Was very busy when we got there. We went through the the drive thru and ordered 2 medium shakes and one medium frappe, but were told that they dont have any medium cups for the frappe anymore so we have to get a large. And then a few seconds later, actually you can only get a small😐 but the shakes were still in the right size cup. When we got to the window to pay, they had the wrong order. Only realized it when we went to pick it up. They figured it out then after a while.
I have been to this location several times. Using mobile app. It takes 10 mins to answer the drive thru. Cold fries. And my daughters extra fry with her happy meal js missing. Every single time I ask right at the window. Can you make sure her extra fries in place of apples is in the bag? This is the 6th time they forgot. They always missing a sandwich and did so again today. I dont think I will be visiting this location again.
The drive thru employee left me waiting at the speaker and refused to take my order for over 10 minutes. I tried to get a hold of someone inside but they would not respond. I eventually gave up and left because I was refused service for absolutely no reason. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would because the service literally did not exist. I will not be returning to this location ever because of the horrible management.
Service as far as employees is okay. Depends on when you go. Some are incredible others obviously do not want to be there. Last time we went, order large fries and they were not even 1/2 full. There is no reason for that. I didnt order a small or a would have paid for a small. Probably wont be back. Hadnt been there in a while because the time before our burgers were RAW!! In the center. Inwill drive to Waterloo/Seneca Falls McDonalds next time. Worth the drive for better food.
Worst mcdonalds ever.Mcdonald employees tell me rudely not to tell her how to do her job.All I did was ask her to change her glove please because she thought itching her body was acceptable wile making my food.The mcdonalds employee made helf of my food and walk away for 5 min and wile she was away she was playing with her hair and itching her arm and never changed her gloved. So at that moment I felt that it was time to ask for my money back. Because I was not liking the customer service I was receiving. The out come so far was this truck driver went hungry.
Wanted to give zero stars actually for their terrible service. It took them more than 40 minutes to bring two cappuccinos and have actually forgot the order till we reminded. After 40 minutes of wait when the cappuccinos finally arrived, it was not sugar free (we had specifically asked for a sugar free cappuccino). I just want my time back!!
Long story short our sodas were half full when asked if they could fill them they couldnt because the machine wasnt working right . Milkshakes down again and after being charged $50 for the food get home and missing half of the order. I call them to have them make what we are missing and the girl who answered the phone hangs up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand things happen if you cant fill a soda then why are you charging people for it. Whats sad is this is not the first time just the last!
Service is usually pretty good. Theyve messed up my order a few times and refused to fix it. I also like to grab a frozen drink on my way to work for an overnight shift and they have refused to make them quite a few times with the excuse that they shut it off for the night or no one there knows how to make it. They close at 11pm-12am, yet are turning down my order at 7:30pm...so its not like its right before closing time.
I was very upset with the service today. The double cheeseburger tasted very different. My father bought a milkshake and the cashier didn’t charge us then said he’d get it right away but didn’t. He got it 10 minutes later. There was no straws. We had to get them behind the counter. I think they changed either the cheese or they didn’t cook the patty correctly for the double cheeseburger. I might go to the west end one again ( all the info above happened at this location) but if it’s nasty, never again.
Came back to auburn for a visit was very sad see that somehow this McDonald’s has only gotten worse. We waited at the order speaker for about 7 minutes before being acknowledged only to be told they don’t know what a grilled cheese is??? After pulling around and ordering on my phone because they didn’t know how to put cheese in between two buns. We finally received our food from a very unenthusiastic staff member…. I would not recommend going here for anyone who is in a hurry or looking to get what they need.
30 minutes in drive thru and not served. after continually taking the other drive thru lane, We pulled ahead and went to the window. They said they couldnt take our order there. We asked for the manager, who came over and said what do you want? When we started to talk she said Im busy can you talk faster. I understand places are short staffed but this place was bad before that. I have never had someone be so rude, regardless of how short staffed you are.
