Always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your meal once you get the meal food is cold. Not even worth the wait.
It was great. I was sitting in the parking lot when an idea dawned on me 3 or 4 weeks ago. What if McDonalds accepted doge made a post on reddit then I saw that they might be considering it. I found peanut butter in my burger. McDonald’s doesn’t even serve peanut butter? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN HOW TO WEAR GLOVES AND WATCH WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Food was cold as is & to bite into peanut butter? What if I had a nut allergy. Never again.
Went to McDonalds at this location after the casino. We waited in line for 30 minutes all for the screens to be turned off and then the lights while we were waiting in the drive thru. ( There were over 10 cars there line backed up to the road) they stopped taking orders all of a sudden. They close at midnight but at 11:45 they decided to stop serving customers and not make us aware that they were closed or closing After 30 minutes the employee tells us that oh we closed 15 minutes early. So why is it that your lights was still on when everyone pulled in but then you chose to turn them off while customers were in the drive thru. A complete Disgrace! Poor customer service and lack of transparency with customers. Will not be returning to McDonalds. You are suppose to put customers first us that not your motto.

I would recommend everything except the burgers. Not sure if youve ever seen that viral video about McDonalds beef burgers, but if you want to continue to eat McDonalds burgers, dont watch it. Nasty.But I do like their French fries and chicken.

Took over an hour to get food, and then the order was completely messed up.They followed that up when confronted by getting the food for the person who was behind us in the drive thru and then taking another 15 minutes to make the food.
Its supposed to be fast food but you wait in line for your order. They never put napkins in the bag and they didnt put my sauce in the bag

Love how they bring the food to your table now (they used to make you wait by the counter) but without fail they forgot to give us some of our food and I had to go back to the counter anyway.
Plenty of Mcd around, so description isnt necessary used drivethru , also have the app, while I t goes back as far as I know, Im a couponer: this app stuff is as 👍 as 📱 phones are; so anyone in the 🚗 can get the app ready, this one is a double order station, helpful! Apps have a list of daily deals. But its 🕐 choice per day, then see you tomorrow. Some have order ahead but thats above my skills, Mcd is following or leading in the switch up the deals to please those, as me with ongoing new recipes, and tempting 💰 deals, so ✅ in often.
Worst place to order from. Managers please train your staff properly. Went through the drive thru and was charged an extra decaf when I made it clear it should be part of the meal. Then you don’t give me sugar, creamers and ketchup as I requested when I placed my order. Stay away.

Food is so salty it burns your tongue. fries are cold and completely covered in salt, and the staff is so incompetent they cant even put your entire order in the bag. First time having McDonalds in months and I immediately remembered why I stopped going. $15an hour? What a joke
Too bad you cant do a negative star rating because this place would be a -10!! They always pull you up and you end up waiting 15-20 minutes at night. So if your getting off work and want a drink and burger and to go home in a timely manner... dont go here!! Looked online said they open at 5am. So I figured I go and get some breakfast before work. I pull in at 5:09 and place is still dark I figured ok maybe they are getting ready to open up soon. It gets to 5:30am and they are still not open. If they’re not open at 5am they should change their times on Google
They did not listen to directions of my order. I said no egg, still got egg. I wanted 3 breakfast sandwiches with double meat and cheese, they dofnt happen either AND instead of all McGriddles, I got English muffin on one of them.
Just happened to be out when this location switched to lunch. Placed an order on the app and parked. Food came out about 5 minutes later and everything was ice cold! All the food looked like somebody stepped on it and my Big Mac had one patty!
Always fast and friendly!! Fries are filled properly and not 1/2 full like the McDonalds in Auburn-West end. Will take the extra time to drive to the Waterloo/Seneca Falls McDonalds anytime!!

Stopped to pick up meal for a friend and take advantage of the $1 drinks too. I think my biggest feedback for what seems all McDonalds is get a better speaker. It appears to me that staff struggle to hear and there isnt any need for that. Other wise, a good experience.
Quick service nice staff. They should probably put up rat traps outside or add more if they have some already. Saw a rat running around the back door while waiting in the drivethru line.

They had good deals for the food. The quality was decent. The fish sandwich was good. The Big Mac was alright, just to much lettuce on it, but thats with any McDonalds. The fries was not very fresh. They were just warm from the warmer. But all in all it was a decent meal. The tables inside were very short and square.

