Had two surgeries with Dr. Khosh for my (from birth) choanal atresia. I started with what was estimated by Dr. Khosh at 5% and 40% airflow in my nostrils. In addition to this he opened my airway to improve airflow by working on my deviated septum and reducing my turbinates.After the first surgery my airflow improved (from 5-40%) to what I estimate to be 15-60%, but I had a small perforation in my septum which caused a whistling sound.In the second surgery doctor Khosh reduced my (new) perforation to a tiny hole, effectively getting rid of all negative side effects, as there is no whistling sound anymore. My airflow I now estimate at 30-70%, which is awesome. For the first time in my life I can breathe through my nose and keep my mouth shut, and I can sleep through the night, instead of waking up every hour.Very thankful to Dr. Khosh. His team is also very friendly and helpful with the administrative part of the process.
Dr Khosh achieved my goals beyond what I ever imagined. I had a botched rhinoplasty years ago from a previous surgeon. I had been told by other revision specialists that what I sought to do was not possible or was not possible unless they performed an open rhinoplasty. Dr Khosh met with me and spent time fully examining my nose inside and out, presenting me with a few options and showing me on the computer through digital software how the nose could look. I opted to do a non-surgical nose job (liquid rhinoplasty) because I was afraid of having to go under the knife again and didn’t want to wait for all the post op swelling to go down. The in-office procedure took around an hour because I also had some filler put in my top lip. My original botched nose was overly rotated upwards and the former surgeon had taken way too much cartilage and bone out of my nose. It through off the symmetry of my face and had a pinched appearance. Dr Khosh was able to achieve my desired look by using injections to fill in the deformities, create symmetry and create the appearance of a lower tip. With the upper lip, his correct placement of the filler created a natural pouty look that I was seeking rather than the “duck lips look” that some women end up with. I am so so happy with the results and I would only trust Dr. khosh in the future with additional procedures. He is extremely honest about what can and can’t be achieved while also explaining to you the side effects and risks that come with the territory. His conservative approach made my face look natural and back to normal. I have already suggested friends and family that are looking for work to see him and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, responsible, knowledgeable and talented Doctor. Lastly the entire staff were very friendly including Susan at the front desk.

