Went through the DT. Order was taken within a reasonable amount of time. Asked for everything fresh, got everything fresh, plus for me and my mom. Unfortunately her slushy was half liquid/melted. Our food was practically thrown at us through the window like the girl was in a hurry, absolutely unacceptable. Then we asked for a receipt and was told rather snootily that they “were out of receipt paper”. WHAT???!!!! How do you not have receipt paper????? 🤦🏼♀️Oh! And got NO napkins……
This mcdonald’s needs help. i see new employees in there on a regular basis. they mess things up consistently. they do not know how to correctly make any of their own items. it’s getting super frustrating and for somebody who used to come quite often. you have lost my business. i forgave so many times. but waiting in a drive they line of 4 cars for over 20 minutes and half the time the food is cold and nothing like what you expected. im very didappointed. but hopefully another mcdonald’s will be happy to have my business instead.
The line of cars at the drive-thru almost wrapped around the entire building. We went decided to go in and relax. We stood in line with about five other parties waiting. There was one person taking orders and she had no idea what she was doing. She seemed totally new. Thats perfectly fine & understandable. It was the other lady watching her & rolling her eyes at every question. Also the other lady who would come help her, had an extra attitude towards her. Couldnt understand why there were two other employees watching counter girl in distress with guests waiting to order and a drive-thru line from hell.So. We. Just. Left.Horrible play by the senior staff here.
Made a mobile order, because I figured it would save time, as I had somewhere to be. I pulled in and checking into mobile spot #3. I sat outside for nearly half an hour and watching twenty or more cars go through I drive thru when I decided to go inside. I’m glad I did because if I didn’t I’m sure the incompetent people working inside would have never brought it out. It pretty bad when you’re too incompetent to do a job at the bottom of the ladder. I won’t be going there again. Losers.
Today, we stopped at the McDonalds in Gloversville. What a disaster of a trip? We pulled up to the outside speaker and nobody helped us right away.Then finally someone came over the speaker too help us place our order. It took me several times of repeating my 2 Value menu meals for her too get it right. But, when we pulled up to pay for the order it was incorrect. The food was disgusting and cold. The girl at the 2nd window had a bad attitude. They made my ice coffee wrong and then argued with me regarding how i wanted it made.Customers are #1 and without customers you have no business. Not sure why we received unprofessional service and cold tasting food.Something needs to be done to improve service and food here.
Honest I would NOT do this if out werent THIS bad MORE than 1x. a few weeks ago we stopped and the fries were cold.. Order was NOT FRESH and asking for no onions we got onions any ways. Ok fine..picked them off and deal with it BUT.. TODAY I go ordered the meal with 2 cheese burgers, 2 medium ff, and a 20 pc nugget.. Waited literally 20 minutes at 9pm ok no biggie.. 1 window was open, got home literally 1/2 a mile away, AGAIN asked for NO onions which was printed on the slip but when we looked it was full of onions including what looked like the skin, NO nuggets which were part of the meal for $14.. and the fries were not only COLD but OVER cooked.. Annnd to top it off the cheese burgers were dry as a bone with 1 pickle, barely any katchup and like maybe 3 onion pieces which looked like it had been scraped off. Do BETTER! Maybe Ill just stick to Burger King!
The last two time I have gone their I’ve had things missing out of my bag that I paid for. A medium fry and now Mcchicken, also we pay for the extra dipping cups and 90%of the time they’re not in the bag. It’s annoying!! The Staff needs to pay more attention to what they are doing for the amount of money they make to make a burger. This is only day shift btw.
Door dashed multiple times with this store and every time I get my order I always am missing my nuggets, or a French fry, drink whatever it may be. It’s constantly happening and I’m honestly so feed up. How hard is it to build a order for someone and look at a order and forget to add a nugget to a whole entire meal!! I will never understand. Put me in a bad mood.
It was ok.... the restaurant looked good and clean the play place was in good condition cleaned up and the service was pretty good but they kept screwing up my order and I had to go back three times for different things. Id ask for a certain size of something and it get charged for the next size up and I had to make sure I was actually getting what I was paying for. Maybe it was just a different night then normal but the people in the back making the food need to get on the ball!
Stopped off to get a quick meal. (Around 7:15 tonight.) There was a long line at the drive through. Window number 1 associate didnt even acknowledge me so I assumed she wasnt open. I went to window number 2 and she was very pleasant and made a comment that she needs to get out of her bad mood. I agree. I understand she might be having problems in or out of work but dont ignore your customers. I stopped here last week at 11:05, missing the breakfast menu by 5 minutes, and tried to order some breakfast and they told me I am sorry but we dont serve breakfast after 11:00. I would understand if it was closer to 11:30, but missing it by 5 minutes is ridiculous. I just drove off. I will not eat anything from this place again and your team should be more mindful of how they represent your business, especially when you have competition all around you and just accross the road.
They’ve had shamrock shakes back for not even three full days & can’t even manage to keep their shake machine running. I’ve tried to go and get one twice now, middle of the day, and their machine is down. You’d think that after an entire running joke was brought to life surrounding incidents like these, they’d have this situation under control. Entirely unreliable.
Once again another McDonalds with hard fries . You think they would know how to cook them by nowIm sick and tired of bring them back in and asking for fresher fries , they look at you like you have two heads . Ive called to complain but in the end the owner gives you coupons for more badly cooked food , like that will make it better . Maybe the owner should go in and show themBetter yet mabe mabe Corporate should come in . Ill wait another six months before i go back .
Worst McDonalds period !!!Whatever happened to fast food and dont plan on going at lunch because youll probably run out of time waiting for your orderOverheard a gentleman who paid using the new kiosk and waited 40 minutes for his order that they never put through and never even a sorry or compensated in anyway.Their rude not all employees but quite a few.I live near by so my son likes Mickey Ds like most teens but I cringe whenever he asked to go.Sorry but you must lead by example to have your employees do the same.Go to Big Mikes down the road its homeade food and faster. Was not happy with my visit at all!!! Ordered lunch for my son and I at around 1:30pm. First they messed up the drinks which i caught right away. Then we got home and my sons nuggets were not in the bag. So i called the store and got no answer. Then i called the 800 number thinking that I would at least get a call back, but its been a day and a half and still havent heard anything!!! Then to top it off, we had ordered 2 apple pies. So after i split my burger with my kid, we got the pies out and my son took his and i bit into the other one just to find out it wasnt apple!!! It was some kind of strawberry cheesecake filling which Im glad my son didnt grab as he is allergic to several kinds of berries!!! Congratulations McDonalds in Gloversville, you almost had a lawsuit on your hands!!!!
8 pm in my way home hungry and im met with bad customer service! Did you not hear her say pull up to window 1 ill be right there. No i heard i will be right there so i went to window 2! The lady that was at window was not nice and i really dont think i will be going back!
Its a McDonalds so the food is to be expected. That being said, I am only giving 3 stars since in several occasions, Ive unfortunately had to use the bathroom next to the kids zone since the girls room was full. When I entered I was nearly knocked over with this stench of vomit and pee. Though there was no puke or pee to be seen that floors were obviously dirty. Couldnt say anything to a staff member since they were all busy working. When a staff member did become free it was there break. During one of these occasions a child got sick and had puked all inside the kids zone climbing area. To say the least it was gross, a staff member had to climb in and clean the mess while other children kept climbing the area. The family left without a word.
Went inside to order and stood at the counter not being helped (empty inside and only 3 cars in the drive through), instead of being waited on, I had to listen to the 3 employees argue whether or not the play place should be closed off.. Took my money across the street to Burger King.
Just came home with a grilled chicken McWrap, sat down at the table, opened the little cardboard zipper containing the wrap, food just fell out. The wrap was not wrapped, it was open on one side, a few pieces of lettuce, either brown in color or dark dark green and severely wilted was amongst the chicken. Needless to say, I did not eat it. I didnt want to check the one star but had to in order to post this review.
They have two drive in lines. I waited, even though I was first, for them to clear the other line. Finally had to ask if they were serving my line just to get a voice. As usual service was extremely slow this time of day, 7:30 AM. Then after Im back home, I discover my order was not complete.