Have you ever experienced literally the worst, forgetful, misplaced ordering restaurant in your life? Well look no further- right down the road from the Seneca Meadows dump is the second biggest dump in Seneca county. You might as well hand your cash over to any cashier in there and just drive off because your order will never be correct or the food you purchased will not be in the bag. I swear Stevie Wonder would be a better employee that would actually read the order and bag up the correct items. If youre ever in the area, just drive by and starve its not even worth looking at. Youre better off eating out of one of the trash cans out front to be satisfied.
There was a worker there who calls all the items on the menu by funny names during the night shift. My partner and I laughed so hard, it was great! I didnt catch his name, but he was a friendly, happy older gentleman.
My 4 stars for fast food is like a 5 star for individuals! I normally stay away from fast food chains; have for decades.My wife works near this one, we were driving by and she’s calling the shots!Well... this location was impeccably clean, courteous, and makes sure everything is cooked to order!My specialty burger was outstanding (the advertised Spanish one with smoked bacon and teal Gouda cheese AND lots of thick cut fresh onions!This lunchtime experience has revitalized a long agnostic belief in “restaurant quality” food that is “fast”‼️
Food is good some of the employees service however not so much. They do often forget things in your order when theyre busy. But really any fast food place youre going to run into the same problem.
On several different occasions my family and myself have had to wait 15 to 20 min for our food just to receive old and soggy food. Very disappointing and confusing as to why? Also they always mess the order up forgetting have the order that was placed or mixing it up all together, forcing us to have to go back into the store and get the proper food that we order and have to wait all over again even longer. Its very frustrating when you have young children with disabilities. This has happened at least a handful of times.
Went in there with my son to get some food. The few workers there took quite some time to prepare the food and give us our order. When we finally got the food, the burgers were small and had items my son did not like to eat. Told him we would ask for our money back. Workers told us the best they could do was re-make the food but state it as plain and write it off as free to make up for the time wasted. Even after this happened son still did not have a tasty treat to eat, we ended up going to Burger King on 5 & 20 and had excellent service there. Will never go to this McDonalds again.

Manager sent out cold cold cold fries and forgot the other fry. 9pm Sunday sept 5 2021. Went back around and a long line of cars. Picked up hot order of onion rings from Burger King on the way home. If female manager cant serve hot food then they should be fired. Ridiculous
I arrived in the drive through at 11:10am and didnt leave until 11:30am for just a #2. The employees were very grumpy along with everyone else that was waiting. I might not go back. Two stars because the burger was eh... okay. I can tell they dont clean the grill often.
Staff was nice, but slow
Ordered unsweet tea due to diabetes, left, then went to takensip and about died. Not 1st time they screwed up. Asked for extra pickle no onion....got 1 pickle and onion...fries tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Wont go to this one again. Doesnt pay to run late and try to grab a quick bite, better off starving.
The Lyons New York McDonalds has done a great job during the Coronavirus pandemic. I go thru the driveway virtually every week day and even when theres a long line I rarely have to wait more than 3-4 minutes. If you order on the app, you can skip the line and be in and out of the parking lot in less than a minute. Its pretty cool to drive by ten cars in the drive thru and pull right back out.As far as the inside, it has been totally remodeled. Under normal circumstances they are very quick and attentive. You can order thru the app, at a kiosk or the old fashioned way. They give you a number and deliver your food to your table.
Even when asked to cook fries all the way they have a hard time and dont hope to also get salt on them.
Cheap and fast. Not more than that to say. Really hate the new self serve kiosk inside. I appreciate customer service. Plus, I really dont want to swipe my fingers all over something a million other people have before I put my fingers on my food. Disgusting!
This place is terrible and they are still not allowing indoor dining, which makes it very difficult when your order is screwed up, most of the time.... along with the one in Ovid (both owned by the same person)....take the extra time and go to Geneva!
Drive thru is always slow this time in particular 25 min. They told me I was waiting for fresh fries but the fries are cold. Watched 3 employees through the window spin around and literally accomplish nothing for about 5 minutes. They are very confused.
This McDonalds is one of the more overpriced in the area. My cashier was very friendly,but the establishment itself is pretty underwhelming. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and had clearly not been properly swept in quite some time.
Told us to park and wait for two cheese burgers and then forgot about us . Made me late for work .

