I’m changing my review to zero stars!!!!!The customer service and how the representative treat you and speak to you is unacceptable! The girls that answer the phone are very rude and never answer a question properly always with an attitude! It’s crazy how nice you were when you are soliciting my services but once I retained your services I’ve experienced the absolute worst treatment and have zero confidence my case is being handled properly!!!! Be aware stray far away from this practice they only want your money they have no value of you or your car they just want a check I repeat start away!!!Chris the owner is great from the first phone call to our first face to face. I hired these attorneys to fight 3 traffic tickets. I feel like they were less than transparent, they omitted honest information during consultation, and subsequently, I was extremely displeased with the overall outcome of the most severe ticket. The other 2 are still pending. I will update or edit this review at the conclusion of the latter 2 tickets.
This is a top flight Law Firm which handles all services. I’ve used there services multiple times throughout the years and have always gotten the results I’ve wanted. Everything is laid out for you and throughly explained and they handle it in court within a few days, followed with follow up emails and calls to make sure your completely satisfied. I have referred multiple people here and I’ll continually refer friends and family here.
I hired McGuires office for a criminal & landlord tenant problem after getting into a little situation with my tenant who enjoys being a pain.He was able to resolve my criminal matter with no problem at all AND without me going to court. He also sent my tenant a notice and he left rather quickly after receiving it. Im really thankful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone with criminal or tenant problems.
I had the best experience with Christopher McGuire and his incredible staff. He’s extremely knowledgeable, truthful and extremely efficient. At no point did I feel like he was just taking my case for the money. Recently I was charged with 3 traffic violations which resulted in 11 points on my license. My mother advised me to get a traffic lawyer. I retained the services of the law firm McGuire, Pelaez & Bennett for traffic tickets The attorney receive a no point low fine non criminal disposition and I did not have to appear for any court appearances. This firm is highly recommended they were prompt efficient and are always available to assist with any questions.
Went there for a personal injury case. Got into a pretty bad accident but was able to get something positive out of it. Upon arriving I sat with Chriss assistant, she did my intake and then I sat with her and Chris. I signed up and later on during the week I sat with an attorney they work with and it felt good knowing they were confident in my case and i had a lot of attorneys working on it. I ended up getting a really good settlement check, everything went smoothly and i appreciate how hard they worked for me. I recommend for everyone to go here. Theyre great.
I was referred to this office by my uncle. There office is very nice and easy to find, close to the criminal court. I went for a free criminal consultation and sat with the managing attorney and his assistant. Chris listened to my problems and made me feel at ease. He then took me to go talk to another attorney who would be the one handling my case, his name was Brett. He spent a lot of time with me and explained exactly how the criminal process works. We resolved my case with a sealed record which is perfect because of my job. It was also reasonably priced which was helpful. I would honestly recommend them to anyone who askes and would go back anytime I have a similar case or anything at all. Thank you once again
I recently had some problems With the town. I received about 7 to 10 town violation tickets. I was way over my head and in need of serious help. I search local lawyers in the area and this office came up I called and quickly got an appointment. The young lady that answered the phone was very polite, courteous and informative. I met with Christopher Mcguire he was very nice and listen to my venting about how crazy everything was making me feel. The office is very nice ! and everyone in the office was even nicer. The front desk girl was patient and helped me fill out some paperwork. I sat with Mary who handled my family case start to finish. Mary took her time with me on our first appointment and everytime after. The office was very helpful and informative. They called me the day before court to remind which is good ! Went to the office on a personal criminal case. First thought was that the office is very nice looking, the women in the front are very professional, polite and work fast to try and get everyone seen in a reasonable time. I initially sat with the head attorney, Chris who told me about my case and what would possibly be the outcome. He also answered all my questions and made me feel better and not sooo stressed out about what i had going on. He then brought his partner, Brett who does their criminal cases. I felt comfortable hiring them knowing I had two attorneys working on my case and also knowing that they had a lot of experience. I sat with Brett once there was a reasonable offer and we decided it was best for me. Brett was there with me in court every single time and always tried to help me and look out for my future. The retainer fee also wasnt as expensive as i thought it would be which was helpful for a young guy such as myself. I would return for any other problems but im just hoping i wont have to ! LOL
While in the process of having my money refunded to me by my previous attorney, I called this place. Chris the owner called me right back and told me to come in the next morning after I explained my situation WITH NO MENTION OF A CONSULTATION FEE! 33 minute ride, time off from work, to get there and have the secretary tell me she can schedule me for another day. What a joke. Just another law office looking to scam the working class.

