I have drove across the country with the family a few times. So I can say this with complete certainty!! I just had the most delicious Mc double and the freshest hot fries I have ever had from a McDonald’s!! The bun was soft, buttery and air like. The burger melted in my mouth!! Who ever was working today needs a raise!!! They know how to make great fast food!!
First experience here during the pandemic the staff remained very friendly professional and helpful. There’s hand sanitizer stations at the exit doors to maintain social distancing and clean for the next customer . Also very convenient off of route 9 the meals look exactly like the picture as they’re suppose to be like in Japan . I recommend this location to other to enjoy ...
The fries are the only thing thats edible. The bun and meat in the quarter pounder with cheese are barely edible, feels like the clown Ronald himself is playing a joke on you with plastic food. How does this chain stay in business serving such low quality ingredients? Tastes like salted cardboard with wax
THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I had to repeat my order to the drive thru 3x. They had people waiting over 20 minutes, finally gave their money back, I asked for unsweetened tea, I received both times sweet tea! They never brought my fries with my meal. I asked for a quarter pounder with bacon, it didnt come with bacon. Never have I had such an awful experience. They dont deserve $15 an hour!
As fast food experiences go, this was a really decent one. Ordering was easy, fast, and accurate - personnel were friendly and competent - wait time was minimal - but most importantly the food was hot, cooked perfectly, and fresh. Were talking everything was appropriately juicy, crunchy, seasoned, sauced - and no anemic, razor thin tomatoes or wilted, browning lettuce. Just an overall good, quick, tasty, fresh meal - isnt that all you can really ask for from fast food? Would definitely revisit if need be.
The worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too at least at night hours. It should literally take 20 mins for me to get a cheeseburger and 2 four piece nuggets and then for them to be ice cold and then when I ask for it to be remade you just reheat it so the inside is still ice cold . I also ask if I could change my soda out because the sprite was straight seltzer manager came out with attitude said I’ll give you your drink for free I said can I have a new receipt showing I’m getting the drink for free and then was told no we are going to give you another sodas for free but how is it another soda for free I don’t want this seltzer sprite. I will never return to this McDonalds again and I feel bad for owner this kids are ruining there business with inappropriate language and unprofessionalism. Two nights in a row and got the worst customer service in the tri state area.
Just had the worst experience at this location. Me thinking ordering from the app would be fast. Big mistake. At the drive thru register the lady charging me was lost. Then was told to pull over at curb side waiting. 15 minutes later my order and a gentleman that was beside waiting as well was given wrong orders. Another 15 minute wait. Just to get home and have my double bacon quarter pound had no bacon. Lol. This place is a joke
This McDonalds restaurants drive thru lines moves fast, especially when compared to the other McDonalds restaurant on Main St. The customer service isnt bad either. You will usually get a high school or college aged student who is just trying to do the best they can do.Thank you to all McDonalds workers!
I thoughtI got someones order, the sandwichs were not what ordered NO CHEESE.., one i have no idea what it was but the dogs ate THEM. Coffee was correct size, but no extra milk, NOT LIGHT AS REQUESTED.Got 2 packs SUGAR, asked for sweetener on the SIDE.I drove thru and placed a second order. IT was correct, but wrong drink.
Service was quick, friendly thorough and the store was pretty clean. My strawberry shake was horrible though. I ended up throwing it away because it tasted like straight strawberry syrup and the consistency was off. My Big Mac was good and the fries were excellent, nice and fresh.
They forgot my Mcchicken in my order. I went back to get it and the Overnight manager asked me 21 questions, When did i order, what was my order, what did it have , have tie and more. All for a sandwich that they forgot to add. He was pushy and unwelcoming and stated that they always ask 21 questions for messed up orders.
The customer service here is fantastic never in my life had been treated beyond a customer. Was treated as if all the customers were at a classy restaurant not a small food chain franchise. Every customer was greated and seated the food was delivered to each table. Last but not least before our meal was finished waitress checked to see if all was good and if anyone needed anything else. Beyond satisfied for going to Mcdonalds.
I had to cal McDonald’s just to make sure they were open (because of the snowstorm we just had and I didn’t have any food) and the lady said “I answered the phone didn’t I?”dude..How unprofessional do you have to be? Like I understand if you’re having a bad day..but come on..I go to the McDonald’s all the time.. like, holy hell like it ain’t hard to be nice12/18/20 (2 stars)—-UPDATE 12/19/20I called back again at 6pm and another person answered the phone, Becca, one of the night shift managers. Because it’s one of the other managers there and said ‘only managers should answer the phone’ (my guesses either another manager answered or an employee did)I told her I go to this location as a college student when I don’t have any food to eat back home (I’m 5 mins away). I told her in a loyal customer and I’m always super nice to the employees there and allot of employees acknowledge it, since I know what it’s like to work fast food.Becca offered a free meal as an apology, and I’m welcomed back, and that she said she was sorry I was treated like thisI really appreciated it. I understand that especially because of the virus, it’s tough on people. I only called to make sure they were open because it snowed- I lost power and I could cook anything, which is why I planned to go that night, but after the rude call, I didn’t and I felt heartbrokenI feel a lot better now. I usually don’t like to complain because i don’t want to be an annoyance or a hassle, but being disrespected when asking a question isn’t ok.Thank you Becca for understanding where I’m coming from.—Overall this location is very lovely and the workers always get my food right, even when I ask for my fries well done (I don’t like them soggy lol). It doesn’t hurt to be kind in these trying times- as someone who is part Canadian, I always try my best to show gratitude and compassion.
I Went there last night around 230 am. I ordered 3 mc chicken and 2 small fries and 2 soda. I came up to the first window and the guy wasnt wearing uniform and also was not wearing mask to protect from the virus. I paid and went to second window and the server was not wearing any uniform and not wearing gloves and mask when he gave me my drinks. I got my food and the mc chickens were cold and the fries were hot. I went around the drive thru again and I was calm and asked them if I could have a replacement of my mc chickens because these were cold. The guy told me to pull around to the second window and they would replace my meal. The crew member was nice and told me to wait but then the 2 managers that again didnt tell me he was a manager was rude and told me that I had to give the mc chickens back. I asked him about covid regulations and not to take anything back. But I did give them back to him and he immediately threw them away and gave me attitude. I asked him if he was mad and I told him I am sorry for the trouble but he looked at me and gave me the finger when he brought me out my food. I wont go back
I like the self order digital screen. I also enjoy the table service after placing of the order. No hassle drive thru; your order is brought to car when ready in a special waiting area really close. Enjoyed meal because you can substitute and add different ingredients. 5 stars fast food.
It was late night when my fiance, myself, and a co worker of his went here. The manager who took our order was extremely friendly. We go here on the late night a lot. We travel from Wappingers, because our local McDonalds is not corporate owned. This McDonalds is full fledged corporate owned and operated. Keep up the amazing work.
It seems as though every time we go there now its really dirty and our order is always messed up. Its really a pain because we usually end up going there every weekend because my mom likes to go, well at least she used to! Seriously though, standing at the counter you can see the mess its disgusting! I know things get messy when youre busy but people should be cleaning as they go, there they have numerous people just doing what? Mopping?
If I could give this store no stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. Every time I go here it’s going to be at least a 20 min wait for the food. How can they call this fast food. Then on top of that the order is never ever right. I order something with no onions, the women reads the order back to me it’s correct the name when I get my food there onions on it! Every time. It’s insane that I have to sit at the window and check to make sure there is no onions. This store is also listed as 24 hours yet when I try to get food at 3:45am they tell me no we’re closed for a hour. What the heck! How is that 24 hours? This store is just all around horrible. They are slow, can’t get the order right, bad customer service and employee attitude, while lying about there hours.
Stood in line for over 10 minutes with one customer in front of me. Their order was taken while I was ignored at best. Im not an impatient person but they could have at least taken my order and put it in to get it ready. I was so frustrated that I walked out without saying a word. Whats the point of being open if youre not going to wait on customers?? Very poor service all around.

