If there was a 0 star, that’s what they would’ve received from me. They made us way about 20 min just to order and then another 15 to get the food. People were getting frustrated. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I see the employees having fun and drinking their smoothies rather than taking care of the customer.
This Macdonald needs to replace its employee. A female worker here. Let a dozen cars wait for more than 30 minutes! When it was my turn. She keep telling me “one moment” and I waited by the menu for another 10 minutes. When I ask how long should I wait. She just repeat “one moment” and refused to give any explanation. I hope they fire her soon.
Waited one hour and still no food in drive through… I came in at 1:00 am and at 1:56 am still sitting in drive through with no food …. Never ever coming here again. The worker didn’t even warn us of the long wait and there were only 4 cars Infront of me so I’m not sure what the hold up was but 1 hour with 4 cars is ridiculous and still no food. I left….
Just left there the drive through service was horrible the young lady literally made us wait twenty minutes why they held conversation and stepped outside like this is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Buffalo but we were running late so we had to stop here definitely didn’t get anything sounds like the employees were enjoying the good.
Usually slow service inside drive thru is quicker but Ive had orders messed up as well n theyve corrected them! And as u can see I love the Carmel frappes!!!! Update: Recently went there and the lid on my frappe wasn’t on correctly and it spilled all over my leg, the car, and inside my purse! When I tried calling the my acted like they couldn’t hear me. I called back from a friends phone and asked can you hear me? She’s like didn’t I just say McDonald’s on Utica? I was like u did but don’t get nasty because you couldn’t hear me clearly when I just called. And I told them what happened with my frappe and they did replace it. They have just gotten nastier and ruder! I only come here when I’m in the area and really want a frappe!!
Server had an average attitude food service was slow my drink was placed on the counter I had to inquire was it mine at least fries were made fresh and hot it took a few minutes for my order after close examination of my burger Ive discovered a few issues such as a dirt like substance on the bun some little black pieces of burnt onion or Burger Grease on sandwich overall its kind of a toss-up with Burger King being right next door with better prices and they allow you to repeatedly use a coupon on the appYou appreciate my review please like and share with others
Just left the drive through of this McDonalds and they were very rude and unprofessional. i asked for sauce for my food and got an immediate no instead of getting the sauce. Now i asked for two not a 1000. If you dont like your job quite or find another one . Her customer service skills need training. On top of that its early in the day 1030am . Not even qishing her customer a good day . With out customers you wont have a job. All i asked was for two sauces and got barked on by some one who needs training. Not acceptable 😒. DONT GET FOOD FROM THIS PLACE .i rather hit wendys or drive across town .
This is the worst McDonalds on the planet. I live around the corner and every time I try to go it takes like a half an hour and the food is always gross and cold. How such a large franchise absolutely drops the ball and allows SUCH a terrible location and staff is as beyond me as why I ever give them money.
Very slow service. No one seems to know what they’re doing. Once I went on my lunch to get a drink and was the only one in the lobby. It took 20 minutes to get a medium lemonade. Another I sat in the drive through for 45 minutes to get 2 dollar menu burgers. There was only two cars in front of me. Every time I go I’m reminded why this location is terrible
Not only was my food cold when I came to pick it up.. but out of the THREE people working there.. not one treated me with respect. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s out here. Treating customers like they’re a “ nuisance“ for coming in to buy what they’re selling. Fix ya attitudes and take servsafe while you’re at it.
Only great to go to when the older more experienced managers are on shift. Any other time workers seem to not be focused on customer service. Or have a bit of an attitude not personally towards customers. But cleary just moody. Very unpleasant. But the older managers are wonderful
The slowest service in any McDonalds in the country. The Buffalo, NY MAIN STREET LOCATION. Nice people but Slow slow and they take their time. I personally live in the area.. twice in the morning I have tried to order before work, nope had to leave the line. Only when you have time to spare can you actually sit around to wait for the McDonald’s favorites.
This is by far the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to in my life. The night manager is a insane and should probably quit, i think the pressure of running a fast food chain has gotten to her… She creates the worst type of environment and i feel bad for the employees that have to work for her. Some please send help bc this place clearly needs it.
