2022-06-03On my way home from work today, I stopped in at the PC Richards on Kings Highway to check out their selection of tower air-conditioners and Mark, the sales associate who assisted me, was both helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the available options. He patiently explained all of the features of the merchandise on display and even went the extra mile to print out information on out-of-stock models I might want. I am definitely coming back here again and requesting Mark when my husband and I are ready to purchase appliances for our upcoming kitchen remodel. It is a delightful, though increasingly rare, experience to be guided around a store by a sales associate who knows how to give customers the VIP treatment - kudos to Mark at Kings Highway PC Richards!!!