I placed a mobile order at 6:23pm to avoid having to wait, my order was 3 bacon McDoubles and 2 McChickens and a chocolate shake, not a very hard order. When I arrived I stood at the counter watching 7 peoples orders go through without mine even being prepped. I finally received my order at 6:51 pm without the chocolate shake. Im not loving it Maybe they were just having a bad day but still, 28 minutes for fast food. What a joke, I could have gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant.
Sitting at outside drive thru line while they process 5-6 people from the inside lane. Huge line. So I left. Will never return. Get more organized.
For a double cheese burger they gave us one patty but cut in half and stacked on top of each other... it was so obvious. Also it’s not that hard to fake a smile and be polite to customers!

Nasty establishment, rude staff that dont know how to make a simple order. Then blame the customer for not checking to make sure they filled the order. They forgot 2 plain cheeseburgers and messed up a mcchickens when they had to add was a simple tomato and cheese. Asked for my money back since my child no longer wanted it and I no longer wanted there food and was told that since I didnt check I wasnt allowed the refund. What a nasty joke of a place with a manager that cant run his staff. This is not the first time but it will be the last. My family will no longer go back to that place and I will be warning all my friends about what kinda place that is.
I went through the drive thru to eat in the car .no trash cans anywhere in the parking lot . Its part of doing business providing trash receptacles . I would never leave trash but Im sure many people do. So I had to take my trash home or go inside which defeated the purpose of the drive thru
We go here often and as regulars they know our order during the week. Weekend mornings there are some newbies who dont so the experience is sometimes not as good.
Its a McDonalds with your usual speed and quality. Though it does seem to suffer either budget or policy contraints as they only allow 1 refill per customer and says to try and keep your visit to 45 minutes. Aside from that everything is normal.
OMG greatest McDonalds ever my god there sandwich are all ways hot and fresh just delicious I would seriously have those employee go to other McDonalds to show them how its done awesome staff there never wait long in the drive threw that place rocks that staff deserves every penny they make and then some the all shot definitely get Christmas bonus and very kind and polite to we go there once a week never once was dissatisfied best place number 1 in my book thank you so much to all your wonderful hard working staff and thank you McDonalds for such great food and staff
I am so easy going that it pains me to give a low ranking, but this place consistently earns it. There are always angry customers when I go and although I havent have a ton of issues, I have had some. I go here in a pinch and thats it. Even tonight, the food wasnt fresh.. the fish filet bun was rock hard.. and i could see dissatisfied customers through the drive thru window.
Im not a big McDonalds fan but the Double Quarter Pounder I got the other day either its something new or if its just because I only got pickles and mustard but it tasted amazing I thought about getting another one but then decided half pound of hamburger probably isnt the best bet. It was very good surprise me a whole lot I definitely will be going back

I work at a mcdonalds, I know how it goes. Ate in, but drive through was backed up all the way to the curb. Ordered a two cheese burger meal add bacon. One came with bacon only ketchup, the other no bacon only onion. Fries had clearly been left out for at least an hour and not salted. Got a tropic berry sprite (which has an issue with mixing in the syrup, seriously a two minute fix) told them, they told me they were fixing it now. 15 minutes later when I left: not fixes. Meat was never seasoned off the grill.
This is the place that got in trouble recently (like 2016-17) for when a guy jacked off on a burger or something and then when the customer ate it they got herpes in the mouth, you think Im joking but for real look it up it definitely happened. I still like this place though because it was close to my job and they were usually really fast so that worked for me. And anyway I just order no mayo on anything I get and besides Im pretty sure he got fired but I mean I would still eat there even if he wasnt.
I can’t don’t even know where to begin. Tonight, we wanted ice cream. The site clearly says it closes at midnight. All lights were on. Pull in it’s 11:37. Wait and wait, say hello. Nothing call and the guy said oh that’s because we are closed. No. No you are not and if you have decided to close early maybe turn the lights off. Every single time we come it’s a 10-20 min wait in the drive through. Don’t order anything standard. It’s always old. Like prob an hour or more. The buns are always hard on the bottom. This is ridiculous. I’ll be calling corporate about this location.
Says on google they’re open till 12 on Sundays. Went on a Sunday at 11pm and threw the drive through. There was people in their but no one even spoke in the drive through. So don’t put on your website that your open and make me drive there from my house.
Store was clean, orderly and well kept. Average wait time and food was prepared at least on par with typical McDonalds. The atmosphere was tense. Employees were less than enthusiastic towards us, and there were signs everywhere about additional charges, drink refill limits, loitering and overall was just unwelcoming. Also, was charged an obscene amount for substitution of condiments, far more than any other location. Will not be returning.
Not sure you’d want me to, yesterday April 4th around 4:30 pm, my husband & I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat, counter person was pleasant! My gripe was over at the fountain area were it looked as if no one cleaned it in a while, the garbages were FULL, not to mention dirty tables and trash on the floor! There were some in the back just standing around talking! When I’m in there different times you can tell which management is on, things either get done or they don’t! I took pictures but couldn’t find a way to post them! Be a while before I go back to McDonald’s (Seneca Falls/Waterloo)
Absolutely terrible. 20 minutes to go thru the drive thru. Then still had to wait for my order. I hope your not paying the employees more than minimum wage cause when they screw around instead of opening the window to take you money and then act like an idiot when you finally do open the window.

