I am having serious doubts if the people that work there can read and understand an order that comes up.Its my fault though, after the 3rd time going there I got a wrong order.Its easier to get an order correct than to get an angry customer and fix it which takes up time.Read the order and do things correctly. thankyou
We started work at 5AM, and did a mobile order. She said the breakfast rolls would be 5 or 10 minutes, so we changed it to a muffin. We sat at the window for 20 minutes, they didnt even give us our orange juice. The slowest fast food place I have ever experienced, and we were the only ones there.
I used the app and placed my order then when my order was given to another car where the person handled my food they wanted me to take the bag of food. Spoke with manager who had them prepare my order. The cook was steady complaining because he just made the order. I get home and the sauce I paid for was not in bag and burger was smashed flat as pancake. There was other mistakes made in my order. Why should I use the app when its faster to just go in. I feel I got ripped off. I had to listen to the kids complaining. Next time pizza
Everytime I come here I never have any issues. Food is surprisingly always made right lol. Friendly staff, clean establishment. I just recently stopped here because I needed to use the restroom. Also had to change my daughters diaper. I liked thag the cha ginger table dropped down in the slightly bigger bathroom. She was closer to me as I went potty lol.
Waited 15 min in the drive thru and once I finally get to the window to get my food they tell me I need to pull up and wait longer. I ordered a burger thats it nothing else. In my opinion if you are at this location on lunch I recommend going to popeyes taco bell or wendys you will be in and out much faster!
On todays date I took my son the McDonalds on Chambers rd south in the town of big flats against my better judgement. I have had several issues in that past with orders being incorrect , poorly made food etc . My son wanted to give them another try. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru not busy at all . I paid $45 for my food to take home . When I went to the second window to retrieve my order . I was greeted with what did you order we lost your ticket/ order . I told her three times what we ordered . I was told to go park in spot #2 and they would bring the food out. The bags were brought out to me . I looked in the bags not only was the order incorrect a cheeseburger was just thrown in the bag not even in a wrapper. I asked the McDonalds employee if this was acceptable. He replied I was just was told to bring you this . So I brought the food inside and waited another 15 minutes for the rest of my order ,no apologies from anyone . Very sad the lack of pride and or customer service. I will never set foot in this McDonalds ever again . You would think with the amount of negative reviews this McDonalds has received that maybe some changes would be made .
First, there was no ice for any of the iced coffees. Second, every order of fries was either cold or forgotten. Third, 90% of the sandwiches were cold, not cool cold. Fourth, there was no caramel in the caramel iced coffee. Fifth, back to the French fries, two forgotten orders after five orders were returned for being cold. In short, it was one of the most miserable McDonalds experiences Ive ever had. Their POS screens went down and they fell apart. Sad showing McDonalds probably wont be back to this one.
I ordered a large spicy deluxe crispy chicken meal, and it came as a regular deluxe meal, and my drink was only a small instead of a large. When I called the restaurant from 20 minutes down the road, and requested they allow me to go to a restaurant that would be on my way home to replace the order, I was told that that was not possible. When I then requested if they could mail me a gift card equal to the value of the messed up items, they also refused.
Staff was unfriendly, some of the staff were sitting in the lobby not working (they were on shift because they took our order) they threw a straw at my friend, rolled eyes when asking for another straw, when I asked for an item they weren’t serving at them time they rudely told me that the machine was down. Is my least favorite McDonald’s to order from.
Just did drive through, line was long, service slow and workers were chatting at drive through pick up window, making the girl who was working, job difficult. Oh and shakes where half filled. Only good part is our fries come out hot and fresh.Good thing we hardly ever visit that location.
Well, its McDonalds. Only a few things to eat there that wont make me gag. Sorry. The McDonalds on Chambers Road is always dirty, overflowing trash cans, very noisy, and very much due for an upgrade. The metal cafeteria-like thing (cant think of what its called) along the soft drink fountains, where you set your tray, is tilted. But you cant really see that until your cup of soda is all over the floor. Worst thing about McDonalds in general: the cheese. Ugh. Smells like vomit. Best thing(s): the fries and the perfect fountain Coke. Just my opinion.So why do I go there? Grandson likes chicken nuggets.
