This McDonald’s in Batavia ? Ok hands down best one I been too. And 24/7 still fresh everything.
I cant wait until these places are like a giant vending machine that just spits your food out. Maybe then your order wont always be wrong. This is the third time Ive got this same salad. They ASK grilled or crispy. I order crispy and they give me grilled. I eat it anyways because its not like Im allergic and I know that they would only throw the first one away. But seriously put on your listening ears guys.

McDonalds is one of my favorite fast food places. The food is delicious, and the service was amazing. I got my food almost instantly after filling up my drink.
They mess my order up almost Everytime. Not the worst McDonalds Ive been to but they can do a lot better. The thing they do with having every car pull up just waste everyones time. No reason for that unless you have a Hugh order.
WARNING. The employees here believe Six to seven French fries are all they can fit in a small fry. I and several others have contacted corporate. Management at this McDonald’s was who said that 7 fries were all they could fit in the container. Hopefully the photos attach here. Save your money there is a Burger King, Arby’s, Wendy’s and many others in less than 2 miles.
Payment girl in the drive thru is about as a friendly as a nest of yellow jackets, maybe she needs a day off?
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Repeatedly waiting in line for extended periods of time. Tonight waited for 45 minutes in line and food was cold. Very slow service. Very rude employees. Employees also smoke marijuana while preparing food or attempting to provide service at drive thru window in front of customers. I saw the employee at the first window smoking a bowl at the window when I pulled up to it. It’s a total disgrace, especially since they make more an hour than some people who are actually educated and have “real” jobs.
This 24 McDonalds saved us after seeing a concert at Darien Lake. Everything else is closed! Plus, the service was great, the employees were nice and the food was awesome! 🙏🏼 They were also very busy and handled it quickly! Will remember this location for next time.

With this being the only restaurant open after 11, youd think this is when theyd have the right amount of staff scheduled to handle the late night rush. Always a long wait in drive thru. Consistently making errors. Employees are stressed due to understaffing.

I realize the time of night (2am) is not the best time to go and that staffing can be a challenge. That being said, I had a very big order ($46.16) and pulled up to the window. I paid with 3 $20s. The cashier must have believed them to be fake. After staring at them for 30 seconds or so, she left and came back with another employee to check the bills, at the window, in plain view. She used a counterfeit pen on them to verify. After doing so, they both left and came back with a third person who I believe to be the night manager. Again, in the window, in plain view, he proceeds to hold the bills up to the light to check them. He hands them back to the cashier, who then puts them in the drawer and opens the window to hand me my change... and doesnt say a word. No sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience, nothing. The three of them took a total of 10 minutes to do this. 10 minutes is an eternity in fast food. I get verifying bills given to you by a customer, however it should have been done to the side and not taken 3 people to check it. This whole transaction from ordering to getting my food was at least 15-20 minutes. It was very embarrassing and frustrating.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Drive thru employee walked away from order 5 times, no exaggeration. Waited in line for 27 minutes to still get the order wrong. Rude and unprofessional. I never have experienced such horrific customer service in my life.

Great place service is excellent.Owner Harry S. is on premises often and takes his business very seriously, at times he even pitches in to help employees with daily tasks. You cant do any better than that

There was a patriotic homeless man drinking beer and playing guitar outside while I waited for my food! Very entertaining! Staff seemed confused and depressed. Lots of lights on in the restaurant, very warm inside. Dirty bathrooms.

Honestly I have never written a review on google before and don’t ever really complain about fast food as I used to work in the industry and understand the challenges that workers at a McDonald’s face, but I’m starting to really get sick of this place, the “new” Mcdonalds in town and still the same old issues! This place cannot put the right fresh food in the bag! I have been to this location about 3 times in the the past few months as I try to stay away but if you’re on that side of town...you have no other choice for fast food without driving 10 minutes out of your way. That being said out of those 3 times my food has been right 0,First visit:The McRib is back! I am excited to try it for the first time, I ask for no pickles and sub dehydrated onions and a double cheeseburger made special, the double cheeseburger was obviously left on the warmer WAY to long as the bun is hard and doesn’t have any of the toppings I ordered AND the McRib was COVERED in EXTRA PICKLES and EXTRA ONIONS, soiled with liquids...okay...so I’ll call and see what’s up...no answer...well okay then I guess Ill drive to the McDonald’s with the food and tell them that they screwed up...they first offer to remake my food, I tell them my appetite is honestly gone and I just want a refund I don’t need the food remadeThis is where I made the mistake of returning and giving a location that had previously screwed up a chance to rectify their past mistakesSecond visitI order a 6 piece and they give me a 4...I check my receipt and they only charged me for a 4...I cut the losses here and just accept that I won’t be eating 6 nuggets because honestly it wouldn’t even be worth mentioning unless I was telling a narrative of my negative experiences at McDonald’s...Third visitI order the new crispy chicken sandwich with cheese and two double cheeseburgers...the double cheeseburgers are open in the bag when I get it...oh no “here we go”...everything seems to be in the bag so I proceed to drive home...when I get home I bust open my chicken sandwich only to find a “crispy chicken extra Mayo add onions”...I sigh...I call the McDonald’s...no answer again...I’m “shocked”TLDR: This McDonald’s is really bad at giving you the food you order, I’ve given them 3 chances as of late...I will be driving to the other side of town from now on...you should too

