Best burger iv had in a while great place
The food is great; however the bartender on Tuesdays is unwelcoming, unfriendly, inconsiderate, rude, & lacks manners... why she would even choose that type of work is beyond me. I believe in tipping for even the worst service, yet when it comes to her....save every penny!
The food is really good and the prices are reasonable but OMG is it slow much of the time! Plan on an hour and be happy if its faster. The cook needs glasses but is still in denial about it (been there, done that). So you see her up there squinting to read the order tickets and it can take forever to get your order. The staff are all friendly. The place is freakishly quiet, even when its busy. I half expect a librarian to come up and shush us whenever we go there. Everyone speaks in a hushed tone because you know every other table can hear what your saying. Noise is not a bad thing in a restaurant. Over in the bar, the jukebox will play you song if it wants to. Its a coin flip. Otherwise it will just take your money.
Great atmosphere had a band called Acoustic Jelly whi were fantastic ..& good food too !!
Great place to spend time at & eat a meal. Plenty of parking, great prices. The waitress Krista is amazing. Fast and very efficient. Love the menu and the atmosphere will return again and again. Very happy.
My daughter and I happened upon this place today. Excellent food and service! We loved it and will definitely be going back
Excellent food, from Hamburgers to chicken wings. Fish fry is excellent 💕chicken cascades are fab. Salads are fantastic!! My grandson Harrison loves the BBQ wings and so does grandpa 🤗
Food great, service above average. Only complaint is a/c not enough to enjoy dinner without sweating.

2022-02-22Went for dinner on a Monday night which conveniently was .50 wing night. they are for a variety of flavors and preparations for the wings which were great and I tried the House sauce and medium. Both were good with the house sauce being the stand out for me. It sort of had a honey sweetness to it but I can’t pin down one of the other flavors there. I could of taken the wings a bit crispier, but if I were to return Id just asked for that next time. Despite how busy it was and a special for the night, it didn’t take long for the wings to come out.Also had a beer which was cheap. My service experience was pretty standard. I ordered at the bar and my food was brought to my table. They did check in on me at the table and I just paid at the bar when I was done eating. Note this place is cash only.

2021-07-08I meet up with some friends in Olcott for their Saturday night cruise show. When it came time to eat my friends mentioned they had been at Maxwells a couple of weeks ago and the food was really good so we decided to go there. It was my first time and I wasn’t disappointed and can’t wait to go back!I decided to give the French Onion Sandwich a shot when I normally go conservative at a new restaurant and just get a burger or something common. Boy was I glad I did! The French onion Sandwich is to die for! It is a roast beef on rye sandwich topped with melted provolone cheese and covered with French Onion soup. It was so delicious I can’t wait to go get another! The old style saloon atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was great too! Highly recommend!

2019-06-21A great place to eat. Food is awsome. I recommend the French Onion Sandwich or try the Pot Roast Burger! Its also a nice place to enjoy a cocktail. Full bar inside and rooms to rent.

2022-04-23Caesar salad was definitely not romaine as listed it was iceberg. Just iceberg lettuce and shake cheese on it. Not even sure what the dressing was.

2021-05-06I took me and my 3 children there for my daughters birthday dinner.. first time there ever .. I will definitely be going back.. the food was absolutely delicious, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly and so very helpful. The prices were good and the portions were huge! Most definitely a nice local restaurant that Id recommend to anyone ❤
