We were in desperate need for a thorough move in cleaning and McGuire’s definitely delivered! Special shout out to Karen for coordinating and making sure we were getting a high quality cleaning. Also big shout out to Carmen who was our cleaning wizard! She spent a whole day making the place spotless and then came back another evening to tackle our basement which was in horrible condition. We were very impressed! The house finally feels like a home. Thank you!!

They did an excellent job cleaning my house! My husband and I had twins recently and we were in dire need of help getting back to square one with cleaning! My husband was skeptical of hiring a cleaning service but he was convinced after they left. He kept looking for spots he thought they might have missed and couldn’t find any. If you are looking for a cleaning service, they did a great job! Somehow they also managed to clean my tub which I had spent so much time scrubbing in the past and they did it! I was very impressed.

I have used this service on and off for more then 10 years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the cleaning services or the courteous office staff. They are consistently excellent. Every team that came to my home was friendly and competent. I have had direct contact with the owner Karen McGuire who has been understanding and gracious each time I had to suspend services for financial reasons. Karen is friendly and professional. She has worked with me to find a way to meet my difficult scheduling and financial limitations at different times in my life. I have had to change the frequency and scope of the service from time to time depending on my finances at the time. Karen has worked with me every time I needed to make changes ...I have ranged from full house cleaning weekly, to limited rooms every 2 weeks at various times. I have never been cancelled and the few times there was a slight change to the schedule I got a phone call informing me ahead of time.I have never had anything broken or missing. The ladies have been kind to my dog and the times I had special needs they followed directions well. I LOVE coming home to a spotless house after a busy day at work. I have also used them for carpet cleaning and was more then satisfied.

I have known Karen & Ken McGuire since 2004 both personally and professionally. In todays day it is hard to come by honest, respectable and reputable people. On a personal basis they have always been there for me and have always treated me as family.Professionally if you are smart and fortunate enough to hire McGuires Top to Bottom Cleaning Service you will not be disappointed. They treat their customers and employees as if they were family and they clean houses as if they were cleaning their own house, I have never seen any small business go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy as McGuires. When cleaning houses they are sometimes there on their own. There is no one else that I would trust in my house without me there then McGuires. They are completely trustworthy and again in todays world that is another quality that is hard to find.It is refreshing to know that there are still owners such as Karen & Ken that maintain high morals and values. But you dont have to take my word for it - give them a try and find out how terrific they are for yourself. What do you have to lose but the dirt in your house!

I have been utilizing McGuires over the past year and have never had a bad experience. The owners: Ken and Karen have both bent over backwards to ensure that not only was I beyond satisfied-but that the people Ive referred were satisfied as well. I choose local because I enjoy supporting my community. I like working with small businesses because of the attention to detail & personal touches that make me feel like a VIP. The McGuires have gone above and beyond every time!To read some of the slanderous material from anonymous users who I bet have NEVER used the service is just horrendous. Give this company a call and I promise the service will impress you from start to finish, this company has been a pleasure to work in every aspect. People who are allowed to post a review should be given a background check- the unhappy opinion of an irate former employee shouldnt be used to judge the outstanding reputation of a company thats been in business for almost 20 years!I will personally vouch that this company, the owners and its reputation are absolutely incredible. More people need to post their positive experience to help small business owners like this company fight against the vulgar, lies stemming from people with nothing better to do then post hideous comments because they werent an asset to the company and are no longer employed.

Where should I begin? ... This is THE best professional cleaning services experience I have ever had. After renting out our 3br town home (New Paltz) for 10 months the tenants left the house in complete shambles: caked on dirt, filthy kitchen, and bathrooms, mold, leaks they didnt report, lingering food smells. Horrid! Three ladies spent the day and magically performed a floor to ceiling clean. They worked hard and the place went from night to day. Karen was so professional and helping me ease my stress and assured me it will be taken care of. She followed up pre, during, and post making us feel cared for. My house was such a mess that she even helped out towards the end of the day. Truly hands on. Her rates are fairly quoted (compared to some other outrageously high competitors), and if you want a truly caring and professional experience I can only suggest them. You wont be disappointed. They found a lifetime client in us.Shout out to Ally, Sally, & Nicole who were AMAZING!!

These people are thieves! They have customers write a check to their personal account so they can evade taxes. The poor girls dont get breaks properly, and their tips arent always given to them. The office is in poor shape and they have had the IRS called on them, but still run their business. I feel so bad for the employees of this unethical business!

My mother is in a wheel chair and cannot clean the way she once did (which was impeccable)!!! For McGuire to meet my moms expectations is a miracle.
