Just travelling through and we stopped for lunch at this McDonalds along Highway 87.It was a lovely experience.Customer service was exceptional. Everyone was really friendly and nice. They seemed sincere in their niceness and not just doing it because they had had to and it was part of their job.I had the southwest salad and it was fresh and delicious.When we were leaving we ordered americano coffee and it also was served with a friendly smile and was delicious.This McDonalds on the side of Highway 87 was extremely clean. I dont know if it was recently renovated but the bathrooms were spotless. There was a metal trim at the bottom of the walls and the trim was shining.There was a vase of fresh flowers on just about every table, and that elevated my fast food lunch into something very special.Great job!
Always old horrible food if its not busy. Live 25 min away not going back anymore. Every time is a horrible experience. Told the woman at the window my food was old. She gave me a nasty attitude and said it was just cooked. The nuggets I showed her were ice cold you could tell they were reheated the burger was so salty I couldnt eat it. Dont go
We ordered one happy meal they charged us for two. We ordered a soda with no ice and the lady gaVe us one with ice. We asked her to fix the soda and she said if i take the soda back i just gave you i would have to give you an another one which would be the equivalent of giving you an extra one for free. Then she said btw all the sodas are automatically filled with ice by a machine. Lol
Most workers are friendly and efficient but some are rude and mistaken cups of water as soda. Food is NOT hot or fresh unless you specifically ask for it cooked to order and its on the receipt, some cashiers do not know what cooked to order means even though theres a button for it on the register. If your lucky enough to get a good cashier your food will be hot and fresh.
I normally would give this McDonalds a 5 star review, however when I ordered it was fast and there wasnt many people inside ordering. Thats where everything slowed way down. We waited an half hour for our ordered, by the time we were on the road our ordered was completely wrong. I wasnt going back. I will most likely going to stop by again but not sure when. When its busy its right and fast.
I just left there about 15 minutes ago. It took them 4 minutes to acknowledge me at the drive thru. When she did she was polite and took my order. I drive to the window to pay and then drive to the next window. When I get to the second window I felt sick to my stomach looking at the crud on the window. This place is filthy. Ill find another McDonalds to go to. I dont care how far it is. This place needs an overhaul.
We were on a camping trip to the Adirondacks and had to buy dinner to the group. There were about 12 Spicy chicken burgers, fries and nuggets. Even though there were lot of people they tried to meet our request on reasonable time. We made our order through the kiosk at the location. So it was easy.
This was the best experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. It was probably the busiest McDonalds I have ever been too as well. The parking lot was literally full as well as the drive thru. They had a dedicated drive thru person that was at the front counter. All they did was take drive thru orders. No drinks, no taking money, no handing orders out the window. They had food kiosks in the lobby as well as 2 people taking more orders at the counter. There were at least 4 expeditors handing out orders and the orders were flying out just as fast as they were coming in. There we a couple of mistakes I saw. The crew never asked for a manager. They fixed it immediately for the customers and they left with a smile. This was a well trained, well managed QSR. A definite asset to they company. Very nice job to all. And everyone was super friendly!
Stop here whenever Im passing thru, its been here many years. Always clean and pleasant, which is pretty amazing because of the amount of business it does. Today was breakfast, fresh sausage mcmuffin, so good. Only complaint is they are using kiosks to order and it slows the process
This is a good Mc Donalds however there slow wait a long time and people are always nice . One thing I do menchion is why as soon as you pull up to the order menu the hello may i take your order and I say will you please give me a minute to look over the menu dont they realize you just got to that menu they should be a little more considereit . Another small thing I notice why are the French fries upside down in the bag after waiting so long could they try and put them in straight up The today is flat and they keep serving it ,I know none of the night people know how to change the soda carbonation so they keep pouring it all night
Bad experience worst macdonald On my way to visit my mom in town i come through drive in this little boy called himself dustin tell me that the mcflurrie is not a drink and immediately after tells me had no mcflurries or ice creams my kids were upset and had to explain why the dumb workers cant do anything bc they r stuiped never come here they even gave me wrong order food and no bacon when I asked phone doesnt even answer when I call
Went thru the drive-thru, once again asked to pull up into the waiting area, watch several cars go thru and get their orders, it’s now 15min later still no food, went in to ask about my order, was looked at and asked what order, they had NO clue, this poorly run McDonalds is an embarrassment and the management doesn’t value their customers or the customers time stating to me, it’s only food, this is unacceptable, a drive-thru doesn’t imply that you will first have to pull over or wait 15min for your order, so be warned if you are in a hurry they don’t care.
Awesome crew members, fast and friendly also professional service. The food is hot and fresh. Tastes great. Renee you are a great person and are doing a wonderful job as a franchisee of McDonalds. Also a huge shout out to renees sister Mo, she sang a song about my order I placed this morning for breakfast!! Awesome job!!
Not a big fan of fast food but my teen girls ( picky eaters) generally have a mcnugget meal weekly. No problems with food. Service was good..quick, friendly drive thru employees. It still amazes me though, how expensive mcdonalds has become, for the most basics of food.
It’s a McDonalds. Hard to give any such chain an individual review as the service and cleanliness changes from day to day, shift to shift. But all in all seems to be well managed. Have never gotten the wrong food order. They need to fix their drive through. Only one lane and you have to block the parking lot to queue up (or be nice and leave a gap)
Dropped my food on the floor at the drive through and I would’ve taken it from the floor, I don’t care, it was in a bag. But the staff starting talking and I could hear them: “we’ve got a dropped bag at the window, we’re gonna need the whole order again stat, ALL of it” it was run like the military and I was in awe, they had my highly customized order newly made and over to me in no time at all and I was very impressed. It’s just a McDonald’s right? Wrong, this place is run like clockwork, respect for that.
