Busy location but the service is good and fast. They have both a drive through and eat in option at this location and I have been told that it is one of the top Mc Donalds locations in the states. I come usually for a coffee and baked good.
They are pretty Fast and the Service what can you expect ,working many hours with many customers all at once I understand them .they were goodI’ll give them two thumbs up for being blowing up at any moment
We to the drive-thru window and we were very polite we paid and then we drove to collect our food from the second window and then we look inside the bag to check our stuff before we drove off and we realized none of the good people at McDonalds give us any free food and were good citizens to the community we deliver food for GrubHub or Uber Eats and doordash we the people deserve a free meal thank you for your time and sorry for the inconvenience
McDonalds is the goat but lately their service at various location can be spotty. Make sure you connect with ur best franchise and get to know the manager. Check your bag for the fries because that is always forgotten. Was on Pennsylvania and Linden yesterday and employees didnt seem to care that strange woman was approaching cars in the drive thru.

This McDonald’s had customers unattended for Atleast 30 minutes while the orders were stacked on the garbage, I hate picking up my orders here many can agree!!!!
I cant ever seem to do curbside pick. There is always somebody in the two spots and nobody in the car. Its defeating the purpose of curbside pick up.

Manager very nasty has attitude shoved the food in to you in drive thru . Then on top of it they got my order wrong . You ask for shake they never got it . They did not give condiments with order . If they had a rating of 0 I would put it . They really deserve no stars .

A lot of places r turning away from serving decaf coffee. I have always depended on Mickey DSouza 2 have that cup of Joe- but, they let me down n didnt have it. Hear this, all restaurants that serve coffee, not everyone can take the caffeine, we decafers need u 2 try 2 remember us. Stick with us n serving us all?

Great food usually on point. Yes they do make mistakes there not perfect... No one is.. If you talk to the employees in a respectful manner You will get your complete order. Keep in mind McDonalds has served over a billion customers your only one. There working hard. Give them a break. This McDonalds located on Pennsylvania Avenue is always clean. I love bringing my children to the ball maze. We really enjoy going to this McDonalds whether its going through the drive thru or walking inside to purchase your food. Its always a pretty pleasant experience. Yeah of course when they miss an item its annoying but you can get it easily fixed if you remain calm and speak like a human being they will gladly help you. I hope I have helped someone even one person to try out this McDonalds located on Pennsylvania Avenue. Its really not a bad place.

Rude worker at the drive through taking orders. The other two ladies that we paid and received our food from were great but the worker that took our order had an attitude, didnt let us finish our order. Every response was is that all? or your total is... . We literally would say 1 item and she would rush us to leave. There was 1 other car so it wasnt super busy and it wasnt even noon. If my workers ever gave a customer experience like that to our members and customers, they wouldnt be very shocked with the actions that would follow.
THE WORST SWEET TEA I EVER TASTED! No sugar added and it tasted like a tea bag broke in the brewing process. The line didnt move.
I’ve been going here for years. I’ve seen them perform really well when the three executive managers are at this location.I’ve only experienced good service with a nice lady the pay window twice. The other cashiers/servers at drive thru are very blunt and short. I try but it’s every time I go always nasty and rude. Also forget items trying to move fast without checking.

I was here yesterday afternoon where mostly women work, however, I did encounter one male manager who has no idea of what customer service is. I ordered a large coffee 3 creams and 3 sugars. Although it was busy, there is no excuse to have a wait 10 or more minutes in the dining room for about cup of coffee. When I asked the gentleman manager in the blue shirt how much longer he said an attitude without making any eye contact, its coming now. Additionally, the cash she wasnt necessarily rude customer service was sorely lacking. This behavior comes from the top down.

Be careful when ordering from this McDonald’s. I was charged $23 for large fries and 20 pieces of nuggets. The cashier refused to give me my receipt when I asked her for it several times. They like to over charge people check your price order.

