It looked like a lot of people were working. But no one came to take our order. So we left.
Great service fast and hot, actually have nothing bad to say about this McDonalds.
I’ve been here several times before and never had any issues up until this time. I was with my mom and she ordered using the mobile feature. We had ordered a cheeseburger and fries. We handed us the bag and when we opened it, we saw that it was the wrong order. They had given us a Filet-O-Fish. Knowing that people make mistakes, we went back through the drive through again, stating that we received the wrong order. They didn’t apologize, which isn’t necessary, just kind of expected. But, anyways, they told us that they would give us the correct order. Well, we go through again and tried to give them the bag with the Filet-O-Fish, since we didn’t order it. They said that they couldn’t take it back, to which we asked if they could at least throw it out, since we didn’t want it at all, it would get thrown out anyways and it smelled. They refused. Then, when we checked the bag again, we realized that they handed us the wrong order again, this time two 6-packs of chicken nuggets. Not wanting to go through a third time, we gave up. I think that this experience alone was terrible and that we won’t be returning because of the poor service. It’s frustrating enough to be given an incorrect order once, but really…twice? Unacceptable.
The east side location is always slow. 15 minutes to go through drive through.
I like the biscuit, perfubably with sausage and cheese, usually under $2.50 or 3 with a coffee.

I stop here from time to time. As far as McDonalds restaurants go, this one is pretty good. I am still sad they removed the retro 50-70s look for the drab grey modern look. It lost its uniqueness as a result. Still I digress, it is a decent dine in.
I dont go to this location very often. Everytime I do its disappointing. This time no different cold burger and fries. To the owner dont offer to make it right the second time make it right the first time. Maybe in another year I will try you again.
The level of incompetency that is in that store cant put a reward code in trys to scan a code with the credit card terminal, then gives a cheeseburger happy meal that had to have sat for hors it was hard as a rock I would never go to this location
I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and two happy meals and three slushies. Was told to wait on the other side of the building while they made the slushies. After waiting for ten minutes I realized they gave me two sandwiches that werent mine. I told the employee who brought out the slushies and he sent the manager outside. She told me she would be able to make the sandwich I order but didnt offer to reimburse me for the two I had paid for. She was very rude, rolled her eyes and then walked away.
Very displeased. I just got home with my food. Both orders are wrong. I ordered a big Mac with no pickle and it came with pickle. Then ordered my quarter Ponder with bacon and no bacon. Im very upset. I come here often . Im very upset with your service this evening.
I asked for my chicken cook to order. Got back to hotel two minutes away and it was barely warm and bread was cold. When I questioned that the sandwich came up so quick I was reassured that it was fresh out the grease, big liars.
I hate McDonalds but the kids all love it so thats what they always ask for and that is a nice place and I always get in and out fairly quickly so u dont mind going!
This is a wonderful retro mcdonalds! I simply love it and always bring me back to when my parents brought me here as a kid. There is a jukebox filled with classics! Enjoy!
Got the chicken sandwiches was not impressed. They were dry and not crispy.got a qrt.lber and was not pleased no flavor rather dry also.double ch.burger blah.wont be back.try a KFC chicken sandwich for a better idea.