Words cant explain. First time I have ever experienced both the drive-thru and inside a McDonalds on the same occasion. They forgot I was in the line. My fresh chicken looked more like a 5th graders science project; not to mention they forgot my honey mustard. Thats all!
Just when you thought this McDonalds could not get any slower they added a second drive thru and now instead of the 10 minute wait at the drive thru for your fast food its now more like 15-20 minutes. Worst service ever. Make sure to go out of your way to a different location the extra 5 minute drive will save you a ton of time.
Terrible service. I ordered my food, the order was incorrect, I came back up to the counter, the manager was not doing anything but watched me stand there for five minutes until one of the staff approached me and corrected my order. Management needs to understand that the customer is not a guarantee, customers come into a business out of their own free will, give the customer excellent service and the customer will come back and from word of mouth the customer works to increase the customer base, take the customer for granted and give poor customer service and the customer not only stops coming into the business but by word of mouth decreases the customer base. It is simple math: customers equal paycheck, no customers equal no paycheck.
Most tasteless burger Ive had. 1/4 pounder without cheese. Very surprised. The frozen beef ones were much better.Fish sandwiches were out together so haphazardly. Tartar sauce just on one section, cheese stick to the bun and fish so you couldnt move it to get everything in one bite.Just disappointing overall.
Tonight we received outstanding customer service in your London road branch,Glasgow. We were served by Quan who was immediately warm and welcoming and took interest in our evening. Rather than us wait she said she would bring our food to our table.While at the table, the manager approached us and started to chat with us. Again very interested in our evening and with a warm welcome and a good laugh.This high level of customer service in your restaurants is very rare and as a manager I believe in rewarding staff who go out their way to give 100% customer service. Please can I ask you make sure this is recognised and the staff are given full praise.
If I can have zero stars that is what I would give this McDonald’s they are incompetent they don’t know what they are doing I asked for an ice coffee and they asked if I wanted water then when I when they asked what I wanted in the coffee and I said black they put milk and sugar in it, just incompetency it’s ridiculous I won’t go there again.
We went to wash our hands before eating and the bathroom was so dirty it turned us off from staying there. On the outside it looks like a nice place but inside the employees are not keeping it clean and organized. Its resteraunt where people eat it should be kept much better. So disappointed.
Very rarely is there milkshake machine and ice cream machine up and running every time I come here its down and I get nothing but attitude I ask them when you expected to be back up and I get attitude they say things like its going to be down all day and I have no idea literally one out of every five times I go there I am able to get a milkshake and it is the only reason I go there the majority of the time I also repeatedly asked them to make my food fresh and they say okay and it should take more than 10 seconds to make fresh food and they just ignore my request and they give me food thats been sitting there and by the time I get home 1 mile away from the location that my food is all cold they just ignore my request and they do not care I have had enough of McDonalds
Go here all the time for lunch. Nicest drive thru employees I have ever met. Lines can be long around 12:00pm but there are two drive thru lines to order from. Amber and Melissa are such sweethearts! The little spanish lady who gives the food at the window is so sweet too!
So Google just asked me how McDonalds was... not a good time to ask. Dont stop by often but this time in particular my experience was abysmal at the Marist College location in Poughkeepsie. Wait in line to order, wait in reserved spot for food, ended up walking inside after about 20 mns. to cancel my order and get my money back. Lesson learned.. fast foods not fast anymore and maybe Saturday afternoon isnt a good time to patronize this establishment.. Ps was not really busy inside or out, it just seemed that they were a little confused operationally... :-(
Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in the drive through. I wanted to order a simple hot fudge sundae..... waited over 20 minutes got to the order spot finally.,,,, only to be completely ignored by whoever was supposed to be taking orders. I left after wasting over a half hour..... seriously terrible service. Won’t go back here.
Was reprimanded, by the manager, (lady) for asking for a refill of coffee. I was in my car during a teleconference so as not to disturb the other customers while on the phone. Told if I leave the store I cant get a refill. NO SMILE, No Eye contact, NO THANK YOU, terrible consumer centric service.

