Rude, slow, expensive and horrible stale excuse for food thrown together in a greasy bag. I kick myself after each of my rare visits hoping it will improve. Why do I do this to myself?
You know the customer service is awful when a customer is more helpful than the staff. I stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes before the woman working told me that she doesn’t take orders, a customer had to tell me that you can only order on the one kiosk that’s working! Short staffed or not, it does not hurt to put on a happy face.
The bathrooms are some what ok. The store needs to be cleaner. As the counter girl saw another girl come into work she told her Welcome to Hell . As a customer we should not really hear that. When the counter girl came to help me . I asked What specific Mario toy did she have?. Her reply was I dont know.. And just stood there as to not go look. Very helpful and rude. I left.
Great friendly staff quick service ask for specials for the best deals. Food fresh warm . great for a quick meal reasonable prices

Waited in drive thru after the initial one moment please took about 12 minutes between pulling in and actually getting my little order. Fries were hot but for some reason extra crispy couldnt eat most of them, the cheeseburger was good though.Got a regular size fries and a double cheeseburger. Just to hold off hunger between jobs. Could have went anywhere but next time I think I will.

Fries were fried in old oil. Stated by a employee that it hasnt been changed in weeks. Nuggets were dried and old. Chicken deluxe sandwich was sitting since early. It was dry, burn and disgusting. For the amount of money paid $35. The quality is very poorly and disgusting. It needs a change. After 3 years it was my first time back into a McDonalds. I forgot why was the reason I stop donating my money to that franchise.

Got 2 happy meals for the kids...both chocolate milks they came with were spoiled . My son actually threw up after taking a sip. I bought a hot and spicy and a double cheeseburger and BOTH were on stale buns and the meat tasted old and microwaved as if they had been out all day.

The dining room was closed an entire half hour early and I watched the MANAGER turn away customers without a car. Theyre drive thru always takes forever and my order is screwed up literally 7 out of 10 times. Worst McDonalds Ive ever been to, and Ive never seen ANY restaurant consistently horrible as this one. If you can drive, drive the extra distance to a different one you will be glad you did. Also, cold fries old toasted buns yeah did isnt even fresh after you wait 25 min.

Service was great, cashiers were very friendlyandjust seemed to like working there. Very clean. Newer interior so not too many tables but nice set up for family dining. Food was very fresh and delicious. A bit of a wait but definitely worth it for freshness. The only exception was that the french fries seemed a bit undercooked otherwise Id have given 5 stars.

I placed a mobile order and then was told by said manager at the drive thru window that they couldnt serve food and that I couldnt get my money back because she didnt know how the mobile service worked. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Do not eat here. Just ordered 3 burgers, got home, and theres no beef patty on them. I have had multiple issues at this location, and the workers there are some of the most incompetent restaurant workers I have witnessed. Lost my business for good. 👎👎👎👎Update: Been back recently, and things have improved. If they can maintain standards they are an okay choice.
Drive thru is a joke so rude
One of the better locations that gets your order correctly 98% of the time. For some reason, however, the order board is showing full price for sale sandwiches (fish) and the correct price is not given until you pull to the payment window. I asked the employee if the price would adjust and it was clear from her tone that she had to answer this question from everyone lately. They should fix this fast.

I used the mobile app to order which was an easy experience. My order was correct although it did take a while for me to get it. To be fair I dont know how busy it was inside as I did the curbside pickup option. Unfortunately the shake machine was down so I couldnt get a shake. Besides that though, I enjoyed the food and would go again. Hopefully the shake machine is fixed soon.

The food I ordered, 10-piece McNugget small fries and a water was fantastic, but the young lady who served me at 1:50 p.m. was rather complaining about everything to her coworkers. That was the only downside at this location. She should be lucky to even have a job. Some folks just dont appreciate things.

Worst location Ive ever been to. I would rather go way out of my way to a different McDonalds location then go to this location. Every single time I come here I have an issue. Whether its completely burning my top and bottom bun or forgetting something that I ordered or messing up my change. I just always have issues with this location. On top of that the staff is very rude and never acknowledges you. They seem more concerned with talking to each other than actually helping customers. However I can say that the dining area is very nice and is usually clean. Although I suppose that could be just because not very many people actually eat in at this location. Ive noticed its mostly drive-thru or going in getting your food and then leaving. That could be just because close to the Thruway or it could be that its just that worse of a location. As much as I love McDonalds, do not go to this location.

The most unbelievably slow McDonalds Ive ever seen in my life. I ordered two McDoubles and a fry and had two cars in front of me that had already ordered. 25 minutes later I left from the drive-thru window with nothing because I got tired of waiting. I literally sat at the pickup and payment window for nearly nine minutes completely unrecognized. Sorry but the food is not good, nor even cheap for what you get. Its supposed to be fast. For comparison I called a bar in the neighborhood that is about 5 minutes away and ordered a burger and fries. Same price, but one good huge burger. It was ready within 5 minutes of me pulling up. And thats made to order.
I usually order through the drive thru. The last few times theyve forgotten something like sauce for nuggets or happily meal apple slices. Food comes out fast and the staff is friendly.

Morning manager has everything under control. She is the sweetest woman ever. And the whole crew are such sweethearts and make sure your experience is pleasant. =) The restaurant is clean. And bathrooms are as well which is a rarity in the neighborhood.