This has to be the dirties McDonalds in Western New York if not the United States. It looks like someone threw a shake at the screen for the drive threw and it took 2 weeks for someone to clean it off. The lobby has dirt in all the corners of the floors and the bathroom looks like it was not cleaned in a month. ALSO the staff are rude and take a min. of 5 mins to even acknowledge you are there. I will only order a fountain drink at this location because I do not trust the food. You can do better, a little pride goes a long way.
I wish I could leave zero stars. A store full of people yet no one would come to the counter to serve. Even after numerous customers weee hollering for assistance, the staff could be seen doing their thing playing in their phones. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the register but no one came so I left. I’d deffo avoid this location if possible
This was the WORST McDonalds experience EVER!!! Every one we spoke with was mean and rude!!! 1. We waited at the order screen for 10 minutes before we called out Hello? 2-3 times. Then suddenly what sounded like a woman says, I told you to hold on a minute! There were six (6) of us in the car, four children and two adults. My driver looked at me, I looked at him, we looked at the children, they looked at us, we shrugged our shoulders, then he turned back to the microphone and said, Im sorry, we never heard anything? Then another person comes to the microphone which sounds like another woman and says, Hello, can I take your order? So, he starts off with the order and he asked for a Big Mac meal with a Dr. Pepper and he asked for the meal to be in a separate bag from the rest of the order. The woman says, Okay so, what else you want? Do you want something else?, And so he said, yes, two McNugget Happy meals with blue raspberry smoothies. So she attempted to repeat what he said but she just kept messing it up. She struggled and struggled and she started to get snarky because she wasnt understanding we were speaking with clear diction. After a while, she finally got that order right. So then we proceeded to add on to our order and we asked for a cheeseburger meal with a cherry smoothie and so she said, A cheeseburger Happy meal? Then she added it to our order. So, we said No we want a cheeseburger meal. and then out of nowhere what sounded like a man said We dont even have cheeseburger meals! in a very mean way. He sounded like he was offended or something. So then I looked at the menu and I said, we want a number nine. The two cheeseburger meal with a cherry smoothie. So then she added the two cheeseburger meal on to our order and let us know that its a fruit punch smoothie so we said, Okay thank you. So finally we get to the window and finds out that she charges us for two separate orders one order with the big Bank meal which was $10 and something since and then the other order which was another $29 and something cents. and we said that we wanted it to be one whole order just the food put in a separate bag she got flustered again and so we just conceded and said okay well pay for it in two separate orders if thats easier for you. So that was that when we get to the window they still forgot one of our drinks and our ice water that we asked for and it was just a horrible experience all together. They had a sign up that said hiring event September 4th which is tomorrow. They need to get rid of that whole crew and get some new Happy People!
This place needs to shut down or reconstructed with proper management and new employees. Plane and simple; Gives a bad name for McDonald’s. I ordered double quarter pounder with cheese received it cold. Carmel sundae the ice cream was pouring outside. Rude employees!!! I read multiple long negative reviews. Something ain’t right. Upper management needs to step in ASAP. Customers aren’t happy at ALL. Let’s do better.
Ordered using mobile app and selected curbside pickup. The restaurant on Main St doesnt have designated pick up spots, so I parked and selected 0 as parking spot number. Waited over 20 minutes. Finally went inside and order was sitting there. They never bothered to bring it out to us.
Terrible customer service, no matter what time of the day you order ut will take forever to come or something wont be in your bag and when you ask for what they forgot to put in the bag they act dubious of the situation. Ill never spend another dime with this McDonalds and I pray you stay far away from this hell hole.
Food took a while and was cold when we got it. It was also like 1am so I get that it had probably been sitting there for a while, so I cant really be too bugged. Still pretty disappointing though. Id imagine theyre fine during the daytime, its your typical fast food joint not much else to say about it.
Horrible service using doordash. I placed my order, waited for 30 just waiting for them to CONFIRM my order, checked google to make sure they were really open (which they were) then tried calling to inquire and got the loudest beep in the ear every single time I tried calling. Never had a single person answer the phone even after trying to call 20+ times, only got an ear piercing beep.