First time here, around 9:15am. It wasnt really busy, it was manageable, but they messed the whole of our order up-- three breakfast sandwiches were made with no meat for some reason, then when we got them fix, one was STILL wrong! Coffees were not labelled correctly, some missing sugar, some were just black (none were ordered black). They seemed disorganized and too busy for small crowds with small orders. Their only saving grace was their friendliness, cleanliness, and the promptness of the front end staff... Back end staff need to take a moment to gather themselves, yo...
They want more money and can to even put together a basic cheeseburger without smashing the meat Through the bun and leaving finger mats let alone getting a basic burger and fry order correct. My autistic son does a better job at cooking than 99% of these KIDS that are turning into adults making this summer job a career and still doing a garbage job at it!
Staff was friendly enough. Appears to be poorly managed. Menu screen doesnt show all items. Informed counter personnel that Iced Tea was empty, was not addressed while we were there. Apparently drink station is not a priority. No intention of going back to that McDonalds
They NEVER get our order right! We get charged extra for things that we dont get. We get charged extra for things we didnt order and dont get! Once even got a hamburger without the meat! How can you even do that? We dont get our entire order! And just recently the sandwiches got noticably smaller but prices keep going up!!! And lately the McFlurrys are ice cream with very little mix ins. No longer worth the time, money or trouble!
This became my go to place for a quick bite while a family member was in the hospital. The Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Strips, from the dollar menu, were just the right size when heading home late at night. The staff here was starting to get to know me and they often greeted me when I drove through the drive through. Its always nice to have someone smile and ask how your day went.
About the only thing I can say about this McDonalds is that the food almost always hot. Customer service is terrible and they always are running out of things. Just yesterday I took my sons for lunch there and they were out of happy meal boxes, toys and the fries were cold. I really just need to start driving the extra distance for Burger King or Wendys.
Worst McDonalds ever. Went though the drive through and the only thing they got correct on a 35 dollar order was the drinks. Missing fries, no sauces even though you charged me extra for them. Then when I went in to fix it your manager was rude like I was wasting her time!
I found their menu advertising to be deceitful and I paid almost $15 for a Burger French fries and a medium milk shake. For a McDonalds that is a bit ridiculous if you ask me when I could go right across the street to Fridays restaurant and have a Jack Daniels Burger and steak fries for $11.99. Why is there something wrong with this picture?
Not good first didnt give me all my food so had to go inside.On the way in the floor is so greasy that i almost slipped and fell.I attempted to get someone to help me with the unfilled order that i have not one person out of 6 workers and two customers in side no help .i would have lost 13 Dollers if i didnt dig threw my ripped bag .The front counter was nasty icecream all over the floor bags it was not a pleasant experience nasty thats all i got.
Went to McDonalds Saturday, found out they no longer make the egg white delight meal. One of the healthiest ones they had. I always ordered it without meat or cheese. I was starving so I ordered an egg McMuffin meal for $6.39. Then the cashier asked me what I wanted with it. I said doesn’t it come with coffee and a hash brown. She said that would be extra. I said what are you talking about. The meal is $6.39. She turned and looked at the menu and apologized. Then she typed in that I requested the two items. Not sure what’s going on, but I felt like she was trying to get over. Be ware when you order and they total your bill
Food is MCDONALDS so no surprises with the food.However, the bathrooms were dirty and didnt seem to be cleaned on a daily basis. I went there for lunch a week straight and the filth in the restroom was the same. (Urine on the back of the toilet seat, dried droplets all over the floor.).I also experienced longer than usual wait times. Almost 11 minutes with the one drive thru experience at 3 in the afternoon. Pick a different fast food place, theres an Arbys across the street...
After being on the road since 4am with my family we had to do the usual pitstop. We stopped at the local Golden Arches and the most endearing staff waited on us. Country charm in a franchise is an interesting combo. Thank you for our Minion toys at 730 am...the kids love them!!!
Ask every time I go in there is every thing in the bag. Pretty sad when u get home and u dont have the things u order. Really. Sad. People still pride in what u do. The money spent and wasted. One order went in the road because it wasnt mine and I was to far to turn around to go back