FIRE ALL MANAGERS! Im usually not one to write reviews, but this was the worst mcdonalds Ive ever been to. My expectations for mcdonalds were already very low but this was a total mess. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then sat in one of the reserve spots for 20. Myself and the other 5 people parked walked in. When we asked for help 3 times they looked at us and walked away. When we asked if there is a manager to help us they said no, you cannot talk to a manager. When we asked for refunds they said no. When they handed me the wrong order, I said this is isnt even close to what I ordered. They said yes it is and walked away. Every sandwich was wrong and hashbrowns must have been in the fryer for an hour, could not eat any of it. There was no management presence at all and no one had a clue what they were doing. Highly recommend not going here. If you really want mcdonlds find another location.
Came here for lunch on the 22nd of September. I didnt notice the sign on the door about masks and them needing to be on in the store. But they did give us some and accept our apologizes for not having them on. But then i see more than half the employees including managers and shift leaders with the masks half on and not practicing clean gloves or hand rules. By this is mean watching a cook scrub a grill clean then use the same gloves to grab food.....gross. So i ask the one lady of front to please lift her mask to cover nose and she did and then said sorry. I said thank you and its ok the people in the back dont have them on to which she ask them to put them on and they all looked at me rolled there eyes and mumbled under their breath. I get it. But if you are going to ask me to follow a rule i expected you to do the same. I wont come back to this McDonalds again.
Dont go here unless you lots of time,and want your order wrong!!! Tonight we got to waited in the drive through for 20 minutes then they were nice enough to here me put over to the side so I could wait for 10 more minutes.watched 10 cars go through,so thought Id maybe see the manager she didnt really think she wanted to take that time.they rushed the food!!!oh but it was wrong. Im so happy I dont think I need to go there again and you shouldnt either.
It seems to be whenever you hit either of the restaurants in Auburn its utter chaos, 4pm or 6am I am only guessing they are under staffed. Assuming no one wants to work. I even used the order booth for the first time and I am so against them. Still took so long, does make you ponder about another restaurants.This McDonalds is so much better than Grant Ave, at least they do not become overwhelmed and tell you they are closed as the other branch is known to and happened to me. Keep up the fight you are obviously desired.
The new rewards system on the McDonalds app has the best deals Ive seen in a long time. This location does not get 5 stars bc there is always a mistake. Usually a missing item, but not this time. This time the fry box was half full. Like cmon guys. This franchise needs to overhaul its training program.
Absolutely terrible service. I drive up to the outside lane drive thru and it takes 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. After multiple attempts at saying “hello” to the loud speaker. Then the girl that starts to take my order sounds like she’s nodding off on heroin. Then she says hold on one minute when I started the order and no one comes back for another 5 mins. Meanwhile the other drive thru line moves fine. Won’t be back to this location ever again.
Always would go there on my 30 minute break from work and it was always an adventure, from very long wait times to forgotten food from the order it has always been an inconvenience. I still would go occasionally but now due to the experience last week I will never buy anything from the establishment again. I ordered my usual McDouble and mcchicken with a small fry and large rootbeer, usually I get some sort of sauce to go with it. The wait time was atrocious and it was 230 in the afternoon, but it’s kind of understandable because they were busy. But when I received my food I already had to go back to work. When I got there I discovered that both of the sauce packets I received were leaking all over the bag, yes an inconvenience but nothing unusual. Then I took a bite out of my mcchicken and it was still frozen. Literally the most disgusting bite out of anything I have ever taken. I tried calling the restaurant before I had to go back in to let them know about the error but the number did not work after 10 attempts. If I could rate it 0 stars I would and I know damn well one bad review isn’t going to make the difference since it’s McDonald’s and it’ll always do business. But if I can recommend going to a different establishment I definitely will because honestly eating food out of the dumpster at the mall would honestly be a huge step up to the comical establishment this McDonald’s puts itself out to be. If your looking for food fast avoid this McDonalds drive-thru. Our family sat in line about 35 minutes. When we got to the last window (there was no one at the pay window), staff had no clue what our order was, couldnt find the order despite an order taker taking our order and giving us the total. They rattled off several orders to us which we said were not ours. I told them we had not paid yet, that there was no one at the previous window. They were going to start taking our order again and we advised that we were all set and left. Before leaving one staff member said they were understaffed which could explain some of the issues, but it also seemed like there was total disarray and no one was working together to get things done right. We also saw several customers leave the drive-thru line both before having their order taken and after their order was taken. We ended up driving to the east end McDonalds, getting in the drive-thru line having our order taken, receiving our order and getting home to enjoy it in less time we sat in the West end McDonalds line.
