This was the most discombobulated, disorganized, and stressful McDonalds location Ive ever been to. It was the cashiers first day and she decided to stop taking orders and drop hashbrowns, and bag to go orders when there were two other associates in the back doing the same. After a line of 3 people, I decided to call to her to get her attention because she was visibly avoiding the order line. Her manager had to come over and take orders. Homeless men also congregate in the lobby and have lewd and lascivious conversations while spouting racial slurs and commenting on womens bodies. It was just too much going on at 7:15 in the morning.
Buns are always stale. Last time I was there, yesterday, I was looking forward to the spicy Chicken sandwiches cause I havent had them in awhile...Terrible. Wont be going back to this Niagara & Maryland location

I hate leaving negative reviews, I dont do it often. But closed at midnight on a Sunday, lights off and all? Never mind the fact that they left their mobile ordering open and havent updated their hours.This place desperately needs new management. I got awful service there BEFORE this, but this is just lazy.
They are trying their best, but their weakest links/members make it difficult to give more than 3 stars. They, very rarely, are able to make any order I submit through the mobile app correctly.

Had to stop here because the golden arches had a kid wanting some McDonalds. Same as it did when I was a child. Got a happy meal. The fries were hot and burger made correctly. No complaints minus the drive thru taking pretty long. Would return in the future if we ever need a random fast food fill.
My only issue is that the quality of their food had yet to match the increase of their prices. In my opinion the McDonalds of my childhood (1970s-1980s) was far better. The food was fresher, the burgers were cooked on a griddle and not in a microwave (and they manage to still serve cheeseburgers with cold cheese and a warm burger), their fries were crispy and not soggy from too much grease, their m nuggets were plump and tasty, their pies were the best non traditional (served as a pocket and not a slice) apple and cherry pies that were nice and warm with a delicious crispy crust! And their Quarter Pounders! Two big patties cooked perfectly, each with a slice of melted cheese that dripped just a bit of juice when you bit into it. And their breakfasts were also made on a hot griddle. Everything from their pancakes, sausages and scrambled eggs. I would gladly pay todays costs for any of those items if they made them the way they did then when the cost of a Big Mac was less than $2!
I had a great time at my cousin Katie and Charless wedding atmosphere was fabulous The food and drinks were spot-on thank you to all the staff members at classics V on Niagara falls bvld. for an excellent and memorable experience.
Fairly disappointing spicy chicken sandwich. As seen in the picture there was barely any sauce... Fries were good.
Edit.. went back - waiting at third window for 20 minutes. For one breakfast sandwich. Went in and one of the employees thinks its funny.. not so much. You guys are the collective WORST.This is likely one of the slowest McDonalds on existence. This place has some of the laziest workers it was one lady theyre taking orders and preparing the meals while others stood in the back and talked with each other watching and doing nothing. I give it 3 stars because the food was actually ok and the lady taking the orders was very nice. Would i eat there again? Maybe not unless shes working. Just being honest
Ordered fish sandwiches fresh and they were dried out and warm not hot like I asked
The guy taking my order never seems to get it right I order using the app and add a smoothie he ends up messing up the whole thing. I used the app deal buy a chicken sandwich get a fries and drink free. Told him I didnt want the soft drink I wanted to add a smoothie I told him 5 times I wanted to add the smoothie to my order. He ends up making me pay for a drink and fries and gave me the sandwich for free and gave me a sweet tea to drink. I ended up with no smoothie and paying more than I was suppose to and did not get my points. Then he gives me $6.32 in dimes, nickels, and pennies. Horrible. Several of the girls are so rude its unreal. Staff needs more training and attitude needs to be more customer friendly

I live close so I stop by here pretty often. They just fixed this place up - the inside is all brand new. Being that its right off the highway exit it gets a lot of business. Food is usually prepared pretty well, besides the occasional mix-up in orders (as most fast food places usually do) and the sometimes cold pieces of cheese slapped on top of the burger without melting it... Id say its not that bad. Just double check your order before heading out. Workers are respectful for the most part. Theres always a bad egg or two in the fast food businesses so dont expect amazing service everytime you go. 4/5 pretty decent Micky Ds spot.
I will not recommend anyone to go here until they get some adults that knows how to work because they manage to mess up an whole order I guess they not smart enough to handle a big order.

