A delightful place to use the bathroom. Someone told me they serve food. Im guessing Scottish.
Overall ok. Poor cell service data and all making it rather difficult to use the app. Customer service is poor on ground level but good on middle management. If half stars I wouldve gone 3 and half . I rounded up as a benefit of doubt it seems like they will improve and I only went a handful of times before the review .
Take the shamrock shake sign off of your window when I try to order it 3 different days and all three times “our machine is down”. Ridiculous

Horrible first time experience 0 stars. Did a mobile order with extra pickles and onions on my burgers and when I opened them up there were none of either when the made to order sticker clearly says extra. My bf went back inside and they called him a liar but gave him the pickles and onions on the side as if they thought i was going to make my own food how i wanted. Im not gonna fix something that couldve easily been avoided if you paid attention. its my job to eat the food not make it. So I had to speak up and showed the lady my order and she says well thats not what the screen said..okayy first you werent making anything and second why would your own system print out what the correct customizations were? In the end i got a refund and my order remade but the cooks want to have an attitude and make my burgers with extra extra stuff falling out of the buns. so i threw it out bc anything couldve happened after i turned my back. I was as patient and as understanding as could be with the whole understaffed issue but the assumed manager was getting aggressive and i wasnt having it. Very unprofessional

Definitely hit or miss with this place. Last visit they forgot to give me my large fry with my meal, i had to hand them the receipt because for some reason they didnt know what I had ordered and they still didnt give me everything. Sometimes the service is perfect but other times its purely awful and any attempt to reach them through customer service complaints are dead ends.
They need to get back the steak,egg,and cheese for breakfast and than theres no McDonalds where I live the one that was inside Wal-Mart closed and the one at dutchess mall they dont relieve or whatever, they suck now.
Horrible....I ordered a #7 with no cheese. It came with cheese on it when I tried to exchange it I guess it was the manager that came outside. I explained the issue to her her and she started explaining that the meal comes with cheese. I told her that I asked for no cheese. She continued to tell me that it comes with cheese. We kept on going back and forth with each other. At this point I just told her to keep the food, We had some choice words with each other then she flipped me the middle finger.....it was cute....dont really eat fast food....after playing 3 games of softball just wanted something quick for the long ride home....should of pack my own food like I usually do....thats what I get.....never again...

Love the app and mobile orders. Always great deals and curbside pickup is awesome. Staff always has 100pct accuracy to order and napkins, condiments in bag. Just sit in your car and they bring it out. No need to scream into drive thru speaker and slowly creep to windows for payment. Just sit in your car, relax and food is on the way quick!

The staff at this location are excellent , and I must give spectacular mention to the female manager who was working this evening between 7-8 when I was there. The drive through line had apparently become too much for a newer employee to handle from the looks of it. He was trying to do his best and accidentally rang me out for the wrong order. He immediately did what he was supposed to and got the manager, and Im sure he was stressed out on a busy Friday during a rush. I could relate myself working in a bar as a server. She promptly corrected the error, which was no problem, and discounted my food, to my surprise, for any inconvenience. That manager is a pro when it comes to customer relations and she deserves the respect of the company. She cares for customer retention and satisfaction. She is an excellent staff member and great manager who relaxed the frazzled new employee and helped him carry out his newly acquired duties. Despite his lack of experience you can tell he wanted to do the right thing by everyone and I wish him well there seeing everyone deserves a chance. Thank you folks!
Purchased a six piece nugget, medium fries and a sprite with three cookies 🍪 for my son. Indicated sauce would be ketchup and they gave him two ketchup packets and gave me a hard time and finally relented and gave him a third packet after much ado! Crazy 😜

Food is ok, but their mint oreo mcflurry (aka shamrock mcflurry) was straight up NASTY!!!! They didnt even mix it, and the green flavor tastes like nasty limes, not mint. So yea.

Every time I order sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets They forget to place it in the bag. And of course I don’t notice until I get home. Step it up guys It’s literally on the receipt.
Nice staff, cant get an order right. Ordered 2 medium meals: 10 pc nuggets with bbq - no sauce in bag when I got home. 2 cb meal: got 1 cb and a fry. Had to wait and ask for the 2nd cb and the drink. Mind you, I was the ONLY person at the drive thru.
Miky Ds consistently make the best sweet tea with lemon. It has that down south taste.
1. Why ask me what sauce I want for my 20 piece nuggets if you aren’t going to give them to me? 😡2. The only reason to get a happy meal is for the toy. Went to the drive thru to get my children the advertised dinosaur happy meals only to go home and find out there was Spider-Man toys. We were not even told of the replacement. Very unhappy children.