Multiple times items not available. Three orders in row not correct. Staff need customer service training. Always delayed ordering. Why no simple breakfast burritos every time I order? Handing 3 drinks at a time without a carrier? Very disappointed and willing to travel to other side of Auburn to get my McDs fix!
Horrible McDonalds. Waited almost 15 minutes for my food in drive thru (after paying). My burger was overcooked and dry. The buns were stale and had a rubbery texture. The fries tasted horrible and were not fresh. Drive through menu was broken, shake machine was broken. And my daughter had some wierd thing in her happy meal box. (Picture attached) And Im NOT exaggerating. We eat at other McDonalds restaurants all the time and normally love it. First time at this location. Never again!
Im from out of town and I stopped at this McDonalds for breakfast. Service was nice and quick, but when I got to the window after I paid they did not get my order right. Lucky I checked. My complaint is not to the wrong order but I didnt think they were supposed to take the sandwich back through the window after giving it to me? In fact they took it back and put cheese on it and then gave it back to me. The lady in charge seem to be bothered that I just didnt take my food and move on. They made the order right in the long run but when she corrected the lady taking orders she should have done that in private and in not such a aggressive manner. Its only McDonalds folks but they have to show some kind of professionalism. 1 *
The line was extremely slow, they didnt have anything to drink except for bottled water and Hi-C and they didnt tell you about it until after you ordered. When I say the line was extremely slow I mean a 20-minute wait. I will never go back to that McDonalds again ever.
Tried this McDonalds out twice. First time was a 15 minute wait for a black coffee.2nd time when I got to the menu to order, lady told me to hold. While holding 3 cars from the other lane passed me. So I just pulled up. Still took 15 minutes to get to the window for my coffee.Avoid this place.
This probably the worst franchise in the country ! Slowest service in drive thru ever! Tried it three times and got slower each time ! Food was cold and shake was melted by time I got it ! Not to mention the extremely high cost ! Such a shame used to be one of the best! Easier, quicker, cheaper, and healthier to just go across the street to tops now.
What has happened to this McDonalds? This is the only fast food place in the West end of Auburn. Before they tore down the old building and put up the new one, it was great. Its been open long enough now for them to have their act together, but they dont. So change your order filling format! Cars were leaving the drive through line without their food because the wait time was so horrendous! Its not working. Change your format and hire more employees.
East end auburn McDonald’s needs help, I’ve never waited so long in a drive thru to constantly be let down with missing food from my order. I will say it’s a four star establishment when this one manager is working . Whenever he is there everything’s smoothe , he’s like a one man wrecking crew. You’ll know him if you see Him ,he hops on the register and takes the orders and rings you out. Without him I’d probably always go to the west end McDonald’s in auburn.
Food was hot, fresh and staff was courteous. There was a gentleman on break in the parking lot and when he saw me looking around he asked me if I was looking for a trash can, I told him I was looking for a bag I lost to put the trash in which we later found blew under my van. He then offered to take my trash and picked up the bag for us once I drove up and could see it. He was very kind! God bless you sir!
