We got waited on at the counter to place our order.We will not use their order tool so when they require that we are done going there.
Stopped there while on a road trip. The fries I got were cold. Which is normal for McDonalds. The worst thing was the employee who served me just dropped a new batch of fries for his friend that worked there so he could have hot fries for his break.
Was the worst place.we was out of town and starving so stopped and only two bits left of a hamburger and I look down and it raw! To late to say anything only two bits left will not return!
Fills your stomach, but customer service, and quality of food is bottom of the list of the big 3.

I was charged for three extra sauces and did not receive a single one. I unfortunately cannot go back as I am on my way to labor and delivery and needed something quick to eat beforehand. They always forget 1/2 my order. But staff is usually pretty nice about it. Just annoying to be upcharged for something I didn’t receive
Terrible. absolutely terrible. I never had problems In the past which is why Im disappointed to say Ill nvr go back. Nothing has been right the last 5 times Ive gone there. Whether its the cold stale food or the mess ups on orders. Even the attitude Ive received when explaining my order and how it should be they tell me Im wrong. The nerve. It stresses me out because I eat fast food very little and when I crave it I get it. I dont understand why they cant get it right. Theres absolutely no quality control in preparation which makes me wonder how clean is the kitchen and do they even take proper steps in preparing food.
Two employees tonight outside standing around and laughing about 15 minutes before closing. It sounded like one of them whistled at us twice while waiting in the drive thru for about 3 minutes before leaving and realizing no one was there because they were outside messing around. All I wanted was some fries man.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to eat at in town. I know its fast food but, when they tell you to pull into spot #2 because they are making fresh fries... and the fries are cold and you can tell they are the last of a bunch its ridiculous. No sauce for nuggets, no napkins, burgers half on bun half off the bun. Absolute garbage!
How hard is it for a cashier to just listen to what someone says? I had a coupon on the app for any chicken sandwich for free with a purchase. I asked for the deluxe spicy. She had to ask the manager what it meant but rang me up with medium fries and a diet coke Or so I thought. I got handed a regular coke, and a regular chicken sandwich. Only thing right was the fries they had to redo the soda, but I didnt see what sandwich I got until I was back to my car. Is it that hard to get three items right? And guess what. The soda was regular coke again. I get the sandwich is free, but if youre going to default to the regular one, dont offer all of them.
Easy on and off i86, Speedway convenient store and gasoline in the same plaza. Mens room is small and rustic. No eat in, only take out and drive through when I was there. Car and dog wash across the street.
Evetytime i place an order for delivery non of the food is fresh the fries are always hard and cold and u can tell the nuggets are old and the burgers are always cold. And I only live 2 mins from restaurant but cant drive. And found out when you place an online order they make it as soon as you order it instead of waiting for delivery person to get there and then make food always getting my Frappuccino and it is completely melted and slushy are always melted. In my opinion the orders should not be made till delivery driver arrives to pick up orders
The delivery truck parks right in the drive thru so you have to pull up to the window and order and wait 20+ minutes. There is plenty of parking they are just to lazy to walk the stuff
The bad: This location seems very disorganized. They could not keep track of my order from the time I ordered. After waiting in my vehicle for over 30 minutes, I was getting ready to drive away without my food or even a refund for my $20 of food when finally they brought out my correct order on the fourth try.The food was not very good, burnt bun and overcooked, but there was no way I was going to go back a risk the same ordeal.The good: The fries were tasty.They tried to make up for poor service by giving me a free meal card.
There has to a better system and leadership, 15 dollars an hour and the staff cannot get an order right, then on top of that they argue with guest.
I never have to wait at breakfast time.
I try not to complain, after all it is a fast food restaurant, and I keep in mind that the workers are mostly teenagers and retired individuals wanting something to do or a bit of extra money. But now that I take into consideration that these employees make over $12 an hour and want up to $15 an hour but cant complete an order correctly, it more than upsets me. Especially when the grill slip states no onion, and I open up the package and onions are everywhere! In the burger, on the burger and surrounding the burger, it comes across as deliberate. If you cant make a sandwich correctly when the slip is right there, then you do not deserve $12 an hour.
After raw burgers wrong orders no bun on McChicken kinda a let down
If I could give this location no stars I would. This is not the first time that we have had issues but we keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Tonight we decided to give it another go. When we were given our 1st bag I over heard that they were waiting on the fries to add to the bags. I was given only 2 bags of my order in which 1 bag contained only the fries and the other was 1 meal. I was missing the other 5 burgers/chicken nuggets. My husband had to go inside to inform we were missing half of our order. He was able to receive the other bag that was just sitting there. We got home which is not even a mile away and the fries that we were waiting for were coldand the containers were barley filled with fries. Also having 3 orders or chicken nugget meals and being asked what dipping sauces we would like....surprise no dipping sauces. Why ask if you do not provide them?? I am done ordering from this location it has nothing but been a disappointment during the evening shift.