While waiting for my order I observed the manager hand a customer a burger. When costumer returned with burger stating was wrong burger manager set on counter and got him another burger. He returned again stating wrong burger again. Both of them had opened burger and looked at it. She took that burger and set on counter next to first burger and then when customer walked away. I observed her. Toss the first burger into trash can right by counter abs take second take burger and put it back on the line. When I called her out on it she said she threw it away. I said no I just watched you put it back. She asked what I ordered. Came and handed me back my money and said leave. That burger was still sitting on the line waiting to bagged for the correct customer. I called corporate and I have call in to health department. Spoke with general manager abd she said I was in wrong cause I yelled at manager!! And didnt let her rectify before called health dept abd corporate. I will never step foot inside this place again
Its a good experience. The staff is nice and correct their mistakes respectfully. I love seeing this older lady named Barb she is super sweet and I get so excited to see her in the drive thru. All the staff greet me nicely and when they had family night they come out and play the games with the kids. It is so family friendly. They go the extra mile and thats important.
For being the only customer in store and as many employees as I seen, for the life on me I dint understand why new car take precedence over a customer that was already in line prior to them arriving
The food is inflated if you have 3 or more adults, may as well go to a restaurant. The lower priced items, you get what you pay for. Its ok if youre solo for a last resort. Its more suited for the happy meal age range.
They have great customer service here, even with the staffing shortage. The cashier was running to taking orders, filling trays with food and delivering to tables-all with a smile.
The local Hennrietta is great with the regular employees. But lately been not good with service. Newer employees. But been to hard to check orders and go back. So just let it go. I know horrible for training. But better than going back and forth.
Excellence service, clean, and the inside was one of the best I have ever been to. They treat you no different than they treat their drive thru which is amazing. Most other McDonalds worry more about their drive thru than the inside customers and it sucks. Not this McDonalds, mad props to Baldwinsville McDonalds at 2300 Downer in Baldwinsville. Keep up the outstanding job.
They remodeled the place and it looks great on the inside. New self ordering machines were nice, but awkwardly placed. My food has always come out quickly.The drive through is a double drive through, so the line moves pretty fast.As for food, well its McDonalds... You should know what to expect.
Got 2 fish sandwiches and the buns were stale and hard
I dont think I have ever ordered here without having some kind of problem. They either get the order wrong, or the food takes 20+ minutes. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This most recent time, they left items out of the order and it took a solid 10 minutes for them to fix it. Ive never had so many problems with a fast food restaurant in my life.

Mcdonalds cant remember how to cook fries. They used to be golden and crispy and now serve them soggy and undercooked. They also get cold quickly and taste greasy. Hamburgers also dont taste the same. They dont have any flavor.
McDonalds has improved greatly over the years. They have been trying to add healthier options to their meals and have increased service incredibly. Food tastes great. Granted, avoid the beef due to use of antibiotics in the meat. Chicken seems to be alright. All else aside everything else is wonderful. Especially for a quick cup of coffee.
Service is always friendly, and even when the drive thru is busy the wait times arent unreasonable. I just wish theyd always include the extra condiments I pay for in my mobile orders. It doesnt cost much, but it stings
It’s a good McDonald’s but not the best. Too busy all the time so if you have customized orders, they gladly take them (without making you feel bad) but they don’t always follow thru. I like no salt and cooked one minute early. They did the no salt but the fries were too crunchy.
Went to McDonald’s my son wanted breakfast was doing a boys day wife and daughter were out of town got there at 1015 waited in line for 10 minutes at the drive threw to get there and have them tell me they were all out of breakfast 3 cars ahead of me pulled out of drive threw line in a rage as well.if your supposed to serve breakfast till 11 on the weekends you can’t run out of food at 10:20 you get paid 15 dollars a hr to flip burgers and assemble food not complicated if your getting paid that much money to do a job you better start doing it quick and efficiently very disappointed with McDonald it has went down the tubes ever since they raised the pay rate
Well, its mcdonalds. What can I say that everyone doesnt already know. Their new(ish) line of crispy chicken sandwiches are standout good with exceptional flavor.
Typically fast and professional but they get my order wrong more times than not. Clean and well maintained and the average price for MacDonalds nationwide. Good for a quick bite or a family meal or a meal with friends. Or dining alone if thats what your life choices have led you to.
Absolutely terrible experience. Took 15+ minutes to get through the drive-thru and it wasnt that busy. Was moved over to one of the parking spaces to wait and then when the food was brought out, of course they forgot the salsa for my burrito. Out of the hundreds of McDonalds Ive been to in my life, this is clearly one of the worst. Id recommend avoiding at all costs until management/staff has been adequately trained or fired and replaced.
This location is always hit or miss. Sometimes theyre on point and others its like yesterday when I was missing something, went in to get it then get home and open a burger box with no burger in it so I had to go back. They fixed it but it really shouldnt have to be like that. Its always 50/50 on if theyre actually paying attention or not.
The Burger and the cheese was halfway off the bun and my chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp No ketchup out no ice working sodas were piss warm
Always a favourite place to stop while in upstate NY. All the 50s and 60s retro styling and Rock N Roll stuff! Would drive there just to hang out! Cashiers are generally nice and the food is usually on point. Its easy to get there, and traffic/parking arent a problem. Definitely stop in some time!
Nothing but problems every time I order from this location. Meals completely left out of the bag, and even made it a point to ask the gentlemen if the chicken nugget sauces were in the bag and he told me yes. Get home and they werent in there. I am trying to figure out how hard it is to look at a screen read what is on it and fulfill the order.