Please...PLEASE!!!! do not eat here. I recently went to Mcdonalds to try their new Buffalo Bacon burger and even before I took a bite, I saw a nasty long brown hair in my burger, I was so shocked and disgusted. They obviously dont care about sanitation and being clean. They probably dont even wear hairnets in the back. This was the most disturbing experience in my life when it came to food. If I could give a zero review I would do it 10 TIMES OVER. DONT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT HYGIENE!
Update: my issue was resolved after calling the restaurant.I ordered online and then walked all the way there to have them tell me the order didn’t go through (which it did). I left my phone at my dorm room so they told me that was the reason. I am very dissatisfied with their inability to resolve my issue, as I spent a lot of time walking there and walking back. I did not buy anything else because I was so mad that they wouldn’t accommodate my order.
Ive been to this McDonalds many different times because it is across the street from my school, and Ive gone there twice this week. Both times I asked for a crispy ranch snack wrap, a mcdouble with no pickle and onion, and a medium fry. The first time I went there I waited 10 minutes at the window for my food. I received a mcdouble with no pickle and onion, a rather cold medium fry, and no snack wrap. The second time, a mcdouble with onion and pickle (onions upset my stomach), a mcchicken, and a medium fry. Ive been to many mconalds restaurants in my life, and a few of them Ive been to consistently. Sometimes they mess up my order, but I dont leave a scathing google review because mistakes happen. Having said that, an incorrect order and slow service should not be the norm, and Im tired of it.
Well McDonalds still has its minor issues like the day I went to McDonalds recently it was in the late afternoon around 2:33 and they still have the breakfast menu showing on their Lane number to board when I left some 10 or 15 minutes after ordering inside the store they still hadnt changed it after I told him about it oh well...
I hate putting bad reviews but yesterday i went to this McDonalds and ordered an egg and cheese on an English muffin with a small french vanilla ice coffee, I got a ham egg and cheese which I couldnt eat because of my Religion and my ice coffee didnt even have french vanilla in it.

