It might just be the night shift, but the staff has no customer service skills. I got my foot order but had to wait 10 more mins just to get my iced tea. It wasnt even that busy at 11pm!
Morning Staff are very rude. This McDonalds is completely staffed with hispanics. They are very rude and have no respect for non-hispanic individuals. The cashier in the morning called a customer STUPID and other expletives in spanish simply because he asked for lemon in his iced tea. The entire staff gave the customer a very hard time for something that is actually free and available for customers. Dont assume people dont understand spanish simply because they dont look like you!!!!!
I have not been to micky ds in a while. Now they have to touch screens, #s called, then pick up. Its so not how use to be, a smile, a how may I take ur order no more that. I dont like it. Im done with micky ds.
This place is slow. Ive been here twice. They screw up a simple coffee, milk, sugar. Not to mention the screaming staff who apparently dont understand volume control. Complete embarrassment

Theres a female that works at this location, I believe shes a manager. She is such an awesome person. Ive witnessed her going above and beyond for her coworkers and customers on multiple occasions. I asked her for her cashapp (Jus-ann) and not her name. She was so surprised. I felt as if I had to show her a small appreciation for being a Kind Human.
The food, well, you know. But the crew at Broadway and 70th St is disrespectful, they yell at everyone whos waiting... I always come back just for the shake. But thank you all anyways, Im pretty sure youre all through a difficult time, and I hope that at the end of your shift, you were better persons... Blessings
I usually go to this McDonalds around 3:00am in the morning because is when I take a break from work to go and get something to eat but for some reason this restaurant started closing doors around this time according to a paper they put on the door ( Is for maintenance reasons) but now they are not even putting the time they will open again and this are the few places that are open at this time for me to eat. My complaint is that if this is a 24/7 Macdonald restaurant why is it close at this time? and why they just started doing this so is not really 24/7?As you can see all the chairs are up and now there is this paper there for some reason. I also filed a complaint to headquarters, by the way service is good not great but good that’s why a gave three starts.
This McDonald’s does not serve fountain drinks and charges extra for bottled drinks. It’s really annoy bc the only reason I go to McDonald’s is for their fountain drink bc we all know McDonald’s coke is superior.
This guy behaves disgusting to customers messing with his friends and leaves people waiting in line without regard to them, except that, that was an old customer came to him and asked to wash his hands in the bathroom and he did not pay attention to him and the other workers did not say anything, repulsive place. I was yelled at when I showed my receipt to show that thy beverage was missing. Staff is very judgemental when all I wanted to ask was to make sure that I got the beverage with my order. Apparently I showed my receipt the “wrong” way.
Had pancakes asked for more butter you wouldve thought I ask for the combination to a safety deposit box .
Not actually open 24 hours, even though they leave their doors open. But don’t worry, the rude staff will make sure to let you know in the worst way possible that they’re not going to serve you
The most crowded, unhygenic, and unpleasant Mc Donalds experience you can think of. Tons of homeless ppl, tourists, and random ppl here all the time. Workers in front are always irritated or upset and on short fuse. Quick in-and-out if youre dying for the stuff here through self check-out is best option.

The touch screens state you should enter a table number then sit down and wait for your food to brought to your table. So I sat at my table as instructed. 20 mins later I hear a rude woman screaming out my number from behind the counter, saying I must come get the food. When asked about the discrepancy of instructions she simply said NO WE DONT DO THAT in a rude tone. Horrible experience.

Just got something to drinks for al of us and used the restroom. It was okay, lots of kids were waiting behind us. The line got so long cuz it took them forever to open my girls almost cant hold it too😜 Then the utility guy check make sure all stocked up and clean👍🏽

I gave this place 3 stars because a lot has changed and ordering from their kiosks is complicated and unfair because you no longer have options to your liking. I ordered a meal option but the drink options were no longer in place. Instead of self serving your drinks option, you now get sweet tea. Their excuse is because of the pandemic, they shut down self serve soda machine.

I have been here 4 times back to back days at the same time, one night there was no iced coffee so I asked for regular hot coffee. Then on top of that every other day i had to wait more than 10 mins for just the coffee, it wasn’t filled up to the line and there were coffee bean remains at the bottom. I expect more, I used to work in McDonalds myself and my standards were a lot better than what I’ve received from this place

The eating area/Cafe was filthy, and did not seem to have been swept, mopped, or sanitized prior to my arrival or during my 45 minute stay.Furthermore the food did not meet my expectations as the Big Mac was poorly packed, no ketchup was given for my French fries, and my 20oz coca-cola was room temperature. On a 95 degree day they simply missed the mark

The store was clean but smoky. Service is fast and my order was correct with nothing missing. Theres no inside dining during covid-19 but theres seating outside. The staff is friendly and efficient.
Sometimes you might catch some homeless having a meal but Ive never had a problem with them. The lines get a bit long during rush hour so dont rely on this place if you only have a 30 minute lunch period. They just recently installed the kiosk which makes ordering more efficient in general and they usually have the place very clean. This location is 24 hours so great for those late night gatherers. The food itself is produced to what you would expect from any McDonalds. No under par and they have a variety of seating areas for those with special needs.