Guy told me he was all alone so he was closing the closer lane that I wait 15 minutes in Adam then went on to tell me to go somewhere else or to the west end one no cones out side watched him take the order in front of me and could hear him switch back and forth as if closing a lane is gana make it easy when you can switch back and forth
Took 20 minutes for simply 4 cheeseburgers no onions or pickles. Then the order was wrong even with the wait.Piss poor staffingLarge number of customers were waiting for their food even after I orderedI now remember why after 5 months why I stayed away. I NEVER eat at this McDonald’s, despite it being closer to me than the McDonald’s I work at. But i decided this morning I would because I was very hungry and didn’t want to wait until I got to work. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going there. The workers gave me an attitude for asking for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit sub muffin. I wanted the bacon egg and cheese biscuit sub muffin because it had the folded egg and an egg mcmuffin sub bacon does not and I don’t like the round egg. The worker rang in an egg muffin sub bacon and tried to tell me it was the “same thing”. As I mentioned I work at mcdonald’s so i know it’s not. So then i asked her to ring it know correctly because i wanted the folded egg and I had a coupon. She gave me an attitude but rang it in correctly. I also ordered a lemonade with my food and it’s obviously been watered down. Very disappointed with my experience.
My fish fillet with light tarter had tarter oozing all over. My husbands hamburger had ketchup on the out side of the bun too.Both sandwiches had the meat hanging out of the bun. The associates are either not trained or they dont care. More supervision is needed here.
I like the self order kiosks. Very handy when your in a rush and the lines are long. Only takes credit cards though. Also there is a waitress that comes around with orders for eat in guests. Very shiny and white in the dining room. Play center is kinda small and lumped together, but the kids dont seem to mind.
This place is extremely rude and slow. The inside of the restaurant always smells like sewage and the food smells off and no good, like its rotten. Staff is always swearing and talking about sex. Theres also a woman that works there without a shoe on one of her feet and wears a bag on it. Not sure how they are still open.
The old building was much better. The new play place is a joke. There isnt much seating and if you go with a large group, youll probably have to ask people to move so you can sit together. And of course, the dining room was dirty. The floor was covered in garbage and there wasnt one clean table.
I was there yesterday in the drive thru. I waited in line for 35 mins ,before I order , your employer took the other line order before mine. She told me it didn,t matterYou guys were very busy and some where in training. I told her not my problemI was there first before that other car got there . Free coffee you can keep it. I will go back to dunkin donuts ....
New remodel where you have to order your own food only 1 employee to take your order, I refuse to use the self order. Parking lot is terrible the drive thru line backs right up to the entrance so you cant get in and when u do have to wait till u get up far enough to be able to get to parking spots. Finally get our food after waiting 15 minutes so much for fast food cheese not melted on mine, no sauce on her artisan sandwich at all and the fries tasted really old!! Was thunming maybe cause the grease I demanded new fries and watched them make them, she was too upset to even bother with a new sandwich, fries came to me hot and fresh and tasting good so ik it wasnt the oil causing them to taste nasty like that. I will never be returning to this McDonalds its more hassle then its worth
At the right time of the day this place is amazing. When it gets busy during the rush hours, it can be a completely different story. However getting backed up happens and everyone should understand its fast food not fine dining and every visit may vary. This location has its ups and downs, but I have nothing but positive things to say.
We ordered the steak sandwich it is usually good. But for some reason they changed it. It had some sort of white sauce on it. It totally changed the way the sandwich tasted. And not in a good way. Both my son and I threw it out. Hey McDonalds if its not broke dont fix it. Go back to the onions and the good taste.
Took too long to get food. Then they didnt give me extra salt i asked for. Had to wait while they found the salt packets. I ordered a large diet and they gave me a medium. First they gave me a medium drink that wasnt mine. They took it back then gave me a different medium drink. Took too long for just that so i gave up and left!
I seriously do not know why they even built a new building and added a second drive-through line. First of all they put handicapped parking right before the entrance to the drive-through so any elderly person can’t get into their spot and certainly cannot back out of their spot. Second, if you thought the service was bad before, don’t even bother stopping. It is an average of 35 minutes to get through the drive-through line every single time.
