We have not received our complete order the last six times weve ordered. Usually it is the apple juice box every time. We really need the kids to like other happy meals .
Asked for no ketchup and a little extra mustard and this is what i get. Absolutely disgusting! All our other sandwiches were open just thrown in the bag. This is the worst restaurant ever
I work nearby and came here for lunch a few weeks back. This security guard gets up and stands near the register when me and my coworker came in. He Did it two separate days. Stared at us the whole time we were waiting for our food

Left my food sitting in the drive through window for five minutes before someone finally got around to handing it to me. Apparently I wasnt waiting for anything to be cooked, they were just getting the next persons food together. At least their food was hot.
If I could go negative I would. Establishment allows congregations of young belligerent disrespectful hs school students to stand outside, took a half hour to order a sweet tea. 15 minutes just to get some one to the register. Horrible
Cashier was in a rush poor customer service my order wasnt the order that I wanted for the second time .they put mayonnaise in the mc chicken i ask no mayonnaise. And that was the second time there

Came in at 9:40 waited until 9:56 watched 12 cars served threw drive thru 2 doordash and one Uber eats. My lowly order sat by itself on a screen by itself. Saw customers ignored and told no refunds because they were at 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru. I asked when my food would be ready was ignored. They forgot cheese on a breakfast sandwich never remade it just threw a peice on it. Ignored any client who had a complaint. Stay away staff rude and nasty
This place is a joke. It’s 2:45 in the morning and I’ve waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru?! No one is nice… no one cares or even tries to make the wait less time. It’s embarrassing and honestly this McDonald’s should be shut down. The people are trash and service is terrible.
Absolutely horrible experience all around. First I used a coupon for my order. The register didnt apply it correctly. I asked if I could get a refund they said yes but only gave me back half of what I was owed. I noticed when I got home They didnt give me one of the 4 piece nuggets I ordered. The other chicken nuggets I ordered tasted like they were a day old. They tasted stale. My wifes burgers tasted okay tho according to her. I will not go to this location ever again. Stay away from this location my main go to one is the one on Abbott road and I live near tifft street so it is out of my way but they are sooooo much better.
If you can go to a different McDonalds please go to a different one. I was the only person other then door dash and it took over 10min for them to even take my order. Then the cashier was super rude when she finally got around to taking my order.. And then my food took forever. All the door dash drivers were complaining as well about how this was the worst McDonalds so I dont think it was a 1 time thing. Needless to say I will go to a different McDonalds before I go back to this one again
Terrible service, they never get orders right for door dash and other food delivery services, they somehow ran out of carbonated drinks, their drive thru lines are unreasonably long for no reason and that’s because the workers stand around and do nothing. I went inside to order (never actually got to order) and I see three peopleat the counter waiting for their food, a couple who ordered together and a young man. When I tried to order on their newly installed ordering system it said it was out of service, so I just waited at the counter…….. for ten minutes……. because some of the workers were working at the drive thru windows and the others were talking. One other was sitting in the dining area eating and talking with a friend and was as well on the phone. If you go to this McDonalds just be prepared to either wait long periods of time to order and receive your order (if its even correct) and to see employees doing nothing.
Worst service possible. (We had a pretty large order) which was made known before ordering. We ended up having to wait an HOUR. After waiting we received cold fries, burnt burgers, smushed happy meals and a nasty attitude from the employee who brought the food out. When I went in to ask for the food to be remade it was a disaster inside with an employee who spilled a drink on the front counter refusing to clean it up. They basically offered a refund instead of remaking. The manager was kind but seemed to not have proper knowledge of what to do and the staff was just all over.Just do yourself a favor & PLEASE avoid this MCDONALDS.
Takes my entire 30 minute lunch break just to get a single double cheeseburger at 3 am when theres maybe one other car in front of me. Its honestly pathetic. Got me to stop eating that garbage though because now I bring my lunch so I can enjoy my break. Cheers to terrible service
Ignored for 5 mins. Waited forever. My son only wanted onions and I couldnt tell which one was his so I asked and she rudely said its the one with the wrapper inside out. What the hell? Had to ask for straws, had to ask for our milk shake. They ignored the ppl behind us. I work in the food business and this place is rude and, slow. Shut it down
Way, way too long of a wait. Upon arrival a senior complained hes been waiting over 30 min already for his order of 1 cheeseburger and 1 cookie. Far too excessive, especially since his wait exceeded 40 min. My wait was almost as long & I placed my order ahead for pickup ...
Well run place, sometimes excessive wait times due to this location drawing an incredible amount of business.One of the few remaining locations with a play place. Very well kept.
Timing was off food was okay but then realized that they didnt pack a straw or napkins. And when someone was sensitive teeth having a sip out of a cup full of ice, was excruciating
This location is the absolute worst. They dont know how to properly use their 2 lane drive thru. Ive come here a few times because its on my way home and if i go through the drive thru, I almost always get skipped. I get there first but the person that pulls up after me into the other side orders before me. And the food is consistantly cold. Terrible.

