Once again Edna in the mattress department went above and beyond, great customer service. I had a problem with my mattress and Edna helped me the whole way threw, called me when she didnt have to and stayed on top of what could have been a bad situation. If you need a mattress I suggest you go and see Edna at the smithhaven mall she is the best.

Poor quality leather furniture. We are on our third attempt at getting all the pieces we want without any manufacturing defects. This is the last attempt before we return the entire livingroom set. Macys mode of operation seems to be to deliver you defective furniture ,then try to talk you into accepting a repair technician to come to assess your brand new furniture. We arent particularly picky people but the defects are unacceptable. It would be nice to get what we paid for. more........FIVE DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES, AND A TECHNICIAN TO ADD STUFFING TO BRAND NEW PIECE..finally have decent pieces after weeks and weeks. DO NOT shop here. and especially do not purchase the Myars livingroom..it will all be delivered with sub-standard quality issues !
I wish I could give -5 stars I went here today with a couple of my friends to look at beds and when we where looking we where told to leave if we weren’t going to buy anything I me and my friend explained that we where trying to buy a bed and then the guy working there yelled at us to get out and that he was gonna get mall security I feel absolutely raged and how I was treated today and I hope the company sees this and takes some sort of control of this situation

The store has a lot of nice furniture kind of overpriced the sales people there follow you around and hunt you down until you tell them to go away and even when you tell him to go away they still find you somehow. Basically just use it as an entrance to get into the mall
Not great, we went to try a memory foam, but were told we had to order online, if we didnt like it for the return we would have to pay FedEx for shipments back. Use amazon prime.
What a beautiful store, tons of well made stuff. salespeople give you space.

2022-03-12I love going to this Macys Furniture store, the sales representatives here are always very welcoming and very helpful. It is always kept clean and there is a fairly large selection of furniture. This is the place I always go to get new furniture

2020-01-05BK and Edna are amazing salespeople. Very patient with me and my husband 😏 We had order couple of sets of furniture and we had to readjust and BK was great with the change. And yes, that affected Edna who was very accommodating. Thank you both for understanding.The perk, we upgraded our mattress and then we added a sleeper for our guest room.I cant wait to come back in the Spring when we are going to furnish the living room and dining room. Best quality furniture at great prices.

2019-12-22Edna was fantastic in the mattress department. Extremely thorough, friendly, and patient and gave us a great price on top of everything. Would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a mattress.

2018-08-29The Furniture Galley is a well maintained store with an excellent selection of furniture, bedding and rugs. The sales associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We dealt with Charlie who helped us match some bedding we purchased a year ago for a guest room. All in all another pleasant experience at reasonable prices.

2020-11-24Bought a couch a year ago, it broke, they tried to fix it, bit kept getting thr wrong parts, then the couch was discontinued. Got credit to get a new one, ordered it October, got delayed 3x now until december..... do yourself a favor and stay away from this garbage company

2017-10-28The worst experience ever from a furniture store from start to finish. Do not waste your time and money here. To make it short, our experience is it’s salesperson Tony was horrible, ended up talking to the store manager Scott, who was so apologetic to begin with and offered us a gift card of $150 so at least that’d bring us back to Macy’s. Never received it. Nothing more to talk about the place and their service.
