I have been coming to Medi Pedi Spa for a few years. Ive been treated the same since my first appointment ever with them and it feels like coming to see friends and family. Im never disappointed after a pedicure. I recommend them often to my own family and friends. Very glad Ive found Marcella and her team!
I learned so much about my feet from Marcela. I was needlessly suffering and I didnt have to be. Also, I was wasting money w my regular mani-pedi place beforehand. They told me I had an ingrown toenail, when it was something else. Marcela fixed the issue, and told me how to help prevent it. I wish there were more Marcelas around the city. People need to know that there are answers out there to foot and toenail pain, and they are NOT at the regular mani-pedi place.
I booked an appointment for my mom and she could not be happier. She was skeptical that they would be able to help her, but her feet look amazing. She had calluses under her toes and now they are gone! They gave her tips to keep her feet looking great, she had a wonderful experience.
If you don’t have really bad feet…. Don’t go. I got a over priced reg pedicure with no polish. Honestly he keep asking me do you want me to do more? I was thinking for $200, I shouldn’t have to tell you anything. I still have a soft corn on my little toe, and hard skin on the tip of my big toe. I would have given one star, but the receptionist/office manager was sooooo sweet, kind and professional.
There is a reason for so many good reviews. My feet look busted: calluses and thick yellow toenails. I was embarrassed to let anyone see them but Marcella cleaned them right up in time for the summer. The office is bright and very hygienic. The staff is welcoming and pleasant.This is not like a regular spa, but its a relaxing and wonderful experience (and a lot cheaper and less painful than most fungal care offered by podiatrists)
I went to Medi Pedi for help with my ingrown toenails. It was really painful and I have a lot of anxiety letting anyone touch them because I am afraid of possible infection and more pain. Plus I have had bad experiences in the past even with nice nail salons.The clinic/salon was impeccably clean, all the instruments used were either autoclaved or single-use. Gabriella was incredibly gentle and she was able to fix my nails with minimal discomfort and left them looking beautiful. I used to think baby foot was the greatest thing ever until I felt my feet after my treatment. Baby foot is trash compared to this pedicure. My feet literally feel like silk, I still cant get over it.It was $150 for the treatment, which is a lot for me, but it was totally worth it. They didnt just fix my ingrowns, they trained them to grow normally and gave me the tools to maintain them going forward. When I went to a podiatrist years ago they cut half my nail off and it took almost a year for it to look right again. I left with my nails looking flawless, and summer is coming. They also were very patient and generous in giving me advice about my husbands feet, which they really didnt have to do.
Hi,I rarely leave reviews. However, I had my first appointment this afternoon and the entire team was amazing. My feet were extremely dry, callused, and cracked. I left with my feet looking better than they had in years. I will keep going back every three weeks for sessions, but should have this cleared up in a few months.Michael

I’ve never had a medical pedicure but got one on the advice of my podiatrist. And all I can say is WOW. I was blown away. The experience was top notch - Sarhala’s attention to detail and wonderful demeanor made this such an enjoyable experience. Marcela came in to check on things and their interactions had me laughing - lots of jokes cracked. The office manager was warm and friendly and I signed up to get my next pedicure on the spot. And my feet are super, super smooth and feel absolutely amazing. They fixed my painful callous. Marcela even gave me tips to do maintenance at home to make sure ‘I don’t need to come see her so often!’ I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you for a great experience!
Marcela was very professional and knowledgeable with her job .Very pleasant and well organized together with her caring staff .I am very comfortable in her office .My feet are so lovely when she finished .

