My husband and I went into the Mattress Firm shop yesterday to look at mattresses. The shop is near our new home and easy to access. We had done a bit of research on the web and had the names and model numbers of several mattresses approved by Consumer Reports.The man who approached us, Brad Quan, was friendly but not pushy, and showed us several models and brands of mattresses. He made them available for us to stretch out on, and after perhaps 20 minutes of trying out, checking prices, and chatting about alternatives, we bought a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with box spring and two pillows, all of which will be delivered to our home tomorrow. The old mattress and springs will be taken away. He also gave us their store literature about returns, etc. The price was satisfactory but felt like a bargain as we got a Queen size mattress and springs for a reduced price, as the one we chose happened to be on sale.It was a very satisfactory purchase, and much easier than we had anticipated.
Can’t say enough good things about the service we received here yesterday. Our salesman Brian Bell was dealing with 3 different couples all by himself and he could have handled no better then he did. The customer service we received was incredible and I highly recommend this store for good knowledge of what they are selling and customer service . My wife and I are more then satisfied

Staff was very friendly. We worked with Bradquan and Abraham. They were very patient and helped make choosing a mattress an easy process. Abraham was the first to help us and give us insight on the different mattress types and what would be best for us. Then when we came back into the store only Bradquan was there. He helped with our final decision and was also knowledgeable.Would highly recommend both salesman and mattress firm to get your new bed.

WOW! Mattress Firm is THE PLACE to go to get your next mattress!!! We were warmly welcomed the moment we walked in and felt no pressure. Our kind salesperson listened to what we were looking for and gave us numerous choices while giving us intelligent information about each mattress. We did not feel rushed, and after spending a lot of time testing out each bed, we got a great deal! It was delivered on time and well!
The sales person Shannon was amazing! He was very knowledgeable. He was extremely patient. He understood what we wanted. He was able to persuade us without pushing us to buy a much better mattress and we walked away thinking that it was a very positive experience. We shall certainly recommend the mattress firm to all our friends.
Few weeks ago I walked into this store unfortunately did not get the gentlemans name, but explained to him I was looking for a topper for my mattress that I recently purchased somewhere else that was only a few months old. The mattress was killing my back and I was unable to sleep for days! The gentleman who helped me was wonderful never rushed me walked me thru everything, helped me order it right there online, purchased me the best one with delivery right to my house. My topper is the best of the best I am beyond happy and would refer anyone to his store. Next time I purchase a mattress I will be going there so thank you to this wonderful man.

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm. It was a semi-emergency situation as I was in town visiting my mother-in-law and my bed was horrible. Needed a new one fast. Worked with Kevin and Shannon at Latham store and they made it happen. They did not have my mattress in stock but found it at a nearby store and had it delivered in two days. And got a solid deal on the mattress, box spring and frame. They both even refused a tip saying my business was enough. Very professional. Delivery guys were on time, courteous and fast. All around great experience!
Shannon was excellent. We came in late near closing time to look at mattresses not expecting to buy anything, but we found the right fit and he absolutely hooked us up! One the easiest purchases Ive ever made. I was expecting it to take hours, but the staff were SO knowledgeable and eager to please with no pushiness at all. I couldnt believe how quickly and easily I made this purchase. The entire staff here, including the manager, are excellent!

After checking out a few other stores in the area, and having terrible experiences, we were very surprised at the level of service at this location. We were lucky enough to have Joe aid us in finding the perfect matress. Mousa was also great and very helpful. There was no pressure, just a relaxing and helpful experience. Honestly, if your having a hard time finding the right matress, give the location a shot. You wont be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I were in the market for a newer and bigger bed. So we walked into Mattress Firm purely with the intentions of only looking at a new mattress and getting an idea of what one would cost. We we greeted by Kevin. He asked us what brought us in. He asked us a few more follow up questions. Before we knew it we had not only tried out a few different types and styles of mattresses but we were considering buying one that we had liked. All with zero pressure from Kevin. In the end he found the perfect mattress for us. We left happy and confident in our decision with not only the mattress but the store/associate we purchased it from.
I’ve had to do a couple of exchanges and the salespeople at both the Latham and Clifton Park stores (specifically Emma and Joe) have been consistently good-natured, helpful, and caring. They seem to really have their customer’s best interests at heart, which is nice when making such a big purchase.
My partner and I are loving our new bed. We chose to shop at Mattress Firm because of the many other positive reviews and we are happy that we did! Kevin took great care of us and helped us find the perfect mattress to suit both of our preferences. He made the whole process easy for us and had our new mattress delivered to our home a couple of days after we purchased. We honestly could not be happier. Thanks again, Kevin!
Mousa did a great job of explaining the differences of mattresses to us and made the process of finding our perfect mattress easy. Furthermore a few weeks later when we had to call the store about a separate issue, Mousa got back to us quickly even when there wasn’t going to be a sale at that time. Really appreciate the great service which is getting all too rare to find these days!