I had several suspensions on my license and came here for some help. I sat down with Chris and his assistant, Daslin. I ended up retaining for a license restoration case. Daslin helped me through out the way by calling the DMV and helping me fill out all applications and telling me what needed to be done and paid. I also sat with their traffic attorney Brett, he helped me find out all of the open tickets i had in traffic court and let me know how to pay them. I was able to get my license back and it happened pretty quickly too ! Will definitely go back if I ever have any other problems.

Great people they help me the same day, i got a problem with identity theft case and they worked with me with no problem, but before that I went to another firm and without reading my case they ask me for 15,000 dollars and 5000 dollars downpayment for me that was incredible so I went to McGuire and they resolved my problem same day for 500.00 dollars then I understand not every law firm is willing to help you, for all you people instead of going some other lawyers that they only want your money with no results, i will recommend to come here and get the job done

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...They are so unprofessional, they dont communicate with you even though you are paying a lot money to them, they dont care about you as long as they get the money.. They gave me one price and said that covers everything and then they asked for more money. The first time we went to court the attorney left someone else in charge, this person left court without saying anything to me and they rescheduled the court date for no reason. They didnt listen to what I wanted and they made the whole process longer for no reason because they didnt care.(of course no matter what happened they were still getting paid)

I feel as though I’m presenting an award at the Oscars, I’m SHOCKED, at the level of professionalism and results Chris McGuire delivered on my behalf it was regarding a Landlord & Tenant case. Not only was this man able to SAVE my rent & late payments, but he got me an extension since I had notified him I would be leaving my landlord’s house by the end of August he got it to where I can be here for 5 days LONGER, and if I was to still be here after the extension NOTHING would happen!!! After I had been a client of a previous law firm of Hedayati Law Group, I had 2-3 attorney’s represent my 2 cases. I was highly dissatisfied with the results, and now I will make a call first to Chris McGuire’s law firm regarding anything I have coming up in the future they will be my first go to! I’m also going to be contacting Chris McGuire’s law firm regarding to handle my 2-3 cases that I had hired HEDAYATI LAW GROUP for originally, but they added ridiculous fee’s they booked a low rate, but yet their lawyers book a lot of hours, not only that but they mismanaged my cases, and all my paperwork I gave them they are withholding my files from me. Even after I had told them I no longer want them as my law firm, they refused to provide me my files! They are BULLIES & CROOKS!!!! Which I’m pretty more than likely sure, I have a case against them!!! The managing/owner of Hedayati Law Group- is Persian, he will lie like a Persian rug, Al Hedayati is his name. I came here for a ticket once I gave them money they did not care about me. I requested a refund because I didn’t need a lawyer and they said they couldn’t give it to me. They are scammers do not trust them with your money.

Called and asked them specifically if they would take on a appeal , told them I was traveling very far to get there and if they could consult over the phone they said no come in and we will take care of you , I get all the way here and they said they don’t do appeals , what a joke , don’t waste your time with this place , the communication sucks , and she claimed some one called me to cancel the appointment , when no one ever did , thanks for wasting 45 minutes of my time with 4 kids

Unfortunately they did nothing to help my husband with a traffic ticket, they charged him $ 500 dollars and in the same way they charged him for the ticket and suspended his license, I do not recommend them.

2022-09-07Rip off. Wanted $2500 for court. I ended up handling it myself in 2 days. Thank God I didnt give them the money I would have been so mad. 2500 to file a petition that was finalized in 1 additional court date. They do a flat rate system so if it takes 6 months or 1 day u pay the same amount. It was a family court issue, not even criminal.