Burgers and fries the night of July 4th were the usual McDonalds good qualityBUTWe got breakfast on the morning of the 7th and were SEVERELY disappointed. The potato cakes were way undercooked and I didnt finish my 2nd breakfast burrito which I normally live on.If we hadnt been 20 miles down the road into a 400 mile drive, I would have taken them back for a refund.
Slow service. Most associates dont speak English and its hard to understand. And their rent-a-cop monitoring how long we took to eat was full of himself and kept checking himself out in his reflection in the window.

Had a HORRENDOUS experience ordering food. A worker gave me attitude for no apparent reason when I was waiting for someone to take my order. Then had the nerve to talk to the other workers about me in Spanish. Mind you, I was waiting patiently for someone to take my order because no one wanted to pay any mind to me waiting in the lobby until the one mentioned above gave me attitude while I placed my order.They also told me youll know when I give an attitude, which was HIGHLY unprofessional!! The other workers did not want to get me a manager not to mention they mumbled amongst themselves about the whole ordeal. I will be talking to corporate because this is unacceptable treatment for a customer. All I wanted was to order some food since the drive thru was crowded but that is no way to treat a customer!

Giving two stars to this location is being generous, but heres a few things that I felt deserved comment:1st- This location seems to be the highest priced Mcdonalds Ive been to anywhere in WNY....2nd- The cashier at the drive thru window was incredibly rude when our driver simply asked if being a single penny short would be acceptable on an order totalling over $20.(The penny was the difference between having the exact amount and having to break another $20 bill)3rd- The food was far below what you would expect from even the worst fast food restaurants. The fries were half full, cold, and soggy. The hot and spicy chicken sandwiches were not only cold, but also had the thinnest patties Ive ever gotten. The chicken nuggets were cold and even after paying for an extra sauce packet, there was a total of zero packets total in the bag.4th- Two of our hot and spicy sandwiches were just regular mcchicken sandwiches.Conclusion? This was by far the worst fast food experience Ive ever had... It was so bad actually, that I felt the need to write this review... which I dont think Ive ever actually done before...Theres too many other restaurants within a couple minutes walk in any direction of this place and I highly recommend visiting any single one of them before letting these guys get a single dime of your money.Hopefully this gets read by someone in the position to do something about cleaning things up there, because its in desperate need.
Night shift has the Worst customer service ever
This was by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They took 25 minutes for the order that was taken after mine. I was there longer and to top it off they were messing orders up. The manager took my order wrong and was speaking to the other few employees in spanish about how she didnt screw my order up...... I speaksa spanish foo....
Staff not friendly, 2 chicken sandwich meals w/large fries and 10 piece nugget meal with 3 apple pies and 2 sauces all in one bag that was too filled to close. Also, for our travel purposes, we needed a receipt, asked for one and was told due to machine being broken, we could not get one.We pray all works out well for them.
Why bother using the app when you have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to get the pickup? They gave my order to the car ahead of me, I watch the car give the order back, and then staff tried to give me the same food. Its a pandemic, that doesnt fly.No curbside and the door is locked to do pickup. The app even indicates that curbside and pickup are available, but its not.

This McDonalds is probably one of the best out there. The ice cream machine is usually working. The fries are often hot. Regularly, the cheese is melted on my budget hamburger. Its like, still a McDonalds, but if youre turning off of or on to the throughway and you are hungry, you could do worse things to your mouth.
It’s terrible at night. Don’t say y’all open 24 hours and every time I go after 1 am you always say come back in 25 minutes. So today I said I’m going to try after 3am and when I got there at 313am the young lady said to come back in 25 minutes. I understand you need to close for a little while but you should do it at the same time every day. Because at first they told always between 1 am to 230 am and I go today at 315 am and it was close. I come in my lunch break it’s very in convenience ... the worst service at night. 24 hours means 24 hours.... the food is great.
The staff was courteous and welcoming, the facilities were clean which means the kitchen is clean as well.

