The staff is very professional and super friendly. Darren was awesome. He helped me get my teeth healthy again. The office is impeccable! Highly recommend Meadowbrook Dental Care.
Dr. Casanas gives me some confidence, I cant guarantee that hes a good dentist from my personal experience because I didnt do anything other than a basic consultation and planning a mock-up, but good manners are there, and so is professionalism and this is super important to me. I hope I wont be disappointed again. We all need a dentist we trust to be a part of our family. I will keep updating after my treatment which Im super excited about it. ♥️UPDATEIm not happy with the fact that I paid $500 for a mockup that supposedly comes from Madrid ( I dont know why youre in USA NY and you need to get a mockup from Madrid EU) but, I decided to give it a chance and paid for it.The thing is: when I contacted this office for the first time I told them that I wanted to improve my smile, specially the color and two missed teeth BUT I specifically told them that I didnt want veneers since you have toshave around the tooth and I didnt want to destroy the chance of living without it in future.So after all the process, they ended up telling me that the only way to restore and improve my smile would be getting the veneers which would cost me 19k.What about bounding with resin?What about whitening options?What about mixing bounding with whitening?What about the other types of treatments?Also, they never told me I had a cavity, (that I found out now with another dentist); they never told me I needed a deep cleaning or at least a regular one, I had to call them to schedule a regular cleaning and since I live far from the office I called ten minutes early asking if it would be possible to be fifteen minutes late because I was in traffic going from Queens to Mineola and the front desk women told me that wouldnt be possible and had to re-schedule and pay a $25 for cancelation. NICE!Then, I asked what days they have available for re-scheduling for cleaning and she told me: only in July. (it was at the beginning of May) but you can come earlier if someone cancels in meantime. 🙄 Well...I felt kind of bad about this and decided to move on to another dentist.Summing up: They are nice depending on if you speak with the right front desk person, today I called to ask for my x-rays to be sent to me and Kelly was super nice and sent me them right the way with no extra costs.The dentist is friendly as I said in the beginning but unfortunately, I dont feel secure going there anymore.
The experience I received getting my cleaning from Darren is what everyone should experience. Professionalism, gental care and concern, and fantastic results. Im always satisfied with his work. The services there are fantastic, top notch. I highly recommend them.
From beginning to end I had the best experience. Front desk is so friendly and smiley. They welcome you when you walk in like your family. My hygenist Darren is super informative and makes getting a cleaning fun. Angela was amazing taking my x-rays. They can be a little painful for me but she adjusted to make me comfortable. I cant say enough about Dr Wells hes delightful. Dr Babu stopped in too, to making sure I was doing ok. Im always in good hands at Meadowbrook.
I went for a consultation which was free and very organized and efficient. I had a tour of the facilities and everyone was amazingly nice; followed by a personable meeting with Dr. Miguel Casanas Jr. He’s the owner of the practice and took time to speak with me and get to know me! He listened and he also shared…my first impressions of this place are terrific and I’m looking forward to putting my trust in them for future services!
This place is beautiful!! The staff is super nice and pleasant. The Dr made you feel so wecomed and he was very empathetic to my situation and what Im going through. The Dr was very attentive and was so soft spoken as well. Good warm place to go.

There is no doubt dentist are nice but the reception ppl are scammers .Be careful paying them any kind of cash they don’t put it on your bills ontop they will make another bill and send you.i had a root canal and crown done from there they collected all money in 2 visit and also charged care credit for the second one now they are saying I didn’t pay partial of payment when they don’t let patients go anywhere without paying.So disappointed I also have their mdc plan for 4 yrs also their perio maintenance is not like before it’s just regular cleaning.The worst receptionist I have ever seen.The lady in front seems to act like she owns that place and behaves rudely and is definitely very racist.
The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Babu was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to carefully explain my issue and the options I have to resolve it.I am very pleased with the care I received.

Very good hygienist, who was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail. All my questions were well answered and my teeth were very clean. Additionally, I got a lesson about proper brushing and cleaning habits.

