Our central AC was blowing cool air but wasnt lowering the temperature in the apartment. The individual who showed up for the appointment, while a nice person, looked at everything and just told me I need better blinds and drapes. I purchased top of the line blinds and drapes to better insulate and they didnt solve the problem. Now, a few months later, the apartment is 80 degrees and all the HVAC repair companies are booked up because its summertime.
We hired Mazgan Air Conditioning & Heating to replace a furnace at our church. The professionalism and expertise were top notch. All options were fully explained and communicated to us. The company worked with us and took the time to figure out the best HVAC options to meet the heating needs of the church. This is a company with integrity. We will absolutely hire them again for our HVAC needs.
Mazgan always does a great job identifying issues, being transparent with work needed, and suggestions to keep our units running smooth. Zak came today and power washed our three mini split ductless Fujitsu units. He did a great job containing the power washing system and they look clean as new. Thanks again!!
I have used Mazgan twice now: once for a maintenance seasonal tune up, and most recently for an emergency when the central AC system started leaking thru the wall and then stopped working completely on a 90 degree day. Mark is fantastic--extremely responsive via phone call, patient, professional, and intelligent. He oversaw the issue and then sent two techs to come out to further diagnose. Mark then spoke with each tech over the phone to further trouble shoot together with the techs on site. David in particular was also phenomenal. Courteous, professional, on time, communicative and hard working. He solved the issue and we were thrilled. Mazgan are fair in their pricing and have pride in their work. Couldnt recommend them more highly!
I dont enjoy writing bad reviews. But when a job is performed so poorly that I wish Id hired somebody else, I feel obligated to warn others. Such is the case with Mazgan AC.I was initially quite impressed with Mark when he first came out to bid for the installation of my brand new central AC/heat system. Super nice guy and he sounded so knowledgeable! I felt I was in excellent hands when I entrusted him with installation of my brand new $17,000 HVAC system.Today I am giving him one star for the job, after having seen all the shortcuts he took. Im not talking about minor shortcuts, like using a nail instead of a screw. Im talking about negligence that impacted the functioning of my HVAC system, and especially the air quality of my home. For example, when my general contractors guys (accidentally?) sheetrocked over a large hole that Mark had cut in the attic to serve as the cold air intake vent, Mark did not cut a new hole, nor did he address the problem with my general contractor (who Marks friend, mind you; Mark was the one who recommended my GC to me). Instead, HE JUST IGNORED THE PROBLEM AND PROCEEDED TO INSTALL THE HVAC SYSTEM WITH NO COLD AIR INTAKE!! Which means the air being cooled & heated was coming not from within my apt, but rather from the dusty attic -- spreading disgusting dirt & dust all over my apt, eww! Additionally, the guys who came out to fix the problem discovered several ducts that Mark had installed leading nowhere, connected to nothing ... meaning that the temperature control is not just in the livable spaces; I am paying to heat and cool my attic (at the expense of heat in the living room and bedrooms)!! Then theres the matter of the filter. The attached photos show the oversized AC filter that Marks guys installed and duct-taped to my new unit. When I complained about it, Mark mansplained to me that the oversized filter was EVEN BETTER than a correctly-sized filter -- never mind that the duct tape came off, the filter came loose, and there was NOTHING filtering the air that was being pushed from my attic into my apartment.Finally, you should know that if theres a problem with your HVAC system between Thursday night and Sunday, youre on your own. Mark is religious, he does not work Fridays or Saturdays -- which I respect, hes entitled to his faith and his work schedule. But when youre in this line of work, when you own a heating & cooling company in the Northeast, there are going to be heating and cooling emergencies that are inconveniently timed. Mark will not even make alternate arrangements for repairs during the Sabbath, he will just ignore your complaint until Sunday. Youre screwed if your HVAC breaks down during Shabbat. Which is of course what happened to me. My heat was down this morning, a cold Friday morning, just 2 months after Mark had completed the installation. He told me to call his office, and they told me the first availability was TUESDAY. That was 5 days away, and temperatures were hovering around 40 degrees. So I was forced to hire and pay for another HVAC company to make the repair to the thermostat, just 2 months after Mark had finished the install. So much for my warrantee!I cant in good conscience recommend that you hire Mazgan AC.
