The store is clean, the sales help was knowledgeable but not pushy. Cassie listened to what I was looking for and directed me accordingly. I picked my mattress by comfort. There was no push to sell a higher end product. The whole process was quick and painless.
The initial phone call to Cassie on 1/17/21 was great. She provided me with a lot of information. We visited the store on 1/18/21 and Georgia was also great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Both women are very professional.We scheduled a delivery date which had to be changed and Georgia was so helpful.Thank you for hiring such great employees.I would give Mattress Firm 5 stars but when I made my initial purchase in February of 2020 I was not advised that there was a choice of box spring heights and our visit today was to order a lower profile box spring.Our bed had only been slept on about 15 times in the past year. It seems so wasteful to have the box spring thrown away and for us to incur the additional expense of a new one. Due to an unexpected need to use the guest room on a nightly basis we have to make this change. I would have chosen a lower box spring initially if given the option.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm this evening. My daughter needed a new mattress and the sales rep Lauren was so kind and helpful. She did not pressure us and was genuinely happy to assist us. We found the perfect mattress. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. Wonderful! We will be back for sure.

I finally convinced my 85yr old mother to stop into MattressFIRM on Saturday. She’d been complaining about her mattress for quite some time, but dreaded the thought of shopping for a new one. I am so glad that we stopped in!!!! Cassie, our sales rep, was very pleasant & helpful. She gave us the space to browse, try out mattresses and to talk amongst ourselves. She had ready answers for all of our questions. We had not planned to purchase an adjustable bed and didn’t know it was even an option. But we were pleasantly surprised when we found just the RIGHT bed at the RIGHT price. The mattress arrived today as promised (3days after purchase). We received multiple delivery updates, which helped to plan our day. My mother is looking forward to a good night’s sleep tonight. However, if she finds the bed not to her liking, there’s a 120 night sleep trial period! Thank you for everything MattressFIRM.

My husband and I stopped by the New Windsor location today to purchase a new king size mattress and we found the perfect one! My Mother and I are new to the area and we walked in unsure with what to expect at Mattress Firm. We used to go to Mattress Firm in Cortlandt because we lived close by. However the minute we walked into this Mattress Firm, Nathan was welcoming and had great energy to help us! Nathan was such a great sales person! he made sure we left with everything we needed and he provided us with great details on any questions we had, we were so happy with the deal he gave us and recommendations. it was definitely worth it. Cassie VanOyan was honestly probably one of the best salespeople Ive ever met. She was kind, polite, bright, and really cheery. Was always able to answer any of my questions, and there was never a moment where I felt helpless because she was politely there to guide me through it. Now, I didnt get the chance to see anyone else working there due to how they follow every code restriction to the t, but if any of the other salespeople there are at least half as good as Cassie youd have a wonderful experience at this location. In store was buying was great ! But the delivery for $89 which you have to use the service because you can’t pick up the merchandise with your on truck ! Although my husband basically had to reset up the bed himself. The delivery team did not take the old bed and they left it on my bedroom and the bed was dragged to the curb by my husband and it’s still there 3 days later ! Supposedly they are coming !

This was our first time shopping for a real mattress and she made it very easy and stress-free. Jordan was a nice guy who helped me get 2 box springs and 3 bed frames all for a good price. He then wrapped my stuff up in my pickup truck so it doesn’t fall. Good customer service.
Georgia gave me good service to start but when others came into the store I was left for a while considering my order was over 2500 I would think I should had more attention and I was there first. Well she did help me find the best mattress option. Although after I left the store follow through lacked my order got put out by weeks and feel she should had contacted me to let me know and get it resolved I never heard back from her. So glad that someone else help resolve it and my order had to be changed but happy with the service the other person gave me. Not so happy with Georgia follow through seemed to be distracted a lot.

Jessica was our sales associate and we could not have been happier. She took the time to explain all the different mattresses. She was very patient while my son and I laid on every mattress in the store.She was also very accommodating. We had such a great experience with her that we went back two days later and purchased a second king sized mattress.