Dr Khosh completely changed my life. I suffer from bad teeth grinding and TMJ, and we decided getting botox in the masseter was the best option. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Khosh. He is extremely talented, professional and my results are beyond my expectations. Not only is he a skillful surgeon, he is friendly, personable and truly listens to his patients concerns. At the end of July 2021 I had an osteoma bump on my forehead that was successfully removed by Dr. Khosh without leaving a noticeable scar. It looks great now and completely healed! I am really thrilled to have had this procedure and he did a terrific job. He took time to explain everything in detail before hand, so I knew exactly what to expect and I was very comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend him!
I truly cannot overstate how exceptional Dr. Khosh is as a surgeon and a person.I waited for over a decade to fix a botched rhinoplasty because it had been such a traumatic experience that I hadn’t felt comfortable with any surgeon since. I would tirelessly click through before/after photos on surgeon’s websites and be unimpressed by the results, which I often felt looked unnatural and overdone. I was immediately struck by how Dr. Khosh’s photos had a natural and almost artistic look to them. Meeting him solidified my choice in spades. He was so clearly qualified professionally but also, so patient and compassionate personally. I have never met a surgeon who appeared so genuinely invested in the outcome and excited to help. He took time to go through my vision with me in painstaking detail and answered every question that I had. He was accessible and transparent with me every step of the way. His staff, Susan and Judy, are an absolute delight and so accessible as well.Dr. Khosh set realistic expectations for me while simultaneously reassuring me of what could be achieved. My revision rhinoplasty was very complicated and required a substantial graft from my rib. I never thought I could love my nose, but what he did exceeded all expectations. I am one month post op and still healing, but can’t wait to see the final result!If you’re like me, selecting and trusting a surgeon with your face is a monumental decision. Dr. Khosh and his staff are so lovely - I had a wonderful experience. I visited Dr Khosh to fix my nostril that was raised and slightly flared. It made my nose look slightly wonky and was a big insecurity of mine. A seemingly minor defect turned out to require a fairly complicated surgery… one that called for more money and time than I could afford. Dr Khosh expertly applied his knowledge as a cosmetic surgeon and ENT specialist to come up with a creative solution: rather than performing surgery, he instead used filler to even out my nostrils and greatly improve the overall symmetry of my nose. The results from his needle were almost identical to those achieved with a scalpel - minus the recovery time and huge bill!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results.
After extensive research on which doctor to go to for my forehead osteoma removal, I decided to go with Dr. Khosh because of how highly reviewed he was. He did not disappoint!!! Dr.Khosh was awesome! I went to get my earlobe repaired and the whole process was super quick and painless, he even had me laughing the entire time I didnt realize when we were done!
I came to Dr. Khosh for a small keloid removal and also a non-surgical rhinoplasty, both of which he was able to knock out in one day. The liquid rhinoplasty was completely painless and the results are natural and well exceeded my expectations, but the keloid injections that he administered worked astonishing well! I’ve been to two other dermatologists who have used their own methods of keloid injections, but those had no positions or even minimal effect of the size. After one session, Dr. Khosh was able to greatly reduce the size to where the scars are now almost completely flat. I had a second session and I’m very confident about the results to come. His office is great and each procedure is definitely worth it.
Doctor Khosh was extremely professional and kind. I went for a scar revision consultation where he thoroughly explained to me the pros and cons of the procedure he would do.He made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation and told me that the scar was not so noticeable, so the revision wouldnt make such a big difference for my particular case.He then told me that if it really bothers me, hed still do it, but I trusted his judgment. So, Im going to leave it as it is. I really appreciated his honesty. Other surgeons wouldve just proceeded to make money.I wish there were more people like Doctor Khosh. 110% recommended!
If I could give Dr Khosh 10 stars I would. I came to him after having Moh’s reconstruction on my nose by another doctor. To say the least it was an unfavorable outcome. This past year of my life, I have struggled with looking like a burn victim and could barely look at myself in the mirror. The right side of my nose was practically gone. After my consultation with Dr Khosh I knew he was the best doctor to help me move forward with my life and correct this horrible defect. Dr Khosh is the ultimate professional and he is a miracle worker!!! I am so happy with the outcome!! He is compassionate, honest and truth be told the kindest person you could ever meet. I’m 2 weeks out of surgery, healing well and I couldn’t be more grateful to this amazing doctor for making me feel whole again...truly.. I had a pretty significant sized benign bone tumor removed from my forehead on 11/16/21. I had trauma to my head when I was around 9 years old and apparently it made my bone grow deformed. A small lump first appeared in my mid 20s and since it was benign n I was told it shouldn’t grow significantly I just got bangs n tried to ignore it. Well in my mid 30s it grew, a lot. It slowly became the only thing I would see when I looked in the mirror. It was also all anything else other people noticed because I was forever asked what happened to my head. Finally, 20 years later, I got the courage to have it removed and luckily found the most capable hands, in plastic surgeon, Dr. Maurice Khosh. I had zero pain during and after. Dr. Khosh and his staff were calm and soothing throughout the whole experience and I had minimal swelling afterwards that I tended to with some ice and a Tylenol. Considering the size of my osteoma, to say I was pleasantly surprised with my quick recovery is an understatement! It might not seem like a big deal to some people but I actually teared up when I took my bandages off n saw my face for the first time in 20 years, not the giant deformed lump on my forehead. I could not recommend a doctor more!
I saw Dr. Khosh for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and botox for my chin. The staff and Dr. Khosh were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Khosh was very patient and listened to all of my concerns. He was very thorough in explaining the procedures and answering all my questions. I am extremely happy with my results and would definitely come back to Dr. Khosh for future procedures!
Everything about my experience with Dr. Khosh and his staff (particularly Susan) was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I had a rhinoplasty done after a broken nose back in 2014 and the results were subpar, both aesthetically and functionally. I had frequent trouble breathing, as well as the common rhinoplasty failures (flared nostril, over rotated tip, columellar droop). I began searching for surgeons well versed in revision rhinoplasty and this led me to Dr. Khosh. From the moment I had my consultation, I knew I was in great hands. He was patient, thorough, responsive and genuinely cared, all of which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Miss Susan was also an angel in helping and guiding me through the financial/health insurance aspect of things. The day of procedure was as pleasant as could be too. The recovery process for a revision is a little more taxing than a primary which is to be expected but Dr. Khosh was always accessible whether by phone or email if I ever needed anything which was awesome. 1-month post op now, my nose is much better aesthetically and more suited to my face — also, most importantly, my breathing is much improved! Improvements and changes are expected to continue for the next year and I’m excited to see the progress at this rate. I cannot thank Dr. Khosh and his staff enough — I recommend him in the strongest possible terms, you will not regret being a patient of his. Thank you again Dr. Khosh and staff!
About 4-5 years ago I was recommended to Dr. khosh’s office to have silicone removed from my lips. But for some reason, I chose to go with another plastic surgeon. Had surgery with that other doctor but still had certain areas that would swell up and you can still clearly see the balls of silicone protruding out. I finally decided in 2021 to have Dr. khosh to help with the remaining issues. It’s been 3 months since I had my procedure done and I am truly happy. Everything went well and can’t even notice I had anything done. I’m not 100 percent back to what I was before having silicone injected but I can happily walk around without being embarrassed. Thank you Doc. Also thank you to the staff, everyone is professional and so sweet. By the way, I never write reviews unless the job was horrible and warn others. However in this case, I just had to let it be known the awesome job provided.
I came to Dr. Khosh’s office to fix my cauliflower ear, and even though it was severely deformed Dr. Khosh did a wonderful job fixing my ear as well as making me feel very comfortable and at ease during the procedure. I visited Dr Khosh to fix a case of cauliflower ears from some years of jiu jitsu. It was extremely difficult to find a surgeon who has experience in this area as the surgery is not very common. After some time searching I found Dr Khosh and I could not be happier with the results ! Other than being a very skilled plastic surgeon he is very personable and his staff is very accommodating. If you anyone in the tri-state area wants to fix their cauliflower ears from years of combat sports Dr. Khosh is the man to go to. You will definitely be happy with the results !

Dr. Khosh is amazing. I came to him to fix my deviated septum and he did an amazing job, no complaints whatsoever. His bedside manner is also great and he answers all questions clearly and concisely. Dr. Khosh is truly an expert in his field. I came to Dr. Khosh for my severely deviated septum. I always had trouble breathing and knew it would only get worse as I got older. When I had my initial consultation with Dr. Khosh, I was immediately impressed by his beautiful office and his welcoming staff. Dr. Khosh has a very calm and pleasant demeanor and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of having this surgery. He made sure I understood that since this was not cosmetic surgery, but a slightly more difficult corrective surgery, that there may be a chance that my nose may not look exactly the same after the surgery. Dr. Khosh is an extremely kind and caring doctor. I had first met him as a medical visit when having sinus issues, and ended up going back for a non-surgical but cosmetic treatment called EmbraceRF which is fairly new to the US - its a combination of facetite or accutite and Morpheus8 (radio frequency and microneedling to tighten and lift the skin). 3 months later and Im extremely happy with the results. I can definitely see an improvement in my skin laxity and contour. Dr. Khosh genuinely cares about his patients, he will answer all your questions and spend a good amount of time with you in addition to having great hands. His whole office staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful office in a great location in midtown. I know I can rely on Dr. Khosh for any sinus or cosmetic related procedures in the future.