Gave them my service like I have done multiple times, the whole place was understaffed so they closed the dinning so customers would not be able to make any purchase, literally at 10am, after I was done eating Im the parking lot and needed to use the rest room I was told no I could not, they shut it down but they could have still allowed a paying customer like myself to use the restroom so yes I am very disappointed in their service at this time and hopefully they will do better.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I had to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru and the food I got was cold and tasted like it was sitting there all day.
I just came from McDonalds the lady working the food window not the one who took my order was extremely rude. They gave me old french fries when I asked for fresh and put them at the bottom of the bag so I wouldnt know they werent fresh til I got home. After I told her I ordered a double cheese burger she gave me a regular plain cheeseburger after being told twice it was a double cheese burger. I gave up because she wasnt listening. Never coming here again. Just opened that cheeseburger definitely was sitting there on the heater for 3 hours and gave it to me because they were too lazy to make the double cheese.

Ok today I get the same oder but went inside this time the women didnt understand I wanted the meals like 3 diffant times 4 hashbrowns and 4 drinks with it idk why she was thinking one for the 4 meals but w.e. Not just this mcdonalds but every place ive tried there deluxe crispy sandwhich its the worst chicken ever super dry very thin just plain cheap chicken not to metion a sloppy build on the over all finished product and cost more than chick fil. it took ten minutes to get my sandwhich so one would assume it would be fresh it was not.they are the worst
By far the worst McDonald’s for service I have ever been too. Expect to be waiting in line at the drive thru for at least 30 minutes. They never put the lids fully on the drink so that it ends up spilling on you. There are a few employees here that rock, but most of them have a bad attitude. I find it funny that people like these ones want a raise for working in fast food. Get out of here with that.
I ordered a double cheeseburger 🍔 and on of the burgers were burnt and the cheese wasnt melted. Also once I ordered a big Mac meal WHICH cost me about $9.00 and it was cold and the fries were all over the bottom of the bag. I literally threw it all out I was so upset!

The Quarter Pounder was so greasy the bottom bun, container, and bag were drenched. It was dripping when I picked it up. The fries were like warm and hard. The chicken nuggets were no where near fresh. All in all...discussing. I wont be returning to this location...

Overnight staff was horrible! It looked like the girl was high on drugs. It took almost 40 minutes to get my order and then it was wrong. I lost all respect for Macdonalds! Maybe the owner of the franchise should do a late night check on their business. I am appalled!!!

