Usually when I go to Maurices in other cities I am greeted by energetic staff who help me to pick a perfect outfit. This time I didnt even see a staff member until I had to hunt her down and ask to pay for my selections. I think I got a good outfit...

2021-07-27My first time in this store and I had the best experience. Monique and Amy immediately greeted me and asked for my name. They started a fitting room for me and asked what I was shopping for. They were so helpful and brought me a few outfit options. They were so helpful the entire time and personable. I could not believe how great I felt in some of the outfits they found for me that really fit my body type perfect. I cannot say enough. I don’t think I’m going to shop anywhere else. The clothes are good value and quality material. I even got their credit card because I felt like they gave me attention but without being overbearing. Great customer service!

2021-09-08I tend to purchase clothing online and pick them up in the store because of my anxiety. The women that work here make the atmosphere so inviting and comfortable I love looking around and shopping inside. They are such wonderful and helpful women! The one employee went out of her way and cut the tags off of my bracelet and sunglasses so I could wear them out of the store. Love it here! Love the clothing and accessories!

2021-10-13I can not say enough great things about the staff at the Niskayuna store! Michelle is by far my favorite, she gets my style and pushes me (in a good way) to try new things that I wouldn’t normally try! Even after not shopping there for 2-3 years she still remembered me !!!! Monique is also always a pleasure! Super helpful and always positive! I have never left the store feeling blah and always leave with a bag of goddies! Love these girls!

2021-05-21Just went to this store for the first time with my mom and we were so impressed with the clothing, prices, and how nice the workers were! They were very helpful when finding sizes and pairing outfits, and also paid attention to details like spelling our names right. Will definitely shop here again and recommend to a friend!!

2021-03-14Loved shopping here. The ladies that work here did all the work for me! They asked if I needed help, told them what I was looking for and they did all the chasing for me. Im a tall woman. A lot of times even the talls or longs, arent long enough. The lady gathered a bunch of jeans for me, and carried everything to the dressing room. Sadly, even the talls werent long enough. She was like no problem we can order them and have extra talls sent right to your house. Had a great shopping experience here! Cant wait to go back and buy more from there!

2019-03-07Lots of cute clothes for a reasonable price! Sales associates were super friendly too. I wish I caught the girls name, but we were in shopping about an hour ago and she was so sweet. Took the time to acknowledge my 4 year old and went out of her way to make sure he was happy too! Definitely will be back again.

2018-07-06I love this store. The clothes are so cute and they have something for a woman of any age. They staff is also very friendly and very helpful. If they dont have an item in your size they easily help you order it online. I cant say enough how amazing this store is.