Bojangles was fine today, but they seemed a little unprofessional and disorganized. There was no one there but us, and I think they relaxed their standards a little. It seemed like half the staff was in training, and the simple act of asking for ketchup took me several minutes.
This McDonalds was very rude during an Uber eats delivery. First off before you order ask if they have updated or changed their POS system because if not your order will not be entered into the system. Then when the driver came they told him the it was not there but instead of trying to get it straight they scooched us along. The service was terrible very rude and bad and don’t ever go there at 12am because the line is about a mile long. Sincerely a very unhappy customer.
Just went there tonight, 3/27/20 and bought 9 mcChickens and got charged for 9 but only got 7 mcChickens. Checked in my bag when i got home and only had 7, when i paid for 9. Very sad even when they are very slow due to a virus they STILL continue to screw people over. Its a shame. All the employees should be fired. Find new responsible people.
Ive been getting a lot of what tastes like old food when I go through the drive thru. It is also cold. Im very dissatisfied with it and its not very cheap anymore. Everything should be made to order and hot! Check your food before you leave!!

I went to this location two days in a row because we were working on a project near by and Tim Hortons lines were too long. They managed to mess up my orders both days and they were not even busy. This particular location is usually tops with me but this particular visit was a little different. The women that waited on me was very very rude she made no eye contact and she succeeded in making me feel unwelcomed with her cold abrasive attitude. As i stated this is very rare from this location.
Solid visit through the drive thru. The wait on this drive thru can be high more often than one would like. Its made worst by the fact that it is an enclosed drive thru lane, which you cannot escape if the wait gets very long. I would advise caution if your in a hurry and you see a long line.

I love the McDonalds on Niagara St. in River side of Buffalo. I go out of my way to go to that specific one. They are so polite, and kind. Exspecially the manager Sierra she is so sweet and helpful.

Most expensive McDonalds I ever been to. A cheeseburgers 4 dollars. But the fries were good.

SLOW SLOW service. 2 sausage, egg and cheese muffins were served with raw eggs. Double bacon smokehouse burger was raw in the middle.
It was okay. Not the best or worst McDonalds Ive been to. The building was dated and parking lot could have used maintenance. They got our order right.
Employees are very rude and dont like to do their jobs.

2022-04-24Today is my birthday. Trying to order 16 hot and spicy mcchicken to give it to the homeless but end up horrible. The employees were complaining about my orders right in front of me. Even making fun of me. Half of the burgers are burnt or uncooked . Manager didn’t say anything. If you don’t like you job please get the f out of there. Horrible horrible. Will never go back there again.

2022-05-14Every time I come late night or early morning, they have an excuse. It’s 5am and the lady tells me they are only doing door dash’s. That’s after waiting at the speakers for 7 minutes. No courtesy, I had to pull to the window and honk to get their attention.The place is advertised as being open 24hrs.* on may 14th, 2022 we sat on the drive through from 4:46 until 5::28 am waiting for our order. The two cars in front of us were unhappy and honked. The lady who claimed to having been a manager for 17 yrs took an issue with the angry customers. This the worst crew I’ve encountered multiple times. I am never coming here again for breakfast!

2022-05-18The french fries were cold, the employees were very playful and not very professional. Its definitely gone downhill since I was 16 years old and work there for BB Jones the owners then. They would be sad to see it in the condition it is in now

2022-04-24Not sure what happen when I went, but they didnt have anything. I couldnt get my strawberry banana smoothie or strawberry shake. Not sure if the workers new how to do it. It was busy but yet all the food was cold. There wasnt napkins and the tables were dirty. I didnt see the supervisor so he can assist I felt bad for the employees they looked lost. Gotta admit thou the person who did help he was very nice 👍 McDonalds needs to do better with fresh food and being on point smh

2022-06-25Employees were very rude and disrespect. Instead of getting our order the guy/girl was busy on his/her phone. He ask my boyfriend what sandwich he had and the only thing my boyfriend said whatever number 2 was in a nice way. The employee got upset and started going off on my him for no reason cuss words and like he/she was ready to fight him. I dont even want to give this place a star at just shut it down until you get respectful employees. The manager need to get fired to because she just stood there looking dumb and confused. The employees must run her.

2022-06-26I came to the drive thru at 10:50pm. At 11:15 I finally could place my order, but the woman, instead of placing a QPC, started adding up foods I did not even order. Then she said “one moment” and never came back. I had to drive to the payment window to place my order. Now it’s 11:28 and I am finally eating.Edit: they even managed somehow to forget the pickles and the onion. The store manager should be replaced!

2022-07-16Its the junk food king serving tiny burgers, the smallest large drinks you can get and fries which still are very good. Prices have gone up but the poor quality is still the same. Service is always slow no matter what restaurant you go to. We stayed away for over a year so we have no need to go back.

2022-07-14I went to this location and the Crew was super Friendly and worked as a Team. The Food was Super Hot and Fresh. The store manager cheered her crew as they cleared orders. Great Management skills.

2022-08-05Made my sandwich wrong then they guy in the back made me wait because from the looks of it he didn’t wanna make it again waited like 15 min for him to remake its like look at the screen my order is on the screenIf I could give a zero I would then on top of that I asked for no pickles on my brothers cheese burgers and they still had pickles so we picked them out the sandwich to not go thru the hassle

2022-06-22I seriously need to stop coming to this location. I only go there because its close to home. I ordered a double quarter pounder through the drive thru and when I got home got a chicken sandwich. To annoyed to even drive back. Every time I come here somehow someway they always mess up my order