Its always great coming here everytime. Everyone is awesome. Starting at the front desk all the way to the back. Kelly at the front desk is always willing to help and go above and beyond. Either talking on the phone or talking to you in person. She really knows her stuff and you can always tell shes smiling. Darren my hygienist is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He will take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand everything. He does a amazing job every time. Dr. Casañas is always smiling and great Dentist. Been coming here since they opened. I love coming here and would recommend to everyone!!!!!

When Dr. Al Babu told me that I needed a tooth extraction, I went into panic mode ( due to a terrible dental experience in the past). Dr. Al promised me that I would feel NO PAIN. Although I was very apprehensive, I showed up for my appointment. Dr. Al extracted my tooth and I can honestly say that I had NO PAIN! Dr. Al is a wonderful dentist. He is kind, empathetic, gentle and has a wonderful energy about him.I’ve had many dentists in my 72 years and Dr Al is the BEST!!
I had the pleasure of having Dr. Alvin as my dentist. I was always scared of the dentist but he assured me he would be as gentle as possible. I did not believe him but he proved me wrong, he is the best dentist Ive had so far. He is nice and funny. The rest of the staff such as Ashley and Joel are very nice. If you are looking for good, gentle dentist and an unbelievable pleasant experience (With dentist😬 ), Meadowbrook is the place to go.
Went into this dentist office with open arms!! My friend Angela recommend her dentist office and I couldn’t agree more. Once you walk in everything is clean and smiles all around (yes even under a mask you can tell when someone is smiling) Dr. Babu is super nice and gentle once being taken care of. Highly refer if your looking to switch dentist or new to the area!

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to ! I got a cleaning here from one of the hygienist his name is Darren , and my teeth felt super clean , lighter and they were even whiter . I Highly recommend he was super attentive to each tooth very caring and has great patient teaching that really helps you understand they also have a friendly staff .

I had a great experience for my first time. Super friendly staff, clean office, great atmosphere, extremely professional and thorough doctors! I’m already recommending this place to my family! So happy I found a dentist that not only tells you what to do and not do but also gives you advice and educates you on every step of the process so we also understand and can make better choices.
Receptionist was friendly & helpful. I was greeted by the hygienist who was also friendly. She took me on a tour; she explained the history of the place & showed me around. Daniel was very pleasant and also informative. I was very happy he explain exactly everything he was going to do. I feel that this is a excellent place
I’ve been a patient of Meadowbrook Dental Care for at least 7 years. Every member of staff is professional and pleasant. The girls in reception always go above and beyond to accommodate with appointments and numerous times over the years, they have helped me understand my benefits and co-pays when my insurance plan has changed.I’m very diligent with my cleanings and I can say that the current hygienist team is absolutely stellar. They do a great job, are excellent at calming my anxiety and are very informative! It’s this attention to detail and training that shows me that they really do care about their patients. It’s not a revolving door and I’m not just a number.I’ve had all sorts of ‘maintenance’ over the years….as well as the removal of my wisdom teeth and I just recently completed Invisaline with MDC too. I completely trust Dr. Casanas and his team.The level of communication, cleanliness of the office and quality of work is why I continue to use Meadowbrook Dental Care. I have watched this practice evolve into a top tier office over the years and recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have a terrible fear and anxiety of dentistry. Since I was young, my prior dentists have been rough and due to that, I have been hesitant about general mouth health. Now, with Meadowbrook dental, they have put me somewhat at ease. My whe family comes here and it is a pleasure to sit in the chair, especially when they offer nitrous to take the edge off. Ofcourse there is a fee but you cannot put a price on comfort. I would recommend Dr. Casanas and his staff for everyone.
Meadow brook Dental Care is absolutely hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had with dental care. From the moment I stepped in to the office, I was greeted by kind and respectful staff. You can tell the staff is happy with a great work environment. Prior to your service, you are given a tour of the office and demonstrated the state of the art appliances and equipment used. Aside from that, the service itself is great. My dental hygienist and Dentist were both gentle, did not feel a thing. Make you feel very comfortable and cared for.You will not regret going to Meadow Brook Dental Care for your services!