Absolutely awful! Husband ordered two of the exact same sandwiches and one didnt come with lettuce. Fries tasted like they were fried in old grease. Now for the service! We brought kids to play in the play place and if that wasnt there we would have left. Employees acted like wild monkeys: swearing...very loud from the back manager gave two warnings while we were there, there was a verbal fight that broke out between two employees about a separate issue...not the swearing! The order taker was very rude...acted like we were taking up her time and she was irritated. Then proceeded to yell at the manager to fix her computer because said operater couldnt figure out how to put in one of our coupons. The guy behind us said he was going to call corporate in the restaurant so they could hear all of the swearing and nonsense going on. The employees were loud and obnoxious. The manager had absolutely no control over the place or her employees. My 3 year olds daycare of 16 kids behave better than those adults. Play place was disgusting...food all over the floor...wish I took a picture! The basketball game was out of order and like every 5 minutes it let off this annoying sound almost like a fire alarm. This happened for two hours before we finally left! It took them literally 9 minutes to make a milkshake. Highly do not recommend this place I will go to Cortland McDonalds before I ever came back here.
This McDonalds is the slowest FAST food restaurant ever. The service is so slow, your over hang is too small and rain drips into our windows when waiting 20-30 for some FAST food. I have been waiting 10 mins so far and I haven’t even gotten my food yet. Y’all need to move a bit faster
Hmmm if I could give the less than 1 star I would... I order two things. There were 2 cars in front of us. They said to pull up and the food would be put in one minute. I did as asked. And they serviced the car behind us. 5 minutes go by. They serve the next car behind us. Another 5 minutes go by and they serve; yet again, another car behind us. Finally after waiting a long period of time they bring the food out. The fries were soaked and they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. For my super long order that they messed up. Consisting of nuggets and tenders. Great job McDonald’s. Another one for the books. I love waiting twenty mintutes for a incomplete order.
The workers do not follow instructions. Several times our orders have been wrong, most notably with the fish filet sandwich. We always order without cheese and extra tartar. When we get our order although marked the way we ordered it the sandwiches have cheese and no extra tartar.Today we ordered Big Mac sandwiches, when we checked them they only had 1 beef patty on them!They need to hire and train their workers better especially if theyre going to be paid as much as they are!
I just experienced the worst service of my life.It disgusts me that the ingrates working there get paid $12.75 an hour and can’t do their job properly. I’m almost positive that one can’t read or is just incompetent and I think you should reevaluate your employees in the future. I will never return to there in my life
The remodel was a complete disaster! It used to be a nice place to bring your kids, friends or dates. Now its the cheapest cheasiest restaurant that I have ever seen. No more booths, just cheap school style chairs. They used to have an excellent play area, that a lot of people would have their kids b-day parties at. Now its a tiny cheap playspace just big enough for just 1 family...... Maybe. So disappointed 😥
For one Im here now and I waited more then 5 minutes before they took my order and then the people who came in after us 5 of them separate orders got their food before ours Ive been in here for over and a half hour and still havent gotten my food really pathetic and sad
This is the worst place on the planet. Your health is at risk by eating there. Not to mention all the other issues that I have.... I witnessed an employee blow his nose, wipe his nose with bare hands, while standing next to a sink. Without washing hands went back to making food. Complaint went unanswered at store level and corporate. You can see my previous reviews to understand how awful this experience was.
Not so healthy food but they are fast food. False advertise for the meat. Gotten thinner and smaller. The fish went from a whole slice to half and now a quarter slice of cheese and cheese dont cost that much. Do it? much smaller. Fish no longer covers the whole bun. Whats next? Smaller buns also. You must buy 2 to 3 sandwich there just to fill you up. Nothing like the old days. Prices went up while the value went down. I guess that it is a good place for the little ones. Most still have a play room for them. Not all do
Its a McDonalds, so the food is what it always is. The service was prompt. Theres a play place for the kids. The human interactions are what put me off. The cashier made me feel like she was pissed off I was asking for my lunch. We all have good days and bad ones, but this woman made me feel bad about inconveniencing her.