What happens when a costermer be always right in any rastarunt or fast food places if anyone ordered a big brackfest with everything on in without the meat dose it mean without pancakes when the person ordered the big brackfest without meat that means pancakes eggs hashbrown and the bun doesnt mean eggs hashbrown or bun if a costermer wants everything including the pancakes doesnt mean do the opposite of what the costermer order and charge more for what the person ordered the meal casted almost 9 dollers and want charge more for from what the person already order hell no its ridicules if someone pays for something it dose not mean to charge them agen for what someone ordered

25 minutes in the drive-thru. They had 6 cars waiting parked to the side waiting for their order. Drive-thru attendant didnt know what car had what food. She said this was a not a good day.
Messed up my order and I had to return. When I returned, I had to wait for the customer ahead of me whose order was also messed up. Not a good day.

They are fast food. Not like when I was a kid. Back then you would get a whole slice of cheese. They went from that to half of a slice to now a quarter. Come on cheese dont cost that much for a fish sandwich. A quarter pounder use to be thicker & bigger around for the meat. Now everything barley covers the bun. You better buy 2 - 3 sandwiches just to get full. Some have a play room for the kids. Not all.
This particular franchise was below average in cleanliness, i.e., dining area, counter area, and restroom. At best, service was lukewarm, and the workforce just seemed unenthusiastic and even demoralized. I regret not turning around and finding another place for food. Depressing.For many other McDonalds franchises who make it work, thank you!
It is a very good place to eat nothing too special just like any of the others and they generally clean up okay but occasionally if its very busy and stuff they have a hard time keeping up and sometimes when I come in here they have been pretty dirty as well especially in the summer collecting flies inside of the restaurant I wish it was better than that where flies are not flying around your head

Depends on who is working and how busy it is but service is pretty quick. Always check your food before leaving to make sure your not missing anything and its the right stuff, accidents happen....

Not the best McDonalds Ive ever been to, thats for sure. The drive thru lines are always long, but even if they arent long, it still takes forever to get your food because the staff and managers are always socializing amongst themselves. Employees are always sitting outside in front of the restaurant, smoking cigarettes, and the parking lot is usually a mess.
My fries were hot but both my bigmacs were cold and had a pickle on them that wasnt supposed to be there. But labeled no pickle. But sure was on it. And cold.

Cant seem to go here without them messing up your order. Yesterday ordered 4 mcdoubles and got 4 in mcdouble wrappers but only a single patty. Today got a fish sandwitch ordered no cheese still got cheese on it.

My nephew is autistic and loves McDonalds french fries in fact they are pretty much the only thing he will eat so we buy them in bulk getting 3-6 large fries at least once a week
Out of everything I ordered which consisted of an ice tea unsweetened so attempted a caramel frappe well low and behold out of that as well so got a soda and well if they would check the syrup once in a while you wouldnt have a cup of yuck

Says they close at 12 but Ive been there 3 times so far in the past month they close at about 11 or shortly there after it was 11 20 when I stopped there tonight and they said there closed and when I asked what time they close she told me 1130 and I said its only 1120she said with quite the attitude WHERE CLOSED wouldnt go back even during daylight hours and you post these reviews and whom ever is responsible for the store either dosent read them or simply dosent give a flying f***

I order a drink and then when I get to the window I ask if I can get water instead. She gave me a cup of water she didnt even ask if I want a bottle I could of pay extra for it coz it is for my son And her face was not even happy when I just told her I want water. Not even have a good day.
Ordered the new quarter pounder with bacon but didnt get the bacon already home by the time I noticed. Make sure you check your order, even though you shouldnt have to.

Food was cold and did not get what was ordered. Told no cheese and it had cheese on it. Wont go back there unless absolutely have to.
As far as McDonalds go this is one of the ones where the regulars meet, enjoy great conversation and are recognized by the staff by their first name. It is by far the friendliest McDs in Kingston.