Luis arrived right when scheduled and kept me fully informed about the work he was doing for my dad. This was very helpful because my dad, who is elderly, lives in a New York and I couldn’t be there when the repairs were completed. The constant check ins help put my mind at ease.
Excellent business! We have been using them for 2+ years for our Daikin mini split system in our condo. They are great, easy to schedule and communicate with. We have also referred them to other units in our building who also had an excellent experience with them. Mr Jajati came to check our system today and also power washed all of our units. He was excellent. Very professional, kind, patient. He took great care to clean our units very well and also cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend Mazgan.
Mark has the experience and tools to diagnose your needs upfront. This saves the customer time and money. He has a real knack for problem solving.His desire to give the customer the highest quality service is paramount to his business success. In a world of sheisters and hacks, Mark knows the value of a satisfied customer.
We called Mazgan to fix the AC system at our Brooklyn house. They resolved the problem, but the technicians are not professional. The initial response was prompt, but once the job was half done, the quality of service declined. On several occasions, they gave a 4 hour window to come in for the service, but did not show up on multiple occasions. They dont call to say they are not coming, you have to figure it out and call the office to get a new slot, which you cannot get right away, but only after a few days. The service was half done, so we could not also call another company. They need to understand that the customers time is equally valuable and call to reschedule if they are not coming in for service.
Mazgan cost me 1/3 (yes one third) of what my original HVAC installer quoted for a routine pre-summer service. They arrived within an hour, took pictures of everything they worked on and fully explained everything as they went along. Will definitely be calling on Mazgan from now on.
Mark just called me and gave me explanation. I caught him in a bad time when he was not available.....however, he is good with customers......i just got frustrated with the Bosch products. :) I hope the Bosch tankless water heater is reliable and I doubt it so far. Thanks Mark.
Pretty satisfied with Mazgan after a hot water heater replacement and some other related repairs.. Mark (the owner) was pleasant and easy to work with. We had an issue with a minor dent in the WH that was a result of an oversight in care bringing it down into the basement. Mark admitted it occurred and handled the concern to our satisfaction.. great price, 10 yr warranty and great work.
Mazgan AC is really wonderful. My husband and I had an issue with our new thermostat. It was a complex electrical issue - and Mark came and spend hours working on the problem and did a great job diagnosing the issue, and resolving it too. He did this all with a professional attitude and with good cheer. We would highly recommend him!
Mazgan provided me a $250 estimate over the phone and then charged me $800 to get my furnace working after 2 hours (thats $400/hr!) with the guarantee that their expertise (which I was paying so much for) would mean they would take how ever long necessary to get my furnace working properly. I was stuck and I paid. A couple of days later the furnace stopped and I called them back. They wanted to charge me another $800!! When I balked they started to negotiate with me, first taking $150 off, then going down to $400. Very unsavory operation to do business with. I asked them to leave. Ive subsequently disputed the charge with my credit card co and if not successful I will follow-up with small claims court. Now they had the nerve to just send me another invoice wanting to charge me for coming back the second time when I threw them out!I would expect nothing less than Mazgan to now claim this is just a FAKE / HATER review, so Ive attached the receipt from Mazgan for over $800 and the receipt from a reputable plumbing operation just 9 days later that actually fixed the problem. Ill be sure to include these items in my other site reviews (Angi, Home Advisor, Yelp, etc) so there are no false responses. Glad to also post the text message chains and subsequent emails where Mazgan promised to make refund and then never did. Curious to see their response to this now.