The worst McChicken Ive ever had, 2 pieces of dried out cardboard on a bun. 3am is not a good time to stop for a snack. Also shouldve known the prices on the Thruway are outrageous.
Last visit was not the norm, but it stuck out as one of the worst times at this McDonalds. All the tables were dirty and the service was extremely slow. However, under normal circumstances, the new remodeling is well done and looks sharp.
I tired call the first time for a happy meal and they hung up on well I was speaking and the. The second time is call they said get a hobbies and hung up I was so mad the I called a again and they said nothing and I ask for the manager and they hung up
I know, McDonalds is McDonalds. This one is probably my least favorite. Its sloppy, most of the time the customer service is horrible on a good day and its not too often that I leave with my order being accurate.

Tried to use the fancy new touchscreen kiosk to place an order with a McDonalds App deal coupon. Machine accepted it at first, but then would not recognise the deal code.Went to the counter to try the deal there with the cashier, and her register would also not recognise the deal. She did her magic and got me a discount close to the deal.Food was prepared super fast, ready almost as quickly as I could fill my cup with soda. Meal was as expected.The establishment was very busy that day, with a half dozen people inside at 10pm, and a full drive thru.All the trash was packed to the brim inside and out. The bathroom was out of soap.Probably not a good place for peak hours if you want fast food, but not a bad option when they arent packed.Machine deal error earned them a lower score, but their service was great. Very good crew, just a little over worked, since they are located on a busy route.They got right on the soap issue as soon as I mentioned it. Very attentative. Would gladly eat there again when they arent super busy. Off peak hours seem best.
This is one of the closest McDonalds to where I live, but whenever my friends suggest McDonalds, I always ask for it to be any other one, even if its 10 minutes out of the way. Ive felt sick after eating their food a few too many times, which I cant even chalk up as it just being that my body is sensitive to fast food, because I never have felt this way after eating at any other McDonalds. The service can be awful at times with large amounts of rudeness from managers. Ive heard far too many stories from friends who have both worked their and dined there about both the way the food made them sick and the way the managers acted to feel comfortable.
The absolute slowest fast food restaurant ever. It doesnt matter what time of day it is, the drive thru is always blocking traffic in the parking lot and the line never moves. At some point you would think they would get it.
I have been going to this McDonalds for years. I really enjoyed the 60s rock and roll atmosphere that the restaurant had, and I know its just placebo, but the atmosphere seemed to make the food taste better. It was a great place to get food on your wedding night, anniversary, prom, etc.The most recent remodel was a total disaster. A real shame. Now, its just another McDonalds with cardboard tasting food that I wouldnt feed my pet rat.
I know they are busy with rush hour, but I ordered 2 McDoubles and a drink. I asked for no pickles. One of the McDoubles had pickles and was very cold. The other one was thrown in the paper back with that nice paper wrapping uselessly laying next to it. It also was not very warm. I was in a rush (Hence fast food) and didnt want to wait in a line to complain. (rush hour). Next time I am hungry in this area I might go next door.
Spent 10+ in a stand-still drive through line. There was maybe only three cars, it was far from packed but there was no activity at the window. Not sure if the employees are sleeping in there but eventually we all had to park our cars and go inside to get our food. When we went inside, no one greeted us for five minutes. The people were nice and apologetic but it was still a huge inconvience. Wont be returning.
Asked for an egg McMuffin with no meat, egg and cheese only. Order taker repeated it back to me and I confirmed. Waited for over five minutes for round eggs only to bite into a sandwich with ham on it. Id give zero stars if I could, will have to double check the entire order from now on or better yet avoid this location. All others manage to get this right, its 2019 and not an unusual request anymore.
Drive thru can never get your order right. If you are the only one in line they will have you pull up and wait 10 to 15 minutes for your food. This place is a great example of bad service and the current generations work abilities. Pure idiots.
Its a pretty average McDonalds. Fairly clean and nice staff with usual McDonalds food. The building is nice and retro looking with cool retro decorations inside. The free WiFi here is really good and most people in the town use it when theyre here.

