The salesman, Randy, provided extraordinary service. Randy was very knowledgeable, professional, abided by CDC guidelines when one enters and when allowing customers to experience the merchandise, and empathetic as he listened to our needs. They really care about the customer at this location. Great quality mattresses, adjustable bases, and pillows for various price ranges. Ample parking. I mentioned the budget that I was on. The salesman asked of me a couple of questions to gain a quick assessment of what I needed.The matress he recommended was outside of my budget. I walked in and was immediately greeted by David. He did not pressure me to buy any of the mattresses. He was helpful and practiced social distancing during the entire transaction. The only thing I would have liked is if he had offered hand sanitizer upon entry to the store. Otherwise it was a good experience.

See David when you visit the store. I bought a mattress that was too firm and had to exchange it medium plush one. David was very helpful thru the process. Keep in mind with the 120 days sleep trial, you cannot exchange your mattress until after 30 days. So if you made a bad choice like me, youre stuck with it for 30 days. They charge $99 for each delivery/exchange. Choose wisely!!!

Wasn’t sure if I would order the right mattress for my guest room online so I visited the store and the customer service was A+. Tried a few mattress’ out and found a great firm and affordable mattress and frame.

Decent discount. Decent service. Just make sure if youre working in a budget to tell them up front so they can direct you to the right mattress. Got out firm Tulo for $600. Theyre listed as $700 on their website. Only bad thing, ordered a twin box spring from the outlet. Wasnt told it was used or non-returnable

I wish I could be getting more sleep, or even some good sleep . Ive been having the Worst sleep ever! Noises are coming from my mattress. Its saggy when in bed. ( we feel like we are in a deep ocean , that we have to fight to get out of). I have back pain and neck pain every time my husband and I try to get a sleep on my $1200 mattress firm beauty rest legend mattress.After lifting my mattress to take a picture of slat,a big gap was discovered at the back of my mattress. Most uncomfortable sleep EVER! Please help!

2022-03-31W I was at Mattress firm today. I had a $500 budget for amattress. I was shown a lovely mattress that was under$400 I told the manager I was interested and would beback tomorrow. Apparently that wasnt good enough.I kept getting questions- If tomorrow, then why nottoday? What else do you need. Irony is I would havegone back tomorrow but I dont appreciate the salespitch. She just should have left it alone. She accusedme of mattress shopping and that I would take theinfo and go online or another place.

2022-07-04I have written below to the Service Request FormAt 11:33 PMYour Sleep Expert™: David; treated me inappropriatly. He gave me a wrong address for picking up two mattresses which I paid for at about 7 pm. When I arrived to the wrong address I decided to go back and see him. His supervisor was in the office and says David left and he can do nothing but canceling our order!!! Im sure your company is not willing to canceling a customer order just because your Sleep Expert gives wrong pick up address !!! If your clients satisfaction is an important goal to your firm I assure you that in today evening two of your staff did everything not to achieve your goals.I had to go and buy mattresses from another place to my guests and spent extra money for unnecessary actions.