We ordered two big Mac and specifically mentioned to replace the beef with chicken for one of the big Mac from the order.The person who requested for replacing the beef with chicken was strictly because of the religious reasons but this attitude from an intolerant manager was completely unacceptable and unforgivable.They gave both beef big Mac to us and when we brought it to the attention of the attendant at the counter, she called the manager. The manager did not even apologize for the mistake and started arguing over the money that needs to be paid to get the Big Mac with chicken. Eventually we ended up paying for the same order one more time. Apart from this, the shop was not at all clean. They had fries on the seat and they didnt even clean it.Extremely disappointed with McDonalds for the first time.
Im not too crazy about McDonalds I rather have Burger King because they have they cook their hamburgers on a grill and theyre fresh were McDonalds just nukes theres in a microwave just to heat them up and give them to you and Burger King seems to get better deals
Meh their eggs tasted like cardboard ohh and also For one thing, the image shown shows at least two (maybe three) of these string curtains side-by-side. When I got ours, it only had a fraction of the strings. I was disappointed but put it up in my daughters room anyway. It was super cute and gave their room a pretty glow at night. We turned it on almost every night and, after about 4 months, the lights stopped working. Maybe we were using them too much? I have no idea, but Im disappointed nonetheless. Ill be buying more string lights, but not these. The lights looked pretty for the half an hour it was working. After that the lights started dimming and went out completely. Turned off the power, tried again in an hour, still not lighting up. After half a day, tried it again, and it worked for another half an hour before the cycle repeats.Helpful
Ordered a large 10 piece and they gave me a medium, very disappointed. I was looking forward to enjoying, and filling up on some nice McDonald’s, but three stars because they were nice.
The minced onions were more substantial than the amount of burger in the cheese burger I purchased. Actually the pickle was thicker.

Typical Micky great food. Who does not like Micky Dee! Anyway, located in a small tourist town next to the Groundhog. I went at 900pm so the service was fast. I do not know about other hours whether service is fast or slow but it is a tourist town.
Ordered a Travis Scott meal, a happy meal and a Double Quarter Pounder and they got the Travis Scott and Happy meal right but instead of an Double Quarter Pounder, gave us a Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich which wasn’t even close to what I ordered. 3/10 would not recommend..

Ive just come from this place and found the service to be completely despicable. The server, a mature woman clearly had other personal things going on as she failed to listen to my order and then walked away from the serving area. The manager tried looking for her to find what happened and after a period she resurfaced!I dont frequent McDonalds much but because of a good experience in the Highland Falls McDonalds I thought I would try this one as it was nearer to me but clearly not!The manager tried her best but when the staff are clearly not educated in social skills nor basic instructions on how to fulfill an order, what else can you expect!

I have to be honest, as soon as you walk into this McDonalds, the store is immaculately clean. This goes for the restrooms also.The store has some nice landscaping, which helps overall.The service was friendly, and prompt.They are handicap accessible, and there is ample parking.Other than that, it is still McDonalds, with its tasteless food.

Ive tested the curbside pick up two times and it worked out very well, the staff is very friendly, and the food is fresh and tasty.
The dining area was clean and uncrowded. The staff was uncaring and uninterested in taking orders. A GRILLED chicken became a CRISPY one. We had to go back and re-wait for a proper order.
I had an extraordinary at this spot. We enjoyed the nice atmosphere and the menu. The staff were very personal. I’m glad we eventually decided to visit here.

My husband and I often stop at this location in the AM on our way to Westchester. Its clean, personable, and serves a good breakfast. The manager, Jay, is always bright and pleasant.

The manager Ashley matiez was completely rude and even made a racial comment *ofcourse he’s black* when I simply stated that they forgot my large coke. Really pathetic and awkward to say the least....
Every time I go there they get my order wrong ... I never find out until I get home ... Im going to have to start check my bags every time before I leave the establishment because this is ridiculous. The fact the receipt says one thing and they literally give you another item is ridiculous.

Ordered double quarter pounder meal. Got a quarter pounder instead on a stale roll. Tried buttermilk tenders....not impressed at all. Very rubbery coating falls off. Worst experience ever at this location.
McDonalds is a great place for a quick bite, for a great price..also a fun place for our kids to interact with other kids.
Face masks were on staff’s chin. One staff had over her mouth and wore gloves. The rest of the staff did not have mask cover their nose. Food handlers did not have gloves. A bicycle was also behind registers

On June 25,2019 my wallet was stolen by the woman sitting next to me. Called Fishkill Town Police and the one thing he kept repeating to me was that he couldnt force them to check the video cameras. Got a call back later in the day from a girl and she said Steve would view the video on the 26th or 27th AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. CALLED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND I M WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM. IF YOU WANT TO GET MUGGED AND NOT HAVE THE LAW PROTECTING YOU, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO.
The staff had a particularly unfriendly attitur. Also I odered no onions and got onions on my burger. I would recommend traveling to another exit for food.

I went to the fishkill mcideeees and i asked for a fish fillet. being that location is named fishkill, i would imagine that the fish fillet is amazing, but no. It was frozen.. i will never eat fish from a kill again.

I had three grand grand max from here and 24 happy meals I had a lot of toys but I also had a lot of gas and I wants it when I went to the bathroom I started stinking it up because of all my farts and diarrhea I realize that I got food poisoning and and I was sick and I had extreme wind for the next four days never eat three grand macs and twenty four happy meals

Went in for some food. The person in the lobby started sweeping under the table I was eating at and when I asked her to stop, she wouldnt. I was wearing sandals and could feel the crumbs getting flicked onto my feet. 2021-08-20The McDonald’s was clean and efficient, and the staff were kind. My order was put together properly and nothing was missing. It tasted as everything should and was all and well.The reason for 4 stars is that there seemed to be way too much reserved parking for the drive thru and mobile pick up for what was needed. Peak hours may give a different story. But regardless, parking was still fine.We stopped here on a road trip from CT to OH. It being right off the highway was perfect and efficient.