Worst mcdonalds youll ever go to. They get my order wrong almost everytime I go. They charge you almost $4 for a large fry and then decide they want to fill it up half way to where its almost a small fry.
The older cashier Deborah was lost. I waited in line for 5 minutes in front of the register while she was waiting for food from the kitchen. She turned and started to walk to the register twice, only to make it a few steps and turn back towards the kitchen area to wait for food from the kitchen some more. Finally, one of the other women told her that she had a customer (me) waiting to order.Fries were cold. Big Mac was cold. Fish sandwich was cold. The Ice Tea was the only good thing about the visit.
For the second time, I waited over 15 mins for my drive through order to come out and when i got home discovered they gave me the wrong order. i see no reason to be asked to pull ahead for a normal order only to be given the wrong items.
Missed half my order. Then when I called multiple times noone answers. So drive back and get attitude
The sandwiches had been sitting for a long time, and unfortunately the buns were extremely hard along with the chicken McNuggets. Called for a resolution and could not get a response!!!!! And this is after seeing the employees not wearing masks or gloves. Shame on me.

Terrible! Filthy, no clean tables. Took 25 minutes to get food, it was not busy. Food order was all wrong and no fries. The remodel is not appealing at all. Bathrooms gross! I used to absolutely love this McDonalds until they decided to remodel it to look like a prison cafeteria. Service and food quality has always been hit or miss, but with the depressing dining experience, theres not a whole lot going for this McDonalds other than the fact that theres no other fast food restaurant in Baldwinsville.

0 stars. This place was disgusting! Dirty counters, dirty tables, dirty sticky floors,dirty sticky drinking station. No ice, had a bucket not covered w used cup in it for guests. Nasty flat soda besides sprite n lemonade.cold burgerd but hot fries that taste like old grease.

In the area this is about the only fast food restaurant that actually manages to get the order right every time.
This is a newly remodeled McDonalds restaurant. The decor is now extremely modern. The immovable tables are fixed on stainless steel pillars, and the plastic/steel chairs are reminiscent of Ikea. The lighting is either recessed in the ceiling, or hanging/pole-mounted abstract LED lights. The color scheme is black, gray, and beige. This restaurant was designed for adults, but there is a very modern high-tech looking childrens area with the latest in electronic toys provided for them. Its a very ascetic and sparse look, but also spotlessly clean and orderly. Upon entering you have a choice of using the two new automated ordering robots, or you may use the traditional counter clerk, as we did. Upon completing your order, you will be given a numbered electronic table card, and your food will be brought to your table. Service was very polite and efficient. The food was the same quality youve come to expect from McDonalds, and was delivered hot to our table. Worth a visit if youre in the Baldwinsville, NY area, if for nothing else than to get a preview of what fast food may look like in the very near future...
Horrible food...me and the wife got really sick 🤮 from the double quarter pounders..this is the second time now we ate there and got sick the next day..we thought maybe the first time was something else but once it happened again after eating there thats when we realized its the food. I dont recommend any McDonalds in general.
Worst thing they ever did was not be 24 hours. My food is usually Good but its McDonalds you cant expect perfection. But really taking away the 24 hours bit is awful. No more 24 hours means serious loss of business very disappointed in this
I order a 20pc meal and a 10 pc meal and only got 2 10pc meals. Like why??? That definitely ruin my night. Very unlikely to ever go back!

Been here multiple times, not once have I seen the staff use gloves when preparing fries or hashbrowns. As a former employee of a McDonalds myself, I cannot help but notice even the managers failing to enact even the most simple and rudimentary policies and procedures. Absolutely terrible location, if all goes well the Holy Spirit will use his Godly wrath to smite this wretched place. Seriously, go to 31 or 57, theyll treat you far better and not make your skin crawl.

The Order was Messed up, and I was given a Medium Soda in a Large cup as A Large. When I Brought it to attention the employee argued that its a Large and Brought it to Management and They Also told me thats a Large.

The staff here is always pleasant, but very poorly trained. They always struggle to figure out how to put things into their computer system. Heaven forbid you try to special order anything.