I have ordered large coffee with 5 sugars and cream plus, a premium roast spicy chicken sandwich, didnt get no sugar, no cream, no extra anything that I ordered, the manager did not fix the problem and gave me a dirty look. As I was already late for train to go back home from work to Brooklyn, I had to run to make it to the train where I discovered that everything extra that I paid for was not given to me in my to go paper bag. Horrible service.

We went to this McDonald’s after the park and after my cousin ate a happy meal with a burger he got sick with 103 degrees. We think it was food poisoning or the germs in the food that was from someone who didn’t clean their hands.

Always busy location. They have good McFlurrys but there is always a line to get food. Before the pandemic it was impossible to find a table to sit down and eat.
I bought a soda and my wife used the restroom. In some places there are restroom use issues, but these employees were courteous to all we saw there.
Fast ordering is great. The staff is large so they can handle high demand well. Its a well planned out place.But theres a million delivery dudes and maybe homeless people? chillen in the back taking up space, which makes it unappealing to linger around. Good food, but takes too long to get order filled.More importantly, your daily deals are great but can only use one at a time, so have to order, pay, then order again - especially when just a daily deal. Why not be able to use more than 1deal in 1 order? Would be much easier and also faster for worker taking order.

They had ice cream and milkshakes which is rare for a 24hr McDonalds , the service was fast and persisce . Very clean and efficient , the space was clear with room for people to spread out and they have hand sanitizers
Great place, clean, comfortable, good choices. It is perfect to eat something before or after going to the movies because is pretty close to Lincoln center. You should download this McDonald’s app, it gives you very good deals every day, specially if you are short of money. I did not use the bathroom, I hope it is good.
Asking for Katchup seems to be the norm with most McDonalds now a days. You would think if you order a full meal which includes fries, they would provide Katchup without asking.

Its mcdonalds. Food is quick and easy nothing wrong with it but it can be very busy at times. Work on cleanliness of ordering kiosks as well as dining area maintenance at there were a couple homeless people just hanging out near the doors.

Met a friend there last Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised. Nicely decorated outdoor seating, decent wine selection, good service and the food was delicious. We ordered the seafood special of the day, shrimp tapa, and another one all were very very good. We were able to catch up while enjoying the ambience, food, and drink in a relaxed and quaint atmosphere.
12/7/2018I take my 3 year old here on occasion to get his favorite plain cheeseburger happy meal.They recently put kiosks to put in the orders yourself.Regardless of how insistent Ive been about making sure its listed as a plain cheeseburger through a cashier or kiosk, there have been times when the order still comes with pickles, onions, and ketchup :-/.The great thing about having the kiosks now is that cashiers are more available to provide customer service & correct the order.UPDATE: 2/7/19I came by to pick up my mobile order of their new Bacon Cheese Fries in the afternoon. They were definitely busy, but they were well-staffed to accommodate. I got my oder in a fairly timed manner.Changing my 3 star rating to 5, considering the management gave a sweet smile every time an order was called. Thanks !

McDonald’s located on the corner of 181st and broadway is still providing services for its community, which is great! But, they are not doing enough from helping customers not be harassed by the mentally and homeless people that frequent the fast food restaurant and they need to do a better job a maintaining the place clean.

That morning crew at this 71st & Broadway Upper West Side McDonalds is always on point! Very fast, attentive, polite, and pretty darn happy most of the time! Especially this gal Griselda Paula, always always always asking me how Im doing & smiling & making me feel at home in the neighborhood especially when I was the new kid on the block in this neighborhood. I wish I could give this 0 stars. Horrible staff. Someone that worked there let another customer in the one person bathroom knowing that I was inside. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. The staff all had nasty attitudes. My chicken nuggets were burnt. Its a shame because I love McDonalds.

The food is decent but can be sloppy during peak hours. Ill be honest about this Place when I was living on the Upper West Side this used to be my Go To Place! i used to go there when it had its original 70s Style Decor and i was there when it got revamped for the Modern Decor its a Alright Place to have a bite to eat and what not there is a Major Set Backs with this place first Draw Back is that the High School Kids from the near by High School sit in the Restaurant for 18 Hrs a Day depending on the time of day & when the High School kids are at the Place Cops have to be on site just to keep the Place in check! the Staff are Excellent the ordering Process is alright for what it is! but its a good Place to have a Bite to Eat & what not the only thing i would avoid is being there when the High Schoolers are at the place
Its a McDonalds. Everything is cookie-cutter similar to any other place. That its open 24 hrs is a good thing. The problem is the staff are painfully slow and clearly have the body language of people not wanting to be there. Otherwise, a worthy companion for the 3 am snack after a night out.

Pros: it has been pretty quick every time I go into the shop. (thats about it).The places always seems kind of dirty and there is constantly the same Bum outside opening the door for people, thus I will not go in. If they expect more customers, clean up your act.

Its a McDonalds, I suppose. The food is how youd expect from a McDonalds. It does look nice after the renovation, Ill note. However, when using the ordering console (robot?), the table markers are never there, so we have to mark it as to go every time.