Professional, knowledgeable and efficient! We called Mazgan at 7:15am regarding our heating issue and Mark advised someone would arrive by 10. Ryan arrived by 9:30, left to retrieve a part and fixed our issue by 10:30. Grateful to everyone for understanding our urgency and solving our problem on the same day. Would highly recommend!
Mark and his team are my go to for all HVAC needs. The are incredibly responsive (thanks Debbie!) and take their time to explain what is wrong and how they will fix it. I’m always impressed with them and Mark does a great job teaching his crew on the job. I will call them every time.
Mazgan Cooling and Heating was amazing!! Mark was able to come immediately after I called in for an emergency furnace repair.He was extremely knowledgeable and was straightforward when describing the work that had to be done. During the repair he discovered a gas leak coming from the furnaces gas valve (that 3 other companies failed to detect). Aside from having an honest approach to his work, Mark would not leave until the work was done or he knew what was wrong, and stayed well over two hours. His prices were more than reasonable and he worked around our budget. Highly recommend Mazgan Cooling and Heating to anyone looking for top-notch service for their heating and cooling needs.
We needed our AC repaired and the boss of the company showed up so i thought we would be getting the best from the company to help us out. boy, was i wrong. they worked super messy and left my place a mess! carpet was stained and dirt was dragged throughout my house. i heard him speak to his techs and no one should be treated like that.
I have a goodman air conditioner and furnace in the ceiling of my business. I called another company and told me to remove the machine from the ceiling. Disconnect all electric wires and gas. It made no sense to me.I called a recommended plumber, he came to my office and tried to fix it too.He called Mark from Mazgan a/c and heating repair, They came to the job the same day. They did all the work like I thought it would be done. They changed my blower motor in the ceiling. I now have heat. Highly recommended. Excellent service!

The AC is fixed, but thats not why I am giving them 5 stars. The five stars are for honesty and integrity. Yakov, our technician didnt need to tell us that he had removed 2 .5 lbs of coolant that had been mistakenly added by his predecessor, he could have simply removed it and the AC unit would have worked and we would have paid for the coolant. No, he told us and deleted that charge.Yes the AC unit was repaired, yes the entire teams communication skills were exemplary - but honesty thats priceless. We will be using them again,.
The issues with our improperly installed ductless mini-split air conditioning/heating system required significant time, effort and specialized tools to diagnose. Mark provided all of that to us with courteousness and professionalism.We previously had four (4!) separate companies come in and either fail to diagnose all of the issues properly or quoted a price that was at least 1.5 times Mazgans to provide the diagnosis. Ultimately, Mark worked tirelessly for long hours diagnosing a few particular issues with our system, finding tiny leaks that were draining the system of refrigerant, fixing those leaks and thoroughly testing and cleaning the system after the leaks were fixed. He was very flexible with timing and work hours, and was always quickly responsive to my many calls, texts and e-mails.We really appreciate the care he took, and have already recommended him to others.
The heat in our office went out we looked up mazgan a/c and heating Mark was in our office working on the unit within the hour. he completed the work a half hour later. Mark is amazing very quick, clean,and precise. This company has outstanding prices and have great service, i recommend Mark to all our family and friends, and i will always recommend him to anyone!!!!
Mark was super responsive. He answered my call on a sunday and came over before the end of the day. He resolved the issue with my Nest within 15 minutes as well as helped set it up. He was super helpful, super friendly, and great to work with. I highly recommend him and his work especially as we head in to winter.In fact I liked him so much I asked for a reference for an electrician from him and he quickly responded with one in his network.
Mark was fantastic! He really knows his stuff and doesnt quit until he gets the job done! Ive had four other repairmen come in before him with no improvement so I was ecstatic when Mark resolved the issue! He was very kind and explained the problem very clearly which I appreciated. Great company and staff to deal with. Was honest about the problem and did repairs promptly. Mark is very knowledgeable person. I can see hes updated on all the technology stuff out there. Mini split unit was dirty and building condensation, Mark knew the issue and did the necessary cleaning without any mess , now unit works perfectly
Came home from a trip to a 93 degree house at 4:30 pm. Mark answered the phone immediately and was at my house an hour later. He had prior evening engagements but made sure that he figured out if my very old ac could be fixed before handing it over to very respectful and professional colleagues. By 8pm everything was working again!