Met with a very nice upfront gentleman which was down to earth and pulled no punches. The kind we like lol. The delivery for our purchase is today with a window of 11-1pm delivery. Setup/take away free delivery and 10 year warranty on motorized base and 15 year on the king mattress. Couldn’t beat this price for comfort anywhere —along with 120 return policy if we don’t like it. Hoping this purchase has me sleeping like a baby!

We had been shopping different stores all morning, best place to get a mattress! Michael and Andrew from the latham store were friendly and personable and didnt push us for a mattress over our price range like the other stores. There was a lot of price ranges to choose from, and we ended up getting a great deal. Although we bought outright, they had financing for 6 months interest free which was great. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Don was extremely helpful through out my experience. I just moved back up here from New York City and had to furnish an entire apartment and during these tough times, most of my purchases have been online. When the store finally opened, I was able to go test out what I had purchased and thought it was the mattress for me. After a few nights of sleep, I knew that it wasn’t and I went back to do a re-selection and he was super patient and understanding! I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm and Don in particular your mattress needs! I also did not feel rushed at all!
Great experience. Service was friendly and Mousa listened to what we need which is very important because in our house, it is impossible to move large items. I appreciate the distancing protocols and ability to still try our mattress which we did buy.

They were great until they delivered the bed to our house and it had the wrong base. So we didnt accept it because was told that the base was in their store and they would deliver it within a week, its been a couple weeks and we got nothing not even a phone call! We called today and nobody there could give us an answer

Don was a great at what he does. He was very knowledgeable on every bed I tried out. I picked one and after the process of buying he let me know when it would be delivered and that I would expect a phone call for a 2 hour window to he day before it was supposed to be delivered. It never happened. I called the day of and asked why stayed home all day thinking I was getting my bed and it never showed up. I called the next day and spoke to a different salesman and he was telling me It was coming today but still no 2 hour window, long story short they never had my bed and they gave me what was supposed to be a better bed more expensive as received it 2 days later. Dons great but after that needs some serious work.
We have a 93 year old coming to live with us.We needed an adjustable bed to accommodate her.We ordered one on Tues. and we needed it delivered on Thurs for her arrival.On Wed. morning I noticed the charge hadn’t yet appeared on my Visa acct.,even though I filled out the payment form by email and had been reassured everything was fine by the store manager and the bed would indeed be delivered on Thurs.So, I called the store and spoke with someone called Mark Anthony Ifill.I told him I was very worried something was wrong with the transaction and would he find out if there was a problem with the Thurs delivery.He never called me back and when I called him later in the day (5 hours later), he told me he would call the delivery people after I filled out another payment form.Which I did.He didn’t call me right back so I called him.He said the delivery could not happen now til Sat. because it was too late.I told him if he had called me back earlier we could have fixed this.He said he was busy.I said for 5 hours?I just bought a more expensive set up from your competitor Metro Mattress for delivery on Thurs.So yeah, One StarPlease credit my Visa account.

After my home was destroyed in a fire, I had to come here and buy a new mattress. Wasnt happy about it until I met Mike & Anthony. They both made me feel better about my situation and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Chelsea & Tony were very helpful in helping us select the mattress that was best for us! Once we brought our mattress home we found that there were two holes in the bottom of the mattress (assumed damages from the warehouse). We called the office the next morning to clarify this and Chelsea and Tony were very helpful and immediately had a new mattress delivered to us! We are very appreciative of their quality of service!
After being mentally exhausted from bed shopping at taft,huck finn, metro mattress, sleep number, old brick etc finding over priced mattresses and over priced adjustable frames I came here on a fly. I was very pleased with Mike and Anthony. They took good care of me and not gimmicky. They took time with me in explain5the different mattress types and found me . This was our 3rd stop for shopping that day. Even though we had a horrible experience with mattress firm at the east greenbush location a few months prior. We decided to stop at this one in Latham and Mike was extremely helpful and thorough. We bought from him that day because he was able to get us a great deal on a matress we didnt think we could afford. Go here and see Mike, youll be glad you did!