Easy access for when youre on the way to the airport. Timely service and plenty of parking to pull over and eat in the car if you dont want to go inside. Just a 10 min detour on the way to JFK airport when coming from the south.
They were serving breakfast, fifteen minutes before lunch started so i waited. Once i ordered and got my food i was disappointed because the fries were lukewarm. McDonalds has the best fries...when there HOT!
The WORST McDonald’s EVER! The cashiers have major attitudes and the cooks ALWAYS mess up on orders. SMH It’s ridiculous! The runners aren’t no better they will not pack all of your food. Make sure you check your bag thoroughly before leaving. The cashiers will ask what type of sauce you want but then the runners never pack it, I almost always have to ASK for sauces. Smh what was the point of asking and typing it on my receipt? I HATE this location. TERRIBLE!
Havent been there since last summer, but my experience there today was awesome. They were very professional. Polite indeed and extremely friendly. I would definitely go back, its like the twilight zone.

This was my go to Mcdonalds, it is just around the corner and while it is always busy, but the service is fast and friendly.This place moves, there are always plently of staff, and the food comes out pretty fast.Never had a problem.The soda or juice always has the right amount of ice.I will have to give them 2 stars now and thats only because A manager, wished to comp my food.Place left a bad taste in my mouth, instead of a happy meal, I had an unhappy meal.Wasted$15, and the time it took to order, get ketchup, eat.Take pictures. While the food is usually excellent the customer service skills possessed by a few members of the evening crew are lacking. When asked to not give out bags and straws or told that they made a mistake they will respond with a level of nastiness that you would expect from a small child.
Moderately this was super good, the chicken nuggets were too good to insist. Burgers were awesome too. Besides these foods were too good to eat. My mom & dad takes me here, my mom loves this too. TRY THIS OUT NOW!!!!!!
I was surprised to learn that they now give table service, nice improvement!The food came in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. I wish the worker cleaning the area was nicer. I kindly asked him to clean the area I was seated in and he seemed a little bothered by it. Not my fault the place was dirty when I arrived. Generally a nice experience though.

Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to.... I watched the manager put both her hands in the trash n keep working 5 mins later she washed her hands ... waited over 20 mins for my food ... which was nasty incomplete order nuggets werent cooked properly..... by far worst experience ever.
Although social distancing should be the norm these days things seemed confusing here. No one manages the floor to remind people to keep their distance, the kiosks do not work or were out of service. Theres someone standing at the door asking for change which makes one uncomfortable. My order was not as I ordered. I would not go back there. The one on Linden Blvd is much nicer and well kept.
This location can at times be a hit or miss, it usually depends on the shift and the day. I frequent here as a grub hub delivery driver and I will say that they are much more attentive while I’m doing my deliveries. The employee Justin is usually on point with getting the grub hub and Uber eats orders out together at an accurate and fast pace.
It was a terrible experience....went to the drive through....asked if I could order...they tell me drive over to the next window...they have me wait 10 min...only to tell me they are not serving food at the moment...me and the car infront of me and the other 2 behind me....bad business.

Being going here for some time.I dont know just what has happened, it used to be fast food, now its become guick service and I am not happy.I went thru the drive thru, while they did not have any salads, I ordered a 10 peice nuggets, fries and a drink.The nugguts where luke warm at best and while I got hot fries, I didnt get any ketchup, by the time I got my ketchup, my fries were cold and my nugguts tasted like they were burnt.The bill came to $8.70.The young lady who took my money gave me the .30 cents but not my dollar.When I explained to her that she was a little lite, she gave me my dollar. ( could really be a mistake, but being in the food service industry, I wonder.)While taking pictures was asked by a Manager just why was I taking pictures?I explained that I was a Goggle guide, he said ok and I explained that this was my go-to Mcdonalds, but after this, I might just stop eating Mcdonalds.It has made my blood pressure go up.He offered to exchange my meal but I was just disgusted. Horrible service at this McDonalds, staff was too busy talking. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets for the first time was not happy and my sandwichwas not made right and the nuggets was cold and stale, Im never going back there!
This specific store has HORIBLE customer service. In person as well as via UBER Eats! EVERYTIME I place an order, part of my order is missing. If I go in, my order is missing food and I catch it because I am in the store. Unfortunately it is the ONLY store in my near vicinity or I WOULD NEVER USE THIS STORE!!!My orders are always upward 50 - 90 dollars and I can never get the food I ordered. I have even received other peoples orders while myself and family members go without food. They dont answer the call, and its just horrible how you steal my money and I cant even eat.WORSE RESTAURANT IN THE FRANCHISE!
Great warm friendly service on Thanksgiving Day and this COVID-19 Outbreak Pandemic they put themselves out there on the front line to serve us warm accurate orders with a great manager working that shift with a great crew while every other fast food restaurant is closed. Thank you Pennsylvania Avenue East New York McDonalds staff for your service. I truly and genuinely love you all from the bottom of my soul and I thank you for everything. Its ok, but they need to pick up the pace most of the time. Its usually very busy and the workers are moving at near a snails place. The place is pretty large though and you can order from machines instead of the cashiers as well for simple orders. So you will always have a comfortable dining experience.
It is 2am and I just visited this McDonald’s less than one hour ago. I ordered my food in the drive through and than waited ten minutes for my food . I ordered 6- 3 dollar bundles . 3 McChickens,3 double cheeseburgers, a large fries and 2 apple pies . I got home no burgers and no apple pies . They have the worse staff ever in the night time . This is my third time experiencing bad service at this same McDonald’s . I will be contacting the manager tomorrow. It’s the closet McDonald’s to where I live and it’s a shame they give bad customer service.