I wish I had taken before and after photos of my feet. In short, one pedicure here is worth more than a dozen spa pedicures anywhere else. My feet were dry and cracked at the heels and now they are totally transformed! I have my soft feet back and my nail beds have never looked better. I highly recommend this place, it is worth every penny.
This place was AWESOME!! The whole entire experience was so worth the money. I will skip the fancy expensive salons any day for this experience. First as I was approaching the office, I get a phone call letting me know my room was ready and disinfected. So that made me feel confident right off the bat. When I walked in, the office manager introduced herself, took my temperature and then kindly asked me to use some hand sanitizer to clean my hands. She then escorted me to my clean room and brought me some really good ice cold water. As I was sitting down the lady attending me Sarhala ( I really hope I got her name right cuz she was TRULY AWESOME) put some music on and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t want to take my shoes off because I was very embarrassed. But she assured me and reassured me and sure enough I showed her my feet t. She didn’t recoil or react, she just said, well, all we need to do is love them a little and I can see her smile under her mask. She went to work right away and halfway through Marcela came in and did some work as well. Both women were very kind, funny, witty, honest, and above all, a beautiful quirky sense of humor that made me feel welcomed. I’m so happy with my service that I bought a pack. I won’t be going back to regular pedicures no matter how high end or fancy or what latest and greatest technique they use or what celebrity they work on. I will ALWAYS go back to Marcela. I trust her as if she were my mother or aunt. I’m EXTREMELY picky and have trust issues when it comes to services like this. But not here. Right away Marcela told me what I needed to restore my nails and it felt so genuine. Nothing salesman type or anything. Just straight up, what I needed, how much of it, and how to use it properly and effectively. And she encouraged me to take before and after pics every month so I myself can see my progress and keep going with my treatment. I’m so glad I found this place. I DEFINITELY recommend it. I’m literally counting the days to my next appointment.
Came in for the first time to get my ingrown toenails looked at- luckily she said they werent bad but either way within 45 minutes i didnt feel any pressure anymore. Did not hurt during the procedure either. Very glad I went! Will go again
Let me start with this one word ---- AMAZING!Soon as you walk in you are welcomed by the 2 amazing front desk. So helpful, kind, and professional!!!! They offer water right away. I LOVED THAT. Its like walking into someone home. The nails technicians are amazing. So attentive to your needs and so knowledgeable. Sterile! Everything Sterile!!! Im a cancer survivor and CANT take any chances of infection due to a low immune system. NO WATER TUBS= NO GERMS!!!!! Absolutely in love with the Medi Pedi. The owner Marcela is the most sweetest and professional. She is so knowledgeable on pedicures especially medical pedicure not only because shes the owner but because she has been a nail technician for years!!!! She assisted with my Medi Pedi and to no disappointment---- Amazing!!!! My mom also was being attended and received reflexology servic . My mom has a lot of sciatica pain but I saw her walk with ease afterwards. A little embarrassing but faster than me!!!! Overall experience: EXTRAORDINARY. I highly recommend this place for Runners, diabetes, cancer patients, and people who just dont want germs!!!!!
Highly professional service and excellent staff. A rare find in NYC. Came in for medical pedicure and was healed in 30 minutes. They are very sweet and attentive especially Marcela , that made the entire experience even more pleasurable. Thank you very much!
My first visit to Medi Pedi NYC and I LOVED IT! I have disliked my toes for years literally. I am also schkeved out by standard pedicure places with the basins of water. My own issue - dont judge me. BUT this super clean, well lit, professional and welcoming place was exactly what I was hoping for. Vera the lovely concierge offered beverages and set me at ease, she does a great job of setting the tone for your visit. I had the pleasure of being worked on by Urszula who was super professional, asking my concerns, issues with my feet and my expectations of this visit. I had questions throughout the process and Urszula answered them all. She is extremely patient, thorough, conscious of your comfort level and EXCELLENT in her work. My feet and especially my toes looked like I never thought they could. No its not cheap, BUT well worth it! THANK YOU Urszula and thank you Medi Pedi NYC. I will be back!
$150.00 and this was the worst pedicure I have ever had.Went in sat down in a chair that resembled a dentist cair and there were two women in blue scrubs but that was it for the medical. ALL SHOW. They did some cutting and minor filing. Then rubbed expensive German oil over everything which hid all the mistakes. Two hrs later I got home and took my shoes off and the oil had dryed. I saw that they did not even push the cuticles back and they were still dry and hanging on the nails. Never touched the calluses on my feet and they specifically advertise that. Never offered special treatment for foot fungus. TOTAL joke. Run dont walk away from this place. The only nice thing is that they did refund my money right away and the office manger was very sorry about the experience. Who knows maybe the technicians took acid that morning. I give them one star because I could only post this by checking a star. They dont deserve the one star.
This place is amazing and the only place I could find in the NY/NJ area that really specializes in great Pedicures and toenail care. They have been treating my hurt toenail for months now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Best place to receive Kerryflex nail service! I highly recommend and just purchased a package of 3 appts so I can keep going for these amazing pedicures. Thank you Marcela and her amazing team!!
This is not a pedicure in the traditional American sense of the word. Its a marvelous facial for your feet that leaves your feet looking like new.I ran a marathon three months ago and as soon as my 5th and final loose toenail fell off, I made an appointment to go see Marcela. I dont usually treat myself to this kind of thing but I desperately want my toenails to grow back nice and straight and cleanly, so I splurged. My nails (what was left of them) were a little opaque and generally not in great shape and now I have clear, lovely pink nail bed and nice clear nails. I was amazed. Those before and after photos are real after all!Marcela is very very nice, as are the other ladies in the office and its a pleasure to chat with them. Marcela really cares abut and loves what she does and it really shows!!
Such lovely staff, super hands-on, Marcela is just adorable and super nice, and my poor toes that have been suffering for a decade from a collision with my then toddler’s fire truck are finally starting to look normal again. Not high- pressure sales either. Highly recommend!!

