Just ordered via UberEats a Grandxtreme meal and this is what I got. Soon as I bit into the burger it felt mushy. I then spit it out and this is what I saw. I called McDonalds and the employee states “you should’ve asked for well done”. Im like my burger is completely raw!!!!! I wouldn’t even feed this to a dog 🤮🤢. Never again! They get 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 down
Worst slow food ever. This is not the way a McDonalds is supposed to be run. And yes, Ive worked in a McDonalds so I know how this shows supposed to go.The people here have the worst attitudes, food is slow. It took them 16 minutes to get me my food. The self order kiosks dont give out receipts and the runners cant be bothered to give you anything, even if its something they were supposed to give you like napkins or your sandwich. They spill your fries all inside the bag. The bathrooms here are filthy.The only reason this place is still open is prob cos of its location. Its next to the subway stop.
Come on now, the ladies running this place are fantastic. Only once in nearly 30 visits have I gotten 2/5 food. The rest of the orders were at lest 4 or 5 out of five. Last time the manager was running two cash registers flawlessly. Really impressive and appreciated. Everyone in this spot deserves a raise and recognition for serving our community so well.As long as your expectations don’t exceeded the general McDonald’s standard 9/10 you won’t be disappointed. I will continue to come back. Service is super quick even when the place is smashed with customers. If corporate was smart they’d take note cause this is efficient, consistent service.
My friend is visiting the country for the first time so I want to have her sample and experience the best. She naturally wanted to try McDonalds but I was hesitant about this one because, lets face it, we were passing through here and these chains do not take care of their shops in the hood. I reluctantly agreed after my warning and disclaimer. I would just leave some questions. 1. Wheres the ketchup with my order? 2. Where are the napkins? 3. Why arent you cleaning up after your patrons? 4. Why is the restroom so nasty? SIGH
Very hardworking Mcdonalds. I feel like they deserve a raise for the hard work they do. It must really be a tuff job but compared to other Mcdonalds the management here is very professional, very fast, and always give quality food. I highly recommend, especially in the heart of Brooklyn.
I usually go in the morning for breakfast and a coffee. If the Spanish gentleman who I assume is the manager is there a things run smoothly! Always fast service and a smile. I have gone when he wasnt there in the morning and the service isnt nearly as good. Went a few times for lunch and theyve gotten my order wrong, but overall clean fast service.FYI: the table service sucks!
They did a nice remodel to the store and the few times Ive been through lately they dont have all sorts of crazy looking people in the spot. I like that they have those self ordering kiosks and I can hop in and hop out. Doesnt seem like a bad place to sit and eat, where it used to be a diaster. The workers a little crazy at night, but it seems to be a fun group. Stop in and see if you share the same assessment.
This McDonalds locale is just across the street from the entrance to the subway station on [Eastern Parkway & Utica Avenue]. Extremely popular. Great with everyone here who stop in for a bite to eat. They are busiest one that outdoes many in the five boroughs. Though, like anyone else who enjoys McDonalds knows all too well how great the food is ... which is always a good reason to keep coming back for more ! ! Undoubtedly, if youve tried one spot youre bound to try another. Then pick a favorite that will make you happy!
The cashier was incompetent and got my order completely wrong. I even repeated it to her, and she somehow still got it wrong. She also did not have a good knowledge of the promotions, and did not inform me that a sandwich I was ordering was not a part of the deal when I told her I wanted. To make matters worse my crispy chicken sandwich was overly cooked and hard.
The service was good. I had the extreme bacon burger. Delicious and fresh. I was having lunch before getting on the train to finish my work day and figured it made sense to use the restroom first. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet tissue all over and the sink was clogged with tissue.
I had a great experience here. it was around 2pm on a Tuesday. The customer service was great at the register. The place was very clean and the food I had that day was very fresh, the tenders, fries and a mcdouble. the maintenance female worker was very nice, she asked how I was doing and if i had everything I needed, i actually needed ketchup and she went to go get it for me. that has never happened to me at a McDonalds. the line moves fast when there is one and you get food in a good timely manner. i used to be a manager in retail. so Im very glad with my experience here today. It was also my first time here.
I was quite surprised by the new decor and pleasant atmosphere from some workers. It was nice to see how they were trying to engage with the customers. Very nice! I also noticed the owner or manager was there which may have made a difference. I would recommend that he comes in every day and continue to set a high and positive standard. God bless!
I grew up here and although the facilities are newer, the staff has as usual some attitude problems.Ive often noticed verbal tussles between the staff and the customers. The staff when apparently overworked seem to let their stress spill over into their customer relations.Now that coronavirus is around, the facilities appear to be cleaner, but when it was open to seating it was usually quite messy.I understand the customers themselves can be tough in this neighborhood but the staff should try to keep their own stress amongst themselves and put on a smiling even though maybe forceful face.also again I realize this facility is busy, but sometimes the food seems to be undercooked. Specifically the bread for for instance the breakfast sandwiches, the McMuffins are not always toasted they can sometimes be quite cold and seem almost to come right from the package. I personally prefer the mcmuffins to always be toasted.Updates Dec 10, 2020:Even though we are in the midst of a worse than pandemic from Coronavirus. I walked into the store and there are at least two customers not wearing mask that no one is approaching or telling to leave the store.There is one woman without a mask sticking her head behind the counter to talk to the staff.On the staff most of whom are young are wearing their mask below their nose.An utter failure of safety precautions. Thank God the virus is not as deadly as it could be or else all of us and the store would have surely perished.For general safety I would consider not going back to the store at all. Maybe even reporting them.
No good service, employees look uninterested and as retail store manager, I understand certain nuisances of workkng in the industry. Sometimes homeless people come in and some customers ignore it because they are people just like us while others turn their nose at them. Its a thin line to walk as a retail worker. I saw a homeless person come in and they way she screamed for him to leave was just distasteful, I understand the reasoning but you have to be respectful and professional when handling those situations. It was just a BLAH experience.
Every time I try to give them a chance I see something I dont like now going in the store it says must have a mask on to enter. But while Im on line one of the only people that dont have a mask on is the people making the food and shes back there talkin and then another male is back there with his mask down off of his face doing the same but yet they get on customers for coming in without a mask
Convenient, although the renovation look nice, its no security for the workers, its too open, I saw a customer place her butt between the two registers waiting on her order, plus too much homeless people and chaos in there too often, and the security hm!🤔well thats another story🤭but I guess better cant be done.
Below standard if this location is a franchise i think corporate should revoke there membership. But for the most part management who worked on that shift should be replace immediately!!! I cant blam it all on the workers when their is no proper team leader. Do better people in that community deserves better.
Efficient Service,(nice and Speedy) the staff also knew who they were serving. Meaning they remembered and brought you your food directly. I Appreciated that! Smacked at the telly locked out (long story....got out from work and some Harold and Kumar Shit happened to sum it up,and mean while my Lady is falling asleep....Sheesh! And Im Smacked!!!) so I figured Id send a flick too.....
This is consistently the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. People who give this place a positive review must be out of their minds. It is always slow (I typically spend 20+ minutes waiting for food), the food is never hot and fresh, and the staff as well as the manager are rude, and its absolutely filthy at all hours.
Mobile order has been becoming struggles due to the technology difficulties. I tried to avoid the line and use the self order mobile screen but its still struggling to order from there with mobile app and to pay it with debit/credit cards.. Fries gets better and improve taste so far. I hope they use the sunflower seed oil to fry the fries and any food on the menu. The cashier I apporached was patiently with a deaf customer so far. I would like to see more staffs to be more patience more often.
About 7 chicks working and nobody actually working. The girls had attitudes that matched there faces and one young lady actually told a guy you dont hear me calling your number, next time I wont continue screaming it out 🤔 the audacity. This place is just to slow and perhaps need new management and a team
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MCDONALDS. They are lazy and slow. Going in person, no matter how busy or slow it is, you are guaranteed a 20 min wait for your food. And 9 out of 10 times if you order through Uber Eats, they will forget something from your order.They should close this dump down. Oh and lets not forget all of the homeless and junkies that are allowed to sit and congregate w/o ordering anything making your in dining experience that much more comfortable.
Eastern Parkway. Has many unsafe variables. That attracts highly potential criminal activities where locals are warranted towards hate crime attacks towards visitors who arent aware. Not the best of places. However the location can be reformed. With community team work with the public authorities & Mayor Bil De Blasio & African & White corporate sponsorship funding. development renovations within converting some areas into, various business attractions that basically gives those that are of the many of the low income & are in desperate need of employment. However can be trained / follow general instructions (no education/experience required training) within the community creating these various jobs for all within the joining communities. Even an Corporate McDonalds Inc whereas developments for crew members & those of joining communities are given a chance to submit their ideas to a community based Corporate McDonalds Inc Establishment . If it follows within standards. receive . settlement payment. The community could use also. Tenant Watch Units in collaborative efforts with the public authorities & the Mayor Bill De Blasio. This builds community incentives, within re-gaining & reforming the community into a safe / cleaner environment within steps for all conservatives who resides. Something to Think about it.
This place was horrible. All the employees were working with their coats on in the kitchen. Rude customer service and VERY slow! If you order from the self services kiosk, they serve you last! This location was disgusting. The eat-in area was dirty. Receipts all over the place, trash cans over flowing.
Counter service can be edgy for example snappy when answering a question one clerk got really nasty when he mistaken someone elses order for mine. They never respond to help request at the automated menu machine. Another time a counter person actually used theF andS word when referring to mentally challenged person. None the less the food is McDonalds quality , no better no worse..