I normally don’t write reviews but this mcdonalds IS NOT COVID SAFE. I ordered a shamrock mcflurry, it came back as a regular mcflurry, so I stayed at the window and the manager came, I explained it was a regular one. She took it back, WITHOUT gloves on and squirted some shamrock sauce in it, mixed it with her own hands, again WITHOUT gloves on and handed it back to me. Disgusting. And while we were in line, we could hear the workers talking negatively about customer orders. Not to mention we were in line for 20 minutes.
I saw a long line in the drive thru and decided to go in. With no one ahead of me and 3 people waiting on their orders, it was about 10min before I was even greeted and had my order taken. No one dines in so I dont understand why the floor was so dirty and sticky. They did get my oder correct so I guess thats something.
The customer service here is terrible. The door was open and I work for doordash and a customer had an attitude and said I had to get out of the store and that it was closed. I explained that I worked for doordash and that I was just simply there to grab an order. They said “I don’t care. You have to get back in your car and go through the drive thru.” Rather than just letting me take my order and it being a win win situation, I was met with rude customer service and a terrible attitude. He didn’t even have a uniform on or even his name tag.
Fish fry was amazing. Thick, flaky, and fried to perfection. The pita bread that came with the spinach and artichoke dip was warm, grilled, soft and fluffy in center. The only negative thing I can say is the beet salad was embarrassing for them to even serve. It was supposed to have candied walnuts, cheese, and beets. For 13 it was a very small wized side salad. There were two tiny slivers of beeets, no dressing, and hardly any cheese. There were only 3 walnuts. At best kt should have been sild as a 5 dollar sode salad and even then you wouldnt be excited to eat it.
Always takes FOREVER at this McDonalds. On 2 occasions, early in the morning, Ive received good customer service from a very nice young lady working at the window, but it still took forever. She was the only worker that has ever even mentioned the long wait or apologized.
First, and probably only time here, but was pleasantly surprised for where its located. Staff were pleasant and friendly, customers werent what youd expect in the city, order was correct (special ordered a couple items my way), and food was hot, fresh and very good. I see lots of bed reviews, but my personal experience, (again first time here and probably never again just because I happened to be in this area) was a good one, so Ill give credit where credit is due.
I never want McDonalds. But today I did. None of my food had a special order to it and all 3 sandwiches my fiancé and I ordered, were made wrong and had no condiments on them. The bread on my chicken sandwich was rock hard. You could hear my nail hit it. My McDouble bread was extremely rubbery and chewy. I didn’t eat any of the food. Thanks for reminding me why I stay away from McDonalds. Lesson learned.
Upon entering the dine-in area of Mcdonalds, I joined the line. A conversation started up with the gentlemen in front of me after a few minutes, I had asked did he place an order already. The gentleman stated no he didnt order yet and that he has been waiting for 10 minutes. He continues to say that its always like this (McDonalds Restaurant #816), they have one person running around placing orders. They are going to lose business like this, some people have already left. I then approach the counter and ask if they have anyone to take orders. Management (black shirt) says that shes right here, its only her and once shes done bagging the orders shell be right over. Management (black shirt) then comes over momentarily asks if I dont know how to use the kiosk to place my order. I stated I have a coupon but the gentleman is before me. She response with it can take coupons too. I write this so say that I dont think its appropriate to have an attitude with a customer thats trying to get your attention to give you their money.
This play should get taken down out of business I mean it’s horrible it takes forever too order someone food when u finally get up there they mess up your order the staff if always arguing the girl cheated me out of my money back they always have no one in the kitchen too speed the process up so everything is just going horrible
Late night service is always slow and you have to check your order. It amazes me that the company doesnt recognize that service gets heavy at a certain time and prepare for that. They would make a killing if they were prepared for the late night onslaught thats equivalent to lunchtime from 1 to 4 in the morning on weekends. Instead, they watch the cars pull around and pull off because nobody wants to go grey waiting in that line.
Never going here again I shouldnt have to wait damn near half hour just to order a sime coffee every morning they crew is super slow and by time you get your order its messed up and cold very dissatisfied McDonalds should go the robot workers route because all they employees is worthless
Most of these complaints are unnecessary! I find that this McDonalds is one of the best in the city of buffalo. Great service great food and yes at times they are very busy which means you will have longer wait time. If they are out of something that means a lot of people must enjoy the food and didnt anticipate that much business.