This office has changed during COVID. Pleasantly happy with the new look and the new doctors. I love Dr. Casanas but his new doctors are also great. The front desk support is very good with sorting through the insurances. Overall the office is great. I saw Dr Wells and my hygienist was Joe. I would recommend them both!
I do not have enough words to thank Darren for everything he has done for me! This guy is amazing!!! He has made my cleanings something I look forward to. He has educated me so much in regards to my oral hygiene, it feels amazing to know how things happen and how you can fix them. Not to mention he is an incredible human being and so funny. Thank you Darren, you rock my man!
Everything was fine until the root canal & crown procedure. Good place for dental cleaning, but thats it. After couple times of them trying to correct the crown I was left with on & off pain that wont go away. I payed them a significant amount of money. I need to get my root canal re-done. I have to go somewhere else. I just cant go there again.
Terrific dentist. Great support staff.state of the art equipment. I have had many procedures over the last couple of years for myself and my 98 yr old mom and before that my elderly dad.implants, dentures, crowns extractions all done great. highly recommend them if you are looking for a good practice.

Dr. Babu, his assistant Eylin and the entire staff at Meadowbrook Dental made my treatment the best experience Ive ever had at a dentists office. My first appointment was an emergency because of a cracked tooth that was becoming quite painful. I was very worried that they would send me to an oral surgeon to remove the tooth, but I was wrong. Dr. Babu calmed my nerves and came up with a plan that ultimately saved my tooth!! My treatment was done with great care and completely PAIN FREE!!!

I really was quite hesitant about going to a new dentist after so many years but as soon as I walked through the door I knew I made the right decision. The staff is exceptional, professional and warm..... you’re immediately put at ease. Even my teeth cleaning and the hygienist was a very pleasant experience. She was extremely informative and thorough. Most importantly Dr. Silfa is absolutely amazing.!!! I have so many issues regarding my teeth that I was beside myself. The facility is clean and has modern technology to make your experience seamless and less painful. The staff here is personable, efficient and organized. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Casanas, he takes his time with you and gives you his undivided attention. He even found the cause of a tooth pain that comes and goes that I have been suffering from for years that was missed by other dentists and he gives you his honest opinion even when it means he will not make not make a profit. I have recommended this facility to others and they too are very pleased and have switched dentists. I no longer dread dental work.

Just had my first visit to Meadowbrook Dental Care. Was very apprehensive because I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. Well as soon as I walked into the office, everyone was pleasant & cheerful. They showed me around the office. Dr Casanas is wonderful. He put my fears to rest & took the time to get to know me & explain that he does not & will not ever make a patient feel uncomfortable or “scold” for not getting dental treatment in such a ling time. He is caring & personable, and he truly wants to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The entire staff is outstanding. The office is spotless & they use all modern technology. Best dental experience i ever had!!
I’ve been going to Dr. Casañas for quite a few years. He is the most caring dentist I’ve ever met. He is professional and soft spoken. The office is very clean and has a lot of the state of the art equipments. As much as I’m afraid of dentist visits, I have to say he always makes it a pleasant one for me.
I had an awesome time at my visit today. Meadowbrook is doing everything necessary to take care of their patients and staff during the pandemic.Everyone must wear a mask and they take your temperature as you walk in to your appointment. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. My top favorite moment today was the detailed explanations from Dental Assistant Jamie to make me feel more comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!
Due to of conditions of my gums I was unable to have a cleaning,that being said the front desk was awesome. the staff was incredible and was very helpful and doctor casanas was very helpful. very honest appreciated the visit!I had a very loose tooth that needed extracting and I called at 9 AM to make an appointment for Friday 12-3-2021. Kelly was able to fit me in at 1 and by 1:30 I had the tooth pulled and was able to leave. With this writing I am comfort free and doing fine. Thanks Dr Babu and staff.
I love this dental office. Wonderful staff that treats you like family and takes the best care of you. Very gentle, caring and makes you comfortable with all concerns. I would highly recommend this office and they have flexible schedules for you to make an appointment.
My experience at Meadowbrook dental. Caring and friendly staff greeted me. The facility is clean and modern technology.Hygienist Ashley was exceptionally, Professional and knowledgeable. She did a phenomenal job on my teeth is nice clean and white. In addition she teach me about preventive oral care.