Selling yesterdays food has become the norm at this mcdonalds. The hot apple pies are taken out of yesterdays box and put in a new box without the date sticker. They did this to me twice in one week. And I only went there 2 times during the week. When confronted they lie and talk to me like I’m a 8 year old. No more McDonald’s for me.
This was the best McDonalds Ive been in recently. I had a couple of Quarter Pounders with Cheese. They were cooked up nice and tasted better than they have from anyplace else. The crew were fast, friendly & fantastic.
First time visiting a McDonald’s that was touch screen order. Interface was easy to use and quickly found items desired. Food time was fast - though it wasn’t a traditional rush hour. Was a bit confused why the screen asked for a drink choice when a self-serve fountain was present. Food was hot upon delivery. The restaurant dining room is modernized with non traditional seating choices. Had a very positive experience.
Fries will always be half full and old if they arent backed up but always half full. My McChicken tasted and smelled like bleach. Not eating here ever again thats deplorable

This location is hit or miss. Last week I had great fast quality service. This week my wife was missing her cheeseburger and my big Mac had old hard cheese, Brown wilted lettuce and had clearly been made several hours ago

This McDonalds is definitely better than the one on the other side of town. The food is normally prepared better, the employees do not make quite as many mistakes with my orders. Also, this McDonalds is open 24 hours. It seems that the only issues I have with this specific McDonalds is during the morning rush.
Fast and friendly drive thru. Easy to hit on a lunch hour and quick even when they are busy!! Only once messed up my drink order and along with wrong drink paid full price rather than the $1 any size special price. Not a frequent drive thru patron but this location is the best I have seen for staff and service.
We had to be parked in order for the meal to be cooked yet the meal was hot, reasonably priced, we h got our full order and it was still hot when we got home.
Theres seems to always be an issue with my order when I go here. I ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal, because Im a kid at heart, and I literally only got the nuggets. Didnt get my drink, my apple slices, or my fries.

We were traveling through and stopped for breakfast. The service was great! We ordered a cold brew coffee frappe, then changed it to a chocolate chip frappe. But, because they had already made the cold brew, they gave us both. Im starting to think that I should change my mind more often. 😊The whole interior was really nice, and the restrooms were clean. 👍
It took forever fir them to even get to the register just to take my order. The manager and two cooks were wearing their masks 😷 under their chins.
Me and the work crew had a great lunch in a clean & friendly environment. Staff was amazing amd the bathroom was clean as well as the lobby. Just a all around good place to relax & enjoy a meal. We will return whem we are in the area again.
You better be prepared to wait a long time for your food. Especially the drive thru. Wether its one cheeseburger or just a drink, theyre going to tell you to pull up and wait and wait and wait some more. Incompetent staff, incompetent owner, terrible service. West Main McDonalds is 100 times better than this place. Dont waste your time.. unless you enjoy waiting for fast food.

I will drive out of my way, passing the McDonalds on the other end of town to come to this one. Their food is full of flavor. Its hot or cold as it should be. The order is always correct. Pleasant, helpful staff. Love this particular McDonalds!
4$ for a large fry and the frys are dry old and cold come on now if your going to charge 4$ for a large fry always keep them fresh FFS
Stopped at 4 pm for a quick snack as I had missed lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a McDouble which came on a stale bun and chocolate chip cookies which were hard as a rock. My Coke was good though. No excuse for stale food.