Usually go there for the $1 soft drinks. Always have to check my order otherwise. There is ALWAYS something missing, the nuggets, the sauces, sometimes the apple juices for my kids happy meals. They are fast, unfortunately its at the cost of making mistakes with anything other than a simple order of 2 or 3 items.
This McDonalds needs to have all of the staff retrained in customer service, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. The staff were extremely rude, insensitive and disrespectful not only towards the customers but also towards one another (using the N word, discouraging others from seeking job opportunities at the location, etc.). Additionally, the service was extremely slow. I waited for almost a half an hour for my order. There didnt appear to be a manager on site at the time. Very unorganized.
This McDonalds is terrible! I waited 40 minutes for two happy meals, a big mac, a chicken sandwich and large fries. After waiting nearly 25 minutes I asked for a refund, the cashier said she would make my food really quickly, that should have been done in the first place. Never going back there again.
Most times the womens bathrooms are in dire need of cleaning, would help that someone would be able clean every hour or so to maintain a sanitary workplace as well as a restaurant that would benefit a better rating. They dont clean the soda machine.. the soda is always nasty. And they put the food together sloppy or will mess up your orders.
Usually the service and food is good. This evening however was such a disappointment. Im not sure if it was because the lack of adult supervision or if they were crowded or both. The food wasnt fresh. The fries were dry and hard. Nuggets tasted a day old. Cookies were an hour over the limit old. Please supervise and check customer service. This is supposed to be fast food.
I loved the fact that you can now order your meals and have them bring it to you. However, we ordered two drinks and they only brought one straw with our order. I actually went in because i wanted my boys to play in the indoor playground. When we went in, it smelled like sweat in there. It appears there was no ventilation and it felt muggy that my boys and I literally ran out only for us to seat at a table that had not been cleaned. Ive been going to this McDonalds for a while now and while they are not bad, they could do a better job with keeping the place clean as they accommodate the heavy traffic and get their orders right.

Every time i come here at night they take 30 minutes plus to do 1 order. I literally sat at the drive through for 40 minutes and only 2 cars left. Youre better off going to checkers next door.

How do you run out of ketchup, no ketchup means everything you eat is dry and you choke on it. Last time Im going there, very mismanaged which is to bad, the staff was so friendly. I mean like couldnt anyone just go out and buy a bottle.
I go their every day and the service is fast the people is cool....some of them......my only complaint is they are cheap with the pickles.....when I order a few orders of pickles on the side and Im paying for these pickles and dont get what I pay for.
Drive-thru was horrible. I was passing through leaving town. GPS said this was the closest so I went. Lack of customer service skills no welcome to McDonalds greeting. There was no screen to show what you were ordering. I had to ask the cashier to say my order back to me because I was very unsure that she got the order right which it was a good thing because she had to correct it. She didnt tell me the total before I got to the window just told me to drive up. They didnt receive my full order for a kids meal. And my child didnt know it until we were on the road which was too late to go back to rectify. Maybe they were all having a bad day but I do not recommend this place because of negative customer service.
Very low in costumer service.The lady totally got my order wrong and were careless. She was even talking on the phone while I was ordering. I paid for items and didn’t get them. That’s very upsetting.