Walked in and waited in line for 10 minutes to try place an order. Someone else walked in, addressed the person behind the counter by name, and they were able to order within 30 seconds while I was still waiting to place my order. Decided to use the kiosk to place my order to go. Others who ordered after me for dine in received their food before me. Ended up waiting 17 minutes for my food after placing the order. Asked several times and was repeatedly told they were busy with other customers.
McDonalds is McDonalds.Mostly consistent and hits the spot when I want it (which is less and less as I get older).I have to wonder about a couple of things, such as the ice coffee. One store has a good color and flavor, 10 miles down the road and its more like sweet cream water.On another note, I have a general question about how people do a mental dump at the drive through. Why is it when I bring someone through, approach the speaker and get the order request from the Mc-employee, the person who is with me says, gee, I dunno what I want. What do they have?.Its McDonalds.If the menu HAS had any changes, its been on TV for the last week...😂😂😂
Honestly, its McDonalds. If u dont like to wait, leave. Order a drink in the drive thru and complain u had to wait!?! How about go inside. The store is understaffed half the time. How can anyone expect fast, have patients. You never know what the situation is. Have compassion and understand the situation and maybe some people would have less to complain about. The food is usually fresh and delicious and service is always with a smile and sometimes an apology for the wait. By the way, they dont sale raspberry sweet tea.😋
This Micky Ds has just been updated inside. They now have kiosks so you can order your meal and just sit down. They bring it to you at your table. Great table service by the staff and things run pretty well. Thank you Scott and staff , the place looks very spiffy.Update to last post. Kiosks not yet online but table service is up and in affect. Amazing everyone who works here is professional and nice! Dont understand all the negativity, but maybe people dont understand that working in this type of business can be rough! Always gets my orders right and always have smiles on their faces! A good crew and the food is fresh and delicious.
McDonalds is McDonalds. Consistent quality cant be expected. You never get the same customer experiece or good food always. Some employees like their job other times that same employee is miserable. Sometimes the food is good, other times you can squeeze out the grease.
Its fast food that is not great for you, but its tasty enough, hot when you get it, and it hits the spot.I asked for my burger to be drowned in ketchup and they came pretty close to it. I aknowledge that its a pretty wierd request. I like alot.Theyre decently equipped.
Have gone here once a week, minimum, on our way to jobs in Bolton for part 8 years. The service speed has gotten increasingly longer the past 2 years and this year its been nearly 10 minutes to get our food the 4 times weve been in. No longer stopping, now its faster to drive the extra distance to Stewarts.
The McDonalds at Warrensburg exit 24, I 87 is excellent, there breakfast sausage burritos are Awesome, Service very quick, and Im glad I stopped there. Also they did my carmel iced latte, perfectly!!! Will stop again!!! Very clean tables, you deserve 5 stars in my book, Great Job!!!
Kitchen was nothing less than a filthy mess as clearly viewed. McChicken was the most rubberized Ive ever had. The only reason for 2 Stars was reception. She did an amazing job - and she requires recognition. The res was best to forget about it... The Windows were even dirty... Not so much a fan of this place
Ordered no O on my dbl. Cheeseburger and once again there were onions. It took over 10 minutes to get to the pickup window for my order. The persons in front of me should have parked and had their order brought to them, not keep everyone waiting. My French fries were cold!
I dont think Ive ever had a positive experience at warrensburg McDonalds. Its just meh, we wanted ketchup for our fries, but the pumps were empty. After asking 3 employees to fill it, the manager was like yeah, we dont know how to change it out, here are some packets is there someone employed by McDonalds with the sole owner of the knowledge it takes to change the god damn ketchup? Daughters Happy meal had 7 fries... Solid outing.
They tried overcharging our group for our food in the first place. So we made them start all over for our order. The staff got mad. Then we caught staff members in the kitchen including the manager saying We know how were gonna handle their food. Lets even go one step further and take our shirt off and bring it to themVery disgusted with this place. Now I know why I don t ever go to McDonalds. Plus they had a 14 year old working there. Thought you needed to be 16 to work at a place like that.
Horrible experience. Handicap parking spaces blocked by traffic cones. Bathroom was filthy, toilets not flushed and tp on floor. Food was lukewarm. Order taken by a young man whose command of the English language was poor and he messed up our order. The influx of foreign employees in the summer in our tourist town can sometimes hurt a business.
Stopped in on the way to Tupper Lake to get coffee. It was late. The two people behind the counter were stocking and completely ignored us. We walked out.Stopped on the way back from Tupper two days later. Waited usually long for two meals to go. Got in the car, headed south, and they had given us the wrong sandwich and forgot an order of cookies. Wow, 2 misses big time. Worst service ( or lack there of) at a Mcdonads ever.My advice , hit another along the Northway.
McDonalds Warrensburg above Lake George they dont have a McDonalds in Lake George anymore that has moved out for a quick Burger instead of going to Exit 18 you can go to Exit 23 Warrensburg it was good you can get fries without salt it takes a little longer though you would think for fast-food it would take less time but you know teach its own I guess I would recommend this McDonalds
There arent many McDonalds in the NYS Adirondack Mountain State Park. This McDonalds is popular with locals, as well as visitors and residents on vacation or traveling through. They have a drive-thru service, in addition to indoor dining. They have wheelchair accessible parking, and accessible restrooms inside. We traveled to this McDonalds while exploring the Adirondack State Park, so my friend could get a couple Big Macs.
Honestly the worst experience ive ever had at a mcdonalds. Went there for a late night mcflurry and all the icecream machines were down, who knows how even long theyve been down. Then i asked for breakfast and then say they dont serve breakfast all day but they have an updated menu on a flatscreen tv that has the breakfast menu and a caption that says alldaybreakfast
One of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been in. An issue here is that they do not serve you your food when it is ready. They serve it to you in the order that they received it. This means if you just order a coffee after someone who put in a large order you have to wait until that person receives their giant order even though your coffee was made and is just sitting behind the counter getting cold. They just refuse to give you your coffee even though it is ready.
I live in warrensburg so this is my local mcdonalds, I cant tell you how many times Ive sat in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes at this mcdonalds for simple small meals, Ive even been given the wrong food before which was way more than I had ordered, they forget they small things a lot