This is a great deltas office. Dr. Casanas and his staff are excellent. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Jessica is an excellent dental assistant. Never felt a thing and she is so professional. Made getting new bridge a pleasure. I hope I get her every time I go there . She’s a keeper!Went back after covid. Dentist office is very safe. First time ever pain free dentistry, I was amazed, a first for me. Dr. S. skills were amazing. Explained everything, talked me through it. Beautiful dental facility and well-organized, friendliest team Ive come by with the latest technology. I moved from Maryland while in the middle of a periodontal treatment plan and was very nervous about starting this kind of treatment with a new office. My fiance had implant work in the Dominican Republic by Dr. Silfa and highly recommended his New York based facility. They were able to pick up where I left off with my treatments and I must say, having visited other offices where the technologies are a bit more dated, they were able to provide me with a very thorough oral examination and x-rays, both the hygienists and Dr. Casanas. And this isnt only related to my treatments, this is still the case during every routine cleaning and I appreciate consistency. Ive been seen by Corina and Jean. They are one of their best! This team educates and listens to all of your concerns and treat you like family. I know that dental treatments can get costly, but they have the option to work with Care Credit and their own finance plan if youd like. I dont trust just anyone with my teeth and my fiance and I commute 35-40 minute every time. I love that they are flexible with their hours and available on weekends. Plus theres a parking lot! Two of our good friends have also been seen here and wont go anywhere else. Never a disappointment - highly recommend this office.

Best dentist office I have visited in Long Island. You will start noticing how good they are once you call them. There are many ladies in reception, so you literally do not need to wait to talk to them. They quickly pick up the phone and talk to you in a very polite and friendly manner. The atmosphere is great. The office is super clean, spacious, very well distributed and properly decorated. Regarding Dr. Publio Silfa... What a gentleman!, What a professional!. Excellent customer service approach... Outstanding service overall. Cant forget to mention the high level of respect they display when treating us and every single costumer that visited this office while we were there. Dr.s assistants were the best. Thank you for solving my fathers dental problem with that level of perfection. Hope my review makes more costumers visiting you very soon.
I visit Dr Casanas for dental crowns. They were supposed to call my insurance and get pre estimates and let me know. But they never called me back. I called them after few months and they told me they never got any estimates from my insurance!!! I called my insurance and knew how much I have to pay for my crowns. I was so frustrated that I left a message to their dr to call me back but he never did!!!! This is not the way to behave with the patient.

