The first McDonalds Ive been to that got my special order correct the first time.

This place gets worse every time we go through. They ask for your order more than once normally 3 times. Then after you wait 15 plus minutes in the line for it the have somehow messed it up. They over salt the fries even when you specifically say NO salt. Honestly if you want $15 an hour do your job!
Ordered $28.00 worth of food. Asked for 2 honey packets. Was told could only get 1 or there is an extra charge! Seriously???! This place sucks! If we didn’t already pay before asking at the window for 2 honey packets ( not 5 or 6 ) although. I should have gotten as many as I asked for I would have left! This place still sucks! Literally sat for 10 minutes in lane 2. Said hello twice for service. Ended up going to the window for our order and sat 20 more minutes at the 3rd window. Then had to ask for our drinks with our order for an additional 12 minutes. Drove away just to realize that our order was wrong. So so disappointed. But Ill be back because hell the only other option is Taco Bell.
Eh… it’s McDonald’s… albeit a nice one with surprisingly friendly staff. Drive thru was slow as molasses. Food was consistent with other McDonald’s and I am now suffering the mcgurgles. What else can you say. It’s McDonald’s.
Waited at the second pickup window for over 15 mins. Our ice cream melted before we got our food. 4-5 cars drove off with their food while we were still waiting. & they messed up a plain cheese burger.
Ordered a deluxe qtr pounder....was plain. Ordered 10 PC spicy nugget....gave me plain. Hot mustard sause....nope, Mighty Hot sauce, the pop was the only thing you got right, and the girl at the window had the crappiest attitude ever. 13.75 an hour is way to generous for employees that cant get this much correct, total embarrassment.
There was a mix up in our order. No ones fault. The manager took care of everything and straightened it all out. Great service
We have waited for service to get better. But management needs to know:*We waited in line last evening for 15+ minutes for an apple pie (only).*6 cars in front of us, none of them moving. They werent directed off to the side.*They needed a calculator(2 employees) to figure change.*After all that...the pie was cold.
Closed early no signs everything with still on, ignored us the speaker had to go to the window to be told that they closed an hour early. Looked at us like we were an annoyance.
Workers clearly cant count to 4. Got 3 nuggets in my sons happy meal and his apple slices were open and partially rotten. No straws or napkins. Lowest quality control imaginable.
Huge shout out to this McDonalds. I have a lot of kids and I also make frequent lunch trips for a company, so my orders are always large. I use the mobile app which is amazing, so much easier and quicker plus lots of deals and rewards. They are always quick and I dont usually have problems with my orders and when I do Ive only ever had like one bad experience trying to exchange anything.

My first visit was excellent. I ordered a salad, and was pleased with the entire experience. Since I can only eat McDonalds salads (just about everything has enough gluten to make me sick), I went back for another. Walked in at 5 PM--no salads! None. This is incredible! I go well out of my to avoid all McDonalds, making an exception for this one due to its convenient location to the hotel. Well, now even this one is off my list.
Drive through service is just terrible. They have two lanes to order through yet they do a horrible job maintaining it. I sat in the outer lane for five minutes with no cars around and never received service! Then a car would pull up into the other lane and get an immediate response. They should have never renovated the store. Service was exponentially better before the renovation.
The inside is all new!Very clean!Nice small table groupings!And our quarter pound burgers were delicious! They made mine special because I did NOT want onions on it and.......ooooh....it was so good!Great place to stop for a fast bite to eat in PennYan!

Every time I go there there’s an issue with my order. Today they gave me a Big Mac with NO patties. The last 2 times they “forgot” to give me my sodas. The time before that they double charged my card. This place is ridiculous and the people that work there don’t care at all. They’re rude and obnoxious.
Recently re-opened with a double drive thru. The staff was struggling to get orders to the right cars. Unfortunately, I did not get the right order. Hopefully the staff will get it figured out and there wont be more mistakes. My french fries were good and hot though.
Not terrible. I traveled down to bath and got this McDonalds on my way, only issue was when I had asked for no cheese on my burger I over heard workers say can I just take the cheese off this one instead of making another one . Im allergic to dairy, I wasnt happy. I will no longer be going here on my trips, get better service at Taco Bell across the street. Dont assume people dont want cheese because they dont like it. 🙄

Ordered and payed for two big breakfast got home only to find one in the bag.Drove all the way back too Penn Yan from Dundee only too find out breakfast was over and had too order lunch.
Service is slow. Hamburger was cold. My coffee was good. Interior of restaurant seems Stark. Looks like a jungle zebra skin interior decor. Definitely at one star.