The food is usually decent at this McDonalds but the service leaves something to be desired. We waited in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes and there were only three cars in front of us. They need to get better at pulling cars off to the side if they are waiting for something to finish cooking.
Always seem to serve ICE COLD Fries as they have to many pre made up on the rack getting cold way before you place a order soon as they bag em from heat lamp they get cold before ya get out the door!! Also some workers will use gloves some don’t and have seen workers use gloves to clean /or do garbage then strait to food not removing gloves and washing replace gloves they need a course on cross contamination
They completely messed up our order. Quarter pound Cheeseburgers had no cheese and only one patty. French fries were half cooked. Order a tea and coke and we got 2 teas. The person only brought our drinks and seemed to rush to get us out of the drive thru.
Been in drive thru for an hour. There’s two lanes and they continuously are taking the left side and not the right. Never go here. Also insist they only take cash probably because they want everyone that uses cards to go away. Horrible experience. Haven’t even gotten the food yet
I would say its great but cant because almost every time that I go there they either cant serve ice cream because the machines Frozen locked. The ice cream machine only locks when its not properly taken care of. They almost never have the right little Happy Meal toys
Avoid, unless you want cold food, & to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car in front.Both employee encounters were less than welcoming. I understand it was late, youre tired, were in the midst of COVID, so wearing a mask all shift is probably miserable, I get it... But to not respond to a polite how are you and thank you is just plain rude.I dont understand what takes so long at this particular location...Honestly if the fries were hot & fresh, despite the rude demeanor, I would of been satisfied.I do have to say: masks WERE worn above nose - thats rare these days!I guess it serves me right... Very very slow today. Waited almost 10 minutes for my food thru the drive-thru. Thought they would of done something for me waiting that long.
Well very slow service took approx 15minutes to get order in and then wait for another 10 get served. it was busy. But place a mess. Never seen it so messy stuff on floor leaking milkshake machine green stuff on floor. Mess on counters and near pop and condiments machine. During our waiting time teens raising their voice. Swearing. We told manager 2x she did say lower voices then asked to leave they never left. But fortunately did settle down a little. Very disappointed in service the. Condition so embarrassing....
Everything about this McDonalds is horrible its easily the worst one in buffalo and the workers are rude and dont know what their doing. THE FOOD IS TRASH and usually get your order wrong. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
I have been going there when I call it quits with Uber, around 430am. Never had an issue ordering. Had a pleasant conversation with the girl that took my money. The guy that gives me the food is great. And when I finally get to eat, its piping hot and fresh.Will continue to go there as long as there is no issue.
I used to love coming there and getting Cafe caramel macchiatos but I havent been there in a while by you and by 5 and get one free of the McDonalds app they havent sent me nothing lately though
Good for the chain. The service was good and the food was hot.The restaurant itself was updated but needed some cleaning. The pop (soda) machines were either out of syrup (flavor) or out of carbonation.
Terrible. they forget food items, have hair in the food, and you can be stuck in the drive through for up to 35 minutes, no exaggerating. they are sooo slow. expect at least 15-20 min in the drive through. plus the food is sitting out for hours- any breakfast sandwich you order with a muffin will be so dry and hard unless you specify to make it fresh right then. avoid this location if you can.

I went and sat in the drive through line for over 25 minutes after i placed my order i get home and the french fries were cold and over cooked i drove back there sat in the drive through told them what was wrong they replaced them nothing about sorry the guy just hands me my order and that was it this location is horrible and i will never go back there again
Nobody inside the restaurant and im Only person in the drive thru waited 8 minutes. Ordered 2 egg mcmuffins 2 sausage mcmuffins a big breakfast was told to pull ahead. Waited another 10 minutes before I got food. And they got the order wrong. Worst McDonalds ever
The girl took my order was nice. She took my money was friendly and respectful. She even went up front to make my shakes and even took the time to wipe off the side of the cup. Usually workers have problems doing this cause shakes always makes mess. The girl made my faith in this McDonalds cause I have had bad experiences here. Hire more like her.

If ur dashing at late hrs be careful i was in line for 2 hrs and thats because i got in line like 4 cars away from the speaker took like a hr to get to the soeaker and then like 45 min just to get to the point of being able to get out
Easily the worst McDonalds Ive ever been to. Takes 25 minutes for your food and if you patiently wait for it, its probably wrong anyway. I dont expect much, but its impressive how bad it is. I can only think that the employees go out of their way to make it as bad as it is. Drive down the road ten minutes if you want to go to McDonalds.

The 17yr old manager actually handed me 3 dollars in quarters because he did have dollar bills but never bothered to look in drive thru register which clearly had ones. Staff was swearing at each other and the food. Its almost comical if I wasnt so disgusted with the service and the food.