I ordered chocolate shake,fries a b d a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The shake was perfect the fries were old, and t h were nothing crispy about the chicken, the sandwich was the worst, bread was mushy chicken was soggy, i cant believe these people would actually hand a customer that sandwich totally disgusted with this store and I wont ever return!!!
Set in the drive thru pick up window For 10 minutes with nobody in front of me or behind me and I still got super old fries that were cold cheeseburgers that were cold that was thrown in the bag half wrapped Im not sure why these people in fast food get paid so much speed is important but accuracy and good judgment is what counts and your not even fast at all
By far the best burgers and best food Ive had out of every single McDonalds I have ever been too. Great staff and on point with getting orders the absolute best! No complaints

Im only giving one star because we actually got our food. Ordered drinks with no ice and they had ice. My sons cheeseburger was greasy and gross on the bun with barely any ketchup. My hubbys cheeseburgers had way too much mustard and ketchup it squirted out while eating it. Fries were cold. And we didnt get any napkins!! And a broken straw to top it all off.

Food was clearly old, dry and tough. Bun was stale. Was given wrong sauces. The lady at the window was very nice though.
Some of the staff are notably more compassionate than others. They need to invest more time focusing on the freshness of food, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms though. If Im going to wait ten minutes for my meal, Id much rather it have come up within the last hour at least.
Restaurant never has been completely clean on multiple visits. Always seem to pay more attention to drive thru patrons. Bathroom should be checked and cleaned more often although they do share the bathroom facilities with gas station/convenience store.
I was treated like a king by John. Supreme service and insanely quick. It’s crazy how fast he can serve people and will take patience and time with every customer. He upholds the upmost respect. I felt like I was Gordon Ramsay in the place and felt amazing

Bathroom is incredibly small if somebody is at the urinal you cant enter without almost being on top of them. Traffic flow out front can be difficult on a busy travel day because of the gas pumps.Food was hot, fries were fresh, out of unsweetened tea and the drink machine barely fits the large cups time for an upgrade in the drink bar area.
Awesome.... The one woman was so nice. My son didnt get the dinosaur he wanted. So she looked threw all the happy meals to see if she could find one. No luck they were out of them. It was so nice of her. I was six cents short also for his french fries he wanted and the cashier told me dont worry about. It was so nice of them We need more ppl in the world like that.
This place has gone downhill. I literally just walked out because ten different bugs took turns landing on me. There are old fries and crumpled straw wrappers littered across the floor, and the corner of the mens bathroom is often flooded with what appears to be either dirty water or sewage. If you hang around and watch for a few minutes, youll notice that the first thing every patron does before sitting down is wipe off their table.I would absolutely recommend going somewhere. If you dont have a choice, use the drive thru.
I use to love eating at McDonalds but now not so much. The food quality has gone down and the fact that I go out to get a hot fudge sundae and they only had plain and Carmel. When did McDonalds stop doing hot fudge the was my familys all time favorite dessert. Im going to end up taking my money else where seeing McDonalds has gone down hill.