Quite literally the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Its consistently slow. Most often causes me to rethink my choices in life.
I just went On The Drive Tru, Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers only Ketchup and Onions, 2 Mc Chickens add cheese, and a Small Fries.But my order Was Made Wrong Got The Cheeseburgers with no onions, The Mc Chickens They Didn’t Add the Cheese Which I paid For, and I Got a Medium Fries Which Is not bad But they Were Cold. I’m Not Satisfied and I will not Come to this Restaurant Anymore.
Great food, slow drive-thru after hours
20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich.... unacceptable. I saw multiple orders filled and handed out the takeout window. I thought well maybe it is because I ordered grilled chicken and it might not be ready yet. Wrong! When they finally got around to filling my order I saw the employee open a drawer and pull the chicken out, already cooked and waiting. Why did it take so long?!
WALKED over a mile only to have the drive thru tell us they are closing because of switching over to breakfast and the system is down even though we ordered ahead.
I am giving this location 3 stars because they are really slow most of the time. Also employees there do not speak English well or have a really strong accent which makes it kind of hard to understand. (On the lower west-side thats what youre going to run into anywhere.)For McDonalds as a company, I am a huge fan of their food. Its quick and convenient and I absolutely love how they finally serve breakfast all day!!! You cant go wrong with their breakfast.

Why though the years it always the same that for some reason the food that we buy from this location always is cold the staff rude unprofessional . Staff always rude if not rude playing in the back or what ever they do . Over night staff is the most deplorable and disgusting !!! You can smell the weed from the drive through window . I mean it this McDonald’s is ok when the store manger is around . The stuff that happens when she is not there is just ridiculous! It’s location that’s is the only one downtown ! Really no choice ! Is there no cameras ? Some of the staff talk in Spanish about customers cussing purposely playing with the food of customers . Nothing changes ! I have called it all great to get free meals and apologies. But for crying out loud can you hire better staff with more professionalism and respect and to treat customers food with more integrity ? Common it’s 2019 fries are still cold the staff still don’t know what a triple cheese burger is, or how to make one . Drive through can be busy and after your order is taken you can still see them play on there phones not good at recapping the order . Some of the staff get mad if a customer saids Hello they make you wait even longer ! Yet they represent everything that McDonald’s prides thereself on . The overnight supervisor or manger bigger kid abosolutly disgusting you can always catch him coming out of Honda that he struggles to get in and out smells like smoke and weed . You can see his stomach through small uniform and belchs through ordering nasty attitude as well most times sorry all the time when the Restaurant manger is not present employees of this establishment will not have name tags on scream over the head set they don’t speak English . Earring and nails with so much acrylic and nail polish and stones and people get in there bags of food . Welcome to McDonald’s on Nigara steet of Buffalo NY. Very disappointed if these staff were in any other working environment they would of been fired . These ladies that work in this establishment would of be sent home for the nail size or even the retained that they wear and the young men that work there you can see there underwear pants hanging from underneath there bottoms . They made is move to the front and when completely forgot about our food until 30 minutes later and the only reason we got them was by going inside and watching them cook it.
Management staff at this location are horrible. They give McDonalds a bad name. Some workers try but dont appear to be trained well and some are just plain rude. Avoid this location if you can.
Not that any McDonald’s is ever awesome... but this place is quite possibly among the WORST of them. It’s shameful when the workers look directly at you and don’t even acknowledge you; easy to see that there’s definitely a problem with customer service. Maybe better training is needed.

My grandkids love McDonalds. They especially love the happy meals and the toys that come with them. As they grow older the 4-4-4 menu is appealing to their taste buds also. Theyll be back for the food and because its convenient.
This had to be the slowest mcdonalds ive ever been to. the 1 person they had making sandwiches literally left for 6 or so minutes and came back with a bagel in hand... then it took him another 10 minutes easily to make the steak egg and cheese bagel i ordered. overall 20 plus minutes to eat a sandwich. sad sad
Ridiculous. Went through the drive thru twice. After the first round they forgot a burger and the fries were old. After the second trip half the fries were old. Are you kidding me? You want $15 an hour. And now I have to worry that my corrective order has spit in it. Threw it right in the trash. Just the point of it.
The service is the worst in the world, it takes 10 minutes just for them to acknowledge your there then another 20 minutes to get your food, the employees spend too much time herding around, I even witnessed one employee throw hit water on another employees foot, I have heard them use Bulger languege,only good thing about this McDonalds on Niagara street is that the food is good, but the rest are s THE WORST.
This McDonalds consistently screws up orders. Today I ordered a plain McDouble, add bacon and I received it without cheese. If I wanted a double hamburger with added bacon, I would have ordered a double hamburger. Every other McDonalds knows that plain McDouble means burger cheese and bun. Thoroughly frustrated and disappointed.
Went through the drive thru and once again they messed up my order. How hard is it to pour an unsweetened iced tea?. Being a diabetic, I dont drink sweet tea. It is not the money, but it is the time I wasted going through another fast food drive thru to get a drink. Pay attention to what you give people drive thru workers. A persons health may be impacted by your lack of attention to detail.
This McDonalds has got to be one of the worse in the world. They very seldom get an order right. Cheeseburgers have cheese hamburgers do not very simple concept you would think. Most of my experiences have been a result of Uber Eats at this McDonalds specifically late at night. The staff has generally been friendly, but with the drive through being the only part open late the wait can get out of control. During the day the restaurant appears to have many people making around and hanging out.