They are very slow moving for a fast food place. They need to keep the kids play area better cleaned. Just because your in the hood , does not mean it has to be dirty.
I don’t know where the manager here gets his employees but every single one of them gave attitude me attitude and their customer service was inappropriate. They denied me ketchup and sweet and sour sauce when I asked them for some. The reputation here never fails to uphold the same status it has for years; rude and inappropriate customer service. I’m not coming back here. They don’t deserve my money. !
Never had a problem with the food or anything but the workers just act like they are forced to be there, not all but a few of them do that . Im not gonna lie I have had a few workers that was very polite and respectful but others are just there for money.
So what to say about McDonalds. Customer service here both times I have visited has been a five star rating, but I score by the overall visit. So even though the cashiers were pretty great I didnt like how these young kids just came in to hang out. The first time they hung out on the seating on the outside just being loud and making my son uneasy. The following time I visited again young kids came out of school and just ran over to the play place; where my 2 year old son and another toddler was nicely playing. Both myself and the other parent had to grab the our kids so they dont get trampled on.
Horrible experience. They had both drive-thrus open. Yet they never answered the inner drive-thru. We sat there for at least 15 minutes as the outer side followed continuously. We had a difficult time even getting out of the line because the outer line was following well but not yielding to let us out. We left with our money in our pockets and NO FOOD!
This was my local mickey ds growing up and we used to love coming here. Im happy its still lasted in the community. Its always crowded and they recently renovated the inside. They now offer self service orders on the computers that really expedite your wait time which is great. They have a small play area for the kids. Food is just like other McDonalds. This will continue to be my local spot when Im in the area.
Too many flies. Sign of something decaying or there is a chance they came from outside as the doors are constantly opening and shutting. Who knows? Still flies are a no no.
Make sure that you check your food before you leave this McDonalds. They forgot to give me a sandwich, and double the meat of 2 orders of packages that totals to 4 dollars. This is not the first time they made a mistake. They have giving my son lots of bacon in a happy man I stead of the chicken nuggets. Plus ppl have an attitude serving you.

This place is always slow. Even at odd hours. This location has two drive through intercoms that cause nothing but chaos. I see the other persons order on my screen. I usually have to speak first before someone tells me hold on and then I hear them on the other persons intercom taking their order they take two more orders on the other intercom before they get back to me. I’ve have this happen multiple times no matter that drive thru lane I choose. When you go to this McDonald’s I hope you don’t have a special request like pickles on the side or something because they will definitely ignore it. Inside is not much better than the drive thru. I’ve gone out of my way to avoid this McDonald’s
I come here all the time. The crew tonight must be new. Some workers had attitudes. Well only one.. An she kept rolling her eyes. Another worker was moving slow an do a certain expression on face when u ask for something.. I seen other workers work better here before.
Everytime I come to this McDonald’s late at night there’s always a long wait even if I’m the only car and I suspect theft going on because they always tell me to pull up to the window to order and always asks if I have exact change and I never receive a receipt. The owner needs to be more attentive to his business and his books...
It was pretty cool had no problems................updated review - last two times I went around 11:30 12:00 it was the slowest thing ever, I went in and no caisher, had to Wait, then I had to Wait probably 30mins before I got my food. From what I see theyre understaffed.
Saturday night and everyone wants McDonalds fast food, the lines everywhere are long.I waited 20 minutes from the time I was on line till I got my food.The worst part of my experience was getting home and opening my bag to find the French fries are cold. I wanted to go back but I was chilling at home comfortably on the couch enjoying my bacon mcdouble lol
The wait was way too long. Employee Eric could go for retraining on respectful workplace policy. His mouth was like he belonged on a ship with sailors and this was while customers were in the store. He as very rude. WOULD never recommend anyone to come here.
Saturday I went in 11:07 p.m. came out there at 11:45 p.m. the service was very slow people walking around talking laughing joking around in the place and when I got my food at 11:45 the food was cold and the Big Mac I ordered the Buns was hard as a rock and when I went back in there to change it it took almost 10 minutes before they gave me another Big Mac the place is shity well I can say the people that work in there are shity.. and when I eat my food and I become sick Im coming back to the place and Im not going to come back being nice