Horrible! Waited way to long @ 20 minutes to get our food (we were 2 out of 3 cars pulled over waiting). We get on 17 and take a second look in the bag then realize the order was wrong (missing fries) and no napkins. We will go to Owego instead next time! Really, a sorry was just not enough.

We were traveling through the area and stopped about 10:45 pm. The girl at the counter was talking to two of her friends as we stood there waiting to order. I finally asked if we could order and the friends moved to a table. Our burgers were cold and the fries soggy and cold. The ice tea machine was disgusting and filthy. Will never stop there again.

McDonalds needs to get on board with 29th century and add vegetarian options to their menu. They have list my business. Even when I order an egg mcmuffin minus the ham or bacon..they always put it on anyway...everytime..like they dint hear NO MEAT. Would love a breakfast burrito with no meat but not an option. Dunking donuts niw even has an impossible sausage Patty as well as burger kings impossible whopper which is amazing. Disappointed that McDonalds hasnt caught on yet.
I just stopped in to use the bathroom on a road trip. I walked in the bathroom and just about threw up from the smell. Toilets werent flushed and no toilet paper. If I was gonna order food while there, well after that I wasnt going to.
I will never visit this place again the chicken sandwich was grossly put together it was luke warm the double cheese burger was the same as well as the apple pies it was like they just picked them up and give them to us i was very unsatisfied
Place was clean, employees very polite and friendly. I received my order correctly. ( Nice change from the Endicott mc Donalds.) The food I ordered in the bag was hot and done right. I was impressed.

Apalachin McDonalds in the Express Mart plaza. Generally Id say that McDs is just ho-hum. But this one is super busy (it is right off the highway at exit 66.) Because its busy, the service is amazing and the food is much fresher than at the other local McDs. If you have a choice, go to this McDonalds. The others cant compare.

The most horrible McDonalds experience we ever had. The kids rushed to the bathroom and before we were had time to see the disaster, they crashed on the floor due to a poop that was left on floor by another visitor who could not hold it... The restaurant was not closed due to that, and no one apologized not to mention offering a compensation.. What a shame!

2022-06-14I got helped by really nice people but I heard the person on grill say that they didnt wipe the grill before making my scrambled eggs because they are only worried about numbers and then proceeded to complain that I ordered scrambled eggs on my sandwich. Apparently they only care about numbers and not quality of food even though the nice manager explained to him that he needs to do better.

2022-02-23I was very delightfully greeted and taken care of by the wonderful staff. It can really be hit or miss at most McDonalds, but when one of my sandwiches had some ingredients forgotten, they were apologetic, and quickly replaced my sandwich with the correct one.

2022-04-11Jazmine was very unprofessional and not very good at her job. She had an attitude and all the customers can see it. I asked to remake this mcchicken and she said she cant because Ive asked before about remaking food. I only ask to remake food if its sloppy. But yet she wouldnt and after a minute of it in the package it was just a soggy mess. I cant even go to this mcdonalds anymore due to her just ruining the experience for me. I know you hate your job, you dont have to make it so noticeable though.

2018-05-18I really do wish I could rate this location more than 1 star but when I get home from driving and open up my quarter pounder, which was made incorrectly despite the grill slip - notice the grill slip says add mayo but there is clearly no mayo on the sandwich, to start taking bites out of it only to find out IT WASNT EVEN FULLY COOKED.Not only did you mess up a SIMPLE order, you failed to even cook the meat fully. This is going to have to be a solid no as a place to revisit.The staff gets paid that fast food minimum wage and cant even cook burgers correctly? I used to work for a McDonalds. I mean, you set the grill to 4:1, wait for it to heat, then cook burgers on it. Its not that difficult.

2021-12-25Ryan was very helpful. He made several good recommendations. Service was fast, efficient and order was correct. Ryan even stopped by our table to make sure all was well.

2021-11-17Ordered online so I wouldnt have much of a wait, but still waited 20 minutes. Had to ask for a carrier for 2 sundaes and a drink, and then had to ask for spoons for the sundaes. (Which ended up being forks! Ever eat a sundae with a fork?? Interesting!) Food was normal. Thanks.
