florida. Right away we were greeted by Natasha.She was very bubbly and friendly.We told her our needs and she assisted us right away. She was both knowledgeable and professional.She really made the whole process so easier for us.
Went in with my husband and honestly just wanted to go in and out and really was over mattress searching but Robyn was so helpful!!! and insisted we try them out before we buy and it was so relaxing and even took a text and was willing to work with our budget! I have a good family friend that works here all the staff here also work together to get you the right mattress with the best deal. They go out of their way to help you make the right decision in your mattressMario showed us the intellibed mattress which is heaven but it does come with a hefty price tag but like the saying goes you want the best you gotta pay. They have all ranges of mattresses that meet your budget. If your shopping around that area drop in especially if your looking for a mattress all the furniture stores around the area do exactly as their intended sell furniture. Its like looking for tires would you go to a dealership, mechanic or body shop no you take it to a tire shop same goes when purchasing a mattress remember they only sell mattresses and awesome pillows.

The Customer service here is amazing. Reginald was a great salesperson he negative me to the right mattress that suited me. He took his time explaining each mattress to me and having me take my time to try them out. I have my mattress and it was the best choice thanks to Reginald. It was more then a mattress it was an experience.
Not only they sell used and damaged mattresses plus manager at the store made racist comments because about white people and was cursing on a costumer i do not recommend going there its a scheme place do not spend a dollar there they are disgusting and on top selling used as new repackaged in box . NEVER GO THERE !!!!!!!!

I went into the store on 7-27-21 with the intentions of buying a new mattress. I was met at the door by a very nice gentlemen named Anandram Ramsaran. When I explained that I was looking for a mattress not firm, easy for me to pick up the corners so that when I changed the linens I would not have a problem. I told him I was a side sleeper and then he directed me to three other mattress. I think he was saving the best for last. When I tried the Charlotte Plush Eurotop one I was sold. We had a deal, he offered the Surefit Premier Cotton Matt protector explained the benefits of it I said yes. He then told me that I would get a delivery on Thursday 7-29-21 I was very happy. The one thing that I liked about him was he was not pushing me into any mattress, he was very patient and understanding. I liked the idea he gave me his undivided attention. He was very professional. If I know anyone who wants to get a new mattress I would recommend them to go to the store at Kings Plaza and ask for the same sales person that helped me.
Ace was awesome and helped me decide which mattress was best for me. I couldn’t bring myself to buy a mattress online without trying several and comparing them. He was extremely knowledgeable and he gave me a better price than the online deal. Don’t buy a mattress online without trying it in store first. I had my mind set on an online mattress, but when I went in store to try it I realized there were better options.

This place is absolutely amazing, the staff is very helpful, happy have a wide selection of mattresses to suit almost anyones needs. There was a slight issue with our order but they helped us to resolve it very quickly and efficiently which impressed me most of all.

I had a very good experience with mattress firm. I went to a different location and was told I couldn’t get any mattress same day and bring it home. Well I left that place and then went to bobs. After walking out of bobs I decided to just walk in to mattress firm and give them one more chance. See if this place was any better. Well I am so happy I went there. We bought the purple medium pillow. My son loves it. The sales people are nice and they gave us lots of time to examine each pillows with a safety paper mat cover. The pillow is not your standard price so it is on the high end
I had an amazing experience coming here to this location for a new queen sized bed. I was greeted by Reignald and he was very helpful. He took his time to explain everything in detail about the product. He was very courteous. He presented his way in a very professional matter. I havent even received the mattress yet and the store is demanding that I leave a review. I dont know whether delivery will be on time or whether the merchandise will be as advertised. Why dont you ask me when Ive had a chance to actually use the product that Ive just laid out $3000 for?