Horribly rude staff. Many orders are incorrect, down to the coffee. Ordered a Moca coffee which isnt cheap, didnt put the whipped cream. Went back to the cashier and he went to the back. Played it off that he put it in the cup. Got home and it didnt have the whipped cream. I was so angry. They lost a customer on Pennsylvania ave. My kids love McDonalds but I will go tp Burger King next door instead. Hopefully I will receive better service & not experience nasty attitudes.
Don’t order food at this location and expect to get what you pay for. Literally! I ordered a simple sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. They gave me a McGriddle with egg and another McGriddle between the McGriddle with no sausage in site.I am so annoyed especially because I ordered with Uber eats so I was unable to check my order. I visted this McDonalds location last night 11/29/2017 at 7:36 p.m. with my son and was greeted with poor service. Not only did I have to repeat my order over several times at the intercom, but also at the cashiers window as well. I specifically requested separate bags for the two different orders. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I was greeted by the Manager (who said her name was Alisha). She handed me the wrong food (after admitting that she wasnt aware of the errors drive through was making) and became confrontational when I made her aware of it. When she handed me my food, all of the separate orders were placed in one bag. I kindly asked her to re-bag the food (as I originally requested) because it would be easier for me to hand the bag that didnt belong to me to my son. I was dropping him off so we where going in separate ways. She became angry snatching the bag and verbally insulting. Alisha lacks a great level of professionalism to be a manager. Her demeanor is not what I would expected, being in a customer service supervisory role. Ive been to many McDonalds prior to this experience, and no matter how busy or frustrating things became for the staff, the manager was always courteous. She is the worst! I will never go back here again and will encourage my friends not to as well.
Its good during the morning and evening but, can move slowly. Overnight shift is definitely understaffed and moves slow. I believe they need more staffing and need more people to work on a shift.
This McDonald seems to have a system..... But it doesnt change the extreme wait times. The chicken is too chewy in certain places not bad but if the cook all food like checkers or Chick-fil-A , wendys were they have more of a variety of healthy or vegitarian then I will go there alot not once a blue long ago as a kid I went alot never got full or bloated now im 32 got watch what I eat due to allergies maybe this review might help them out
Ordered uber eats with them today and I did not receive anything I ordered. I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and a double quarter pounder all they delivered was a 2 cheese burger meal!!! I was charged 26$ and only received one meal and it wasn’t even close to what I ordered!!!! Tried calling them over and over all I get is a busy signal. The worst service ever!!!!
Ok place for the kids and besides some staff members attitudes theres not much to complain about at this establishment, the area now thats a different story
Of course the food was great, its McDonalds. But one of the drive through windows was not working, and of course we were at that window. BUT we made our order at the payment window and were done in 2 minutes. Good save!!!
Horrible service. I waited about 15mins at the drive thru window to get my order. The workers just keep passing the window without even checking to see if I had my order. I wouldve drove off if I didnt already paid. And when i final got my cold order to find out it was ready and just sitting there at the window, without an apology he just gave me my order and walked away. Worst service ever. Will never return to this McDonalds.
They have listed breakfast all day but when i went to the window at 3 am i was told that breakfast hadnt started yet. I was there the day before and was asked by a women who said she was the manager, what my order was three times before i was served . The service sucks
Waited at cashier until worker finished personal conversation. Watered down Hawaiian punch, under cooked & soggy fries, chicken nuggets soggy & under cooked. They just convinced me to think about going there 4 times before I go if I even do go.😑
Ok so I come here and I ordered a kids meal and they forget her juice and when they give it to me its hot. then I get a sweet tea and it taste like water so I change it for a sprite and they give me tonic water. like so I change it after like 3 times and they give attitude.