I got a big mac meal today and the sandwich was cold. My son got the cheese burger meal and it was burnt. The service sucked. Not to mention the wait time of 15minutes in the drive thru. I will not go back to this McDonalds. And I will voice my opinions about this to every one.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in I was in line and I was at the ordering spot there was a vehicle behind me and the spot to the right of me went three times and I said hello into the box and they never answered me and finally I had to pull up to the window and as soon as I left the front of that they ask the person that was behind me what they wanted to order when I got to the window I ask them if there was a reason they did not want to wait on me or if I had caused them a problem she took my order and I got my order immediately but I will never ever go to this McDonald’s again thank you
No matter what time of day orders are never right, food is nothing close to the definition of fast,and employees rsthra socialize with each other than do their jobs . In a society were EMTs make $14hr I think its comical these people believe they deserve $15hr. If you choose to use the drive thru hope your not in a hurry, would definitely recommend checking your order before pulling out. Good luck.
A brand spankin new Micky Ds, just like all the others that have been upgraded- like one older gentleman commented, I like the old McDonalds. This place reminds me of a chemistry lab!. Producing the same old fast food product that we all expect in a brand new sterile environment. We all still love it, despite the chem lab appearance.
I gave it a 2 for the potential it has. Brought our 3 and 4 year old grandbabies here to play. VERY limited seating. But thats whatever, this place feels so icky!! Feels like theres 10 layers of grease and germs on everything. Thats being considerate, bathroom included.
Used to be easy to get in and out now they have a bunch of brainless people running the McDonalds keeping cars in drive thru for over an hour at a time every time we go its at least 30-45 minutes and the food is cold so what are they doing i hope Courtney Feehan gets a hand on her resturaunt because it is going down hill as fast as they built it.
I went to McDonalds as every day once for breakfast and for lunch today. At breakfast the muffins were not toasted and soggy and at lunch I ordered 2 mcdoubles plain ,came out regular,turned around brought them back manager called the order correct to replace them got down road again and they werent plain threw them out and gave up.
Just stopped there and went inside to get are meal. Listened to a disrespectful employee yell and degrade a employee because he doesnt want to do his job... I work 50 plus hours and had my wife finish the order and walked outside because of his disrespectfulness and how he talked to fellow employees.. grow up and do your job kid... regardless of age... you was highered to do a job period... I was asked to not put my number up ... any manager who wants my number ask Ill give it ... the server with the glasses . The short girl... that kid was ignorant and wrong... thats why my wife asked me to go outside...
I am writing this review in the Auburn drive through waiting for 2 drinks and a burger the line the wait was terrible the staff didn’t understand the order we wated 20 minutes this is the only place in this end of Auburn that serves full fast food menu they need to be better.
This McDonalds is quite new, where how you order has options. Fortunately, theres still a person too, or else Id leave. Apparently you have to ask for ketchup, the cheese on my burger was unmelted. Medium quarter pounder with fries (meal) and Coke was over ten bucks.
A nightmare since they were unhappy that I caught them on their bait-and-switch tactic for their $3.33 menu items. You can buy one McChicken sandwich at $1.29 and to or $3.60, when I questioned if they were not happy and said there was nothing they could do. I asked them your give me two separate orders for a dollar 29 so I could save a dollar and finally they came in and charged me $2.79 for two McChickens. Im sure that many other people are not paying attention because they cant do math in their head. Now I can see why profits are up at McDonalds for the corporation stealing from the customers.
It was a huge drive thru line went very slow .. we get to the window there was no one there bag by window ...someone came looked at bag walked away next person came got 4 drinks ready (not for us) looked in bag and then handed it out the window it had been sitting there the whole time... Needless to say food was not warm.
This place rediclous went last night after the fireworks in Auburn to get a quick bite to eat and icecream. Only to find out the ice cream machine was down for cleaning at 10:30pm. Which is whatever but theres no sign anywhere and you dont find out until your stuck in the drive thru line...
