Come on you guys have to do better my husband has been waiting 40 min in drive thru for a large fry and root beer this is not complicated at all like seriously get your act together
$5 for a Happy meal! For a kid to open it up and get a freaking cardboard toy!! What in the hell has this world come to when Happy meals come with a cardboard toy! Pffft!!!! Wow! So you pay more to get less!
I have been in line for 17 minutes. The car at the window has been there for 10 of those. I have turned my car off so not to burn $5 in gas. Is this McDonalds needs a ton of help.

McDonalds is pretty much the same wherever you go the biggest thing is to have fresh hot french fries which this McDonalds usually always does.
Absolutely dissatisfied. We have been coming to this location for years, on MOTORCYCLES, with absolutely no issues.Well this particular night we were told by “Adam” management, that motorcycles will not be served at this location. Well, with this being a pandemic, the inside not being open, and never EVER hearing at any other location or fast food establishment that motorcycles will not be served. Well it’s in the eyes of the STATE is a motor vehicle! So being a tax payer, and holding a drivers license, and being told after we already paid for our food that we would be served this time, but not again was disappointing.So I called the establishment, asked to speak to a District or Branch Manager to gain a better understanding of why motorcyclist will no longer be served at this establishment? I was told my “Adam” the “manager”, he was not able to give out any information or means to contact anyone. He also could not tell me “when this rule started”.I left my Name, telephone number, and was told I would be contacted.Here we are two weeks later, I have not been contacted, by anyone. So I will attempt to reach out to corporate; if this rule is true, I guess it should be posted and I will make sure my fellow motorcyclists steer clear of such this particular establishment.
For the west side McDonalds We do our best to serve our customers if we are low on crew members please be patient and if missing anything please keep your receipt ..doordash if the lobby is closed please use the door right across from fast track .. We do our best to make our customers happy so bear with use if we are not going fast enough for you for we do have customers inside and drive through who ever is first unless everything gets done at the same time
Bf drives for door dash.He tried to walk inside and the doors were locked.. Went through drive thru just to be told he had to come in and the lady was very disrespectful about it. Tried to go inside again and nobody let him in again. The phone was also disconnected because we tried calling as well. This is ridiculous
Always waiting in line on lunch break way too long. Barely ever get my order right.
Very poorly managed. I watched customers come inside to order and after 5 plus minutes of waiting to even be acknowledged they walked out. Meanwhile all the teens in the back were standing around laughing/talking ridiculously loud for a workplace. Customer service at this location is the absolute worst. I mentioned that customers had walked out and was given a typical teen response of, oh. And that was it. Do NOT come here expecting a good experience, you definitely wont get one.
They never fill French fries up in large fry. It was only half full. As much $ as it was, I should get what I pay for. Also fries were not hot and have been sitting around a while. Nuggets were a little over done also.
Eggs were dried out, hash browns were extra now, and biscuit was hard.
This location is no longer 24/7. They are slow and extremely inefficient. I recently received an order of cheese burgers but the forgot to put the meat on it! Orders are wrong and employees spend more time talking to each other than actually working. Very disappointed and worth the drive across town to the other one
Its changed since the pandemic started. But, a good choice when you know youre just hungry for something with the kids.

I ordered a Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwich and two apple pies. Got home, and the deluxe has no tomatoes. Called the store. Josh - the manager on duty - says oh, sorry, we forgot to tell you we have no tomatoes I asked if they were going to do anything about it. That smug little jerk goes nope. I dont have tomatoes to give you and you already ate it so I cant give you a refund.I said I havent eaten it. So will you give me a refund if I bring it right back?No. I wont give you a refund. Theres nothing I can do for you.I am not eating this sandwich. Had I know there were no tomatoes i would have ordered something different.So if you want your sandwich to not come the way it is advertised on their sign, and then have their manager refuse to take the sandwich back and give you a refund, while being spoken to in a rude and condescending manner,, then this is your place.Personally, I think this is unacceptable. The business did not provide the sandwich that was advertised, and then their employee refused to correct the problem. This is bad form for business.
Ordered a chicken sandwich added cheese and onions and remove tomato and pickles, the cheese was hanging off the bun, the mayo was on the box not even on the sandwich, the lettuce and onions were off the sandwich, and the chicken is so crispy on the edges u cant even bite through it. Plus they put pickles and tomatoes on it when I specified not to.