Took my 4 year old son for a visit and I am totally pleased. The staff are kind and helpful from the front desk to the dentist. Getting an appointment was easy and the front desk answered all my questions without being frustrated with me. They had so many appointment times and even weekends!. Prices were very reasonable. I had no insurance and I was very grateful. The hygienist Amelia was very sweet and explained things so nicely to my son who thankfully behaved. Dr. Casañas was very kind and answered my many questions. I also appreciate the coffee in the waiting room. Highly recommend.
I have been to many dental practices before coming here and I must say, it was the most amazing experience I have had. From the office environment, to all the staff, to Dr. Casañas, there are no complaints. Everything is super clean and they make sure they follow Covid protocol. I am so happy I found Meadowbrook Dental Care! Making appointments with them is quick and easy. The staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Unlike other dentists that I have seen, Meadowbrook is always pain free, which was a huge win for me! I have recommended so many people to come see the dentist here and will continue to do so!
Was concerned about going through with a dentist visit, since the pandemic hit. Meadowbrook requires all patients to wear a mask, takes your temperature with a no-touch thermometer (as they do for their staff, daily) and all staff are wearing masks and gloves. My visit was super-smooth. As always (including pre-pandemic), the doctor and all staff were courteous, friendly and professional. My visit was as pleasant as its ever been. The place is updated and the dentist are nice BUT you need to be very careful with their billing team. On 2 different occasions I went there they gave me a 5% CASH discount and 2 weeks later they sent me a bill for the 5% discount. The last time I went there when i was done the people behind the desk told me I did not owe anything and then went back to check 1 more time and then said again there is no balance. 2 weeks later i get a bill in the mail and when i called to question them they did not return the phone call.
My family of 4 is being treated by the Meadowbrook Clinic by Dr. Casanas. He is terrific and all the staff is very nice. It is wonderful to have one dentist for the family instead of a pediatric dentist and another dentist for parents. Patient care is excellent.

I was fortunate to find Meadowbrook Dental. They are no way near my home but well worth the extra miles. My dentist Dr.Silva and the hygienist Jean are second to none and the staff is great. The rates are reasonable and fair. The warm and friendly atmosphere at this office almost makes me look forward to my next visit!

I must say I was terrified of the dentist but I had to go because I was in a lot of pain. They there really took care of me. They understood how terrible terrified I was. They had they had so much Compassion and understood my fear we took breaks as many times as I needed the doctor gave me medicine right away if I told him I felt any type of pain. I did get a lot of nerve gas though on top of it on my first appointment. However by my second root canal I did it with no nerve gas and I really didn’t have to take any breaks because I knew that the doctor was not going to hurt me. If you have a phobia this is the dentist office you want to go to.
This was my first experience at meadow brook dental care. I had cleaning done today and they took their time to clean thoroughly and carefully. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Everyone was very detail and caring. I was told step by step what was about to happen and why they were doing certain procedures. I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to come here. I never thought Id be raving about visiting a dentist office but Meadowbrook Dental Care goes that extra mile. I was skeptical of going to the dentist because of a horrible, painful experience I just had at a different practice. Upon arriving, ALL staff warmly greeted me which was awesome and surprising! Usually its just the secretary signing you in but everyone was super warm and welcoming. I was given a tour of the office and was immediately impressed by the layout and upgraded technology. I loved that they had photographs around the office of the volunteer work they do all over the world. When I got to the room Id be seen in, there was a little gift bag on the chair to welcome me to their practice! Dr. Miguel Casanas greeted me and got to know me a little before which made me feel less anxious! He took his time and explained everything. When I came back for my cavity fillings, I was amazed that I didnt feel any pain and was comfortable! The last place I was holding on to the chair for my life to then have fillings come out after 2 days. Dr. Casanas worked effeciently and made sure I was comfortable. I absolutely recommend Meadowbrook Dental Care to anyone looking for a great atmosphere, staff to help, and great dental work!

I called at 3 pm in massive pain. Not even an existing patient and they took me at 4pm. Welcomed me, gave me a tour of the office, introduced me to everyone, was so empathetic. Gentle. This is a very well run, organized and efficient office. While not a fancy office setting, they appear to have the latest technology and the office is immaculatly clean. Everyone who has treated me in the past has been courteous and respectful. The hygienist does an amazingly thorough job. Dr. Casanas is a wonderful human being, as well as a dentist whom my wife and I trust completely.
This is the most proffesional Dentists office I have ever dealt with. Everyone is extremely friendly and will do anything to help you. From the office Staff to the Dentists you cant ask for a better experience. Dr. Casañas has personally gone out of his way to make me comfortable. I had a very poor experience as a young child with an Oral surgery gone wrong. When I started coming to the office in my 40s I would still be so distressed at the thought of a dental cleaning. He promised that I would never have an experience like that again. I have been a loyal patient ever since. Havent missed a checkup in years. Jean is my dental hygienist and you could not ask for a more gentle, thorough, and kind person to take care of you. I have seen the other hygienists and Dr. Silfa they are all excellent!