Typically dont review chain fast food places... But this one... Multiple visits, always slow inside and drive thru... Orders usually wrong or missing something, the employees are rude, having vulgar conversations in the back that can clearly be heard up front and throughout the restaurant... arguing back and forth between themselves for all to hear..... just ridiculous... management also seems extremely lost confused and uncertain of what they are doing, avoid this place like the plague if possible...

2022-04-11Say what you will about fast food workers, these are one of the hardest workers in the industry. Constant traffic and sometimes difficult customers but they still hold it down and show up with upbeat attitudes and willingness to get better everyday. Under paid professionals given the amount of profit made on a quarterly basis. Great job!

2022-02-19The service here was absolutely terrible! I ordered ahead on their app and then still waited 15 minutes after arriving for my order. They kept apologizing for the delay but offered no explanation as to the cause. Once I received my order it was all correctly prepared and tasted good but they definitely need to work on their customer service.

2022-07-29Wow.Our meals cost the same here as at the $$ farm-to-table restaurant we went to last week (including the tip). The only reason we went here was for FAST food.Not only was McD slower than the F-t-T place but it was so long of a wait that we ended up leaving because gas also costs money.With their new pricing, we can pay same price at a sit down restaurant and have faster service.

2022-05-31Horrible service. Milkshake was completely melted and we went up to the drive up window because all the doors were locked at 8pm and had to scream in the window and they would’ve even come to the window to get us napkins. Other day I went and had to wait forever to even get food at all. Over 20 minutes. Worth the drive across town. Staff should be fired.

2022-06-18My wife and I just waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins to order. Then we pulled up to pay. Waited at the pay window for 5 mins then they decided to move us to the other pickup window and waited another 10 mins for a large fry and double quarter pounder then the fries were ice cold. Because the dining area is closed I caught the girl at the windows attention and complained about the fries she said she would get me new ones. I am waiting another 10 mins. Horrible staff they should all be fired.

2022-07-01Rude staff, slow service. Even though it has been rebuilt all the problems of the old location persist. According to McDonald’s app, spaces marked with numbers are available for mobile order pickup. Not at this location, staff member wanted to argue about the numbered space I was in, instead of just handing me the food and moving on. Same staff member forgot items on my order last visit and was rude. Based off the reviews for location, I don’t think I’m the only one who has negative experiences here

2022-07-13Horrible. Food was cold. Workers we’re screwing around. Let workers date each other kissing in front of customers. Place is dirty don’t wear gloves. More like a high school experience. They should not allow married or dating workers to work together.

2022-06-25I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese their signature sandwich I was told to pull ahead to the next window and wait it wasnt ready I waited 10 minutes no other cars went through the drive-thru while I waited so I backed up the cashier who helped me gave me a nasty look through the food at me the bag was covered in grease and her and her friends continued on their cell phone ignoring people I called corporate they ignored me so hopefully they get this message and see what a horrible job the Auburn McDonalds does

2022-01-19Ordered through the app, after 15 min and no food I tried to go inside to get my food but all the doors were locked. I called, no one answered. I got in the long drive thru line and waited until I saw an employee taking out garbage then I went up to him and told him the situation and he tried the door and confirmed it was locked. He has just gotten to work he said, he went around back and let me in, then told the next employee we saw that the doors were locked and she said I know. I locked them. I stood there for about 5 more minutes before anyone came to help and then I was told my food was done and it would be right out. I asked how long it had been sitting there and they said not long. However, they only had one of two orders ready and the one order was incorrect. They refused to give me my money back, even after waiting another five minutes for the manager, who must have been in the back. I took a two minute video where it shows the employees wearing their masks below their noses and on there cellphone as customers wait watching, including me, for longer than five minutes.Everything about this visit at this location was Completely unacceptable. I will never eat at this location again.