Absolutely horrid.We ordered two milkshakes and two mcmuffins. we were told that the milkshake machine was broken, so we dropped the shakes, went with our mcmuffins... WE NEVER GOT THEM. After waiting a good fifteen minutes, we gave up, let McDonalds keep our four bucks and went across the street to Tim Hortons and got our order in a couple of minutes. Absolutely awful service. Like were you growing the wheat to make the mcmuffin? Chasing chickens for their eggs? We werent even the worst off, there was an SUV in front of us that was there when we ordered, there when we left and there when we drove by eating our timmies...seriously awful. If you are the owner of this franchise, you better get it in order, or you wont have a business left. Your only saving grace is that this is right off the interstate.

This place is only good when Ms Darcy os working. The freshness of the food is so inconsistent. You have to ask for no salt on the fries for it to actually be fresh because when you ask for fresh fries they only reheat old fries so when you get them the fries are brown and greasy. So glad a Chick Fila opened up. Its about a 15min drive from me...but their customer service is Always great and consistent..as well as the food...is always hot and fresh
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star I showed up and the entire place was empty, I used their mobile order option where someone should bring it to me, waited 15 minutes and watch 4 cars make it through the drive thru then walked in to say something and they are still just putting my food together. I only got 4 sandwiches and a hash brown it’s not that god damn hard.
There was no one working the front taking orders. Employees started to argue who was supposed to work the front. That staff was not there yet. After about 5 minutes of this somebody finally took our orders. It took another 10-15 minutes for our food to get to us. Half our order was wrong or missing stuff. Employees argue over who was supposed to bring the sauces and restock them in the front. I noticed the drive thru service was just as bad. The one thing they got going for them is the play area for the kids.
One hour after I ordered in the speaker in the Drive-Thru I paid for my food and the window one 38 minutes after that I finally got my food and when no one is well ridiculous waste of money wasted time they need better employees or something

Dirtiest “restaurant” I’ve ever been to. It’s very dead right now staff could be spending this time cleaning because this place looks horrible, every garbage can is over flowing. play-place is trashed, the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks. Drink/napkin station is ransacked. Let’s not even talk about the wait to even be acknowledged by the staff. None of the employees seem to care.Only time it was half way decent in here was when the owners were here to supervise. Maybe they should come more often...
Orders are not fast at all!.. Everything about this particular McDonalds is terrible! Nothing but young immature staff, including management. Fries were so hard that they seemed to be sitting for hours upon hours and after submitting a survey with negative feedback, I was asked if Id like to be contacted, but never was!
Half the time they dont hear me say no cheese but they almost always make my food wrong. Everything is fine but one other thing is the older bigger kids allowed to play and climb in the play place. They have a security guard but he told me its the parents of the big kids problem not his. The parents let their kids do it but i dont want my little ones hurt because of the bigger ones.

I have to give this location 3 stars only because they are never ever ever consistent with speed and/or accuracy. Either everything is right but I waited 15 minutes or other times my SMALL, SIMPLE order is completely screwed up. I have worked in fast food for 9 years and managed several locations for Tim Hortons for 7 of it. The job can be extremely overwhelming, but it still doesnt make it difficult. Listen, repeat, and read the order over again!!!!!!
Terrible service! They were busy and had employees standing and chewing gum on the food line while one girl was busting her but to take all the dinning room orders and get all the food. The girls name i think was salema! She is definitly the strongest employee this place has and while we were eating our food there was a line out the door and still this girl kept it together, i would have walked off and quit if i was her! The dining room was a mess and we had to wash our own table!
Multiple puddles of water on the floor in places where signs were put down, but I sure did make a fool of myself slipping on the puddle. When I spoke to the management team they were too busy and just went on with their horrible customer service. The young lady working the register was very kind and polite.A man was in the play area with his woman friend and kids. He started cursing at her and the children. He even went out the emergency exit and set off alarms. He was off the chain. I would think twice about this place. My meal was ruined and my kids were terrified.
They completely messed up my order. I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins. When I got home and opened the bag, they gave me Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McMuffins instead. When I drove back, it took half an hour before anyone standing at the counter was even approached by an employee. The only good thing that happened was an employee who was not working got out of line and started taking orders which FINALLY got someone who was working to acknowledge that the counter was even there.
Originally I went into the drive through and ordered. Upon pulling up to pay, my debit card was declined. The two cashiers were extremely rude and told me that it was because I had no money. I was very appaled at the accusations from the employees. After they gave my card back they proceeded to give dirty looks as I drove away. I pulled into an open parking spot and contacted my bank who then notified me that my card had been declined because there are so many stolen cards being used at this McDonalds that they expected my card was also stolen. My bank authorized my card and I was able to complete another transaction inside the facility without incident. The staff at this McDonalds NEED to be trained in proper customer service. Accusing a customer of being poor/broke will result in many upset people. The staff should know possible reasons for a card being declined and should not automatically assume things.