This is by far the best dentist and medical practice. The dental office is clean and full of new technology. The staff is extrememly nice. They are prompt with appointments. They answer every question while doing your procedure or cleaning. They show you your teeth on a screen in front of you while you lay down and explain what is going on. In addition, they make sure if you have any uncomfortable feeling its taking care of . Great practice.

I have spent my life in the dentist chair and am knowledgeable of an array of procedures, having had most done.Jean did the best cleaning I have ever had to date, especially with my sensitivity issues.My first meeting with Dr. Silfva was a pleasureI have been so unhappy the past two years with the dental appliance, done twice, ELSEWHERE. Granted, my impression situation was a challenge and the OLD lab just couldnt get it right. No one seemed to grasp what I got was beautiful, but it was NOT MY SMILE.Had they allowed, I would have gone to the lab & sculpted it myself!Upon showing Dr. S photos of my old smile, my two appliances and an older impression, he got exactly what I was saying. He took the time to look, listen and even photographed my current smile. That was above and beyond what an initial first visit usually is.I look forward to our next appointment and one day soon, having my SIGNATURE SMILE returned to me.
Spent months looking for a dentist that I liked and will be staying here. Dr. Miguel Casanas is easy to understand and makes you feel very comfortable every step of the way. Extra bonus is the extremely simple parking situation. Off street parking available all the way around the building.

Have had a wonderful experience going here. The staff is extremely friendly and caring. They are very considerate when it comes to making you feel comfortable at the dentist. I am terrified of going to the dentist and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. I dont have to wait when I come in, Im taken right away for my appointment. A great part of why I go here is they take you on Saturdays and after work, this is rare for a dentist office and truly appreciated.After having a major procedure performed here I do wish the dentist was more upfront about the after effects i.e. restricted foods, pain, etc. Other than that I trust them to take care of my teeth and any future procedures.

Horrible experience 1 hour visit was $376 !!A quick look see exam, a cleaning and only 6 x rays. I will not be referring anyone to this place. If i would have know the fee before hand trust me the visit would have never happened. I am willing to pay for a good comprehensive exam and cleaning but not for a job half way job. Plus then i saw the person that referred me here, and the crown that was done was like 3 shades lighter then her real teeth. Service is poor!

Meadowbrook Dental Care is unequivocally the best dental office ever. The office is clean and modern both inside and out. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient on 12/18/17. The front desk staff was warm, friendly and helpful. They all greeted me with a smile upon entry. Jean was my dental hygienist and she is simply amazing! She took the time to explain what the periodontal chart is and how it applies to my current situation. Jean was informative throughout the cleaning and told me what she was doing and why it was being done.After my cleaning, I met with Dr. Casanas. He is honest, trustworthy and understanding. In addition to my routine cleaning, I wanted to get information on cosmetic dentistry for my two front teeth. Based upon my (unprofessional) research on Google, I thought that I needed two crowns to replace a chipped tooth and previous cosmetic dentistry from my youth that has since discolored. Dr. Casanas recommended that I get one crown and apply bonding the chipped tooth. Instead of trying to up-sell me to the far more expensive crown, Dr. Casanas gave me an honest opinion and said that a crown for my chipped tooth would be unnecessary and a waste of money.A few minutes after his recommendation, Nadia from the front desk provided me with a treatment plan. The treatment plan was an itemized breakdown of all costs associated with the doctors recommendation. It showed the total cost for the procedure, my insurances estimated payment and my out-of-pocket total. Nadia did not try any high-pressure sales tactics to get me to agree to the procedure. She presented everything in a clear and concise manner which allowed me to make a decision with all of the necessary facts.Everyone at Meadowbrook Dental Care was so pleasant and professional that it prompted me to actually write this review about my experience. Meadowbrook Dental Care should be your only choice when looking for a dentist!
I am truly thankful for Meadowbrook Dental Care. I came to them as a 2nd opinion. I have been having a lot of toothaches, and a previous dentist office had told me I had an infected fill-in and needed to receive a root canal or get my tooth extracted. I met with Dr.Silfa who placed my X-Ray scan on a big screen and explained that I did not need a root canal whats so ever, my teeth are in perfect shape. He also ran a couple of extra tests for me to understand fully how things would be if I did have an infected tooth. He made sure I understood everything he was checking. I appreciate Dr.Silfas patience and thoroughness with this overwhelming situation for me. I definitely will be recommending this dentist office to all my friends and family. Wow this place!! 100% blown away at the amount of personalization to each individual and the level of respect and customer appreciation/service I was given. It was my first time visiting this site and I was afraid to go only because I’m afriad to go to the dentist period. Dr Silfa is the best thing that ever happened to my mouth! I was cursed with terrible teeth for years. Most were eventually crowns and when they started to break off one after the other I didn’t know what could be done. 2022-06-08I am pleased with the care I receive whenever I go to this office because the staff is very kind, courteous, and attentive. Darren is my preferred Dental Hygienist, he takes the time to educate me, he is always pleasant and keeps me up to date on on the best care for my teeth 😁. Appointments are always right on schedule! Highly recommend.