2022-03-14Stop pulling the fries out early!!! Seriously, nobody wants to sit in the drive through for 15 minutes and pay nearly $5 for mushy, undercooked fries!! I don’t even want to eat these, what a waste of time! 😡 I mean, you’re already waiting in line, so what’s another minute? Would much rather wait a little longer for cooked fries. 2nd time in a row too.

2022-01-04Drive-through to start.Boyfriend went to grab 2 meals, nothing more and not customized. 2 cheeseburgers and a big mac - large.He ordered, paid.. waited at the 2nd window for 12 minutes and then was given a completely inaccurate order. He recieved 2 mcchickens, and a random burger along with 1 fry and the drinks.He went inside, only to wait another TEN MINUTES while on the phone with me, and for the 8 people VISIBLE behind the counter to ignore him while he was glanced at until he spoke up.He asked for the manager- a woman responded Why? and then the manager stepped in. Whom then asked for the receipt (understandably).They fixed it - totaling almost a half hour which is the biggest problem. Not sure whats happened with this place. Probably still too busy telling reliable workers theyre over qualified 🙄 while the ones that are still there and reliable are struggling with incompetence amongst their team. Do better.

2022-01-30Shake machine is always unavailable including the frappe because it takes too long to make . Its not broken . Repeatedly I have to get a refund from Doordash because of this and its extremely frustrating . They also never answer the phone .

2022-01-12Like usual the hot mocha machine is down. Drive 20 plus miles to get here to listen to the usual excuse. Took 5 minutes to tell me machine was broken because thats how long I stood at register waiting for someone to take my order. No one else in line, either.

2022-01-02It was terrible!! ordered a doblebacon ch. burger, 6 $menu burgers w/cheese everything all burgers extra pickles and 2 kg. fries. Every thing was cold and all the burgers had 1 pickle on them and no cheese. Worst I ever got from there and it wasnt even busy. Highly disappointed!!!.

2021-09-04This place is not that great, although I always liked the play place, but that doesnt have to do with anything with my review. Anyway, the food is not that great. My grandma once ate a fish meal and she got sick by it. The burgers are usually sloppy, and I almost puked once by eating a chicken nugget, probably because of the grease. What I also hate it is that one day, we saw this new person there, and it looked like he couldnt even know how to multi-task, or even know how the system works. So my uncle and granny couldnt wait that long and pulled up to the second window, and a women said the guy at the first window was new, which we didnt know that. But yeah, not that great of a McDonalds