The store is to small for the volume of customers, 1 grumpy cashier on the left and another just smiling through the orders. So I ordered at the self service kiosk specifically put no pickles, lite salt, but received 2 cold salty burgers both with pickles. I didnt have time to send it back so I ate the fries they were hot. Not goodAs for overall; The security guard REEEEEALLY needs training its children and families and cursing and yelling at the top of your voice to get your point across is not at all necessary. He needs to be in uniform and relax. I dont know if any of this will help this spot was out of control before they remodeled amd now its a nice smelly food spot. Yes when walking in it smells of dirty mop. Its just no at all a good experience, Im sure i wont be back.This place gives the golden arches a bad representation of what i know can be MUCH BETTER.
MEAT IS HALF COOKED. THEY PUTTED WHAT YOU DIDNT ASKED FOR AND FORGET TO PUTTED WHAT YOU WANTED. HOMELESS IS TAKING OVER. THE MAKE OVER IS GREAT BUT THE CASHIERS NEEDED TO STOP WORRING ABOUT THEIR LONG NAILS AND HAIR AND WORRY MORE ABOUT THE LONG LINES. ETIQUETTE IS NEEDED BADLY. 😒
I went to the one on 5th Avenue in Brooklyn and its they made the wrong drink and he tried to correct it and then I got a stomach ache from drinking the. Capacinno. Maybe I was allergy to something he put in it, but I had the same drink 5 days before at another location in Queens.