2022-06-02They are a good place to get food. However, several times I have come into the store they have not giving me everything I ordered.Like recently I ordered three fries (one with a meal/ two large and a medium). They only gave one large and one medium.

2020-10-11Went for dessert with the family. Bought a snack size Oreo mcflurry for the kiddo and 2 regular size Oreo mcflurries for myself and the girlfriend. We went through the drive thru. They took our order quickly, paid just as quick. But wanted us to pull up to the waiting area. Thats okay I guess, takes time to stir up the Oreo crunchiest maybe. By the way, no one was behind us ordering until right before our mcflurries came out so not exactly sure why we had to go to the waiting area. We received our mcflurries and I started to drive off. My girlfriend looks at the cups and then says to me theyre not really full, like maybe a little more than half the cup. Not for nothing, but if they charge almost $4 for what amounts to 1 scoop of ice cream, then people should start complaining more. When we got home, we called the store and they said to come in and theyll make it right. Not really what Id like to be doing on a Sunday evening. Driving back and forth because they didnt get the order right the first time. Im placing 2 stars because we were served in a timely manner and we were greeted with smiling faces.

2022-04-29The mobile contactless delivery is a joke here. They do not even come out to bring it out to you! We are in the middle of a COVID-19 Pandemic and they do not care about anyones safety who is high risk which is unbelievable. After ordering contactless delivery on the app and waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot I finally had to go inside to get my food which was cold. The heavy set manager lady was extremely rude making it sound like it was my fault which clearly it wasn’t. Don’t offer contactless delivery if you are not going to actually do it! This place is a joke STAY AWAY

2022-04-19I normally just cruise thru the driveway. After discovering the mobile app for my convenience I used it and it went all wrong from there. I pulled up and placed my order at the post and gave them my code. When I got to the second window I was handed the wrong item so I handed it back to the employee and instead of them throwing it away after I touched it they placed it back on the drink station. I was charged twice because the manager not the Gm just another manager had said I gave them the wrong code of which I didn’t they just put it in incorrectly or something on their end. Long story short a 3 min trip turned into a 35 min wait for them to get my change together and back out to me accordingly after asking me to come inside I declined that’s not why I drove there if I wanted to go in I would’ve never used the app. I then call back to speak to the GM ALEX and he instead of just letting me vent and get what was bothering me off my chest he cut me off and told me if I wanted to have a conversation further about this for me to come in. So in my spare time I will indeed come speak with you one on one but I want others to see this and understand communication goes a long way and it’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I won’t be retuning there for another meal but I will be there to complain.

2022-04-29I’m just here cuz that skinny kid with glasses destroyed my breakfast order this morning, when as a customer ask for a sausage mcgriddle sandwich & hasbrown please assume egg is apart of the meal, they just gave me a piece a sausage on a piece a bread & I didn’t realize until I was a mile away like cmon smh & looking at the receipt I see sausage biscuit when did I ever say that get off the register !!!!!