While waiting for our food in the drive thru we watched a girl sweep the floor and touch the dust pan then proceeded to make my sons drink with out washing her hands. Then my son bit into his sandwich and he bit into something slimy. Needless to say we went and got our money back. Never again will we go there again. Not even worth 1 🌟! The food is high quality and well made, the staff is really nice and is overall one of the best places to get fast food for me. They came 15 minutes late with my food though.
If your gonna do McDonald’s, I’d highly suggest driving down to this one. The other one has consistently messed up very simple orders, forgotten straws, drinks, sauce, fries. I wouldn’t mention it except every single time we go there they forget or mess up something. I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup only!!! I got everything but ketchup, and that was all I ordered!!!!! Just go to this one, trust me! Everyone makes mistakes but the other one has for the last 7 years made a mistake almost every single time we go there. This one is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive.
Took french fries. Lot of scope for improvement. Oil could be controlled. Freshness also require improvement. As a world wide trusted brand, there need to attention on this.Otherwise, very helpful staff, clean work area, clean rest rooms and hygienic working.
I drove from Leroy at midnight to sit down and enjoy a meal as I was working late. The lobby here has always been 24/7 and I was shocked when they were closed. The drive thru was open but I wanted to sit down and enjoy. I left and went to dennys

Ordered 4 sausage with no eggs for my kids and one sausage and egg mcgriddle. As they handed me the order I specifically asked if theres a mcgriddle in there as well and he said yes and turned out to be a biscuit sandwich. I live 20 min away so i couldnt return it. These are the idiots that fight for $15 an hour when you cant get something that simple correct? Your jobs are worth no more than $9 an hour then!

Ever since this McDonalds opened, I gave it like 5 chances. Every single time I ate there, I have gotten really sick. Thought it would be a good move to be on this town and closer to us but I will bypass it Everytime now. Being that I believe I got food poisoning from there the most recent trip has my decision final.

Has double drive through lanes but still remains the slowest drive through ever! Also, they can’t seem to keep from spilling the coffee all over the outside of the cup! Got burned once when the lid was loose and the coffee blew out the top all over my hand as she handed it to me through the window! Also, the design of the overhang along the drive thru pickup lane allows dirty roof rain water to drip all over your clean car, a lot! Terrible design.
On my last visit I got nothing. At 4:30 am I just left work and wanted a burger, I was informed they were only serving breakfast. I ordered breakfast and went to the pay window. There I was told they were only accepting cash. I dont carry cash to work. This is the first time my debit card was not taken. McDonalds you just lost a sale, maybe a customer.
So Ive had some negative experiences at this McDonalds serval times and have rarely returned here. Ive been going to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts for my coffee but my cab driver recommended going to this McDonalds bc its closer to me and their caramel frapes taste amazing. They do taste good but they dont beat Starbucks. Anyway, so I decided to head into the same McDonalds this morning and as Im receiving my change the cashier who I didnt catch her name was a blonde petite girl who spoke in a really unfriendly snobby tone flung my change at me and said oops sorry … oh heres your penny I was very graceful about the manner and didnt want to make a scene got my frape that I paid for but honestly Ive had enough of going to this McDonalds and letting things roll off my back obviously whoever is hiring these people dont care about character or customer service. I wouldve spoken to the manager but Im sure nothing would have been done about so Im posting my experience on here hoping enough people will understand that if you want a friendly experience with great customer service you wont receive it here at least that has been my experience with going to this establishment. This sealed the deal though I am never going to any McDonalds establishment ever again theyve lost my business for good this time.
People are super nice. Food was served quickly! And on top of that, the order wasnt messed up. One of the few McDonalds that doesnt laugh trying to think of rediculous ways to mess up your order.

OK been there a lot 3 times the chicken sandwich was not good it had been sitting in rack all day drying out also on another occasion they forgot bacon and cheese this last time I ordered my usual chicken sandwiches a dinner and extra sandwich this time they were fresh and perfect except I looked at my fries when I was getting my drink and my large fry was about half full so I said something which I never do and the lady said your not supposed to squeeze it I said I didnt touch it she took it and with attitude littleraly added 4 fries and I said thanks for the extra fries every time I go there I spend $18.00 and some change I was not unreasonable and paid for a large fry not a half of container think this lady was new but had attitude and Ive been very understanding until this other customers in line agreed with me I never no reviews either but enough they need some help there all problems from this newer location 6/22/17 around 5:15pm

I love this McDonalds there Quarter pounders with cheese are so good. I got to enjoy a shamrock shake too. Service is great people have always been nice, the food looked really good and presentable. The drive thru went very fast.