I am usually extremely against posting bad reviews but enough is enough with this location. Between everyone in our household, we frequent this McDonalds practically every day. Weve had numerous orders messed up (which i can look past.. its a fast food place and it happens), and Ive stayed quiet in the past about the language and obscene conversations Ive heard (loudly) between employees (with managers standing by no less), and Ive never said a word when Ive been in a hurry, but the employees would rather stand around and talk or move at an insanely slow snails pace, or when they are making burgers with no hair nets or visits covering their crazy hair.. but today when we took the kids to get an after school meal, all of our order came out but one of our sandwiches (we actually got 2 and the one that did come out was burnt, but we said nothing) one of us stayed at the counter waiting and the girl nastily said well you dont need to stand there watching us a slight argument insued and the manger came over and tried to quiet the employees, but failed. It then too him 10 minutes to figure out how to void it. I will never be back!!
Dirty. The one employee had a hair brush on the counter by the icecream machine. The staff was huddled around where they make the special coffees more involved in their conversation than helping the woman at the counter trying to ask a question about an order she was taking. Tried to take the kids into the play place and it was even worse. Not a single clean table. Just disgusting! There was a neighborhood homeless man at a table drinking out of a paper bag. I understand when it is a hot day outside and yes he is a paying customer for the food in which he had in front of him... However is it condoned for him to consume alcohol ob premisis? As for the convenience of drivethru dont bother with this location. You will wait over 25 mins for fast food

The service was extremely slow I was in the Drive-Thru and one car was ahead of me I ordered two cups of regular coffee one small decaf. Got to the window after almost 9 Minutes of waiting and the girl proceeded to tell me they have no decaf. I said , I find it hard to believe,but do you have decaf tea instead.? Just as I pulled away I asked this is decaf tea right? and she says oh no it isnt. I just said forget about it and left. Ended up throwing it out. McDonalds has no decaf coffee!? Slow service when not busy!!
I went there today got 2 double quarter pounders and the meat was to pink and they just slap it together like it wasnt nothing ... When i try to call them it was impossible to get anyone on the phone i had called 14 times before i went back there with my whole order. Even though i got my money back it still hard to believe that they are that careless to begin with

Ordered food. When time to pay she rung up another order. Told the girl it was wrong and yelled. Why didnt. You tell me. Not my job if you look at the screen and figure out the drive thru order of cars. Pull up to window to get tmy order and the same thing happened there. Wrong order! Nope this place has gotten worse. Today I watched an employee pick trash up off the floor stuff it down in the garbage can and then go prepare food. I alerted this employee that someone spilled liquid all over the straw basket and the straws were wet. She took the wet basket and placed in the waiting food tray where done items arw stored... She wiped the counter and the rag used went on the floor below pick-up order table. Unfortunately another girl working drive-thru picked the rag up and placed it on the shelf below the counter, wow
It was disgusting trash over flowing floors were dirty pop stinking to the floor. Slow with making food. Had 8 workers and people were waiting for food. Girl at drive through window couldnt use the head mic. The kitchen people screwed up my order. Even the play area was dirty no tables were wiped. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Dirty. I coukd keep going.
I usually love this place I bring my son there often to play in the play area but last time I went the service was so terrible I stood there waiting for my food 45 minutes while I watch people that came after me be served before me they totally forgot about my order I had to go outside and smoke a cigarette. Then it was all kind of food still on tables from previous customers and the problem 90% of the employees were new, and were not trained properly paid no attention to customers hope my next visit is alot better.
Food is as expected good, however this is not fast service. I come here because the kids like the food and I like the price. But every time I go through the drive thru its please pull forward we are waiting for something I mean I just sat in line for 10 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got to the pick up window. Now I have to wait for something?
Its McDonalds food quality and same good yet inconsistent quality. Sometimes undersized fries do to stupid pinch the bottom of the bag to make a few cents extra in profits. But otherwise its clean and most of the staff actually works.
Service always takes too long and by the time you get to Frys theyre cold and you get a half a box of french fries by the time you get home and looking at them. and basically you paying like $5 for fries and they give you a half a bag. I think this is the worst McDonalds in Buffalo