2022-07-03Their was a cockroach In my food. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No restaurant fast food or otherwise should be serving cockroaches in the food . It’s is absolutely disgusting! Where is the quality control? Moreover it was clear that the associate who put the food together knew about the cockroach. She handed me the order without even calling the order number. It was extremely rude. She was also frowning at me as if she didn’t want to help me at all. Never going to this McDonald’s ever again.

2022-07-30Normally I get quick service. This particular morning all of the screens behind the register were off so I used the kiosk. No breakfast food was available even though it was 5am. So I ordered from the available menu. A sandwich meal. As I approached the register, the manager informed me that they didnt have sandwich meals at this time. A few seconds of back and forth and I agreed (not like I had a choice) to swap out the breakfast meal for what i paid for. I definitely paid more than I should have. The next time I came back, at the same time of morning, the doors were locked. Surprise, surprise.

2022-07-13Overall place is nice and the fries always taste fresh and crispy. They do take a bit when there is quite a bit of people but it is to be expected. The place could be regularly checked because idiots leave grabage behind and sometimes the floor looks like a dump truck drove by.

2022-06-04Was overcharged for my order when I addressed the issue with the cashier she claimed Im the one that placed the order and thats what it cost. Even though I repeated the order to her and even including that the item was two for $5. But that was not even the problem she told me to step aside let her take care of the other customers while I wait but I insisted that she took care of me so I can get my items and leave. She did but continued to speak about me in a negative way like I was the cause of the problem until I left. I thought that was very unprofessional it shouldnt matter what industry you work in respect should be the platform. I clearly see that there was a rush this morning and she was probably frustrated being the only one at the register checking out customers but that did not warrant her behavior.

2021-09-22This quarter pounder looked 5 years old and tasted even worse. Super salty to get rid of the spoiled taste. That’s a trick most restaurants use when meats have gone bad. NEVER AGAIN!

2021-06-10Overcooked chicken and 2 dry pickles in a bun. No sauces no nothing. If you want a real good sandwich just go to Popeyes across the street. This is rediculous. They really dropped the ball with this. Fries were tasteless and overcooked too.