2022-02-14Darrell, the dental hygienist, explained to me in very clear terms the issues I had to address. Very educational and thorough. The services recommended were backed with x-ray, picture evidence and his explanations so I was confident that the work had to get done. Everything was also checked with Dr. Miguel Casanas to ensure accuracy. All the staff were very friendly.

2022-07-18Darren is THE hygienist you want. He gets to know you for you, your dental needs, and cares so much each time that he progressively teaches you more about dental care. Darren is the absolute best!!! The entire staff at Meadowbrook is so kind. I know each time I go, I will be well taken care of

2022-04-285 STAR EXPERIENCE! The front desk was absolutely amazing in keeping contact with me, they sent all the forms beforehand, the wait wasn’t even that long. My hygienist goes by the name Josue or Jo for short. Did an absolutely amazing job explaining what was happening and the steps moving forward. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Looking forward to seeing them again

2022-03-30Dental Cleaning.To start with, as usual, I always ask if my insurance is accepted and whats cover so I dont have to ask for any treatments that I might have to pay out of packet. I simple requested to have a dental cleaning, but instead I was sited for one hour with a person explaining to me (classes) everything about my mouth and teeth. It felt like he was trying to sell me something. and YES! Indeed, at the end of the hour of lessons, a financial person came with a treatment plan which of course I opt-out as I just wanted a simple teeth cleaning, no more, no less.After denied the offered treatment, the lady came back again with another set of $$ numbers, lowering the price of what theyve been trying to sell me. I said again, No thank you, I just need a cleaning. They stated that they cannot proceed with the cleaning if I DO NOT take the treatment before. I said, well, thank you anyways and I walk away.Weeks later they billed me for something I did not ask for. I did not get any cleaning or treatment at all.I went to their office and pay the bill. The receptionist of course was mad and did not care what I explaining here. I stated what I will write a review based on my experience. still, she laugh and tool the money.

2022-08-18Dr. Wells is the best!! He makes you feel comfortable, and makes you feel at ease which coming from someone who hated and feared the dentist is amazing, and his very thorough at explaining everything before his dental exam/procedure which for me makes me feel so much less anxious and nervous!! This can review can only give 5 stars but to me he deserves at least 10 stars🙂

2022-03-04Dr. Babu made sure I was comfortable during my appointment being that I was in severe pain. He did such a great job explaining my options for my treatment weighing out the pros and cons of each. The team also made sure I understood my dental insurance coverage as well as breaking down the financial aspect of my treatment. Overall it was a great experience and so happy I came back after a long hiatus. Just wish I would have also gotten my Invisalign treatment done with them instead of seeing a separate orthodontist.