Highly recommend! Dr Khosh has now helped me with two issues, including septum deviation. I felt from the outset that he really understood my concerns, and he did a great job explaining the options, as well as realistic expectations for outcomes. My procedures were smooth as could be, and there just isnt enough good things that can be said for breathing properly through both sides of your nose! The post-op follow up was also extremely attentive- even getting back to a very slight concern I had over the weekend. The office itself was also very easy to work with and super friendly! I had a bad, itchy and hurtful keloid on my ear for a year and I was searching for a surgeon to fix it but due to covid19 many clinics were closed or were not accepting new patients. luckily through google search I came across Dr. Khosh info and its reviews. Dr. Khosh is the best! I needed to have surgery on my cheek and was so nervous about it so wanted to find the best facial plastic surgeon in NYC. Dr. Khosh came highly recommended from my dermatologist and had top credentials with double-board certification, so I went with him. We decided together on the best course of action both medically and cosmetically and he was so assuring with his terrific bedside manner. He was unrushed with each consultation and with the surgery, and he even added extra dressing to my wound after I requested it (it was unnecessary but just gave me the comfort I was seeking). His surgery work was careful and thorough, and Im thrilled with the results. There is very little scarring as he promised. Dr. Khosh, Susan, his office manager, and his entire staff are AMAZING!!!!! After an 18 month search for someone that could perform a saddle nose repair, I found Dr. Khosh. By the way, the saddle nose was the result of a deviated septum surgery (from another Dr.) that was not intended to be cosmetic! Prior to choosing Dr. Khosh for the repair surgery, I did hundreds of hours of research (Im not exaggerating!) and did Skype and in person visits with physicians from across the country. Given the difficult nature of this surgery and my prior unfortunate experience, I was not leaving anything to chance. All my research paid off because I found Dr. Khosh. The relationship started with a wonderful conversation with Susan who told me to email Dr. Khosh with my questions. I couldnt believe it, this busy, Park Avenue Dr. emailed me back right away with thoughtful and thorough answers to all of my questions. He continued to be as responsive, thoughtful and caring throughout the process. It is just two weeks post surgery and the results are already great. No bruising and surprisingly little swelling. Dr. Khosh is the most talented and responsive surgeon I have ever met and has surrounded himself with an office staff that is equally as wonderful.

We live in upstate NY and drove several hours each way (several times) to interview different doctors to fix our daughter’s deviated septum, which inhibited her sleeping and her breathing in general.We really liked his calm, gentle demeanor and he was never rushed when explaining things to us. He was funny and easy to be around. We never felt like he was pushing us out of the office.It’s been almost a year now after the surgery and we’re happier than ever. Dr Khosh was a second opinion after another doctor told me the aesthetics of my nose could be fixed but nothing could be done for my breathing; in fact the procedure may have made my breathing worse. I went to Dr.Kosh last year to have an extremely large and painful keloid removed from my left shoulder. After removal he left a delicate thin horizontal scar in its places that’s healing beautifully! I just followed up with him a year later to get a small shot to make sure the keloid does not return. I had a deviated septum for who knows how long and could not breathe out of my left nostril very well if at all. Figured Id finally do something and happy I went to Dr. Khosh. My experience with Dr. Khosh was great. I have nothing bad to say about him. His staff was nice as well. My alar base was reduced several years ago. Dr. Khosh placed cartilage inside my nostrils and although a subtle difference to others, it was a bigger difference to me. My self confidence is coming back thanks to Dr. Khosh. Towards the end of 2019 I developed a hemangioma right in the middle of my upper lip out of no where. I had no idea what it was all I saw was a huge pimple on my lip. It was a long year before meeting Maurice. Ever since the pandemic started I wore a surgical mask everywhere but in my house and wouldn’t take it off even when it was safe to. Maurice was definitely able to help me by removing it and he literally changed my way of life for the better, both physically and mentally. Thank you for giving me a normal way of life again. Now I only wear a mask when it’s appropriate to do so and I don’t have to make up excuses as to why I can’t take it off anymore.

Throughout the past five or so years I have had 3 septum surgeries in order to unblock my airway. The first one was relatively successful until I broke my nose again. Then my septum revision surgery did not fix that deviation and instead gave me an even more deviated septum and it slightly changed my appearance. This was all before seeing Dr. Khosh. The professionalism in his office by his coworkers and himself were far and above the best of any of the doctors I had seen. He took all the time necessary for us to discuss the best courses of action and what it would entail fixing my breathing without any more change to my physical structure. It was a challenge seeing that my septum had been worked down to very thin, but a challenge Dr. Khosh was well able to undertake. The surgery in august went completely successful as my breathing is restored. Dr. Khosh used some of my rib cartilage to essentially create a new septum with enough support to hold my airway in place which has worked incredibly. Only three months out of surgery and I feel for the most part, entirely better as I did one week after the surgery when the splints were removed. Would recommend Dr. Maurice M. Khosh over every other doctor for a procedure such as mine and I am very thankful for the result.
Dr. Khosh did an excellent job removing an osteoma on my forehead. The stitches were placed in the hairline, so there is no visible scar. I am so pleased with the results. From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Khosh and his office staff was extremely positive. My only regret is not finding him sooner.
I had sinus surgery as well as a septoplasty with Dr. Khosh in late 2020. The surgery was 100% successful. I am deeply grateful for his excellent work. AMAZING!!!!!! I had Dr Khosh perform lipo on my chin/neck and my result is unbelievable! Better than I could have expected! I met with a couple of surgeons and the second I met with Dr Khosh I knew he was the one I was going with. He was compassionate and explained every detail of what would take place during the surgery and what to expect during recovery. I even emailed a few times during recovery with various questions and he got right back to me asap which was really comforting! In 2007, my husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. He began chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and one of his most annoying side effects from the treatments and disease were painful and annoying sinus issues. On the recommendation of his internist, Dr. David Silverman, we reached out to Dr. Maurice Khosh. From the moment we entered his office, we knew that we were in expert hands. Dr. Khosh was kind, thorough, compassionate and extremely capable. He performed several tests both to check for the possible spread of disease and to try to mitigate pain. We spent several hours with him, and I can still remember his kindness, expertise and the desire to improve my husband’s quality of life. Everything Dr. Khosh suggested helped immensely. I had had my own sinus issues for years, and I decided to become a patient of Dr. Khosh after watching how sensitive and warm he was. During the past ten years, Dr. Khosh has guided me through many of my own sinus issues, sometimes prescribing medications but often teaching me how to “heal myself” with irrigation techniques so I don’t have to rely on antibiotics. I am a professional musician who plays woodwind instruments so my sinus pains were significant to me, and Dr. Khosh has always taken my occupation into account. My two daughters are his patients as well, one of whom had a magnificent and successful rhinoplasty surgery, and the other of whom has had sinus and ear issues which Dr. Khosh always handled expertly. I underwent revisionary septoplasty with Dr. Khosh back in December of 2014 and I could not be happier with the results. I made the mistake of going to someone less than qualified in comparison do Dr. Khosh and I suffered. My septum was still grossly crooked before revisionary surgery with Dr. Khosh and now it is essentially perfect. Granted I still have some breathing issues, but that is attributable to my allergies--it is important to realize you probably wont breath perfectly after all is said and done.I would highly recommend Dr. Khosh to anyone looking for nasal surgery as he is kind, reassuring, and excellent at what he does. Love Dr. Khosh and his staff!!! I have a 12 year old daughter who had small keloids on her ears (from piercing), and was interested in having them removed. Dr. Khosh not only explained what my options were, he was patient and wasnt pushy. Normally, surgeons come off as pushy when booking cases, that he wasnt. I went home, processed all that would take place and returned to him. The procedure was in office and minimally invasive. Smooth process, the work has come out great, no scarring. The front end staff are ALWAYS pleasant and warm. Fantastic experience.