Order 2 mcdoubles and a shake and they have you pull out and park and wait, several times with the same order. 4 beef patties, and dispensing shake mix into a cup is too hard for these tards to do timely go to the west side McDonalds.
This McDonalds is only a few years old. It used to be amazing food was always fresh always got. I went in today for breakfast. I got a coffee, a day sausage egg biscuit, and a hashbrown. They were not at all busy at 7:45 in the morning. My coffee was hot but my busicut was hard as a rock I couldnt even eat it. And my hashbrown was hard too. It had been over cooked or sitting around too long. I live right down the street from this restaurant but because this happens quite often like every time I go in there something is wrong or just poorly made I will drive across town to the other McDonalds.
Ordered a burger through door dash with no mustard onions or pickles, the tag on the burger said there was no pickles onions and mustard and it came with pickles and onions on it and this mcdonalds said I had to file a complaint with door dash like they made the burger
15-16$ an hour so the overnight crew can take 10 minutes to make ONE burger. Pack of inbreds.

I been going to McDonalds for ever, bit trying to eat healthier.I seen a TV commercial for new 1/4 pounders, fresh, none frozen beef hot off the grill.Well, O was throughly disappointed with that potentially New way the 1/4 pounder was prepared.I got down the road, opened the 1/4 pounder, it wasnt Hot, fresh off the grill, if anything it was barely warm !!!I also got was what was supposed to be a strawberry banana smoothy, it didnt taste like Strawberry Or Banana.😝I took it back they claimed the 1/4 pounder arent always arent always right off the grille !!!Bad advertising 🤔They gave me another larger Strawberry Banana smoothie that still wasnt any good.😜😝Ill think twice befor Ill go to any McDonald s again, for what it cost ( almost $10.00 for a combo meal subituding my drink for a smoothie) Ill go to somewhere theres a better quality of meal .Bummed !!! 😐😒

Got 2 hot grilled chicken with cheese and paid for cheese on both no cheese ...same order had a fish sandwich and tha came cold like ice cold in the middle ...best part of the whole thing was manager have us coupons and said sorry for the wait lol wait for the incomplete order and cold fish ....I give this place a shot every couple months n this is what happens everytime

Crappy experience. Poor staffing. Nasty screaming and people hanging around. Vulgar language and filthy speech. Im no prude but the language was nasty, the food was only ok and the staff and a few others were horrible.
Order delivery fast,but their touch screen was not in sync to the menu for offers,I couldnt order for the fileto fish double offer and ended up paying more.

We ordered two salads,the southwest salad was smaller than the chicken bacon ranch salad we ordered

2022-06-18Did a mobile order and not only did the speedy service say it all but the shape the sandwiches were in, could definitely tell they were premade and put in the warmer for dinner rush. Friendly service though 😜

2022-06-06Update: I order the same thing every morning but instead today I decided to order using a person... and they toldMe that I wasnt able to substitute bacon.. I said I do it in the app.. he said well the app is different!!!!They put half hot fries on top of my nasty fries.Update! 5 stars since the manger went above to make sure my breakfast sandwich is made correctly! Thank you! I had an issue all week and now its fixed everytime she works. I appreciate it!!

2022-01-12This location is absolutely terrible. I will jot go there any, the trip across town is well worth it. They have screwed up my order the last 3 times I have gone there over a period of 2 months. This most recent time I simply ordered a medium French fry and when I got to the window they handed me a Sprite, when I alerted the girl in the window of the miscommunication she notified me that I in fact did order a Sprite and in now way did she attempt to remedy the situatio. And this wasnt the worst experience I have had there so in my best interest I will not go there anymore. Terrible employees, terrible training

2022-02-05Food was nondescript at best. McNuggets were dried out and double quarter pounder w/cheese was over cooked. Not worth the money. More went in the garbage than was eaten.

2022-04-10Ordered fish sandwich and it was pretty dry ordered a chicken tender happy meal and the chicken tenders were fried to being dry like they were old...People working there were friendly but food not so good....

2022-03-02The girl today must have been new… I asked for extra pickles and she put extra onions instead. Didn’t ask if I needed more when I wasn’t done ordering and wouldn’t answer when I said I needed something else. I usually never have a problem, I’m disappointed