I found Mattress Firm by a Google search and read the reviews and headed over there after work. I got exactly what I needed with amazing an fast service and had a mattress in my guest bedroom that evening. The store is clean and spacious with a lot of options and Sarah Gardner was everything you want in a sales associate, friendly, a good listener, full of good advice and understanding. I didnt want to spend a fortune on a bed that will only be used a few times a year and she showed me the options, gave me ample time to test the mattresses and answered my questions. I only needed a twin for a guest room, and the mattress I got, a Sleepys Calm Eurotop met my needs perfectly. Better yet, it was so light I could fit it in the car (Honda Element with back seats up) and carry it effortlessly in my house and upstairs. But the best part was the price - with the Memorial Day sale I spent HALF what I had budgeted for this. I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Absolutely top quality customer serviceI had to return a mattress that was too soft and the manager was able to take it back and get me a replacement for a really good price. With no hassle and he even managed to get a replacement from another store. Never shop for a mattress online

We were shopping for a bed for our camp. We explained that we needed it by Friday. Mike sold us a bed and platform frame. He told us we could pick up the frame at a nearby store, but when he called them, they didn’t have one. He said he would order it and it would be here by Tuesday. We again asked if it would be here by Friday and he said yes, we could pick it up on Wednesday (otherwise, we wouldn’t have bought the bed.) When I went to pick it up, Anthony told me it wasn’t expected until 6/18 (we bought it 5/31). So obviously, Mike desperately wanted the sale and chose to lie to us!
Keith was very very helpful. He asked me question first to help me choose the correct bed. He wasnt out to sell me the highest bed or pressure me in to buying one that I would not ve happy with.

Tony is very helpful in finding the best mattress within your budget. He takes the time to show you each individual mattress and offers you a deal you cannot refuse. Before coming to Tonys mattress firm in latham I was at a competitors store and their deals simply dont compare. Tony found the most coupons he could for us and we ended up saving a total of over $800 while only spending $510.

We went in to this store twice looking for a king sized mattress. Both times we were told by Don and supposedly the district manager Joe that they sell mattress and box spring as sets and if we wanted just a mattress it would be more expensive than getting the box spring and mattress. This was a tactic to just get a bigger commission. The total negotiated price was over $2500. We then went home and I did price comparisons between other online retailers and sleepys. What we found was shocking. Not only could you buy just a mattress on thier website but it was only about $1800. I went to other sites and found the same mattress for about $1500 delivered. So in a nut shell this store has no problem with misrepresentation. Stay away from this place. Or visit and then order online.
Marty was wonderful to deal with and I left with a good product at a good price. My delivery date got mixed up, though, so I needed to scramble to change my schedule to be able to be around for the delivery on a different day than requested.

Amazing. Sales person got me a 1200 dollar mattress for 350 dollars and got it able to deliver within 2 days, all just because the mattress I wanted would have taken a bit longer to deliver.
Kevin King was all about customer service... more than fair to resolve my issue... will definitely be back for my next bedding purchase!

2022-04-05Shannon and Joe are the best! I will always go to Mattress Firm in Latham any time I need a new bed. They know their products which helps making a choice much easier. I never felt rushed or pressured. When I needed to do an exchange they were so helpful. It’s rare to find a business run as well as this anymore. Reminds me of the “old days”! Thank you!!

2022-03-03So it was time for a new bed and I started shopping around. Went to several name brand retailers and felt like I was pushed into an item or even better one place refused to honor an advertised sale. Went into mattress firm and was helped by Tony. What a different experience, this gentleman was more concerned with what was gonna give me the best night sleep and not what his commission was gonna be. From start to finish tony knew his stuff and had me feeling like my business mattered. And when it came down to making the sale I didnt even need to ask for deals or sales. Tony gave me a deal on every last piece I bought and delivery and removal. I would highly recommend this business and Tony to any and everyone I know. Fantastic shopping experience start to finish

We immediately felt very confident with him as he has many years of service and was extremely knowledgeable in his field. We tried several styles, price points and found exactly what we needed. Best part also was it’s in stock and ready to deliver in a few days.

2022-05-15Excellent experience shopping at the Latham Mattress Firm. BradQuan helped me and was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not at all pushy. He listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions based on my needs. I didn’t buy on my first visit- I wanted to think about my options. I returned later the same day and told BradQuan what I was unsure about. He went above and beyond to listen to me and then to get me exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a better mattress than I thought I could afford for a much better price.I would absolutely recommend having him help with a new mattress purchase!

2021-09-26Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They encouraged us to take our time in decided which mattress to buy and they were not pushy. I’m pretty sure we spent an hour there moving from one bed to another, making sure we find the right fit for us. They gave us lots of good advice and even helped us find the perfect mattress to fit our sleeping needs. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I’m grateful for their help.They have good warranties and provide very helpful service. The sleep trail we get allows us 3 months to decide if the mattress is perfect for us, also giving us the option to exchanged it if we r not completely satisfied. I’d gladly return in the future.
