Daniel and Brian were awesome and helped us move out quick and with low stress. They helped us with a Uhaul box and were communicating with us the entire time during pick up and when they were going to arrive. We lucked out with parking and we lucked out with hiring Mckoy Movers... made the whole move the easiest I have ever done. Thank you!

I booked mckoy movers through uhaul for them to bring my ubox to my apartment and load it.we were on the fifth floor and they had no issue with getting everything done! they had great strategy and technique, thus they were able to entirely finish the job in only an hour!they did not complain about the walk-up once, they were great sports! even said it wasn’t that bad!they just fit everything into the ubox fantastically.great job and thanks so much!

McKoy Movers was an exceptional and pleasant experience. The movers were punctual and administration was very professional. Their initial consultation helped me understand the adequate size boxes that I needed in order to have a quick, efficient and pleasant move. Administration instructed beforehand to send pictures of all of my belongings and space to access to estimate the amount of time and space they would need in order to complete the move. I definitely will use the service again.

I had booked Mckoy Movers through UHaul to move and load a UBox and have never had such unprofessional service. I was initially told that my move would happen at 10am. I had called, texted, and emailed when they did not show up. It was not until 11:30 that they texted me back saying they would be here at 3. At 3, they did not show up and completely ghosted me leaving me without moving help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other movers in the city who will hopefully show up when they say they will.Also worth noting, the only 2 5-star reviews are from employees at the company. Do not trust the 3.7 rating.

I highly recommend Daniel and Bryant where so professional and fast. They where gentle handling all the furniture and made my long distance moving easier.

Not a company to trust in something so sensitive as moving from home to home. Moving could be stressfull plus expensive and for these reasons you need people to trust and definetly Mckoy Movers are not the ones. After rescheduling my move, THE SAME DAY OF THE MOVE, they just did not show up. I lost the entire day of work, finished moving around 11pm plus paying more money to people from the street I had to hire.If it was possible, I would give -5 stars. [in reply to Mckoy answer: I did cancel the move after they re-schedule from 1PM to 3PM and then not showing by 4PM at the moment the answer of them was “we are not geting response from the assigned team, so we are trying to find another one. Please understand that its the end of the month...” when does people move from house to house? Aren’t you supposed to be prepared for this? Isn’t that the reason why you are supposed to schedule and set the appointment? Was that what we did weeks ahead?... Again, I am just saying, you guys are not someone that deserves the trust people like me is looking in the internet.]

Absolutely horrible moving company. Do notUse them if you expect any customer service or need workers compensation insurance for your building. It is impossible to get in contact with them so there is no way to even know what insurance they have. I am currently waiting to see if they show up after being 3 hours late.

Mckoy Movers is the definition of unprofessional. After calling them multiple times, texting them multiple times, and emailing them multiple times to confirm a time for delivering and unloading my uhaul Ubox, they finally replied to me (via email only) at 10PM at night to confirm a 10AM pickup. this morning @ 9:59AM as shown in the email attached below they cancelled on me without good reason. I had re-arranged my entire work schedule to accommodate them coming, and was hit with the email below 1 minute prior to when they were supposed to be here unloading. Highly unprofessional, and they do not deserve to be a moving company anymore (read all the other reviews). I am convinced the 5 star reviews they do have are all from the owner or employee of the company, as this company has failed on a multitude of levels. Poor communication, highly unprofessional, and not showing up for their job is what their company apparently entails.