2022-08-16I feel for the staff, because they were clearly overwhelmed, however, I have never witnessed such ineptitude before and management really should do right by their staff (training, support, etc.) so what happened today won’t happen again. We used the app to order a curbside pickup and, at 30 minutes still waiting, I went inside to ask about my order. The worker looked at me exasperatedly and said “you’re next,” so I went outside to await the delivery. 15 minutes later I went back in and literally watched as the two staff members behind the counter stared at the order monitor for minutes, holding burgers in their hand, placing the burgers into and out of the same bag multiple times. They had no clue what was going on! I asked for a refund, which a very low key guy started to process for me (he was very good at de-escalating and I acknowledged that, because everybody around was losing their minds and asking for refunds after waiting similar amounts of time) and he told me he could give it to me via cashless app, like Apple Pay. I asked if I could go to my car to get my credit card to put it back on, which he said yes to, but when I went to go back in the store, they had locked the doors! Luckily, the staff member came to get me and finished my return. We had boat reservations to make it to, so we couldn’t wait any longer.I don’t blame the staff for this—it is improper training. Where is their support? Also, I noticed tons of black flies inside the store, which should be addressed by management. I would skip this McDonald’s.

2022-07-30I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where I felt like I needed to leave a review. We stopped on our way to Indian Lake and the trash cans outside were overflowing, the service was super slow, they said they were out of ketchup, and the bathroom was filthy. The back stall had feces all over it. The cashier appeared to be wearing pajamas. If you’re traveling through I would keep going. It’s McDonalds so not expecting much, but this one was truly awful.

