2014-03-19UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICE! This company has horrible customer service and cheaply made products! I do not recommend buying from here! Especially a smart rod! I wish I had read all the poor reviews before I bought this! I would have never owned it had I known all the issues with it yet the store owner says there are no issues and he will continue to sell it! (which the customer service employee I spoke with originally made it clear they were having issues and many complaints made about this product) He also informed me if I left reviews online about my personal experience with the product, that he would not refund my $40 which I paid for his defective shower rod that put my 6 year old in the HOSPITAL!!!! Not to mention he said he would make it rain down on me! Whatever that means! Buyer beware! There are numerous complaints that this smart rod doesnt securely stay in place and that it rusts horribly! I am thankful to God that my daughter didnt need more than a few stitches and that the junk rod was so new it hadnt rusted yet. This company is selling a product KNOWING it should not be sold! It is UNETHICAL and they are ripping their customers off!!!!