Ive been to nearly a thousand McDonalds and this one is just....bad.. The word bad is a compliment. This McDonalds is horrible and terrifying. Not only does this place have A LOT of hobos and crazy people but the line to order and pick up food is unbareable. I was on my whole lunch break on line... Plus they practically charge you for napkins and straws...Whats next? Air?....smh

The worst drive thru ever. Jose the manager stands there and giggle with his associates while the drive thru is full with cars at 4am in the morning. For a very simple order it literally took them about 15 mins to prepare fast food.... thats already pre-made. No standards. Jose needs to do a better job in his mamagement skills.
Bought breakfast. Bacon egg and cheese mc griddle with hash browns and a oatmeal. I had to throw everything away it was so disgusting. They gave me regular eggs where the yolk was turning colors and the bacon was not fully cooked. I took one bite and threw it away as I began to gag with that disgusting excuse for breakfast. Disgusting will never return here and my job is a block away so that speaks volume. Go else where that has well cooked food because this isnt it! $9 down the drain
Service is terrible. Staff is rude and you go to give them your business and its like your bothering them even one of the female managers or supervisors. I work in the area and I wont be going to that location anymore.

Drive threw is more like an L.A. traffic jam.an the food quality stinks. Over cooked burgers and slaty hard drk brwn french fries.an all this served with a smile after a 15 / 20 min waiting time.

They move very slow here. They also have a childrens play area but no change station in the bathroom for a baby or toddler. Very messy, the childrens play area was filthy yet when they came into clean, they looked around and walked out. Smh!!! And they have the nerve to have security😂😂😂

This is an up to date modern facility! I love it. Clean as well with many patrons. Have to wait a bit for order fulfillment but other than that its fine.

Im a man from East New York for 50 years and today showed me this store on nickeling and diming you to the extreme. On commercials today its says 2 for 5 but in this store its 2 for 6?? Were in East New York. When I ordered the filet of fish I asked if they can put Lettuce and tomato on the sandwich on which they felt to charge me an extra 1.47 for that service?? What a way to treat your customers in this town of poberty and struggle.
I always have been coming to this McDonalds for years and love it for the most part, but I hate this new two lane thing they have. It just creates more headaches or maybe the staff needs to be trained a little better on the system.
I visited twice in one day. Still trying to get use to the new order windows. There were two windows to place orders and it threw me off as I was use to the old set up.

Well me and my friend were 13 years old and we had a a bad experience so my friend was ordering feom the keyas and some random guy who i dont even think works there went up to her and ask her if she needs that number thingy and she was like yeah so he walks away and she orders her stuff so he recipt didnt print out and the same guy goes and tells the worker what to do but she wasnt listening to him.After this we was going to take our number thingy and go to our table and the lady was like Samantha dont want us to give the kids the numbers so she took it from us and she told us to wait infront of the counter for our food instead of bringing the food to us .so we get our food and sit down .So the same man comes over from the frobt of the store to thr back and looks at us for a minute or two and pretends like he looking for some mind u we are sitting in the back of the store where nothing was besides table or chairs.
They always mess up coffee orders- and I mean always. The Food is hot and fresh though.

2022-03-05I ordered through grubhub. I was trying to feed my family. My order last time was perfect. This time my bacon quarter pounder had no bacon. I was missing a six piece missing. One of the 10 piece nuggets was a little retarded piece. This should not count as a nugget. You should drop more nuggets if you have to. I guess there was no apple fritter so they gave me a blueberry muffin. And of course everything was cold. In everything you do you should do your best. Karma comes back to you.

2022-05-20Went to purchase three cups of coffee. I was greeted by the cashier Sydney being trained by the manager Kim. Kim went above and beyond explaining the different types of light and sweet coffee. I didnt even know that it existed. She served me with such a small and positive energy. It put my energy in a better life. Thank you McDonalds on Pennsylvania avenue.

Hot coco had the runs because it tasted like water and the burrito was the size of the inside of my hand! Like whoever made it was mad at the manger for coming in today! And it was cold! Come on @McDonald whats the deal here? Wasted my money because I could not go back and complain.