Employees are slow, not very smart, use horrible foul language in front of the managers and directed at managers without consequence. Of duty employees hang around a lot yelling at working employees, saying things like “Who the f*** gonna take my order?!”, While pushing past a line of paying customers. It’s a disgusting environment and I will not take children here to play. In fact I only visit this location when I’m forced by things like weather or geographic impossibility of visiting a different location.
This is the worst McDonalds to ever order at! My customer put their order in for Uber Eats at 11:28 I received it and I finally got through the window at 12:30 I finally got the food to my customer and 12:32! I lost over a half hours worth of work because they were supposedly short-handed! Picked up the order at the first window, then went to get the food, and the beverage was not even made! I had to wait for them to pour the pop as well!
Slow service. Place felt dirty and didnt actually feel comfortable being there with homeless people taking up many booths and not buying anything but took the Fountain drinks in their personal cups.
Had to wait over 10 minutes for my burger at takeout window, so I thoght hey, they must be just making it. Wrong! It was cold, and the roll tasted stale ! I would have taken it back , but knew it would take at least 15minutes if not longer.
Horrible!! Do not go there!!! It took 40 min for a cheeseburger and nuggets! Then come to find out there are only 3 people working there! Horrible management!! And the slowness is a common occurrence. Will NEVER go back there!!
This is literally the worst McDonalds restuaunt I have ever visited! They cant process an order in a timely manner, nor can they get them correct! The staff obviously hates working there, and lets you know by thier terrible attitude. The only hope for this resturaunt is a complete overhaul of management, and possibly ownership!

One of the worst, if not the worst, McDonalds around here. The food always tastes like its been sitting for hours and they always mess up your order. They take smoke breaks right next to the drive thru so thats all you smell while waiting for your food. Would not reccorecogpimg here.
Staff was clueless, dining area was disaster, would have left except it was pouring rain and waiting for auto club, bought coffee and it was horribly burnt, asked for replacement, cashier reached for pot that should have been thrown out hours before asked for fresh pot cashier rolled eyes and said are you sure, itll take like 15 minutes to make another pot of decaf? Would not return!

Not only did I was 47 minutes just to get to the speaker in the drive though. When I went to order they didnt have any specialty drinks, and the woman was rude about it too.
McDonalds location on McKinley Pkwy did a fabulous job handling our large order. We treated all of our residents at DePaul a cheeseburger happy meal (72) and upon pick up McDonalds staff were friendly and professional. They had all the food neatly packaged and carried it out into our vehicle safely without hesitation. Thank you again and keep up the wonderful service in our community!
ABSOLUTELY the WORST service POSSIBLE!!!! Staff was outright rude even verbally. The wait for food was ridiculous. I guess the customer is at least sometimes right has been FORGOTTEN here!! Will NOT go there again and would ABSOLUTELY try to tell ANYONE and EVERYONE NOT to go there.
This McDonalds on McKinley Parkway was absolutely filthy the floor was covered with garbage and food. I have never seen a more disgusting restaurant. I wanted my granddaughter to play but it was even more disgusting with pop and french fries spilled all over the floor. Its a shame that it is our neighborhood McDonalds and I will never go there again.