I used to come this McDonalds often thru the years but I havent been too much in recent times. Always clean tho with your usual Coffee Crowd that just hang out and watch people pass by. The drive thru may be a little hectic depending on when you go. Overall, the service is good and you can expect your usual food when coming. Nothing more, nothing less.
Store near Main/Bryant area has been quite slow for service. Food and coffee consistent and ok for Fast Food. McDonalds is not what it used to be, tho. I havent had anything but a breakfast for years now. Prices do not match quality. Except for the few specials offered.
This McDonalds is the worst in Buffalo N.Y. Main street / E. Utica near Delta Sonic I just went there and order 2 large Sprites, large fries, double hamburger with extra onions and 6 piece nuggets ..the large sprite cups was dirty 3 times i had to send it back while in the drive thru..to the point she gave me my $2.16 and they gave me a messy cheeseburger instead of a double hamburger with extra onions..the fries was oily and unsalted..The manger was very rude on this day 5/16/2021 ..very disgusting
Never answers the phone. Waited forever on Uber eats, then they canceled without explanation. Whoever runs this place has no business running a business in the first place. Filing a complaint to corporate. Ordered twice, the guy finally came to the phone after many calls, and he said they don’t have any Uber eats orders. Sounded high as a kite.
I just left there. We waited ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. We only saw one employee who was sweeping. So we let her keep sweeping so as not to bother her, but after ten minutes of not even a hello we said something. She then acts like she didnt see us while she was sweeping which is a lie because she made eye contact all while chatting on the phone loudly. She then goes behind the counter and rounds up four other employees who apparently were just doing nothing and hiding, no one apologized at all. So out of five employees you have no one who must understand customer service. I dont care what job it is. You at least say hello. Something. Is this how you train your employees...? Awful. Its ridiculous that five people were all doing nothing. And acting as ghetto as possible. I understand its just fast food. But the point is to be fast.. The bigger woman was completely dishevelled.. behind showing in pants thats disgusting. I dont think any of them were properly trained..
Because the service is bad a majority of the time. My biggest problem is that the 24 hour Location the employees will often hide to avoid working. They wont respond at the drive through or if you knock on the window. I have actually seen them hide before. This has happened at least three times. Also when I have made formal complaints about that and problems with my order to corporate they never do anything like they said. No coupons or free food like they were supposed to provide after those issues were addressed.
The management has made very very rude comments on more then one occasion. The wait in line is always 15min. or more. The lobby is always dirty and the hight chairs... Needless to say I dnt put my 1yr old son in them often. On more then one occasion I have seen drug sales. I have been told to clean the floor by the manager do to my 1yr old son dropping a few French fries. To top it off after the 20 min wait to order I finally receive my order and Im asked to leave because their is a half hour policy on the wall. The cherry on top is the manager calling people she doesnt know junkies. Oh and never EVER light a cigarette on the way out once she kicks you out or you will be band from the restaurant! Enjoy!!!
Slowest service ever. Any time of day, especially the drive through. Always slow. Keep going back hoping last time was an anomaly but its always, always slow. Dont go here if youre looking for FAST good or only have an hour for lunch. A please or thank you wouldnt hurt, either.
This McDonalds has to be the worst establishment Ive ever encountered. The only reason why I even go there is because its convenient on my route to and from work. I work long hours and sometimes need something quick. I have always had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes. Last night I waited almost a half an hour for food. There was 3 cars ahead of me when I orderd. You mean to tell me that for 4 orders(including myself) you need a half hour. I contemplated pulling off multiple times and I should have, then after I paid I really couldnt. Ive previously pulled off for having an incredibly long wait. On multiple occasions Ive witnessed cars onfront or behind me pull off as well. The amount of business they loose must be astronomical. The team they have working here is never apologetic and could care less. Theyll be conversing with each other instead of working, checking their phones or even be on a call while the customer is right there. I think McDonalds as a brand needs to take a look at this location and rethink this. That or they need to clean house and rehire. If I could give this location 0 stars I would, they defiantly dont deserve 1 star.
