What can I say? This was my 3rd weeklong ski trip with Maximum ski tours and what a trip it was. Scott takes the worry out of everything. Just show up and have fun. I have also gone on several weekend trips that were great as well. Cant wait for the next trip at the end of the month, Sunday River here I come !!
Made a payment for my daughters school trip for 375.00 got confirmation for payment. Two weeks later got a call from Scott for declined payment , made another payment for 405.00 with different card $30 more because of declined payment.turns out he received payment from first card. GOT BEAT FOR &30 . And now I have to dispute first payment. On 3/4/19 over a year later Scott just posted that I declined payment never declined first payment untill he said he never received it.Scroll down and you will see more posts like mine.Also another school trip at Bay Acadamy is coming up now I know the reason for the post a year later.
Still waiting for $240 refund (2 kids) owed to us from a cancelled school trip due to COVID. Later were told that Maximum will partially refunds us, still waiting on that “partial” refund 2 years later. DON’T EVER PAY THIS VENDOR IN FULL OR WITH A CHECK! YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!
Great company! Made everything easy and simple. Would highly recommend for your next trip. The ski trip I booked with these guys was to Italy and not one hiccup occurred. 10/10 would recommend.
Thieves, double charged us never got our money back. He is also a lair. I can show everyone I never got my money back. Never received promised calls and emails. Scott will lie and the staff will back it up. Would avoid like the plague.
Perfect trip down to every last detail. I would definitely travel with Maximum Tours again. Thanks so much Scott and the Maximum Staff.

2019-03-04Ive been on many ski trips with Maximum Tours from weekends in the Northeast at Gore Mountain, Jay Peak and Sugarbush, the Canadian Rockies of Whistler Mountain and most recently I just returned from Montorosa in the Italian Alps. The one common denominator in all of Maximum Tour trips is boatloads of fun!Scott Bochner runs a great trip – every detail is organized in advance making sure that everyone has the best time possible from start to finish. If you are looking to join a great group of people to travel and ski with you wont go wrong with Maximum Tours. I cant wait for my next trip!

2019-03-04Maximum Tours is one of the best ski tour groups out there. I have been going on trips for 19 years and have always had a fantastic time. Scott is an excellent tour leader who plans really fun trips. The people who go on the trips are really great as well. Everyone is just so nice. There are always so many laughs and wonderful skiing and adventures. This last trip to Monterosa, Italy was awesome. My kids probably enjoyed it more than my husband and I, which is hard to imagine. We stayed down the road from the Tram and skied every day with friends. We would have breakfast together in the morning and at night we all enjoyed dinner, and on the off day we all went on a castle tour and then had lunch.The trips are great because they are planned for you so it’s so easy to do and you don’t need to worry about anything except packing and getting to the airport.The way my kids would describe all of the trips are, “they’re better than Disney World” and that was 4 years ago when they were 6. Two years ago they almost mutinied when we weren’t sure we could go and they said, “ what do you mean we’re not going, we look forward to this trip every year.” They are the only kids on the trip but are made to feel like part of the group. If you are considering going on a trip I would tell you to do it, you won’t regret it.

2020-11-11The Oceanside school district has just emailed all OMS parents who paid for their kids to go on the 8th grade trip that was cancelled last year run by Maximum Tours. We were informed that we will not be getting our $120 refunded. We will all just receive a partial refund. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for this trip in a January of 2020, and I expected a full refund. Horrible customer service. I will never prepay for a trip they are running again.

2019-03-05I have been taking trips, and leading trips, with Maximum Tours for over 25 years. As a trip leader, my training has been extensive and professional, and I was able to provide the most comprehensive customer service and great experiences to our guests. In fact, many guests are repeat customers! As a trip taker, my experiences have been stellar. The trips are well organized, with every detail attended to, both pre trip and during the trip. Itineraries are detailed and easy to understand; planned activities are fun and easy to get to. This is a top notch company that truly cares about making great trip experiences for their guests.

2019-03-06Ive been skiing with Maximum tours for over 20 years. Every trip is well planned and run perfectly. Every trip creates memories and I have made many life long friends! The groups have skiers from 7-75 and skies of every ability. No matter what level you are, you will fit in perfectly.

2019-03-05I met Scott at Maximum tours through a common friend many years ago. Skiing is a passion for me as well as him and his clients. We just returned from Monte Rosa, ItalyI have been going on trips since 1998.This is the best ski tour company for a reason.Professionalism and people. 2011-05-05I have been taking trips with Maximum Tours for more than 10 years, not only do they provide great value for money but the service and professionalism is outstanding. We had a slight delay on our last trip going to France and the issue was both with American and British airlines - Maximum Tours battled for us obtained big dollar credits from both airlines - we had to do nothing! Bravo Scott and all the Maximum staff I recommend you to everyone.

2019-03-06Just got home from another fabulous Maximum Tours ski experience in Monterosa, Italy If the Alps had better snow then the Maximum trip would of been a grand slam! Hotel was nice,food was good and plentiful. Bus transit was on time and the professional escort was exceptional ol. Looking forward to what they plan for next season. Could it be Japan?Thankd8

2016-04-19Booked ski trip that was cancelled due to lack of enrollment. No communication. Rcvd email that trip was rescheduled on same day of trip, phoned next business day and told 2 times refund was mailed. After 3 calls, told student should have heard school announcement. Full cost of trip was forfeited, I was not given the lift ticket that was paid for. Never received promised calls or emails offering explanation. Tour company profited from students mistake.