The worst drive through ever. 20 min in line waiting at 930pm. Person at the menu board took 10 min just to say please wait. Line around the corner people just start leaving!!! McDonalds has the worst drive through/customer service anywhere.
My boyfriend and I went in and soon after sitting down in a booth, he started itching his leg and said that ot felt like something had bit him.. So, thinking it was nothing, we didnt think anything more of it. Within the next 10 minutes or so, he could yet again feel something biting him.. So we shot out of that booth so damn fast.. It actually resembles bed bug bites quite a bit! . I CANNOT believe this place could have sich lackadaisical cleaning policies that my man gets bit by damn bed bugs! Absolutely disgusting!!! We WILL be going to management and/or corporate! Gross...

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. First McMuffin had egg shells in it. They replaced it... with a ham egg and cheese McMuffin so now I walk back and say you gave me the wrong Muffin. They proceed to take that one back. Now heres the real kicker! Instead of making a new SAUSAGE egg and cheese muffin, they just throw a piece of sausage in the ham McMuffin! right in front of me and hand it back!!!! At that point I gave up... I wasnt going to ask them to fix it a 4th time it was useless. I want whip McMuffins at the employees heads

The food was sloppy and all the female workers behind the counter where visiting with a friend at one of the booths and they were being loud and they were dealing drugs to what looked ro be a homeless guy that walked in seem the girl with the shaved head and braded corn rolls and glasses was the ring leader this just goes to show bad customer service and how poorly this McDonalds is run in buffalo i personally hope to see better work ethic and management in this establishment
Im from the Bronx NY I was passing thru from a visit with my family .I stopped at this McDonalds when I pulled up to order the lady on speaker said one moment..wasnt a busy day mind you there was no line.. i sat for 5mins she comes back and asks for my order i start to say what I want i got up to 2 items and she ends my ordert and tells me pull up to the window I kindly tell her i hadnt even completed my order so she tells me WELL HOLD ON! It went quite I said hello a few times and nothing.. I DROVE OFF worst experience i ever had and iM from the city NEVER AGAIN YOU GUYS NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY .

Mcdonald on Niagara St saved me. I brought my two grandchildren there, order food, then found out i lost my card. Cancelled the order. We sat down, i continued to look for it and the manager that was on brought our meal over to us. I was so thankful.

Spanish speaking employees very friendly and fast. Never had a problem as a customer in here. Keep it up i know is hard aa a cashier.
Its McDonalds. They made my order correctly.
Road was under construction. Staff was overloaded, due to some very greedy and misbehaving customers, that caused a huge backup and 30 min wait, also due to this staff couldnt keep up with refilling self serve. Again caused by customers. However parking was not good
Nice new technology, like 4 huge touch-screens to order from..... But, same lame staff who still screw up your badly cooked food orders. This place makes me uncomfortable.
Always messes up orders. Just ordered chicken nuggets and got sausage patties in a nugget box. I only stop here because I pass it and I regret it every time.
Very efficient service. Dont let the crowdness discourage you. They have monitors that keep you inform of your order.