In June 2016 I had Mohs surgery to eliminate cancer cells from my left inner ear lobe. After the surgeon was done with the surgery she showed my how much cartilage was removed from my earlobe. She advised me that it was too much to suture and I needed reconstruction. She recommended Dr. Khosh. I feel that Dr Khoshs bedside manner both before surgery, during and after was outstanding. He was available to me any time including after hours and he called me several times or texted me. Since he also did a skin graft on my good ear, I had to deal with both ears being in pain at the same time and sleeping was impossible. Dr Khosh was sympathetic to my needs and walked me through the first few weeks. I have now fully recovered with very little scarring on the reconstruction and skin grafts and would recommend Dr. Khosh to anyone needing reconstruction surgery.
Dr Khosh is awesome and made me feel very comfortable especially considering I had never gotten surgery before. My breathing has been impaired for the past 21 years, and its safe to say Dr Khosh was able to give me a whole new outlook on life now that i can breathe normally!
Choosing Dr. Khosh was the best decision I made for removing my stubborn ear keloid. Other doctors I previously consulted with would tell me that they would not be able to remove it completely and I would need to use radiation to treat the remaining scar and to prevent it from growing again. Also, since I am an out of state patient, he would kindly consult with me over the phone without any extra fees whatsoever. Im so thankful to Dr. Khosh and his caring team for finally ending this lifelong issue of mine.

I was hesitant to write this review but I feel like I must as a cautionary tale for POC. Dr. Khosh is indeed very kind and does have great bedside manner, however, Dr. Khosh also ruined my face (which he explicitly knew I use to make a living). I came in with a scar on my head that was barely noticeable and wanted it revised only to be thinner. I was extremely afraid and hesitant to get it done for fear of a bad outcome i.e. a worse scar. Dr. Khosh said there would always be a scar but assured me with extreme confidence that the new revised scar he would make would look much better. I trusted him and what ensued was a traumatic experience that ended in disaster; an unsightly, very noticeably discolored, larger scar that would now require, at the very least, makeup to conceal. In the end he admitted that he had failed and actually made the scar much, much worse. Dr Khosh is very kind and has great bedside manner, but that doesnt really help when you wake up every day and look in the mirror reminded that he literally scarred you for life.
Dr. Kosh is an amazing surgeon. He fixed my ears as I was concerned about the size, he performed a size reduction which I am in complete love with. He was available for all of my questions on concerns. He’s also assisted me with kybella for those hard fat packs in the armpit areas. I appreciate he takes his time to measure and try to be as precise as possible with all his procedures. He is an incredible listener and is empathetic. I have gone to him multiple times to consult about other procedures and he has been nothing but honest and understanding. He has advised me when a procedure might not be the best option for me and has not tried to take my money with false hopes. That is something priceless in plastic surgery these days. Honestly he’s even just been a listening ear and a voice of reason in many of my visits. I can’t thank him enough. Also I can’t forget Susan, she is such a delight to work with, so understanding and a pleasure to be around. I feel like a family member at this point when I visit. Such a great team.
After doing research on plastic surgeons in the New York/New Jersey area who do forehead osteoma removal I chose to have a consultation with Dr. Khosh. I made the right decision. Dr. Khosh is a gentle, calm and open physician and immediately made me feel comfortable. His explanation about what to expect from this procedure was thorough and he was, of course, spot-on. I no longer have an unsightly bump on my forehead, and I couldnt be more pleased with how the procedure went, the after-care and the results. Upon hearing of the overwhelmingly positive experience a friend of mine had in choosing Dr. Khosh as her surgeon, I decided to make an appointment for my own septoplasty/rhinoplasty/turbinate reduction. Although I was slightly skeptical as the praise I had heard seemed a bit hyperbolic, all uncertainty dissipated after meeting the Doctor and his staff. My pre- and post-operative experience was excellent in terms of concerns adequately addressed prior to the surgery and mitigation of any bruising in the convalescent period. Despite my apparent predisposition to rather slower healing, a year after the surgery, my nose looks really pretty and my breathing entirely unobstructed!I highly recommend Dr. Khosh!