The food is so-so but way over priced. Healthy subs would have been much cheaper and better tasting. They have lost sight of the original concept of value food for the family that all families can afford. Its what made them so popular.
I waited in the drive thru line for no less than 20 minutes just to be served a room temperature sandwich and a drink with no ice. Staff was less than friendly. Come to this McDonalds if you like waiting 4x an acceptable wait time for subpar food. Worst McDonalds I have been to.
Service and quality has decline massively
It is like they purposely mess things up, not just one thing either, our hole order was messed up this time and had to go back to get the food they forgot to give us
I went inside as the drive thru was 8 deep. Even with no one else in line they forgot part of my order. The fries were cold, and the big mac that looked like my 5 year old niece put it together not to mention the bun was stale, dry and crumbly.
Waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich order that I had to walk up to the window and cancel. Figured if I left early for work that I would be able to grab a breakfast sandwich but thats apparently to much to ask for.
This is twice now that this has happened. We ordered and they never give us all our food last time my brother and mother ordered burgers and they gave them 2 when they ordered 3. Now we ordered and they didn’t give us a whole meal. We will never go here again.
The staff for this location are always so nice even during a rush, they have great chemistry with one another and seem to enjoy working together. So great to see a team like that!
West side McDonalds has always been good at getting my Egg McMuffin craving to me swiftly, and without errors. When youre 8 mos pregnant, messing with your food is a no-no.😁👌
Go there daily for my iced coffee and yet its never made right, even after Ive asked the girl at the window who swears its right. Come on get it together. Mostly kids that work there and they dont honestly care.
Horrible stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting to be waited on i was the only one in the restaurant drive thru had alot of cars but thats no excuse to ignore me. McDonalds is suppose to be fast food and since the pandemic start they have become slow service.
The new seating area is uncomfortable and the old booths were better. The bench seats dig into your back but maybe you want your customers unconfortable so they will not stay too long. The service was no better which makes me believe the cleanliness will go back to what it was before....bad.
Normally I would have little to no expectations for McDonalds because you pretty much know what youre getting into, but this location is a cut below the rest. Managed and staffed by children who cant be bothered to provide a reasonable level of service or cleanliness or any pride in their work apparently.If you do risk dining here stick to the drive through: ensure you have ample time in your schedule, double check your order, and keep your receipt.
It was gross. Garbage cans over flowing and smelling bad. Asked if they had a place to toss my garbage and I was sent to another over flowing trash. Ended up taking it out side.
I went there to get some lunch and went inside and this man working was VERY rude. He was calling out orders obnoxiously and slamming food down on the counter like a child. Awful waiting time my food took forever to come out and no one was helping the other people order. Awful customer service. Do better.
Waited 20 minutes for egg, cheese bacon biscuit. They hadnt made biscuit s and it was 9 am. One man waiting with me waited 15 minutes for just coffee. They were not busy but became busy because they couldnt serve anyone. This is clearly poor management.
For fast food the food quality is sometimes ok other times not so much. Ive had my food be cold and not hot like it should be. Even at later hours when its not busy it seems to take way longer then it should be. Some of the workers are very rude when speaking to me and its very unappreciated I am just a paying customer trying to get some fast food not slow cold food. Really been contemplating not going here anymore until the service and food quality has improved.
I tried the quarter pounder deluxe. It was good, a cross between the regular quarter pounder and a big mac. Still wish you served Pepsi instead of coke. I also would like to have the collectibles drinking glasses made out of glass and not plastic

2022-03-17Attention to detail, customer service and professionalism from employees and management is very lacking. It typically takes 2 - 3 attempts for a custom sandwich to be made correctly and each time mistakes are brought to their attention, one hears much complaining under their breath. We have an autistic child, he will only eat a specific sandwich made a very particular way... even removing the unwanted items before presenting him the sandwich, somehow he knows and such begins an emotional breakdown based on his autism. 2022-05-07One of the slowest McDonald’s you will ever go to during lunch and dinner times. They will always prioritize drive through over people who order food inside and even then the drive through is out to the road often. The food is always good but the wait is always ridiculous. Go to the other store if possible on east side.

2022-05-14Make sure you check your bag before leaving. This place is guaranteed to mess something up. Forget about your order. Or keep you waiting 20-40 minutes.Food is usually cold or overcooked.Not a very good place to go.

2022-05-04As I stood there waiting for my order, for 25 minutes, I watched the guy making fries put his hands and fingers all over his face, including in his eyes and mouth. He then proceeded to make the fries without washing his hands or even leaving the station. He picked up a handful of fries with his bare(disgusting) hands and filled a bag of small fries. All the while he was chanting that he is the fry king. He cant even properly use an accu-shaker. Hes the fry king all right because his germs rule the fries and Im quite certain that half of Oswego will now have Coronary disease due to the amount of salt added to the fries by this self proclaimed king!

2021-05-23Asked for a six piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard for my son, and 2 cups of spicy sauce for me and my meal, got home got a 4 piece nuggets box with no nuggets, and a single cup of sauce which was put in that box

2022-01-29They actually had fresh fries when you ask for them. Not like others that quickly re-fry the old ones and think we cant taste the difference. Even during dinner time they kept the drive thru moving smooth.