Never seem to amaze me with this location. I mean every time I have gone to this location for an order by drive-thru, mobile order or even walking in the order is always incorrect. When I say incorrect I am referring to the order never being complete and always missing something. Then the manager(s) look at me crazy when I bring it to there attention as if I am the one that put everything together

The service was great- no wait in the drive thru at all but the order was wrong and the fries were ice cold and soggy. Ordered the buttermilk chicken without lettuce or tomato. Not only did it come with the special receipt stuck to the box saying that it had not lettuce or tomato but it came with lettuce and tomato. And here I am 10 mi. back down the road. Also ordered an egg mcmuffin since they have all day breakfast and the egg was ice cold and rubbery and the engllish muffin was so tough the middle ingredients shot out from the sandwich. Again, all the way back to the office. It was a terrible experience. It wasnt even lunch hour.
Painfully slow experience in the drive thru. Stuck for, no joke, 20 minutes at the menu with no way out of the line. After 20 minutes the line started moving again, no apologies, nothing. Guess it must be normal here...

My sick mother was hungry and we were in the car. Grabbed takeout she wanted a cheeseburger and fries. Pulling away from the place, she took a bite of the burger. Very much to my dismay, there was hair in the burger and she vomited all outer the inside of the car ! Will NEVER return to that place!

Ive really been using there mobile app a lot... It allows the user to order online and then pick it up when you get there... Lazy mode but it is good vs waiting in lines and trying to explain everything... this location as well have the mobile station on the inside as well
The teller works are nice spoken and get you through as quickly as they can without making you feel rushed plus I was lucky and someone else paid for my food

Service was terrible order 3 items in a dead shift and still got the wrong food.....called the manager to get nothing but excuses no refund no fix to my order she just hung up on me when i said my order was wrong NEVER GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN....DONT FORGET HOW THEY DESERVE 15 DOALLARS AN HOUR TO SCREW UP 3 ITEMS
Slightly slower than other McDonalds and not always the cleanest. My order is always right though and the crew is pleasant.
The one in Fairmount, NY is always open later than most.
Typical McDs - nothing really outstanding either overly positive to remark, or negative.
Terrible food, never fresh and never get the right order... when you call corporate or owner they could care less....
Me and my friend came in and spent at like 5-6 dollars and we went to go get icecream and the lady at the cash register sad it was $2.37 and she didnt add the tax and then we gave her the money and put the rest in the in the childrens foundtion thing and then she goes umm its actually 2.57 like we had the money

Relatively fast drive-thru with two lanes. Never had an issue.
I am always asked to pull around. Even if all thats ordered is a cheeseburger and fries. Im usually the second or third car waiting to get food. Ridiculous!!!
Order 2 salas. 1Bacon Ranch & 1 Southwestern , 2 LG sodas and a LG frie an we only received the bacon salad . I had to get back in line and order the southwestern.
So slow. Over 10 min in drive thru. Inside isn’t any better and very dirty. Past 6 times has been the same slow service.

Well first thing is trying to find out who works the registers then you gotta get them to do their job and come wait on you.
This place is nice and pretty consistant but sometimes the employees are not too pleasant or knowledgable.

2022-06-27Staff typically seems to have great difficulty reading and following instructions. Typically the food has been under headlamps for way too long or wait time is up to 20 minutes for fresh, hot food. If it wasnt for the desire of our autistic son, it most certainly wouldnt be an establishment wed ever patronize... and such problems seem to be corporate chain wide. Very Sad

2022-07-30We ordered a ton of breakfast sandwiches and the manager was complaining that we didnt order ahead...the hashbrowns were unsalted, half cooked and soggy; I suppose I should have went to taco bell or BK instead...theyve never had a problem filling my order without complaining...they do it faster and it tastes better. Thanks for keeping the terrible service consistent McDonalds. Wont be back...

2022-07-21The people were nice, but the food was not very good. Also, when I checked my receipt, they had rounded up my order as a donation. While I have no problem donating to the Ronald McDonald house, I was not asked if I would like to first.

2022-04-24The order was not correct with the kids meal. First no fries came in the box, the strawberry milkshake was not tasting of strawberries and the apple slices were missing. After going back to the front counter to fix this order issue, 3 times I was treated like I was the problem and not the fact that the order was not filled correctly. Do not stop here. Plenty of other places to eat.

2022-04-04I was at this location on Friday April 1st. Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 2 medium fries. Was not told about the 2 for $5 deal. I paid over 14.00 for my order. Very disappointed.......

2022-03-19Every McDonalds I walk into now it seems they forgot how to help customers. No one is facing the front looking or even aware that they have customers. All their backs are facing the customers. Then when an employee walks by they say nothing and keep walking.