I came to Dr. Khosh because I had experienced difficulty breathing and snoring at night. He was able to come to the conclusion that I had a severely deviated septum, and that surgery would help me immensely. I had surgery on my septum July 14 and one month later I can truly say I feel like a new person. My breathing has never been better and it is all a credit to Dr. Khosh. Prior to surgery, Dr. Khosh and his staff could not have been more accommodating. We had to reschedule our surgery and it could not have gone smother. Dr. Khosh fixed my deviated septum which was causing me MAJOR breathing problems. I was scared of being overly swollen and blue like the people ive seen BUT that was NOT the case with my surgery. I had very very minor swelling the first day only but I wasnt bruised at all. The minor swelling was gone quickly. Overall, I am extremely happy I picked Dr.Khosh to do my surgery. He made me feel more at ease about my surgery and the results were absolutely amazing. I feel brand new! He was available to address all my concerns and questions before and after surgery. Doctor Khosh is an amazing doctor. I have been looking for a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to help me with a keloid that I had on my chest for years. I had gone to several doctors prior and the results were minimal. I even considered laser therapy. I did an internet search for doctors that had proven results in shrinking and/or removing keloids and found Dr. Koshs reviews on Yelp. At first I was skeptical and a little nervous, but once I actually met with Dr. Khosh, his friendly bedside manor put me at ease. He is such a nice person and his wealth of experience and knowledge is impressive. And yet he is one of the most humble doctors that I have ever met.The results are phenomenal. It took about 6 months of visits, but I cant even see a keloid any more. Thank you Dr. Khosh. I feel so much more confident now and I am ready for the beach.
Dr. Kosh and his staff are truly amazing, they are so welcoming and make you feel like everything is going to be ok. Dr.Kosh and his team are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have (trust me I had tons of questions!). I felt very comfortable having my deviated septum fixed by Dr.Kosh, he was honest and explained all risks and possible out comes of the surgery, he followed up with me the day after surgery to make sure everything was ok. I felt safe and in good hands with him. The third party facility (Manhattan Surgical Center) they use to perform the surgery is also very clean, modern and has a great staff as well. I truly recommend him and his team especially if you have a deviated septum, I can breathe again and there is nothing like it. For those worried about pain or recovery, I would say this procedure is more uncomfortable than it is painful, however the discomfort is worth it.
Dr. Khosh is the absolute best! After months of searching, I contacted Dr.Kosh’s office to have my earlobes repaired. I’ve been on a quest for symmetry and to be honest my piercings were never even. And after years of wearing heavy earrings and fake jewelry my earlobes were in desperate need of repair.So I decided to take action.What to expectStarting with the office assistant Kristina who is so informative and kind. She helped schedule my appointments and answered every ridiculous question I had.On the day of procedure. The office is beautiful and comfortable. He explains the process to ensure you are completely comfortable and for a Type A personality like myself - I really appreciated it.Pain- THERE IS NONE. I actually fell asleep.The entire procedure took one hour in total (I did both earlobes). I returned in six weeks with no issues what so ever! Dr. Khosh also pierces your lobes (separate fee). But if you’ve gone as far to correct your lobes, why not have a doctor whose expertise is symmetry pierce them for you.Good luck and I hope this helps!
I had breathing problems for more than 4 years, basically sneezing a lot, stuffy nose in horizontal position and awful sleeping, and finally found the doctor who can help me with it. Dr. Khosh made surgery (turbinates reduction) super easy and fast, I came home same day. No pain at all even after surgery. And one week after surgery I was breathing almost perfectly! It is such a great feeling to breath through nose as regular people! No more stuffy nose, mouth breathing, bad sleeping and snoring! He is also have super friendly personal at his office.
Dr. Khosh is an excellent surgeon in treating keloids. I had a huge keloids scar that was long and wide. On a beautiful July day, I arrived at Dr Khoshs office after a jet skiing accident on the East River. Krystyna was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment that I will forever be thankful for. Upon arrival Dr. Khosh mentioned it was one of the most challenging repairs he had to perform. With my confidence dropped, they immediately got to work. After numerous internal & external stitches of my chin, they fixed my face and it was time to heal. I grew a beard for 8 weeks and didn’t look. Once I shaved my beard, my friends thought I had lied to them about having an accident due to minimal signs of scaring. Dr Khosh is a true miracle worker, and I would refer anyone to him as his work is second to none.

Dr Khoshs office is beautiful, located on Park Avenue between 64th and 63rd street, and his staff is lovely.Dr Khosh is very detail oriented, and he is one of the only doctors I have visited that will try to explain to you how he will perform the procedure. He will either draw on you or in a piece of paper and explain how the incisions will be done and tell you what challenges he might have when performing the procedure (if any). The results are beautiful and will look natural - if you are going for a rhinoplasty, he will tell you if what you want doesnt fit your facial features, and will suggest other ways that would enhance your natural beauty and also change whatever bothers you. Nonetheless, his results are outstanding, and Im sure you will love it! Dr Khosh is a doctor I trust on, and its very important for patients to trust his/her doctor.

I am from Canada and traveled to New York to have scar revision surgery on my lip with Dr. Khosh. Even though Canada has free healthcare and the procedure would have been covered, it was well worth the money (which was very reasonable).Dr. Khosh is a true professional and an overall genuine person. He made the whole experience comfortable and performed unbelievable work. I could not be happier with the decision.Google Reviews needs to allow more than 5/5 stars for doctors like Maurice Khosh.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr.Khosh. I found Dr.Khosh online. Going to a plastic surgeon you have not been recommended to from a friend is scary because you want to make sure they do theyre absolute best on you. I came to him to remove a mole from my top lip. When Dr. Khosh was operating he discovered the mole was deeper than originally anticipated. It was on top of the muscle. He successfully extracted it. Looking at me now you would never know I had a huge mole on my top upper lip. The scar line is in my natural lip crease so its basically invisible. I definitely would return to Dr. Khosh for future procedures.