Girl seemed a little tired, perhaps the end of her shift, no biggie :) food was fresh and good and the bacon on my mcgriddle was nice and crispy 😋 the way I like it so, who ever made it is the best, I wish it was always that way 😊

I just spent $17 for the worst dinner box ever! The fries were old and cold and some were even so bad, it was impossible to bite them..the 2 cheeseburgers were ice cold and the rolls were stale..the nuggets were alright..i wont even get into how horrific the big macs were..very disappointing and will now seek a new location to spend my money...
Always good food however the last few times I have been in the drive thru the wait time has been more than 15 / 20 minutes. Leaving now after the line has not moved for 10 minutes to go to KFC. Sat for 10 minutes and still havent ordered 😐

McDonalds on McKinley I rate so low went throw the drive thru they took my order. After 30mins I had to send my grandson in to see what had happened. Two poeple that placed a order after me left the line because they where taking to long. So they forgot wish order was mind. If I didnt send my grandson we still would of been waiting who,s no how long for the food. And then when he brought the food out it was cold and so was my coffee.
Ive tried going there for the past 3 days for fruit parfaits and there were none available. I tried calling the location before going there and no one answered the phone but its a 24hr location. Then when I was in the drive thru and informed them that I had been trying to call for almost 30 mins, was told Thats not my problem lady. Very rude employee and another day the company has lost out on a sale. Pretty disappointed pregnant woman again.
Went to get 2 mcflurries and a shamrock shake. First they tell me they arent doing shakes but people are walking out with them. Then we sat there for 10 minutes waiting for mcflurries just for a rude worker to tell us they dont have lids for mcflurries but ask if we still want them. Yes we still want them we paid for them. Then we sat there for another 10 minutes waiting while 4 different workers are walking around inside. Never again will i go to this one. Ill go out of my way to get a shamrock shake or mcflurries
The cashier isnt good at greeting her patrons as they come in. She forgets one or to things a lot but overall experience is good. They are quick food is great nice and fresh.

Very dissatisfied dirty isnt even the word for it spilled milk was on the floor over an hour with a wet floor sign next to it all trash cans were over full, kids play area was in deplorable condition, rotten food inside the play place, floors you legit stick too as you walk, every table was dirty top and bottom. My children tried to slide down the slide and barely could as it was so sticky, my youngest child had white shorts on by the time he left they were black... I will never be taking my children there to play again!!!! I would never suggest this place.
This place is great durring the day. At night though? Dont expect the Same. I work in the restaurant business so I kinda have no choice but to hope for the best with this. I work long hard hours at a REAL restaurant and when I get out, mcdonald is the only thing thats around. Then one that Is on South Park is a joke. They ALWAYS mess my order up and then give me attitude after doing so. Even if you have the die hard munchies I wouldnt recommend this place to Anyone. They just dont care. Not what mcMcDonald Is proclaiming to be . If I could give this place no stars I would but they wont allow it so I guess one star is all you get. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they literally made my day. The drive thru cashier was patient and understanding with me as I forgot my glasses for the menu. The food was fresh, tasty and cooked right. This was the first location NOT to mess up my McCafe Order. I wish I lived closer to this McDonalds.
I came here last night at about 11pm, and sat at the speaker with 6 cars in front of me. Eventually all the cars left. Being curious, I go to the speaker. No one answers. So next I go to the window. A young lady tells me she cant take orders because they have no grill person. Seriously? Where is the management in this place? Truly a disgrace to the brand.

Well went here at 6pm it was busy i get that waited 20 min for my food i dont live close i took a bus there and home i got my food looked in my bags quickly saw my burgers boxes assumed i had all my food. Got home a half hour later took my bags out i was supposed to have 2 grand macs 2 triple cheeseburgers a double quarter pounder 3 large frie so i spent over 35 bucks. What i got was 2 grand Macs 1 double cheeseburger 1 triple cheeseburger no double quarter but got my fries. Like i said i dont live close or drive so i tried to call to tell them i started at 645 and just gave up at 815 all i get is a busy single. So i just lost money thanks so much
DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE.not only is the food trash but you have to wait FOREVER to get it, and when you get it prepare to wait in line again because chances are they got your order wrong. Even for a mcdonalds standards this place is a dump. The bathrooms are always messy not to mention i never see anyone wipe down the tables