Terrible place with even worse management. Everything is very very slow, we waited 20min for our food with little flow of customers, meaning it wasnt busy. They kept stitching our food in and out of bags as they mixed them up with other orders. At one point the manger asked a cook for plan buns (yes weird but thats what the customer wanted) and the cook handed plain buns to the manger no wrapping or bag or anything and almost walked away. There was slang and unprofessional language used, a total mess. This place is not fast, nor convenient
I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!! Pulled up to the speaker around 10 at night. It took them 3 minutes just to answer the speaker. I ordered just a sweet tea and fries and was asked to pull to first window. I pulled up and there was no one at the window. There was 1 car ahead of me at the 2nd window so I couldn’t pull to that window. I began timing after sitting there for 5 minutes. I watched 3 guys in the kitchen all gathered looking at a cell phone (possibly a YouTube video) etc while the car in front was STILL sitting there. After 13 minutes I blew the horn and a female employee walks by, looks at me rolling her eyes and keeps walking. I just drove off at this point and went to the Burger King next door. Got my food in under 2 minutes. If I were not from out of town. I would bring this to the attention of the general manager or corporate. This was the WORST possible experience from a McDonalds location.
I went to the Mc Donalds on main and utica,The people are so nice. I had a cashier named Lakisha she was so polite and courteous I wondered to myself how come all the other employees are not like this. I recived my drink and before I knew it two seconds later my food was done. Thats what I call fast food!! Thank you Lakisha and Mc Donalds. See you tomorrow lol.
McDonalds is no good for elderly people we looking for a place were we can relase not a place they keep remind you 25 minutes to go eat in drink coffe I think there ethic is poor especial a girl working with no gloves making food smoking weed in cigarettes some time guy true garbage in come back with out washing hand start cooking disgusting Niagara in Maryland also main st in riley grant in ferry they need to look up in those restaurants no good health grant they smoke weed cigarette in bathroom
Worst mcdonalds ever. You can see employees in there but they wont serve you let alone take your order at least half of the time. This one customer was so upset he was screaming into the window and throwing stuff at them from his car. Pretty funny but wont ever return.
Let me start off by saying, there was a time in my life when I worked at a McDonalds for some time before I shipped off to college. Our restaurant had trouble with time and accuracy of orders; we strived to hit the marks while being an overly popular lunch spot in suburbia. However, Ive never experienced a worse quality of service from a McDonalds than at this location. Every single time Ive gone here Ive received a negative attitude and EXTREMELY slow service. Unacceptably slow. On top of that, youd think my order would be perfect after waiting so long; well twice now, its been messed up. I honestly hope they can get their act in gear, but until then, I wont be back even though its close to my home.Be warned of the usual experience youd expect from a McDonalds....you wont find it here.
Food cold and disgusting , happy meal no toy, defeats the whole purpose ,SAD MEAL, called to let them know no toy was included, man answered phone called Im assuming manager ,yelling someones complaining then took phone and hung it up, never to answer again. Horrible service here. Dont waste your $ or time.
McDonalds had really slow service and they did not serve us. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for service on the microphone. That was a quarter of an hour wasted of my life that was supposed to be “fast food” not “waste-my-life-food”. I could have pan-seared a steak medium rare in the time we waitied for mcdonals.
UPDATE:3/27/18, I came back after not coming here for awhile and now I will not come back FOREVER...I saw an employee in PLAIN SIGHT use his bare hands to prepare food...and I just ordered 1 item and it took almost 15 mins....im doneThis place gets zero stars....every single time I come here, there is always a wait more than 10 mins in the drive thru!!! why??? ....I have left the drive thru line on more than one occasion because of the hideous wait time to get one food item....honestly this place needs new management, new employees, new everything. ....Buffalo is really making a come back with the plethora of businesses in the area...especially on main st....there is no time to waste at a McDonalds drive thru....save time...go somewhere else.
The worst mcdonalds you can possibly go to. mostly all the staff (ESPECIALLY ALL THE FEMALES) show an attitude and are always too busy talking to each other they just ignore the customer and make them wait till their done talking. MULTIPLE TIMES!! IF you dont believe me, you can try to go there yourself and have your worst fast food experience ever.