5 stars do not do justice in describing Dr. Khosh’s excellence! I came to see Dr. Khosh after breaking my nose. Upon arriving at his beautiful office, I spent little to no time waiting in his waiting room and was seen by Dr. Khosh almost immediately. His compassion and bedside manner were only surpassed by superior surgical ability. I left his office in virtually no pain and by the next day, my nose felt straighter and easier to breathe out of than before I had broken it. I cannot thank Dr. Khosh and his staff enough for their warmth and compassion. If you are looking for a top plastic surgeon, there is no other choice.
I was boxing in the ring and I broke my noise. I could not breath out of my left nostril. The septum was fractured. I made an appointment for a septoplasty surgery. It worked! I can breath again and I highly recommend this Doctor. His bed side manners are good and he is a master surgeon. I am so grateful to be able to breath again.

I visited Dr. Khosh to help me treat my ear that I injured in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I had some swelling and fluid in the cartilage/lobe area that I did not want to turn into cauliflower ear. He was able to treat it and it is healing nicely. I wanted to go to someone who had treated it before and was difficult to figure out if I should go to a plastic surgeon or ENT.He was not only experienced in this issue, but understood the different types of procedures to treat depending on the severity of the injury. He spent a lot of time with me about the condition, his decision on how to treat and his office was very clean.
Dr. Khosh is a sensational surgeon. Im 17 and I had a mole located on the corner of my mouth that had been killing my confidence for most of my life. The job he did removing it was absolutely phenomenal. My biggest fear going into the surgery was the risk of scarring on my lips. But there was no trace of a scar and my lips are now perfectly symmetrical. I will forever be thankful to Dr. Khosh and highly recommend him.

Dr. Khosh is an amazing surgeon - he is extremely talented and a wonderful and caring person. He did a gorgeous job on reconstructing my daughters nose. She had been born with a massive facial hemangioma which significantly deformed her nose. Her vascular birthmarks surgeon recommended Dr. Khosh to fix her nose, and we are just thrilled with the results. Her nose looks so natural, straight, and symmetrical, which is so hard to believe because her face was so disfigured. From our first consultation to our post-surgical follow-up appointments, Dr. Khosh has been so kind, warm, and caring. He made sure to discuss our specific expectations to make sure that we were realistic about the outcome. His work so far exceeded what we had hoped for, and now my daughter has the nicest nose in our whole family! I vsited Dr khosh in NY for a deviated septum consultation . We discussed in detail what I wanted and my expectations. Dr khosh assured me 100% and we continued to proceed with surgery. During the surgery Dr stepped out for a moment which seemed a long time. During recovery Dr khosh was not around the staff were rude to me and forced me out before I was awake enough to leave. Looking at my reconstructed nose was horrible it is now not sysemetric still has the flaws we discussed to be removed and I still cannot breathe right . Dr khosh assured me it was still healing process and would resolve till this day it is,still the same no change .I paid good money for nothing only to be told by Dr khosh to find a ENT Dr. This is so unprofessional and unethical.

A different physician (NOT Dr. Khosh) performed two mohs procedures on my nose within two weeks of each other. I was extremely concerned about scars and my appearance. I had an reoccurring keloid on my left ear, after 1 failed surgery, I finally found Dr. Khosh after doing lots of researches. It has been 5 months after I have my surgery done. I came in for ear keloids, and through injections/surgery, Dr. Khosh was able to remove my larger keloid and restore me to aesthetic norms with minimal surgical scarring and unelevated keloid remnants (which are unavoidable due to the original keloid size). Dr. Khosh is courteous, honest, kind, professional, and takes pride in his work - qualities that all made it easy for me to place faith in his abilities to take care of my keloids. Christine and Susan are very kind and attentive, and have been patient in dealing with my questions.Im currently 2-3 months out of surgery with fingers crossed that the keloid doesnt return, and will update this post as it progresses! I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Khosh. I saw him for a forehead lipoma removal surgery. Dr. Khosh and the other staff at this practice were so helpful throughout the entire process! Dr. Khosh is a miracle worker. I had almost given up hope of breathing properly again until I found him. My story begins when I had a rhinoplasty (nose job) at 15 by a local ENT. This was not for cosmetic reasons, but to correct a deviated septum. This had limited my breathing capacity. One year later my doctor redid the surgery because my nose had fallen. Over the next fifteen years I developed a series of problems with my breathing: polyps, scar tissue, and had numerous sinus infections. As I got older these became more frequent. I finally decided to change doctors, as my doctor was getting older.My new ENT pointed out that I had a problem: my nasal valves had collapsed due to the loss of cartilage in my nose. I had no idea until he pointed this out to me. To correct this surgery would be needed. However, this proved to be far more challenging. My new ENT did not do this kind of surgery but recommended 2 doctors who were affiliated with his practice. (I should mention here that I went to another doctor who confirmed this.) I scheduled the appointment with the recommended doctors who were plastic surgeons as well as ENTs. All concurred with the diagnosis but were unable to correct it. I presented with a very difficult case: there was very little cartilage remaining in my nose which resulted in its collapse. The surgery would require using cartilage from either behind the ear or the ribs. Unfortunately, neither doctor felt they had the experience to perform the required surgery. I was grateful for their honesty. They told me that I needed to find a doctor who routinely performed this kind of surgery and had experience with nasal reconstruction. In my search for a doctor I became truly frustrated. Some said the surgery was too complicated and that they did not have the proper experience and one doctor was only interested in telling me his fee and how wonderful he was. My parents were concerned that since I had developed scar tissue previously this might happen again. I refused to accept what these doctors said and began an extensive search online. This led me to Dr. Khosh.Dr. Khosh had glowing recommendations, performed this type of surgery routinely, and had an impressive resume. At my first and only visit with Dr. Khosh before my surgery, he immediately put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions, discussed my particular case, and how he would fix the problem. I knew he was the one and left his office with a date for my surgery which required a nasal valve repair and reconstruction. My nose needed to be rebuild using cartilage from my ribs as I did not have enough behind the ear.Susan, the office manager, was wonderful in more ways than I can describe. She took care of everything for me: filling out all the forms for my insurance and submitting them. She was there throughout the process and never failed to answer any of my questions. The surgery turned out to be one of Dr. Khoshs more challenging case (his words, not mine). He removed old scar tissue and rebuilt my nose. He prescribed medicine that amazingly reduced the swelling nor did I have black eyes following surgery. He called several times to see how I was doing. Unbelievable!On my follow-up visits I feel as though i am seeing an old friend. He never fails to ask how I am doing and any concerns I have. Best of all, my nose works and I can breathe through it.