If I were able to rate this in the negative star range, I would. The only star here was the manager who was the only employee who had a shred of empathy. Promote her, fire and hire staff that actually cares what theyre serving.
McDonalds on McKinley is a McNightmarish joke for food service. Went with my grand daughter. Asked for 2 twenty nuggets and and 2 large McFlurries. Waited 45 minutes got two snack size McFlurries while waiting for food. I told her I ordered large ones. She said she would make them. We were hungry and started eating them. Finally a man came with our food. I told him about our large McFlurries he said we already started eating the snack size there was nothing he do now. The girl in the back was very mouthy making fun of us. Like what were they going to do anyway besides throw it out. Would DEFINITELY stay away from here especially if FAST food is what you seek. Go to a real restaurant and have a real meal in just about the same time it takes this place to cook one thing and get the other wrong. The restaurant will appreciate your patronage more also. Will NEVER come back here again!!!
The cashier rang out her friend who was in front of us. She went to go make her a smoothie and started talking and totally forgot to come back and take our order. Thankfully after a few mins someone else noticed us standing there and came to take our order.
Service so incredibly slow for having that many employees. More employees than customers. New mushroom swiss meltwas terrible. 5 little shriveled mushroom slices and a glob of mystery goop in the middle
Interesting decor was my,first observatiin when i walked into,this establishment. Well appointed wait staff or team members as they were called greeted my dining companion and me. My Entree was a well done set of burgers with special sauces and crudite. Dining companion went with a ranch chicken,dish which was delightful by her account. We will return.
The experience as well but with the Avenger toy theyre giving away they didnt have Iron Man, Captain America and Thanos which are the three that I want the most! They didnt have two different Rockets which I got in the store and I should have got the Black Widow on all too but I want those other three before anything
We purchased three meal that came with a sandwich and fries I got half way home and noticed they had not put any fries in the bags. Had to drive all the way back to get my fries.

This is one of the better McDonalds experiences in the city of Buffalo - not that I visit very often. Theyre on point with everything. If Mickey Dees is your thing, then stop by. NO complaints.

Its McDonalds food. They are very hit or miss with the drive thru time. Sometimes its order and Im gone and other times Ive been there 10 to 15 minutes. Usually gets the order correct.

What to expect from this McDonalds? Slow service and crappy burnt food. Staff here has been garbage for years, they need to fire everyone and start over. And from what I could see from the drive thru window they dont clean at all.
This particular McDonalds has a indoor playground. The cashier brought my order inside the playground so my grandson and I could get situated. Very good service.

Horrible overnight staff. Slow and scatterbrained. Tried to pick up for doordash l had a receipt and she still wouldnt make the food because she didnt see it in the computer.
The over night drive thru so a joke. They lie about the mixer being down, so no milkshakes at 1030pm. It took 35 min to get 2 cheeseburgers a fry and a coke, then the order was wrong.

2021-12-22I placed mobile order because I am short of time. Door was open but when I went inside they say they were closed and drive through only. I see no option to cancel the order and was stuck for more than 25 min. Not very well manged Mcdonald

2022-02-10This was like one of the very last McDonalds with a Play Place in South Buffalo. As I can see there still advertising for the play place which is just seats now. You cant even sit in the area where the play place used to be I think its just for reserved parties. Theres been a much needed upgrade to the location. Too bad they didnt upgrade the play place. It was a nice place to take children during summer hours when it was too hot to be outside to play. The staff is very friendly there Ive always enjoyed going to this McDonalds location never had any issues ever hear.

2022-06-27As an adult, I hate everything about them. Over priced garbage food. Bad service way more times than not. Most of them are dirty. BUT, when you have children and they advertise all over thier programming and youre in a hurry to begin with you give in to avoid the stress unfortunately, well in my case anyway🙄

Every time they take 2/3 orders from the other lane while I sit there and watch the cars from the other side keep pulling up after ordering. Then after finally getting my order in its at least another 20 minutes to get my food. This location is a joke.

2021-09-11Simple order 20 pc nuggets 2 large fries 1 large sprite. I gave her our card and paid. Upon pick up window find out she only put one fry down and deleted the drink. When I asked for them to Correct the error she made and went to give them my card to charge difference I was told if you want it corrected go through and reorder or come in and do it. We dont take money at this window.Moments like this motivate me to plan in advance and bring home cooked food with us and keep our money .
