Seems like the pandemic has affected this McDonalds atleast. But in a good way they seem to be giving fresh food out more consistently.
Idk what’s going on but lately the iced coffee hasn’t been the greatest. Which sucks because I love their iced coffee! Hasn’t tasted like there’s any coffee in it just tons of cream and sugar. Bummer. Hope it gets better because Dunkin’ is more expensive and blah.
It took them 20 minutes to heat up a holiday pie.They were not wearing their COVID-19 face masks properly.they wore them below the nose
Under staffed and over priced. Can get twice as much food 3 buildings down at Burger King for what you pay hear...and 90% of the time that BK tastes better. Not to mention I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 meals when there were only 3 people in the drive through and I was the first one in line.
The coffee was delicious. The fries were crispy. My friend and I enjoyed excellent hospitality.
I was very pleased with our waitress! She was on top of it tonight. Our food came to us in no time, she was very sweet and she complimented my sister-in-laws hair. She deserves a rise. Great job McDonalds for putting her on your team.
Some days are better than others , the main issue is when did we have to start asking for napkins
Well there are a lot of things! First fries were pretty cold! My mom takes me there ask for a bacon cheeseburger plain, they ask just bacon my mom replied with yes! I get home open it up and there is everything on it! Whoever cooked it needs some reading/listening skills because some people just want to enjoy their food but can’t when “you” mess it all up
One of the worst ones i have been to. Paid for a meal and got told i dont get a drink. Has happened 3 times. Its from using the automated ordering system but i got attitude from the employees when i told them i ordered the meal. Update 4/9/18: my Southwest chicken salad would be so much better if it had chicken on it.
Waited in the drive through 10 minutes for two breakfast sandwich’s that now cost $4 a piece, not the meal just the sandwich. Biscuits were so hard you couldn’t eat them and eggs were cold. When asked about the price girl said all of our prices went up the 1st!!
Food was actually hot. Friendly workers , clean environment for the most part and my daughter loves the happy meals chicken nuggets

I dont know why they stay open late anymore theres no good service. three times Ive gone through the drive-thru and got screwed on my order food was disgusting I asked for no onions extra pickle I got onions no pickle french fries are always hard as rock cardboard I gave him three chances three strikes youre out everybody save your money and go to 7-Eleven and get a hot roller dog off the grill itll taste better!!!!!
I dont really care for fast food but our trip to Mc Donalds on our vacation was great. 3 Happy meals and some chicken worked out for our lunch and we also enjoyed the friendly staff and the new ordering kiosks. Sorry no pics this time.
I would have said no stars but it has to be one because the only thing that was good was the fries and the sweet tea. Not even the costumer service was good.
The McDonalds in Wellsville Ny warned my heart and even laughed a little I was going through the drive thru last night and as I was getting my food a group of kids must have walked all the way to McDonalds with all intentions on going in and eating but when they arrived they were greeted with a lobby that wasnt able to accommodate them do to the fact it was closed the young adults then proceeded to walk through the drive thru a very nice woman was there at the window and she was more than willing to help them so two THUMBS UP!!!! WELLSVILLE MCDONALDS ☆♡ YOu dont find the work ethic or kindness anymore in individuals or the pride one should hats off to your crew!!
I usually give the benefit of the doubt. However, this is the WORST Mcdonald’s I have EVER been to!!! The floor was covered in dirt and food. The tables weren’t wiped down. The back (where food is made) was DISGUSTING (things were thrown all over & caked on food and dirt.) The employees were complaining of nothing to do because the customers slowed down. Here’s a thought, maybe pick up a BROOM and sweep or wash down the tables!! We waited a good 15 minutes for our food. Our food sat on the back counter for multiple minutes while the employees were telling jokes to one another. Then when the employee gave us our food, she forgot half of it! She said “my bad.” Also, our chicken sandwiches were rock hard. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet! The dirtiness is what concerns me the most. This location defintely needs a big boss from corporate to do a suprise inspection!!
Forgot my sauce last three times I’ve gone, how hard is it to put sauce in when I’m the only car in the drive through. Do not go to this McDonald’s.
Never had any issues with staff when eating here. Wait times can be a while depending on time of day and week but good prices for good quality food. The drive-thru parking lot needs some serious revamping.
I can not say much about the food or service because I dont frequent this establishment. However I can say that there milkshakes are better than they are next door. My sole purpose for writing this has nothing to do with the food or service.I enjoy listening to the police scanner, and I feel that if youre someone who uses the drive-through service often you should be aware of the fact that someone who works for this place, consistently calls Wellsville PD to tell them that they have a subject at the drive-through window who is intoxicated. After this person is finished with the phone call theyll proceed to make the customer wait appearing to be backed up or busy and in the process of preparing your meal when what theyre actually doing is waiting for the police to arrive so that you will be stopped and arrested for driving while intoxicated.While I in no way condone getting behind the wheel while under the influence, people should be aware of this due to the fact that not even one time of the many times I have listened to this take place has it ever resulted in an arrest. Every time they do this to someone, it turns out that the subject is not intoxicated or under the influence at all. These people should focus more on fast, efficient, and friendly service instead of sticking there nose where it does not belong. Clearly who ever it is employed here that feels the need to do this is not a real smart individual, (which is probably why they work at Mc Donalds.) and should focus more on the business aspect and not worry about the poor person at the window trying to get a meal on there way home.
McDonald restaurant is cool, the chicken nuggets taste good the soda good & the place is even clean. u guys should go this place because it a perfect restaurant to eat🙂
New store, worse custom service ever! Ive been in there a minimum of 10x since they reopened, and I have to say it is worse then ever! For example, when we went in for breakfast on April 1st, we went through the drive thru, sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a big breakfast with hot cakes, a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal with orange juice, a coke and 1 extra hashbrown... the order itself was a RIDICULOUS $20... and the wait? Really? The store was NOT busy, then we got our food, and NO HASHBROWNS! None! Not even the one we ordered extra! Took our order inside and it took me 5 Minutes to get the girl at the service desk/ register to come ask me what was wrong, grab our hashbrowns with her hands on the food, not the paper and toss them down into the bag... not a sorry for the mistake anywhere to be had, not thank you for coming, NOTHING, but over priced food and messed up orders... and this is just my most recent bad service story... I could go on and on! This McDonalds is a waste of space, and Im not sure WHY my family wants to keep going for the over priced, cant get an order right, food...