Literally the worst one I’ve been to it’s smells so bad, they run out of everything and tell you to leave when they don’t have it so essentially stealing your money, bathrooms are never cleaned which the ones by house are cleaner then this was shocked and dismayed when I walked it I happened to be in the area so I decided to eat there on my lunch break was super offended so I don’t recommend coming to this one I understand it’s McDonald’s I get that people make mistakes but this was appalling
Workers have no sense of urgency, either cooking/preparing or taking the orders. Absolutely puzzles me how bad someone can be at the thing they call a job and source of revenue. Place an order at drive-thru, wait 10-15 minutes MINIMUM, regardless of customer flow. Think itll be quicker going inside and ordering? Nope, go ahead and wait 20-25 minutes instead. All food service employees that are vying for 15$/hr are being shot down because of places like this! Id take an extra 5-10 minutes if you are in the area and are considering eating here. The time that youd spend looking for another restaurant would just be dead time youd be sitting around, annoyed, waiting for your meal at this one.
When I walked in the store there was a line out the door from counter the lady on counter she was very tall and a older looking white female she just kept taking orders and not grabbing them and when I got to the counter she then explained to me it was cash only she said it’s nothing she could do about it and hunched her shoulders then when I finally ordered she grabbed everyone’s coffee before my muffin when I asked her where was my order she got smart once again and told me I was going to have to wait then when I let her no what I got she thru my food on the counter didn’t say thank you anything that VERY unprofessional
Not sure if it is because of the color of my skin or if the owner is just a greedy scumbag, but they are giving smaller amounts for the same prices. My large coffee, 3/4 filled. The small coffee for my girlfriend, 2/3 filled. One hash brown pee order, when I went to a different location it was two in an order. The close convenience of this location has worn off. Not getting my money anymore here!::Correction:: after visiting a couple different locations after this review it is not charging more for the same, but grossly overcharging for less product. The large coffee, which is close to 5$ at this location is actually a medium at others. Also, the large is cheaper at other locations as well.
Slow service, lots of orders need to be remade, rude manager, 20 min time limit and they enforce it... Even if you just quiet friendly folks minding your own business and have a 17 month old kid, like I do, who takes awhile to eat and there are otbers seats available all over the place...they will come be rude and nasty and tell you you have been here past your 20 min mark.
Worst McDonalds in BuffaloService is Terrible here!!!! You wait forever to place your order, they have one person work the counter, but is rarely at the counter always chatting with someone, you have to ask if someone is working the front register to order your food. One person in the back making the food and one taking care of the Drive-in. This is a very busy McDonalds and they have a total of three staff members to handle all the customers. Food is always cold not much flavor like other locales. They need to go to the McDonalds at Delaware Avenue and Sheridan Drive to take notes on Customer Service, Staffing, and Food Prep/Cooking.
Save yourself time a frustration... Go anywhere else!When ordering a value meal the employee told me to pull up to the window without asking what kind of drink I wanted. When my card did not read on the first swipe I was told I dont feel like typing it in, do you have another? The card went through on the second swipe after I requested she try again.I then pulled forward to window #2 where I waited for 10 minutes to receive a hamburger without a patty. The employee who handed me this incorrect order never said a word or made eye contact. He advertised is underwear while milling about with his belt at his knees.I will not return and will caution others against patronizing this unprofessional location.
I went to this location i was trying to go in to the Lobby But the doors was lock it was 8pm and the lobby was closed IT SAYS THE LOBBY CLOSE AT 11pm so I seen a manger in her car smoking weed and you can smell it coming from her car 🔥 I ask her why the store was closed she said she was Short staffed and I was like well why u didn’t call no one to come in and why you smoking in your car on the clock she said she was on break she can do what she want on her break......the workers was also nasty threw the drive-thru window I HAVE IT ALL ON MY FB LIVE VIDEO MY FB FRIENDS SAID CALL corporate THEY WAS BEING REAL NASTY TO ME AND THEY WAS MAD THEM SELFS when they was watching them be nasty to me THIS IS A WORST RESTAURANT I BEEN TO SMH SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE ✅
I cant believe how despicable this place is. They should be shut down bc they do not know how to serve customers. Went there to get food and people were pretending to sleep so they were not obligated to serve paying people. We were there for 30 minutes....i cant believe they are striving for more than minimal wage.