Mark is a highly professional and knowledgeable HVAC contractor. He is very customer oriented and strives for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend his services. Some details below, if you have time to read!AC service: We had Mark Shasho install 3 Fujitsu ductless AC units in our sons apartment in Brooklyn. Mark is very detail oriented. His estimate included a lot of details (unlike other estimates I received) regarding the piping, communication wires, pumps and their warranties, in addition to standard information re. capacity and warranty about outdoor condenser and indoor wall units. He worked closely with my architect and electrician to get the required city permits. (It is important to know that ductless units require not only mechanical permit, a separate electrical permit.)Although the ductless units were installed last year, because of other builder-related issues (totally unrelated to Marks work), we could not use the AC units last summer. They were taped shut for almost a year. When we started the units this year, it was shooting debris and water. We contacted Mark again. He readily cleaned off all construction debris and power washed them. He did not charge any extra fee since he understood that we never enjoyed the units. I call that excellent service.Heating service: Our home is a historic house and came with an old gas furnace. We had heating issues and I called Mark’s service (and other HVAC companies for estimates). Mark (and his worker) found issues with the heating pump and expansion chamber. He recommended that we replace them and add new thermostats and new control unit to isolate the 2 family units. Mark also said that the furnace we have, although old, is a good system. This advice helped/worked out cheaper compared to other HVAC guys who recommended that we put in new furnace, and new “everything” which would have been very expensive.(Text him with the nature of the urgency, if phone call is not answered or your call is not returned immediately. He is usually a busy guy because of his reputation and repeat customer work.)
We have been using Mazgan at our commercial locations year about 4 yrs. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. We recently have a Modine heater with a bad heat exchanger. They verified it with there cool tools and recommended a new unit. They came with three guys and changed the unit. We where up and running the same day. Now we are comfortable and happy.
I used Mark for my walk in cooler and a few air conditioner and heating units that I have. He is the only technician that was able to get my walk in cooler down to the optimal temperature. He is very thorough and caring and is very concerned about fixing units correctly the first time so that they dont create future problems. I wish I would have used Mazgan originally for the installation of all of my units. I highly recommend Mark and his team.
I had an Reputable HVAC company at my buisness for 4 weeks strait. They could not figure out the issue, they ordered every part in the book and charged me for it and it would work for a day and then stopped working. i had enough of this. My office was freezing and my employees were complaining, I decided to call Mazgan Air Conditioning who was referred by a friend of mine. Ben, the technician who cam down was extremely helpful and professional.But besides for all that he literally solved the 4 week issue in an hour. i couldnt believe it. I will now be switching all my HVAC needs to Mazgan Air Conditioning. I definitly reccomend them.
I really appreciate the time and energy that Mark has put into installing my Nest Thermostat.The Nest was defective and Mark came to my home on 4 separate occasions until the problem was fixed correctly. Mark came to look at out heating system which was not properly installed to begin with and then had been further damaged by incompetent repairmen a week before. It was a complicated and long job and he was incredibly thorough and explained everything step by step, plus called the manufacturers to doublecheck and confirm that everything he did was correct and now we have a properly functioning unit. Friendly, very professional and thorough - highly recommended!
My furnace was not working and my home had no heat. I had tried X-men heating recommended by my boss, a neighborhood handyman highly recommended, had even ordered two parts and spent 705.00 and still had no heat. I googled furnace repair and found two brooklyn companies, 1, Vigilante who was not available each time I called, then I call Mazgan and spoke to Mark. I was at work and Mark answered right away and agreed to come that same day. I called home to advise that he was on the way, before I could finish the call Mark arrived and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes - I had heat Unbelievable, he was efficient, professional, knew immediately what the problem was. Mark explained exactly what was needed before charging an outrageous fee. I would definitely recommend MAZGAN. First used this company for an emergency heating problem when no one else was around. Glad I did. Mark came by and was very professional and honest. He explains everything that he is doing and why he is doing it; very helpful when you dont know a thing about heaters. Our family has since called him back for other heating issues. Recommended.