Great customer service by the manager, Adam Gonzalez, during, and most importantly, after the sale. I had to take advantage of the Comfort Guarantee since the mattress was not adjusting to my body after 4 weeks. Adam shown much concern and was intent on correcting the issue by exchanging the mattress to one that was much more comfortable. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the product line. I highly recommend this store.
We got an excellent memory foam mattress for an excellent price! The salesman, Adam was very knowledgeable about all the products that Sleepys has to offer. He is sincere/patient and walked us through all the details about pillow top mattresses to our final selection of a memory foam mattress. Our delivery was on time and the mattress is just fantastic! Great place with many mattress options. We needed a new bed ASAP so I stopped in. The manager asked a series of questions regarding sleep and we started testing mattresses from there. Found a great mattress in 30 minutes even with my kids acting crazy in the store. Excellent service. Very excited to get my delivery quickly and have a guarantee for exchange or return after using it. Im very happy with my purchase and glad to have this store close by!

The New Windsor store experience was amazing! Alex Manson was so courteous and helpful. I got a delivery of my Tempurpedic set the following day. You get an automated phone call with a 2 hour delivery window and then a call saying the driver is on the way and ETA. The delivery personnel were professional, very careful, even wearing gloves and booties. Not one bump into the walls! I highly recommend this vendor.

I am posting a second review. I love these guys!! Last week I had a queen sized bed delivered and the Box spring wouldnt fit into my apartment. I had just worked a night shift and I completely lost it! I was so tired and between work and moving, was exhausted! I called the store and spoke to Elijah who got it switched to a low profile to be delivered within 48 hours. Today (48 hours later) Lane at the store was able to help me further by giving me a better estimation of arrival time and helping me with 2 more mattresses for my teenage sons!! Thrilled with the service. No upwelling, just basic what do you need and want, we can help!! Will always buy and refer here. Thanks guys!!!

Were considering upgrading from a queen to a king, so for the past couple of weeks weve visited a couple of Mattress Firms and other mattress retailers in the mid-Hudson Valley to get a feel for prices and styles. On a beautiful Friday afternoon, we stopped into the MF in Vails Gate and were warmly greeted by Layne S. He was friendly but not pushy, and gave us space to look around and get used to the store layout before engaging with us to answer our questions and better guide us to models that would suit our needs & budget. It was our best mattress shopping experience by far!Layne was extremely knowledgeable about the similarities and differences between the models, and took care to explain in as simple or detailed terms as we wanted. He truly went above and beyond in caring for us as customers... he even hauled a couple of the mattresses down onto the floor so we could try them out on a firmer, more platform-bed-like surface. We NEVER felt pressured or like we were being snowed with a bunch of confusing terminology.I highly recommend that you swing by to see him! He circulates around and works at several MF stores throughout the week, but is at the Vails Gate store almost every Friday. Stop by and see him... you wont be disappointed!

2022-01-21I have made several purchases at this location prior to this last one. I needed a mattress quickly and the sales associate Cassie, was able to help me over the phone and set up next day delivery, taking care of every detail. The mattress was delivered and we are very happy with the entire experience.

2021-12-22Elijah was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and made the purchase quick and seamless. He was very helpful and offered valid reasoning behind which mattress was best and why. He didnt try to upsell but instead focused on our need. It was quick and easy. Im very happy with the service and purchase. 4 stars because they were completely booked for delivery when I wanted but during this time of covid and delays, that is expected. I am pleased.

2021-07-02I came in on 7/2/21 with a warranty credit for a five year old mattress and I am happy to say that Mattress Firm lives up to their promise. My husband and I werent quite sure what we needed for the type of sleepers we are but Cassie asked a few questions about our sleep habits and quickly knew what ro suggest. She offered great options, very knowledgeable of the mattress types, was incredibly helpful, made convenient delivery arrangements and very pleasant to work with. Cassie is AMAZING!!!