I booked an appointment for a Medical Pedicure and in there system it shows as a Reflexology appointment. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted by her front desk Office Manager who explained I was not booked for a Medi Pedi. I than asked to be rescheduled for a different day or first available for the correct services, which they did but I was then advised I was still being charged for the reflexology visit?! I asked to speak with the owner explained I just took a $35 dollar cab ride to get there and felt I shouldnt be charged being I actually did show up for the appointment but am being rescheduled. She went on to say thats my mistake and she needs to make money its a business.She than said she was busy and couldnt discuss the situation at hand. I ended up canceling the new appointment and decided to find services elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional and clearly dose not care about her clients just the money behind there names. Beware of an scheduling mistakes clearly they dont care and you will be charged no matter what the situation.
First off let me say I was embarrassed of how my feet looked the confidence that these ladies give you and make you feel once I removed my socks I was at ease and felt like I was with family thats how relaxed I was the care and hospitality they give you is great I will recommend this place hands down very clean very professional love the service I received I will be most certainly be back again
Like walking on pillowsI was living with my corns and callouses,As just part of life...But after my first medical pedicure, theDifference was incredible.Dont waste your time and $ on those shops that give mediocre pedicures in questionableSanitary conditions...This is worth the money!
The minute I walked in I was nervous but after my feet was worked on I was amazed but the results the first session. Rodriguez was great the owner was very nice ,secretary was very nice .I will be going back next month .ty .
I’ve visited here a few times over the last few years and honestly it’s the best pedicure I have ever gotten, the service is always outstanding and they make sure you’re comfortable and explains everything that they’re doing, the owner is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and I highly recommend this place if u want a great pedicure!

It looked like they know what they are doing. My problem was not solved though and I got a new one after the pedicure in 120$! The price is nor relevant, the treatment requires some corrections.
Well, staff are professional and customer services are good. Just as a reminder: reschedule will cost $90; no waiting area.
Not helpful:-( i have a nail fungus, they gave me a special oil for it and promise to give me the money back if it wont work. It didnt work. I came back and they gave me another oil and said I need to come for a treatment every few weeks. Bottom line, I still have the fungus a year after starting the treatment.
Been coming here since December 2020, Alejandra is the best hands down and the Receptionist is so welcoming.
Worth every Penny!
Life changing, never getting a regular pedi again, try it and you will understand why!

2022-07-09Medi Pedi offers a fabulous experience from start to finish. I booked appointments for my dad & myself, but then needed to reschedule. Vera was amazing with staying in touch and finding a new time to accommodate both of us.Marcela worked with my dad and he is thrilled with the results. She was spot on with her assessment of his health status and offered excellent advice for at-home care.I had an equally fabulous experience with Irina. She tended to an ingrown nail that Ive suffered with for years. I explained my attempts at easing the pain and she offered better approaches for when it returns. My feet are feeling smooth and summer-ready!From the professional and welcoming staff to the high level of personalized care, this is well worth it. We will be back!

2022-01-13I have been going to Marcella Correra For Medical Pedicure’s for years now. Her and her staff are amazing!She loves taking care of peoples feet like no one I know. She does an amazing job digging deep to remove corns ingrown toenails and all the unsightly things damaged feet have from wear and tear. The environment is very professional extremely clean and the pedicures worth every penny. They have kept me from having surgery on my feet. My husband is a physical therapist and it’s so glad I found Marcella to alleviate my chronic foot pain rather than have surgery. I highly recommend Marcella and her team.

2022-06-15My first time at Medi Pedi and Im sure I will not go to a salon for pedi again. I loved the dry pedi, and felt relaxed that I was in good hands. Office is clean, staff professional and warm, and Marcella knows her stuff. My feet look good. Your feet are worth the cost.

2022-05-21Went here with my husband for a pedicure. I want to say my pedicurist was nice and efficient, I was out in under 30 minutes. I did not feel that it was worth the $209, maybe because I didnt have any severe foot issues, so left feeling very shorted. Not his fault, but maybe screen customers to make sure its worth their time and money?My husband had severe issues and had Marcella who was very knowledgeable who helped some of his issues to the best of her ability. She seemed sincere and maybe for him it was a better option.Also at the end felt pushed to tip my pedicurist immediately, was asked maybe 3 times within a 90 second timespan if I was going to tip cash or Venmo..just lost a huge chunk and dont mind tipping but needed a minute to process my experience.

2022-07-05They really don’t do anything! they apply ointments and oils to make your feet appear as if they did something. They past some drill but do not remove dead skin or cuticle. It’s ABSOLUTELY not worth the cost. I recommend getting a Russian manicure, not this!! I had to buff and remove my own dead skin the following day after paying $238. Waste of money and time. To top it off you’re politely pressured to give a tip that really isn’t deserved. To leave without polish and pay to as much as I did made me feel robbed. Save your money folks.

2022-06-10The service was excellent from start to finish! The receptionist was so kind and patient while I scheduled my fathers appointment, they are booked a few weeks out (which wasn’t a big deal at all) however they called us with a earlier opening and my father is soo pleased with the outcome! The staff is highly skilled and did and excellent job.Thank you medipedi!

The staff was very nice professional & it was a comfortable experience. Very clean and they were completely compliant with all the safety protocols. 2022-04-13Service was outstanding, I am extremely ticklish but that was handled with great care...and some laughter...I have a hard time letting anyone go near my feet but they were super professional and made sure that I felt comfortable. My feet look better than they have in years!