First off, my problem was at 12:00 a.m.Secondly, my problem wasnt being fixed by any of the repairmen...... and then Mr. Mazgan (Mark) came along answering my phone call first ring, coming to the house 15 minutes later, and repairing my A/C!He had everything I needed in the back of his car and pointed out the problem immediately.It is now a few days later and my house is the perfect temperature.If you need an honest repairman who can do the job correctly, give them a call.Thanks Mark!Ill make sure to call you for the annual maintenance service.
Came out at 9pm on a Thursday night...what can I say, but THANK YOU! Very professional and walked me through the whole process. Mark showed me everything which really made me feel he was there to help and not just make a buck. Even called hours later to make sure everything was still good. 11/10 would recommend!
I paid over $700 to sit in the same, freezing (like New York in January freezing) apartment.After the first visit Mark charged close to $400 to duct tape a leaking gas pipe and get the central heating working. He also ordered parts for a second unit that wasnt working.He returned with the wrong parts, told me he cant return them, but needed to buy more part. He expected some compensation for purchasing the wrong parts, stating he didnt realize hed need a connecting part. Not sure whos supposed to know that if not the repair man...but fine. I actually did pay 50% of the price of the unused parts and paid for his time.After he left, everything he had fixed stopped working. The heating cut out, and when I turned the gas back on, it was still leaking into the apartment.At this point I got pretty aggravated, having spent a total of around $700 for practically no results. Plus, he had said hed need more parts and another visit.Mark then disappeared for 5 weeks. Constantly rescheduling, ducking texts, postponing. All cute and fun, referencing his wife. Ha-ha, super funny, but when are we going to have heating in the apartment? Cause its December and freezing and we had elderly guests visiting for a week. None of these seemed to matter too much.When he finally resurface and showed up at the apartment, I held him to his warranty and said I need the heating actually working and the gas pipe actually sealed. He somehow tried to convince me that he HAD fixed the heating. I repeatedly asked him to show me what results we could point to in return for my $700 investment but all he could say is that he made incremental fixes and he earned his money and expects to be paid for this 3rd visit, even though he did nothing more than add more duct tape to the pipe he was supposed to have fixed last time. The fact that he ordered the wrong parts, disappeared for 5 weeks and that the temperature averaged out at around 54 degrees...these were lost on him.He also kept insisting on a positive yelp review. This is as positive as itll get.
Let me tell you how happy i am to come to work each day now because of this guy, Mark,Everyday we have been having issues with our central heating system turning on and turning off, going from heat to ac, ac to heatwe switched cords, cables, bought different parts to the heating system -had several people come - nobody could figure out what was the matter.We called this guy, he came did his diagnostics and figured out that there was an issue with the mother board in our heating system.So we trusted him to make the repair.. and for the past few days now since it was done My store is WARM ! I am SO grateful to have called him, the weather is getting very cold. We are so Happy we had him service our heating issue here at One Stop Mobile.6 Stars ! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ALL YOUR HEATING ISSUES THIS WINTER and EVERY Winter SO fourth !THANKS AGAIN MARK !
Mark and his colleague came and installed my ecoboee3 wifi thermostat. Old building, old heating system, wires buried in the wall - and they did it in 20 minutes with no problems. He even used a heat sensor camera to test the baseboard heaters to make sure they were kicking on with the new thermostat. 5 star service - very happy.