2022-07-14Took 25 mins to get through a line with only three cars and you get to the window and see your cup caps being stored in rust and grime. Ordered three mcchickens and got two and a hot n spicy….

2022-08-10We had the mobile order for just one large ice coffee. Waited for 30 mins. Nothing happened. I walked into the store, there are employees behind the counter, walking slowly and eating fries!! With their bare fingers and they were accidentally spitting as well. When there is a large ice coffee on the counter, I approached and asked if thats mine, she answered I dont know... It was never sent out as we ordered curbside pickup.Meanwhile there is a gentle man beside me ordered a large black ice coffee, and they gave him a small warm coffee in a clear cup. He was very upset and walked out.Plus, there is no soda fountain or portable water for customers.Like the gentleman said this is crazy!!!!

2022-07-06Only because you can’t leave 0. We were there on Saturday, July 2 around 1:45 pm. We waited in line and waited in line, the cars ahead of us weren’t moving. Finally, we moved up to order. My husband started giving our order, after giving one part, the microphone went dead. We sat there for 15 minutes, waiting. I became fed up, got out the car and walked up to the window. There weren’t any vehicles there. I looked in the window, there were 2 employees there. One was drinking and the other was playing on her phone. I knocked on the window and didn’t get a response. My husband pulled up in the car, told me to get in, we were late for the wedding. As we pulled past the drive up, an employee finally opened the window. We have never experienced such terrible service. Seeing that this has also a complaints previously, I wonder how they stay in business. DO NOT GO this MacDonald’s.

2022-06-06Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered curbside and they only brought out 3 or our 5 drinks and then acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for the rest of our order. Once they brought out the last 2 drinks they were wrong so I had to go in to have them fixed. There was no ice in any of our drinks and they were all warm and disgusting. We were there for about a half hour for our curbside order which was meant to be a quick stop before our 4 hour drive home.

2022-04-02Slowest McDonald’s I ever been to pull up in drive through I am the fifth car in line to be served as I was waiting for my order to be taken I decided to count potential customers who is leaving the drive-through I Count at least nine cars at that time I have waited 35 minutes before I decided to pull off without service.This was not my first or second accident that this happened I noticed after the first shift leaves for the day any service after then is extremely slow .10:55 PM to 11:25 PM .

2022-06-29I waited for twenty minutes and the three people ahead of me were never served and didnt have their order taken in said twenty minutes. The staff was rude to the only customer that they spoke to and they only took care of the drive-thru orders. The dinning area was a mess with litter and the staff were not wearing hairnets or gloves.

2022-05-15This place never seems to not disappoint me. They upped the prices lowered the people that care for good quality customer service. It seems like they only higher disrespectful kids to make people food, and get payed 16.00 hour smh. Just everyone stop eating there and maybe the will fix the service they provide. (and also lower the pricing)🤣🤣

2022-06-30Ive been in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Ive got 20 minutes left of my lunch break. There are 3.cars ahead of me. This is pretty unacceptable, I could have driven across the city to a different McDonalds and gotten my food faster. Just close this one and put all the stuff in another because this place is always terrible. Never had a drive thru experience under 20 minutes here

2022-06-25Consistently makes large mistakes on orders. Generally rude. Extremely slow services. Food is usually cold or burnt.I almost always use the McDonalds mobile app to order and pay for my food. On multiple occasions when going through the drive thru Ive been told Youve only paid like 20 cents with your app, you still owe us the cost of the order despite showing proof that Ive paid. Even after, they just look at me dumbfounded and expect me to just pay again instead of actually solving the issue or cooperating with me. Almost always a waste of time, waste of money, and a horrible experience.

2022-06-19If I could give it less than one star I would. It was absolutely disgraceful to wait 40 min for our order. We actually left before that because it was so bad. There were 20+ cars waiting to get their order even registered in their system. Do not come here.