2022-04-12Why do we even bother? This wasn’t the first time we have had a bad experience here. We just wanted some nice, hot fries. After waiting in a very slow line, we were told we had to wait another five minutes for the fries. We didn’t mind, since we would be getting hot, fresh out of the fryer, crispy fries. Nope! Not this time. 👎🏻They were hot, but it was obvious that they were old, and had been put back into the fryer and reheated. 🤨 They were dried out and hard (not crispy) and the container was only half full. To top it off, there were no napkins in the bag. 😖 We wasted almost $5 on what was essentially “garbage” food. Thanks, McDonald’s, for reminding us why we usually choose someplace else to eat when we are out running errands. It is really disappointing that the employees here can’t even get basic FRENCH FRIES right! 🙄

2022-05-103x in a row, horrible service in the same week. Was given an iced tea HOT. When I mentioned it was hot the employee said it was just brewed and there was no ice. So why give it to me? Happy Meal came in a bag. No toy. My orange juice was see through. In the same week, was given a soda that was flat and also no ice again. The franchise owner needs to step up their game and be more prepared with supplies.

2021-01-27Drive thru female was pleasant and voice was easy to understand (2 stars). Thats the good. Ordered the Spicy Nuggets to try, never again. Dried out, really crispy, barely any meat in them, flat as they could be. Overall terrible. (0 stars)

2022-04-07I went through the drive through on April 7, 2022. The young woman managing the order/payment window was very curt and cut me off 3 times as I tried to place my order. She wasnt able to give me a total until I got to the window itself. I gave her cash which she took while talking with another employee. I gave her a 10 and 4 ones with change. I didnt request a receipt or change. When I drove up to the second window to pick up my order, I was told that I was short by $10! I knew I had given the right amount as I counted it three times AND that was the whole amount of cash I had with me. When I questioned this, I was told that they would have to count down the drawer and that I had to wait until they were done serving all the cars behind me to do it. I was left without my order and without my money. To make matters worse, I wasnt able to talk with a manager when I got back to work as the phone number is not in service. This is the third problem with this restaurant. Ive had poorly prepared food and missing items. I wont go back.

2022-04-29Flooring was covered with dirt and debris under tables. Food was fine but the place seemed to be getting less cleaning. My guess is staffing issues other staff seemed to keep it cleaner.

2022-06-06UPDATE: They renovated this location and the food is still perfectly fine. Its way more better inside now that theres proper lighting though. You can sit down and actually enjoy your meal on clean tables.

2022-04-09My boyfriend and I visited this location on Wednesday March 30th. The employee that took our order claimed they no longer make ANY breakfast items outside of breakfast hours, due to COVID. This is not the case at any other location weve been to and I doubt it actually was there. The employee seemed lazy and disinterested. Due to dietary restrictions, Im only able to eat certain menu items and I understand running out of the sausage burritos, but the oatmeal is pretty basic to make at any time of day... Due to the employees laziness, I was only able to have a smoothie after a long day of work, had to sit and watch my boyfriend eat, then had to go home and cook dinner for myself.. I have absolutely lost interest in returning to this particular location. Also, the entire lobby area was a mess.

2022-02-21Ordered 4 things. They forgot 2 of the items and totally messed up another. Staff wasnt the pleasantest and I asked for a refill on my half full large tea and the gave me back a small tea which had less in it then the one i needed refilled.