I was recommended to Mazgan Cooling and Heating from my cousin. They inspected my warehouse and advised me to changed to a larger unit. I upgraded my 60,000 BTU furnace to a 150,000 BTU furnace, now my employees are warm and i feel great. They installed the unit in one day. Im have happy and recommend them.
I have had my HVAC system serviced 6 times in the last 2 years. When the air was blowing out only hot on the hottest day this spring I barely had the heart to deal with it. Then a neighbor suggested trying Mark at Mazgan, and I am so grateful! He was responsive, professional, educational and up front. He wanted me to understand the issue and what he was doing to fix it -- none of that mysogynistic dont worry about it, honey, Ill take care of it stuff. Hes now my Heating and AC guy for sure!
I have a flower shop in Brooklyn, and my cooler was not working. I called a couple of different companies, they told me to change the compressor (very expensive). I was recommended to Mazgan Cooling and Heating another Air Condition Company (they do not do refrigeration). They came and found the problem. They where personal and honest. It was fixed by replacing parts and rewiring the machine. I am very happy and recommend them.
Had a problem with my companies Modine Heater. It is less then a year old. Had a guy come by, he said he had to change a senor and never returned. We called Mark and he checked the machine out. He told us that he did not think the part was bad and called the manufacturer. His guess was right! We had a birds nest in the exhaust pipe. He cleaned it out and now Im warm.
Not to say that I love calling an HVAC guy to fix a broken unit, but Mark made the best of the situation. First, he was one of the few people that responded right away and had time to see me during the heart of the busy season. There were multiple companies that didnt even have time to evaluate the issue. Mark came and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He tried several different methods to detect the freon leak. Hes now the guy for our HVAC needs.
This is my second job with Mazgan air condition and heating repair. They installed a furnace in my commercial garage, and now repaired my air condition in my office. They are professional and fair. I could recommend them to any commercial customer looking for good curious service.
These guys are great. The A/C in my restaurant was underperforming on an extremely hot day. After calling 8 companies I was about to give up. They called me back and sent someone out (Slav to be specific) in time for dinner service. Slave was great, extremely profession. I will definitely use them again.

I was having problems with my heating unit saw a ad on home adviser the first one they gave Mazgan cooling and heating when mark answer the phone i told him the problem he can over the next day .mark took care of the problem listen up people mark the guy to go with . mark thanks again you did a great job.
Mark came to us when our Quietside water heater broke again and we had a great experience with him. He was the first to respond out of a couple of different places we tried, and he came immediately - which means a lot considering the snowstorm just passed. He assessed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, delivered them to our home, and even took care of warranty paperwork we needed sent out on one of our parts. Would definitely recommend him and hes our go to person now.

SUPER FRIENDLY know what he is doing, I came by in an hour after I called him, I would have tried the problem and then fix it for you easy, fast.I would definitely call him in the future !!Marc is super good, he arrived after an hour to call him on the phone, he easily explains how it works and what is your problem. Mr. Mark was a friendly person with a lot of experience in his profession. I am happy to have people with experiences in the branch. When I thought that my house would freeze Mr. Mark has solved the problem in less than I thought I have back heating. Thanks for the work done I hope to keep in touch with you

2022-01-04To begin with , expensive, time consuming, invasive and shoddy workmanship. My experience with Mazgan air-conditioning started on a very positive note. They sent one technician to my house who worked tirelessly in my backyard proofing the lines of my ductless system to make sure there was no leakage. It was going fairly well until he reached the evaporator in our TV room. I have never seen such a travesty of poor installation and lack of manpower resulting in a finished product that leaked water down my walls and spoiled my paint job. The unit was not more mounted next to the wall it was hanging off of an angle. When I called Mr. Mazgan to complain about the situation he started to get me involved in his personal life and telling me about how he had a wedding to go to and how he had social obligations and how responsive he was . He did knock off some money for the poor workmanship but ultimately I had to hire two gentleman from the Bronx who came in and reinstall