2022-03-31It took three times for them to get the Price Rite for a value cheeseburger with bacon. They rang it up two times and it came in at over $10. The manager had to come over to bring it up properly for the right price. Then I get it the Burger was barely warm and the cheese wasnt even melted and the bacon was cold.

2022-06-29I stopped in this McDonalds the weekend before the 4th of July we were up camping at some friends camp the food was nice and hot and fresh but they put my food on the counter and never called my number I sat there for probably 10 minutes waiting for my food before I said something all together probably 25 minutes with ordering and everything they were very busy so by far this is one of the better McDonalds Ive been to

2022-06-12Just left this established baffled! 4 cars including mine in the drive through. Took the women a considerable amount of time to respond on the intercom. When she did she was rude and impatient. Even snarking at my oder. When we pulled up to the window she took our payment and stood in the window talking to another employee saying i dont care, Im not taking this womens order then she gets on the intercom and says with an attitude we are doing the best we can because theres only one person working so you need to be patient. Completely unprofessional. Food was salty and missing part of the order.

2022-08-08Every table in the restaurant was dirty and we didnt see anyone clean anything while we were there. The high chair was filthy. There was no soap in the mens room. The dryer in the womens room didnt work and there were no towels. The stalls needed attention too. The food was ok, but it was obvious that they didnt have enough help.

2022-08-18Averaging 35 minutes sitting in the drive thru three times in a row over a two week period (over 50 minutes one of those times) is not what I would consider drive thru. None of the managers care either. God forbid the ice cream machine works more than once within a given week.

2022-06-29Weve been using this McDonalds as our pit stop on our way to our family camp in the Adirondacks... Its actually become a tradition stopping at the Warrensburg location, and Ive always said the food at this particular McDonalds has always been so fresh!

2022-08-12I would never go back its the worst service. Your food is cold and they dont have a clue as what theyre doing. If youre on lunch or a break find some place else, to long of a wait.

2022-07-16Food was fresh but I used the handicap bathroom while I was there which I usually do when in the area. It was filthy. Worst Ive ever seen it. The store was not busy at the time.