You cant go wrong with McDonalds! They have the $1-2-3 menu which is Amazing! You can get 4 nuggets, bacon cheeseburger, large drink and mcflurry ice cream for less then $8! I enjoy every visit. Not super clean but you get more than what youre paying for so Im ok with it.

Comforting fast food. Table service for breakfast until 11am is a big plus. All day breakfast and the breakfast sandwich deals make Mickey D a destination place for me. The only slight nuisance are the derelicts who take up seats.

Slowest McDs Ive ever been to. I spent half my lunch hour waiting for my food. They used the smaller mc chicken patty instead larger chicken classic one that other McDs use. I ordered a classic for 3.00 and got a dollar menu sandwich. Theyre cutting corners. Id give this place 1 star but they do have soda refills.

I dont care if they are cleaning or restocking their supplies if you say your open 24hrs then be open 24hrs serving your customers, the cleaning and restocking can be done while open if not then change your hours of operation or hire more employees.

The first mc donnalds with flavor shots for the soft drinks i have encountered chicken sandwich made fresh fries fresh bathroom not the best but ok for nyc especially McDonalds seating area was partially roped off for repairs and whats the deal with the music if i wanted to hear something while i eat i would put my headphones on

This McDonalds at 70th and Broadway is well run and has comfortable seats and pleasant background music. However when I asked a cleaning man a question he responded: No speek Inglees.Cant McDonalds at least require its American employees to speak or learn basic English? What a shame that this problem in Manhattan is so pervasive that at some locations the employees all seem to babble amongst themselves in Spanish and some take wrong orders. One woman actually entered into the cash register that I wanted 20 sugars in my coffee when I plainly told her two sugars.On January 25th I went to this McDonalds and sat at a table next to the front entrance. While chatting with two customers who said they ate there every day, the woman told me that at night it is not always safe and a New York City policeman spends about four hours there to guard the place.
If youre looking for an incredible burger using only the finest ingredients, look no further! Im kidding. This is just a McDonalds. Its not too shabby, following its recent renovation.

This Mcdonalds used to be the jankiest left over from the old neighborhood. Homeless people and little hood rats. One time they served me raw mcnuggets. What??? But now they look like a night club and the lettuce isnt brown and rotten anymore. Unce unce unce

Usually very full. Find a seat when you can but no mess ups no matter how busy. A lot of hard workers!

2022-07-16Where to begin? Ordered mocha coffee machine. Staff aren’t very fluent or communicative but say the machine is out of order. Ok that’s fine. But the fries were terrible. Oily and floppy and not crisp. Nuggets very average. I ordered a 1/4 pounder deluxe and I get home look in the bag and it’s a crispy chicken burger. I’m aussie living in nyc 10 years and yeah McDonald’s isn’t as good in usa as australia but this was below average even for - New York! And look how pathetic this burger looks inside. Look at that pathetic sliver of a tomato. Gotta be grateful tho, at least there’s no human bodily fluids inside. I hope.

2022-07-05Was here to get a ice coffee and the staff was so very slow should never take 15 minutes for a ice coffee and the staff was really rude and when it was time to get my coffee they didnt even make it they was like oh you want Splenda and cream um yes I ordered a French vanilla coffee and now I have to make it too really. During the day staff is fast and good but night I will never go there unless I have too. Pass if you can place sucks.

2022-05-25The employees are very rude. One employee went up to who I assume was her daughter or granddaughter and started yelling at her and hitting her not hard but none the less hitting. It is dirty and the drinks and McFlurrys are not full. I got a melted McFlurry. It is so crowded and disorganized not all the staff wears hair nets or masks. If you’re by there I would not go in it’s just a waste of time and money.

2022-05-21Took over 20 mins to get a double cheese Burger bundle. The kiosks were not functioning properly. But the absolute worst part about this place was the god awful heat. It was not a hot day, in fact it was pouring down raining. Maybe it was a bad day for the store, but I am sure I wont go to this McDonalds if Im not actually starving to death. In which case I could still very well die from waiting in this oven diguised as a restarant.

2022-02-02The entire staff at this location are extremely incompetent and have proven to be time and time again. I mean I know it’s a McDonald’s, it’s not like I’m expecting five star service but honestly it’s not that hard to complete an order correctly without pulling out your phone. How can someone feel okay with themselves when they’re not even capable of preforming the bare minimum requirements of the job? Every time I enter this establishment I’m reminded just how oblivious and truly DUMB most of the people in this country are. It’s pathetic. Do better.

2022-02-01Lot of homeless people in this location. I see them sitting inside and is impossible to have a seat indoors even in very cold days. Place smells because of homeless people, nasty, not healthy. I remember for many years beeing like this. Even i returned for a quick meal ater years still the same problem. This bring the value of the store down big time..Have to be careful of pick pockets aswell. Lot of tourists in that area coming from allover the world and McDonalds here looks very bad ....Is this the experience that we want to show everyone? When this homeless problem in this location will be fixed???