The worst experience at the drive thru. They ALWAYS take their sweet old time. One worker was having a whole conversation with someone on the speakers laughing and joking/clapping for so long. And today this worker told the girl to move up her car (or something) and then handed her the keys right in front of us while shes working. Like idc what your family business is. Work is work and theres other cars lined up to get their order. The lack of respect and curtosity for other people is so noticeable. Hate going to the Niagara one bc the workers take FOREVER to get the orders.
Horribly rude customer service. Order all wrong. Windows slammed in my face. Just another great experience from McDonalds.

When I pulled up to second window to pay for coffee was greeted with, What you needed?. McDonalds......Buffalo West Side style. Other than that never a messed up an order and fast.
Went to a bangin Neck Deep concert and wanted to get some water (that tasted awful) and it took a half hour in the drive thru line and as we were driving away a big ass rat ran across the parking lot.
They did perfect on the extra hot fudge for my sundae and the fries were fresh and salted perfectly. Everything was delicious!

Ok, like many other mcdonalds, they raised their prices aleady in anticipation of the minimum wage increase. So, a big mac meal here will now cost you a minimum of $10.76. It goes up from there is you want larger fries and drink......as a frequent visitor of fast food joints, i will be going to burger king from now on. Mcdonalds is now more expensive than actual resturants. You can get dinner for 2 at most very nice places for less than mcdonalds now. Problem is, i dont know who to blame...mcdonalds or the government..its a shame.
To me best fries I dont eat meat so I dont know about the rest
Super slow service. Charged me for the meal when all I did was order the sandwich. When I brought it to their attention they lied and insisted I paid the right price. Never going here again.

They all speak their native toung, no English is spoken, they get your order wrong, the workers are confrontational. Horrible will never go back

Waited in line at one of the Buffalo locations for half an hour. I got my food and they forgot my drink. I wasnt going to wait another half an hour to go back for my drink.

As the store is a tenth a mile from my house, which I have lived at for 25 years, I can say with a long history that the service is almost always slow and the food is rarely served fresh.

2021-10-20I can NEVER get my order made right.Asked for a DELUXE crispy I believe is 3c is no pickles YES LETTUCE and tomato. This is what I get. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ McDonald’s needs to do a better job at training this people. Sorry not sorry but if you don’t know what a deluxe crispy is, get training.

2022-05-18They love to ignore dash orders for hours , cancel your order , and to time it right before they close. But when you then go to get in your car to drive there, they lie and say they are only taking door dash orders. They should be embarrassed at the work ethic but then again they are McDonalds employees

Ladies at the 1st window added it after being corrected 3 times... even thought I never wanted honey MUSTARD sauce to begin with. Then instead of a coke which I ordered she input apple juice.I get to the second window, decide I dont care about the drink. I just want my honey. I asked if the PURE honey was in the bag.(BTW in-between giving me the apple juice, and my meal, he came back and asked if we had ordered whatever the guy behind me ordered, said no. I ordered a happy meal) Gentleman said yes.Guess what NO HONEY. Just honey mustard. After three times at the ordering screen. Confirming it again with the girl who charged me for it( it should come with the meal) and asking him if it was in the bag and him saying yes. 2022-05-01I waited for about 10 minutes at the drive through and no one took my order, we pulled to the first window to see if someone would take our order there and a man just walked by and stared at me. i waited a little longer and pulled past the second window and could see three different workers just sitting there. i double checked to see if they were open and they were. i hate this location, never receive good service here.

2022-05-18The location is clean. Updated with self ordering screens. Located on a busy intersection with a round a bout. Getting out of the parking lot is a pain because of the new traffic flow. Need another location in Dunkirk. This location is in a high traffic area near walmalt, restaurants and gas locations. VERY GOOD if you are passing through town and need to make a few different store runs in close proximity with each other. NEAR downtown fredonia where the clubs are and this works well on weekends when its late and everything is closed and you want to eat when the bars are closing.Remind them to put your sauce in the bag!😁

2022-06-29They really need to get their speaker fixed at the drive-thru. I asked for three caramel frapps. I thought the employee said drive around so thats what I did. I get up to the window she tells me Cant make that right now, I said that over the mic. LOL No I really didnt hear that over the gibberish and static!

2022-06-12Ordered an ice coffee and they told us they had to make the coffee so it would be a minute and ask us to pull aside. Sat there for 15 minutes and never came out. Likely forget about us and so I paid for something I never even received. Would have went in if I wasn’t in a hurry to be somewhere