The process of mattress shopping has been overwhelming. I’ve yet to receive my mattress as of yet (purchased it today) but the interactions between the team at the 2 locations I visited (Kings Highway & King’s Plaza) is worth mentioning. I purchase a Chardonnay queen size bed which is very comfortable. The firs two nights were not so good but the third night I fell in love with my bed. The salesperson Rough R Agyemang- Mcloving was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He helps me with the right selection for my back pain. The delivery was fast and on time. Visited the store and was happy that we were able to walk around the showroom. Most stores are not allowing that due to covid. We were looking for a mattress and didnt want to buy one without testing it out. My husband called the store and made an appointment with Big D (I believe his name is Mr. Mclovvin, or at least thats what the receipt says!) . Awesome gentleman and super knowledgeable of the products he was selling. Our trip didnt take long because we went in there knowing exactly what we needed which pretty much narrowed our options down to 3 mattresses, but Big D knew that off the top of his head once we gave him our specs.He showed us our options, had us test out what was available, and once purchased, Big D carried our purchase to our car for us.Id totally recommend going here as service was friendly and fantastic! I received terrific help from Valerie selecting a mattress that addresses both my desire for comfort and my back pain. The store was way cleaner than both Sears and Macys in the area who had mattress prices at incredible prices but the display models were dirty, all the display models at Matress firm were clean and well maintain. The pricing was reasonable. Im excited about my purchase. I selected a Hampton Rhodes pillow top.
I was there with my family during the Presidents day sale, and all I have to say is WOW. Tiffany went out of her way to help me and my sister pick a mattress with two very different descriptions of what we want. My experience was an AWESOME ONE! My sales person was Tiffany Hawthorne. I ,honestly, have never been in a store where the salesperson was so knowledgable! Any question that I had Tiffany answered it with awesome confidence and pride. She really believed in the product that she was selling and never once did I feel any pressure from her to purchase anything. I would also like to comment on Tiffanys personality and appearance ( OUTSTANDING)!When I left the store I found myself feeling like I had made an investment of a lifetime! Ace is my hero and this location was our port in a storm!!!! We were in deep trouble, having moved across the country to a new apartment and our mattress had arrived but had been stolen. Needless to say in the midst of the COVID-CRAZY there was absolutely no way to contact MF and we were going nowhere fast and with no where to sleep! Their website was like a beacon in the dark; text us, we are open it read. We were saved! Ace took care of our claim for the stolen mattress, followed up on it and continued to keep us updated on its progress. He set up an appointment with us the NEXT DAY at the store to pick out a new mattress and frame that ended up being 50% off the web price that day. We had a place to lay our head and our friend Ace at MF Kings Plaza to thank for it. Literally could not have survived this epic adventure without him. He is our hero. Looking forward to the day that a statue is erected in his honor.

Upon arriving to the store Ms. Claycia Smith greeted me with a hello and welcoming smile. Her demeanor remained profeasional throughout the entire two hour visit and she was patient as I went back and forth between medium firm to plush mattresses. At the end of the visit I decided on a more plush with a hint of firm that was perfect for my needs and personal comfort level. Unlike most sales experiences where I feel like Ive been taken for granted by a sleezy salesman, when I walked out of the store I felt like I invested in a great product and like I had a established a new networking relationship. I had a good experience yesterday, Saturday Oct 3rd at Mattress Firm located across the street from Kings Plaza.... I actually spent an hour and half at a competitor’s store down the block and left when delivery of furniture was estimated for November/December...since I knew what I wanted & they had it in stock , I actually spent 20 minutes in Mattress Firm and drove away with my items in the trunk of my car.

2022-06-01We went to Mattress Firm on Flatbush Ave and Ave U to shop for mattresses for our new home. We have purchased mattresses before so we were not expecting the amazing service we received. Natasha our salesperson was a dynamo. She was energetic, positive, smart, knew her product, patient, knowledgeable. Our experience was so positive. What impressed us also was the rest of the staff helped, gave assistance and were lovely. We bought two mattresses and would highly recommend this store and it’s staff

2022-05-28We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We worked with Ace, the Manager. He was very patient with us and helped us find the best mattress for the way we sleep (2 side sleepers) in our price point. He explained the difference s between 3 mattresses we were considering and encouraged us to try each one multiple times. I would highly recommend Sleep Firm and cant say enough good things about Ace.

2021-12-11They NEVER REPLACED MATTRESS and clearly mattress cover is NO GOOD!Was encouraged to purchase $80 mattress cover with my purchase. If I did my mattress would be replaced with a brand new one if mattress cover didn’t protect my mattress. After going back on and forth with their guidelines for 2 years. They NEVER REPLACED MATTRESS and clearly mattress cover is NO GOOD! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