Very unhappy with the weight and time of the what did make the woman pull up in front of me and she ordered about 20 30 some dollars worth of food and they made another vehicle before her pull up and I had to sit there and wait in line and they did give me warm fry fries back change them but my chicken strips were cold and I didnt appreciate it and Im going back in tomorrow morning to let him know about it
Ordered a vanilla shake and got half vanilla, half shamrock... did not understand why that was a problem. Happened again next day... need to take time to get it right.

2022-05-21If I could leave 0 I would! I ordered a fish sandwich and was asked to wait in the waiting spot. After about 10 minutes or so I got my food. Fries were hot! My sandwich had just been taken out of the freezer it seems?I went back in and politely asked for a hot fish sandwich, after about another 5-10 minutes they bring me a new sandwich. And believe it or not, the second one was COLDER than the first one!! Worst McDonalds Ive literally ever been to. The kids working were very polite and somewhat helpful at least...

2022-04-25This place is a joke. Our order is never correct half the time, or they give us someones order! At the last visited we placed our order, paid at the first window and that young lady was very rude. Told us to go pull ahead, and I quote, to wait in long line because no one knows how to do their job. We pulled ahead and sat for 5 minutes, then someone told us to pull in the stall ahead. Waited for another 15 minutes and a young man brought our food, and said Careful its hot! I opened the bad and ate a fry and it was cold! Then I realized that the order wasnt even our order.y boyfriend went inside to have the give us the right one. After arguing that our order was taken by someone else by mistake do the manager said we had to pay for new order!! Then the manager decided to have it made again. We waited another 5-10 minutes for the correct order to be made. I will never go back again to this location!! Go a little ways down the road to Burger King! May be a little more money but at least the order is always made correctly!

2022-04-16Tried to go one night and after we waited in the line for 10 minutes we FINALLY got to order. Pulled up to pay and handed the man the card and he handed it back and rudely said I tried it 4 times its not working when I said I know there is money on it can you please try it again he said I told you I tried it 4 times so I simply said okay and drove away. The very next day I had cash so we decided to try again. We went to the outside lane and three cars went through the inside lane and got their orders and no one even began to say hello or they would be with us. We waited there for another 5 to 10 minutes and ended up just pulling away because no one was helping. Needless to say I will NOT be trying again!

2022-03-18Ordered 5:29pm 3 double cheeseburgers and a large fry with 2 large sodas.5:50 they finally brought food - told us we were waiting on the fries. All food cold and old and no ketchup that we tried to get at the window but they told us they would put in the bag.Must have been our complex order.....

2022-05-31Extremely disappointed in the service at this location. We were on our way home from a camping trip in the thousand islands and decided McDonalds would be easy for lunch. So pulled into this one that weve used the drive thru for many times in the past. Decided to dine in as weve already been in the car for 2 hours. Knowing we had 40 mins to go till home we figured its fast food so we would be in and out within 30 mins after eating. Ordered our food and went to get our seat and drinks when we heard a very upset customer asking for their food and said our family has been waiting 45 mins. The manager proceeded to give him a bad attitude claiming he didnt agree the customer showed him the time on the receipt. The wife asked for a refund and the manager refused. It took 25 mins before we were given our food and the lady just threw our tray down on the table knocking our fries into our lap and walked away rolling her eyes saying sorry sarcastically. I said to her thats not how you should be treating customers and were very disappointed in the customer service weve received. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I told her since they dont want to do her job then I will so I spoke up so all the customers could hear and said attention everyone theres at least a 20 minute wait to get your food there was some laughs and smiles. I get if youre understaffed and all your attention is on the drive thru, but dont open a dining room if you cant staff it. The counter person for the dining room was running drive thru customers orders to them when people were waiting to order at the counter. Shame on whoever this manager is.

2022-06-15Well ordered food and got told to pull up to a waiting spot at 6:45pm here is is now 7pm and I still dont have my food not happy with this place at all hope my food hot because there about 7 other cars waiting for there food now. What a joke this place is. Not coming back for awhile till it change for the better.

2022-04-02Fast food this place is not. Had employees walk away from the cashier station while customers were waiting to place their orders. Walked out back to get themselves a drink, Never to return. Employee arguing with her husband at register. I asked for a maple syrup only to have the employee walk away and again not to return. Very rude and unprofessional.

2022-04-01The workers are absolutely uneducated inexperienced and highly childish,you get what you expect going to any local McDonalds. Then they try to make you pay for something you already paid for. I dont recommend spending money at this chain. Sorry James you need new management and employees.