the unit so it did not leak water down the wall. They charged me $250 dollars as opposed to the thousands I paid Mr Mazgan. In general I was extremely dissatisfied with Mazgan air conditioning and horrified with the way in which I was schmoozed by Mark Mazgan . He attempted to involve me as a customer and his personal problems instead of talking to me about the problems I had with his business and possibly sending more than one skinny overworked guy to do a job. He actually sent me a photo of his grandmother’s grave to show why he couldn’t attend to my problem. Photos follow and they will tell the story do not hire him if you can avoid him. If I called myself a craftsman (which I’ve been) I would never leave a job looking like this and functioning worse. Do not hire. Avoid like plague

2021-07-08I evaluated 3 HVAC companies to check and eventually replace a leaking compressor. I will not lie, the unit that Mazgan recommended was the most expensive, but I chose them over the others because Mark (owner) and the front office was the most responsive; the crew themselves were professional, on-time, thorough and diligent; and the unit itself had the longest warranty (including a 6 year replacement warranty). Mark stressed that integrity of the work was the most important thing - and I appreciated that candor. And just to show that I really did do my homework, two neighbors in my building also used Mazgan to replace their compressors and they also recommended them highly. (Now Ill convince myself that I can justify the higher cost by amortizing it over the next few years until we sell our condo for profit )

2022-01-06Our furnace started making a very horrible noise suddenly when it would turn on and turn off. We couldnt any appointment with anyone till 4 days later. When I called Mazgan, they had an appointment open for the next day at 9AM and Luis showed around 9:15 that morning. He assessed the situation and immediately started fixing the issue. It took him longer than he expected but he did great work and was very timely and professional. I would recommend Mazgan to anyone who needs home repair help.

2021-12-21Highly recommend Zak and Mazgan. I needed a nest thermostat installation done, which proved to be quite complex given the way my home was wired. Zak put in the effort to understand how to make it compatible with my home and came back multiple times to get the job done. I had gotten 3 other companies to try doing the job prior to Mazgan, and all of them said it wasn’t possible. Very professional and high quality service

2022-06-28The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He checked our units and told us what we would need to happen next. The only complaint is that I was given an arrival window of between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. He didn’t come until after 3:00. I know that he was coming from another job, but it is extremely inconvenient to be made to wait all day. It would be helpful if there was any way to narrow down the time he was coming.

2022-03-21Only reason I gave more than one star was the politeness of the staff and the fact I wasn’t charged to come look at my problem. However Mark is infuriating. First time around he came late and ended up taking a phone call outside my building. I was watching him from my stoop go on and on with his call without any regard for me looking at him waiting to be done. Then It was like pulling teeth trying to get him to schedule me to fix a leak they couldn’t fix the first time around. He swore the leak was due to needing a deep cleaning, which they did but didn’t fix the problem. Then for 4 months I had to beg him to come back to try a new solution. He jerked me around and I just said enough. Looking for someone with more professionalism.

2022-06-27AC pressure test / diagnostic, replace condenser unit and coil, plus service our tankless water heating system which Mazgan installed a few years back. Turned up during the given appointment windows, quickly identified any issues and did a great job with the installation and maintenance. Zero problems, work was professional and friendly. 2022-05-18Our HVAC unit was completely taken out by the winter storm that hit NYC on January 28, 2022. Mazgan came the next day to assess the situation (during the storm). Mazgan had to dig deep for this one. The manufacturer of the broken unit (Sanyo) was no longer in business, as it was purchased by Panasonic, and Panasonic no longer supported it. And while Panasonic did have recommended replacement units, they were not for sale in the US. Mazgan figured all of this out and was able to procure the replacement units and deliver to the US. Mazgan then handled the difficult process of removing the roof and ceiling units from our apartment and installing the new units, which was no easy job given the limited amount of space and complicated ducting. Happy to say we have both our Heat and A/C back on line and working better than ever. Thanks to Mazgans team for the extra effort on this one: Wes, Jason, Josh, and Mark.