I chose Dr. Khosh to perform my rhinoplasty and I could not be happier with the results! Throughout the entire process Dr. Khosh was present and very involved. He listened to what I wanted and also, very importantly, made sure my breathing was improved through the surgery. Many plastic surgeons performing rhinoplasties ignore the functional aspect and make their patients breathing worse through surgery in the name of cosmetics. I went to Dr. Maurice Khosh because I read all the great reviews he had concerning keloids. When I went to his office for a consultation, he looked at what I thought was a keloid on my ear. After further inspection, he came to the conclusion that it wasnt a keloid but a cyst and he took care of it right on the spot. Dr. Khosh and his staff are true professionals & were extremely informative, patient and helpful in all my interactions. I suffered, for as far back as I can remember, from a SEVERELY deviated septum. I had a botched septoplasty 15 years earlier by another Dr. that did not resolve my breathing issues. My nasal passage was over 95% blocked. I also suffered from severe sleep apnea, which we later determined was due to my breathing issues. I did quite a bit of research and visited a number of Dr.’s before I landed on Dr. Khosh. He is a certified facial plastic surgeon and ENT. Dr. Khosh walked me through all my options in detail and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. My surgery was life changing. I had a septoplasty to correct the nasal passage and a rhinoplasty to help with the airflow. Dr. Khosh also helped open up my sinus passages and polyps. I was nervous that the rhinoplasty would severely alter the look of my nose, but that was not the case. I was extremely pleased with the aesthetic outcome and more importantly was able to finally breathe properly! I was also finally able to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed and energized for the first time in my life…like I said, truly LIFE CHANGING! The facility where the procedure was conducted was also very friendly and helped ease my nerves the day of the surgery. I recouped with practically zero bruising and was back at work after 5 days. Make sure you take Arnica to help w/ any bruising. Also, the NeliMed Sinus Rinse helped with the healing. My only regret is not meeting with Dr. Khosh sooner in my life to have this completed. This man saved my life. Im 25 years old and Ive been suffering from keloids since the age of 7. I had my first surgery at 8 years old. For those of you unfamiliar with keloids, theres no guarantee they wont grow back. However, Ive had the best results working with Dr. Khosh. After suffering from what I thought to be swollen lymph nodes in the neck and the resulting anxiety/pain associated with it, I knew I had to see a good ENT doctor right away. Went to see Dr. Khosh today after reading about him on Google, and boy was I not disappointed at all. He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and humble, to the point where he said I can call him by his first name, Maurice. What doctor does this?!He felt around my neck and assured me it was not lymph nodes, but swollen muslces. He then placed a fiber optic camera (more efficient than sonograms and x rays) down my throat via the nasal passage, with care. He confirmed that I had no infection and no signs of any serious illness - perfectlt normal! Whew! Anxiety gone! And guess what, the swelling has subsided some already. He did say anxiety could worsen the issue, then ordered me back to the gym to relieve this tension.I would reccommend Dr. Khosh any day of the week to anyone with worries about their neck and throat. I had a ear keloid for many years i did a lot resources on many doctors i was lucky to found dr. khosh and immediately he make me feel safe in his hands and i couldnt be happier with my results hi have a wonderful and friendly staff beside his miracle wonderful hands after all my resources i definely did the right choice and i highly recommended him to every one hi would definely put a smile in you face after you see you results.
Flew all the way from Los Angeles to meet with Dr. Khosh. He was very welcoming, kind and, honest. He explained what exactly was going to be done with all its details. I had an amazing outcome with my procedure and was very happy that I chose Dr. Khosh.
I was at Dr Khoshs office for a procedure requiring local anesthesia. Halfway through the procedure, Dr Khosh excused himself to have a little break. He didnt say how long he was going to be, but I expected 10 min, which would have been reasonable. However, he was away for at least 30 min, tending to another consult I believe. I know doctors are busy and are trying to tend to as many patients as they can, but it certainly didnt feel good to lie on his table waiting for so long. However, his assistant Christina was there by my side and she was very nice and made the wait easier.Right after the procedure, I had trouble paying with my credit card, at his secretary, Susan. To this situation she reacted with mistrust and hostility. In the end she agreed to allow me to leave so that I could have the money transfered to another credit card and return to make the pay. She did this after taking a copy of my credit card, which she then told me it had actually been an illegal thing to do. Within 2 days I managed to pay using the other credit card. I thank them for their wait.As far as Dr Khoshs bedside manners are concerned, he is indeed very kind and patient. However, my overall experience at his office was unpleasant and I would not wish to return.
Z and I went to Dr. Khosh for Zs breathing issues. Dr. Khosh repaired Zs perforated septum. Dr. Khosh is extremely personable. Hes a nice man, and he put us at ease. He explained things in a way that was very understandable. He was extremely thorough in his examinations-- pre-op and post-op. After the surgery he saw Z for at least 10 follow-up appointments. Right after Zs release from the hospital, Dr. Khosh was in touch by phone when we really needed him. Dr. Khosh was also very respectful of Zs companion (me!). We thought Dr. Khosh was GREAT and would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT.
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Khoshs office. I have been suffering from frequent nose bleeds and he fixed the problem in no time. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and personable. He inspires trust and I would recommend him to anybody who might need his services! Kudos!