Late Night stop before closing, ordered ahead of time in the app and they couldnt find my order once getting to the location. They were able to have me re order it but what should of took 5 minutes took 30. Not fast but manager was willing to make things right.
Place was clean. Food came out fast AND correct. I am gf so I always order my sandwiches without bread. Some places just cant quite figure this out and my order is messed up. Missing 1 item or another that belongs on the sandwich. But they all knew what I wanted from the order to the kitchen. Thank you. My bunless big Mac was just how I wanted it

Its Mickey Ds. OK food, great staff. This restaurant is being torn down for a new replacement. Sad because they did the same to the Bath, NY site. Bigger building but less seating and cluttered with those Damn kiosks. Rediscovered BK, Arbys and local sub/pizza places. Will spend more there going forward. Mickey Ds service has slowed tremendously. Same happened in Florida.
Slow service. Girl said that they were over 600 seconds. We waited on a big Mac and bacon for burger on the value menu. Also wife got salad that was either around too long or not refrigerated properly. Will be,a very long time before we go back, if we do. We will not recommend this establishment.

Got my order wrong. Wanted only lettuce and tomato got everything except lettuce and tomato.
Fries and drink is fine, pathetic chicken sandwich though. Barely any lettuce or sauce, chicken feels over cooked and dry, bun is toasted almost to point of burnt.
The last 3 visits theyve let me Down. I understand they just reopened but they were in business before. Day 1 no cream in my coffee, Day 2 drive through window wasnt open at 6:20 am, today drive through took 5 minutes at window waiting for coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Very rude staff. I will NEVER go back theree again. Food was cold, the person who was a manager Im assuming never or anytbing..she gave us attitude and when asked for a refund she rolled her eyes and slammed money on counter. A short guy, Billy I think his name was, was bOn the grill and giving dirty looms. No.way would.i eat redone food when he looked pissed about it.
What can I say about McDonalds that hasnt already been said? Actually I was impressed with the service and my burger (smokehouse bacon) was the best burger Ive had in a long time. My expectations were low going in and they really surprised me. I dont normally do McDonalds but I will go back to this one.
I love Mc Donalds, but this place plain out sucks. As I stood there waiting for my order I heard some of the employees saying to another employee whats the matter with you dont you know your f--king Job this to me is very cruel and unjustifiable. They had this poor girl in tears, who in turn was my server and was very pleasant at that. If this is how they treat their employees by belittling the in front of customers then I think there should be some serious changes in management there. I would not and will not ever go there again and will never recommend this Mc Donalds to anyone at all.

Heavy set girl named jen at window was just terrible to my nephew just because she is a friend of his ex. Swore at him and just stood there giving him hell while I was in the vehicle...disrespectful and Ill never stop there again. As long as she works there. Their customer service is terrable.....
The food is standard Micky Dees. This looks like a newer place. Staff was friendly and helpfull. They use order markers for your table, so you dont have to all stand at the counter waiting for your order.
The new McDonalds is advertised to have the same amount of seating as the old McDonalds. Thats complete bull. I went inside to order and there wasnt one table/seat available. The seating has been cut in half and the place doesnt feel welcoming at all.

Drive through order wrong, wanted the cheese fries paid for them.Twice in the day, shorted hash browns in big breakfast order for our crew.
Its ok .1/4 pounder and double 1/4 pounder use fresh beef burgers now not frozen and actually taste good now . Wish they would change up menu and have a fish fry plate available with a couple pieces of haddock or cod or pollock !! Not with the fish they use now !! Offer a real steak with tator tots . Chicken parmesan with pepperoni over pasta . Their fountain coke needs the syrup turned up to taste more like coke instead of watered down coke . They need to go back to original oil for frying fries . Again offer tater tots .

2022-04-26I have been back ,after last reviewing to say ice has been in the ice machine as it should be. Enjoyed my time there and other customers did too because their was ice available for their soda. Thanks for addressing this problem.

2022-05-08Worst service, if I could give zero stars I would. I asked for my food to be made hot and fresh. I get my food and it’s ice cold and stale. So I go back through the line which took me 30 minutes to get through because the doors were closed for Mother’s Day, they left me sitting at the window for 15 minutes. Only to bring me more stale food I wish I would have just asked for my money back but I didn’t wanna have to sit through that line yet again

2022-04-05Its my opinion that if youve been to one McDonalds youve been to 90% of them. This one however did just get a new facelift not too long ago so it is fairly clean and fairly new.

2022-05-12Went through the drive thru, managed to get through semi quickly for the staff at hand. We ordered a quarter pounder and a McChicken, they tasted fresh and were made correctly as we made some changes.

2021-11-20The only reason I am leaving a 1 star, is because I cant leave negative stars...ordered in the mobile app, realized after half an hour it had been a long time, went into the store and even though I showed them my email receipt clearly showing I had paid, they stated they couldnt refund the money or give me food...they charged me $30 to sit in a parking spot for half an hour- no food, no refund...they told me I would have to just dispute the charges with the bank. Super freaking frustrating- do not recommend