Awful customer service! Manager on duty was careless about those dining in and our needs. Ice machine in dining area was empty and management ignored customers complaints about this. Waited 30mins for dining in order, then waited 15 mins for a refund because order still wasnt ready. More concerned with drive thru orders!!
Newly built, this McDonalds is crisp, clean, and up-to-date including free WiFi. A nice place to just sit and relax or to grab some grub on the go. The surrounding parking lot is a bit tricky to navigate, so an attached trailer may require some finesse.

Slow as always.. order was all wrong. Went inside. The people that were in front of us were in there also. We switched our food. They should have made new. The girl was new is what we were told. Well if she was new then probably shouldnt be by herself.

I had to go up to the counter 3 times because my salad and french fry order was not complete. When I went to the cointer to speak to a manager to ask for my money back I was mocked by an.emplyee who expects to be paid $15 an hr but cant do her job professioally.
I think management has gotten better about getting orders correct since the rebuild. Still not perfect but Im sure its difficult sometimes to keep it all straight and motivate some employees to take pride in their work

The times where everything is good and you got everything you ordered, its good here. But those times are too far and few between. There have been many times going through drive thru, they mess up your order. I have also gotten Unedible food many times. Either over cooked, or old dry and hard, rewarmed in the microwave. Or ice cream machine is down. Go to Burger King if you are looking to go through a drive thru. They are more compitant.
The last two times I’ve gone there they’ve completely messed up my breakfast orders!!
Ordered specialty burgers and no bacon on either even though they had the paper on it saying they added bacon. Tried to call to complain and no one bothers to answer the phone. They mess something up almost every time!

The worst mcds I have ever been to. They take too long, food is over cooked, orders are never correc . Should have saved the renovation money and hired some employees that know what they are doing.
Staff is great, food is average to any mcdonalds.. but what makes me mad.. is the fact that this is a new building and new equipment... yet the fountain drinks that the customers use out on the floor all taste awful! No carbonation at all on any of the sodas! I used to love this mcdonalds for its yummy Coca-Cola soda.... and now I have to go to Hornell or Olean to get that great soda... 😒😒 fix your soda machine!!!

Since the remodel... Extremely slow service.... Dont go to second drive thru...2nd time sat for half hour and they still didnt take my order... Drive to the window and they still cant figure out how to take it.... Yet they took 5 cars on the first window as I waited
People cant make a proper sandwich. Usually the cheese 🧀 is only half on and the sauce is on the other side.
Before they remolded it definitely a one star, bathrooms were disgusting and food was below par. However after they redid it, it got much better.

Sausage biscuit with cheese is all I order. wrong 90% of times. either no cheese or all sitting outside of biscuit. been that way for years. I wait a couple months before going back, same thing. no wonder people throw food.

Even if you have a surprisingly large order they are well managed and get it together and I love how they recall your order right back to you. Pride in their jobs.

There Wi-Fi did not work and when i addressed the manager she acted like she could care less. Only one outlet for the public and i had to move a table and chair to the outlet.

Always good service always clean looking not many mistakes on drive thru, I would say a good mcdonalds stop I give it a gold star. Oh and my favorites are the chicken mcnuggets and the quarter pounder with cheese.

2022-06-29Just left the drive thru and getting yelled at by one of the employees who didn’t turn around when we were at the window so my husband drove up to the next window after being ignored. We paid for our food and then we get scolded by whoever was working the register about how it I pay. Next time don’t ignore your customers, yes it was busy but saying one moment please goes a long way.

2022-01-15This retailer switched owners either in late 2021 or early 2022. The new owner is adamant about charging for sauce packets, i had a medium meal with fries and a six piece of nuggets on the side - asked for ONE extra sauce and they were ready to charge me. The staff is also rude as they’re kids following rules. Any adult would say hey it’s 10 cents to manufacture, well cut overhead another way. Looking forward to when this plays transfers owners again

2021-09-14I ordered a double cheese burger first time in this location. This is not a double cheese burger. They slapped 2 slices of cheese on it. I dont think they fully learned how to make McDonalds burgers.

2022-04-03One of their employees were very rude to a customer when he asked about his food that he had been waiting on and she made a comment “we will make sure it’s last”.very rude, employees should be kind no matter what to customer and is bad customer service all together.

2021-07-24Slowest McDonalds imaginable. Place was way quicker before when the old building was there.. now they put in double drive-thru and the place is deathly slow. Most locals know that if you dont have time to spare youre better off going to burger King for a quick in and out.. also.. 3 times now I have ordered a triple cheese burger in last couple months and 3 times I received a single cheeseburger

2021-05-03Food was great along with the front end chew. Now the cook needs to wear her mask properly, over her nose, I mean the mask does no good if it is no on your entire face!!! So please lady cook wear your safety equipment that keeps others sage the proper way, not the way you see fit. This issue needs to be addressed.