2022-02-09One of the best cosmetic experiences I have had from the beginning to end. The front desk and office manager are so friendly and professional while booking my appointments and any questions I had. Dr. Khosh is gentle, kind, and made me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to get the outcome that I was looking for. I am so happy with my results, and the downtime was minimal. I work plastic offices in town, and they were all so impressed about how great I look less than a week out. I will definitely go to him for my cosmetic procedures, and highly recommend him!

2022-04-04After seeing a few different doctors for rhinoplasty consultations, Dr. Khosh was the best experience by far. He really understood what was bothering me and listened to my preferences, while offering his own informed perspectives. He let me know what would and wouldnt be possible while understanding what my goals were.While I opted for fillers for the meantime (hell definitely be the person I see in the future for these as well--they were done so well!), hell be the one Ill be trusting with my nose if I opt for something more permanent in the future!

2022-08-11I’m currently 8 days post revision septorhinoplasty and could not be happier with my results and experience with dr. Khosh. I met with multiple plastic surgeons before Khosh and had never met one more humble , kind and thorough. He spent an hour with me during my initial consultation and met with me multiple times before my surgery to ease my anxiety and ensure what I wanted as my outcome was properly understood. Susan and the rest of his staff were phenomenal and so accommodating and welcoming. Dr. Khosh not only has incredible bedside manners, but is an incredibly skilled surgeon, and corrected everything I disliked about my nose from my previous septorhinoplasty. Whether looking for a primary or revision nose surgery, I could not recommend Dr. Khosh more and am so thankful to have found him and chose him to perform my revision surgery.

2022-07-29I did a rhinoplasty with Dr. Khosh and i couldn’t be happier. It was better than i could have imagined. I wanted a very natural look and I still look myself but the best version of me. All my friends kept asking me what i did and that i looked so much better but couldn’t pinpoint what it was. I was healed in no time with minimal bruising. And his beside manner was the best i ever experienced. He’s really the best. Highly recommend!!

2022-05-06I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Khosh for revision rhinoplasty. Im not being hyperbolic when I say he happily embraced and improved a very complicated situation. He performed my revision rhino/septoplasty, turbinate reduction and nasal reconstruction using a rib graft to get me breathing properly for the first time since I was 13 (I was 32 when he did the surgery). Quick backstory is: traumatic nose injury as a teen, septo/rhino by a plastic (non ENT) surgeon in NJ, and was having major problems with blockages, drainage, allergies, and suboptimal appearance. Dr. Khosh and Susan did everything they could to coordinate with insurance/hospital/short term disability paperwork, were available for questions, didnt pressure me but were honest about the seriousness of the situation and what I can realistically expect. Dr. Khosh delivered in spades and instead of minimizing the situation like other docs did, he showed me on a screen with a nasal camera what was wrong. He was the first and only doctor to be this transparent, and also called personally to check in after the procedure and asked if I was doing my breathing exercises. As patients, we expect a basic level of care and humanity, but my experience here was well beyond my expectations. And now Im thrilled to go in the office for a lip treatment, microneedling, whatever. He has a patient in me for life because I feel safe, happy and secure in the environment he and his staff have cultivated. And the results are gorgeous. A+ work from an artist who is so clearly passionate about his craft.

2022-05-16I saw Maurice Khosh to have an osteoma removed from my forehead. First time meeting him for a consult himself and all his colleagues where super friendly and helpful with all questions. Overall after having my procedure to have the osteoma removed I couldn’t be happier with my results! I have no scar and easy recovery. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone!

2022-09-21Thank God for Dr. Khosh!Unfortunately, prior to Dr. Khosh, I have had two surgeries at Mount Sinai, the first on my sinuses which was mediocre, and then another one that was supposed to correct my deviated septum and nasal valve collapse in which almost nothing was achieved.After going to tens of consultations and doing thorough checks, paying thousands of dollars to get it right this time, I finally arrived to Dr. Khosh for a visit.He was kind and thorough in his explanations, and earned my trust. You can tell when one is being straightforward and worthy of working on what you need.He didn’t receive an easy job with me by any means. This was a revision rhinoplasty. The previous surgery in 2018 left me with almost no cartilage to work with and we had to harvest cartilage from my rib.Other doctors have suggested taking cartilage from my ear, but I quickly learned that it is way more preferable to harvest from the rib. It is sturdier and more long lasting. Suffice to say, to harvest from the rib requires a lot more expertise than taking it from the ear. There is no one I would have trusted more to perform the harvesting than Dr. Khosh.The rest of the job was performed exceptionally. He corrected my septum deviation and cleared out the way for easy breathing on one side, and created a line of stability down my nose on the other side in order to prevent further nasal valve collapse. I couldnt have asked for a better job.Thank God I can now breathe effortlessly and my nose looks good and more symmetrical as a byproduct of the surgery. People havent even recognized that Ive gotten a surgery, and it looks really good and masculine.Sleeping better than ever and getting way more done in my waking hours. Efficiency and productivity improved dramatically.Emotionally, mentally, and physically in much better shape and has proved consistent several months after the operation.I am indebted to Dr. Khosh for having the merit of receiving incredible work. 2022-03-04I had just finished treatment with Dr. Khosh for keloid scars on each earlobe. From the moment the office on the first day I was welcomed favorably, all employees especially his medical assistance were professional and so much fun to talk with. Before I set up my appointment, I spoke with someone from the office who were very knowledgeable and had answered all questions I had in a professional and insightful way. When I went in for the removal of the keloids I was informed by Dr. Khosh, in great details, about the procedure, the side effects, and post operation care. The procedure itself of removing two keloids didn’t last more than an hour, I was impressed. I had to have multiple follow up appointments, and each one I barely waited more than a couple of minutes to be seen, each time I was present I felt at ease and welcomed. The professionalism, the organizational skills, and the one on one services were superb. If forbid I have any reason I have to see him again, I’ll definitely be making another appointment. Overall, I’m happy with the results and the treatment I received. Will recommend to all that need similar procedures done.
